All of a sudden I received a call around 4:30 pm from Tis Hazari, Delhi, a lady being so rude and scaring me pay the amount before 5:20 pm as Tata Docomo has filed a case against me. Also, a legal notice has been generated. Whereas, before this call I never received any information or warning. I was never informed before that I was liable to pay Rs. 348/-
Also, I asked that lady if i can get the bill details for this pending amount of Rs. 348/-, she clearly refused and said "NO, YOU CANNOT GET"
I had paid the complete pending amount when I went Tata Docomo Office to transfer my number from postpaid to prepaid. The person there informed me it will take 7 days to transfer the number and you will have to pay the bill depending on your usage of the following seven days.
Tata Docomo has really given me a great mind breakdown yesterday. I was in the office and was unable to go to the Tata Docomo office. I did not have my debit card with me, unfortunately. I want a compensation for this. Tata Docomo must know how to treat its customers. I read the same kind of issues facing many people.
