i apologize to self that i took a sun direct connection with the smart card [protected] and currently stay in trivandrum. . i think it was because of god's grace, the service worked till last monday 15 sept 2014 . set of box complaint no respons from sundirect

I had the worst of experiences with sun direct dth in terms of customer service. I had complained of a faulty set top box one week ago. The only response I got so far is a message informing of the complaint being registered. After that no response whatsoever. No executive has called so far. Their customer care doesn't care and seems non existent. If anyone asks me about sun direct my immediate response will be a big NO my subscription...

Very bad services and not working from 14th april
