in my handset there is a tata docomo sim card in which m-check message is coming frequently. I want to stop this message . i don't want having of doing the transactions via mchek service given by you.
So, i kindly request you to please deactivate this mchek on tata- processing service.

Its been months I am troubled tatadocomo people disconnected my tata photon with notice and send a mail asking me to pay Rs 928, which is extra above my my regular plan payment of Rs768, and they don't give any explanation nor give a proper bill
its been month they call and say we will get back but nothing
also now the legal advicsor is harashing but he too is not replying any mails nor finding out the reason and explain
their number provided are not answered anythim
due o this harshment we have mental torture, evn though we want to pay the amount which is Rs 768 and not the excess
they are rude ill mannered
I just wanted a link for payment and no one send it and I cannot login from the site as my account is no more there

how can tata be so careless and negligence
no ethics and not fair discipline

have I no right to know why I am charged much than normal whoch I paid for all these years, they disconnect and ask for extra money
please help as this is cheating

    I had top up Rs. 289 for unlimited talktime on 14th of Feb 2017 on my T24 number [protected] but the plan did not get activated on 14th Feb and I called customer care 198 and they told me that since it was a black day they said that they would activate the plan by 12.00am on the same day. But they delayed and took two days to activate the plan cause of which I had to face a lot of problem. And the plan got activated on 17th Feb 2017 and the customer care assured me that I will get extra two days. And so the plan should have ended on 16th Mar 2017.

    But it got disconnected on 6th mar 2017. And so I called customer care they informed me that the plan has expired as I have made calls of 1500minutes. But nowhere in the SMS T24 and send me this conditions were there it was only reading that unlimited calling local and STD for 28days.

    The customer care executives are rude and not ready to help they keep us hanging for 20 - 30min. Your company is running due to we customers.

    I request you to give my money back or my talk time the balance of 12days at the earliest.

    Your company has put in so much inconvenience.

            All of a sudden I received a call around 4:30 pm from Tis Hazari, Delhi, a lady being so rude and scaring me pay the amount before 5:20 pm as Tata Docomo has filed a case against me. Also, a legal notice has been generated. Whereas, before this call I never received any information or warning. I was never informed before that I was liable to pay Rs. 348/-
            Also, I asked that lady if i can get the bill details for this pending amount of Rs. 348/-, she clearly refused and said "NO, YOU CANNOT GET"
            I had paid the complete pending amount when I went Tata Docomo Office to transfer my number from postpaid to prepaid. The person there informed me it will take 7 days to transfer the number and you will have to pay the bill depending on your usage of the following seven days.
            Tata Docomo has really given me a great mind breakdown yesterday. I was in the office and was unable to go to the Tata Docomo office. I did not have my debit card with me, unfortunately. I want a compensation for this. Tata Docomo must know how to treat its customers. I read the same kind of issues facing many people.

              This is regarding my internet connection and tata docomo vsnl id.

              I would like to bring to your notice that tata docomo and vsnl are the biggest fraud company in the world.

              They are looting customers hard earned money and disconnecting the connection and suspending email id of customers who have paid their subscription.
              After calling more than 100 times in one week, they say that payment due is nearing and 15 days are left hence account is suspended.

              When i have 15 bloody days left, why the hell is my connection disconnected or suspended???

              i am 100% sure the tata docomo employees are uneducated, useless and are fit to work for no company.

              They are having pathetic customer service, mostly north indian staff who dont even know anything about tata.

              Please solve my issue as this is not personal account, it is business account.

              If it is not solved within another 24 hours i will file a notice in consumer court.

                Call forwarding has activated in my sim to some unknown number without my knowledge. I tried to disable it, but it was not supported.whenver my phone is switched off or no network the call is getting diverting to a unknown number which is creating lot of trouble and misunderstandings.                   I am using Tata docomo from kerala circle. From my mobile number Call forwarding is activated to unknown number. Whenever i'm trying to cancel from my mobile it's not getting cancelled. By default call forwarding is activated to unknown number, even i cancelled the call forwarding feature. My mobile number is [protected] from Tata Docomo sim. I want to disable Call forwading feature in that SIM. can you please help me remove call forwarding.

                  Tata Zest Q90, shakes at the time pickup speed of between 20-40 KMPH. Complaint was logged and TATA team looked into it . As per them this phenomenon and worked as per design and present in other Zests. Means they have designed Zest with shaking technology.

                    I have TATA DOCOMO GSM prepay from Karnataka circle. I have recharged on 1st March with RS 348 plan as per which I get 3000 minutes free local and STD calls for 28 days. I have hardly made calls worth 200 minutes. But they are deducting my prepaid balance. When complained they said they have raised a complaint and I will get a call back after 3 days. For 3 days they suggested me to recharge my account to keep continuing my service.

                    What a solution to my problem. So my recharge of Rs 348 is useless. They could not provide any solution and I have to pay for their mistake. Useless pathetic service and more pathetic is their support division.

                      In feb 2017 I have received bill of amount Rs.2278 which is surprising as I never had such high bill. Hence I checked by bill and found that it shown against Data usage.
                      I actually had issue with data speed with Tata docomo and had hence installed Wifi at my house from other service provider in Mid Jan 2017. Since than I started using this wifi over my phone. But the usage though done on wifi (4G speed) is shown in my bill of Tata Docomo. Hence I complained about this to there customer care. But they are only arguing that bill is correct.
                      After couple of argument the complaint was forwarded to higher authorities for verification and after 2-3 weeks I received the mail that the bill is as per usage. They are not able to tell me how they verified it.
                      My repeated explanation to them have failed and I need to resolve this.
                      I also requested them to check my bill history over three years since I have started the usage. But they are not ready to verify.

                              1. On Feb 3 and 4, 2017 I was at balachour(punjab) they deducted my bal on roaming basis, the mobile no. belongs to punjab, how can they apply roaming in home state.
                              2. On mar 6 I checked the internet bal it was 95 MB then I downloaded 6 MB file and they deducted my whole bal. they played foulplay by showing wrong internet balance.

                                We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was switched off. We would like to inform you that, your request of prepaid bill which was registered vide docket number PPB[protected] on 06-MAR-2017 at 07:55PM is in closed status and the prepaid bill was already sent to your email id [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly note, you can get all outgoing call details, data usage and recharge details for your number through the prepaid bill. Also be informed that, currently there is no facility for providing the incoming call/SMS details from our end.

                                  I would like to share that I have used service few days, still every one or two days I am getting emails to pay Rs 792.
                                  I am not a expert but this could be mistake or fraud case done by some unknown person. Kindly deactivted or discontiue this service.

                                  As per the telephonic conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that the services of the number were temporarily suspended from 20-FEB-2017 due to Zero Bills Paid. And there was no previous cancellation request registered for your number. Hence, the same has been registered now with the Service Request number[protected] on 07-MAR-2017. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 792/-. 4. The number will get permanently disconnected within 16 days. 5. Your billing cycle is 22nd of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable. Kindly note that, monthly rentals will be charged when the number is in Active/Outgoing Barring state. However, you will get discounts on rentals when the number is in Temporary Suspension state.                                     My self chetan vyas, I have phone connection of TATA DOCOMO Walky, last month bill of Jan 2017, I paid bill by cheque of Dena bank vejalpur branch Ahmedabad & Bank said cheque has been cleared[protected]. & TaTa DOCOMO is telling that we haven't received yet any cheque, they cut my outgoing call service without even informing me . My cheque no is. 23470 & worth Rs of 236/-, this problem focused third time with me, MY connection is 10 years old.

                                    Please take some serious action against this TATA DOCOMO Tele service.

                                      I have been receiving threatening calls from TATA executives for payment of Tata photon ([protected]) . I have asked for deactivation on the same and am ready to do payment of INR 804 which was my bill post deactivation request, but they have applied another month rent and are demanding INR 2000. It is not my fault if my first call to customer care was not entertained and it was delay from TATA side to deactivate the connection. Infact whenever you call TATA customer care for deactivation, they are not willing to deactivate and register a complaint. Please have a look at it, otherwise i would have to take up legal course on the ground of criminal charges for threat and harassment.
