Amount of 1500 deducted from my bank account on FEB 2nd has not been credited to my tata sky account....

I have done recharge of Rs. 212 2times on 7/2/2022 at 9.52. Hereby have attached the paid proof....

I made a payment of 542₹ as a monthly recharge for Tatasky. I used the Gpay payment option provided in TataSky app ( now Tata Play ) and it was deducted from my account that it have been paid to billdesktatasky. But the recharge amount is not updated on my Tatasky account nor i received a payment confirmation from tatasky....

I lastly reacharged on 15 Jan 2022 and the mode of reacharge was Google pay. And i again reacharged on 3 Feb 2022 and the mode of reacharge was same... Amount of rupees 1060 was debited from my account but they are saying that it's unsuccessful and not refunding me... Plz help me 🙏...

I payed monthly charge of 259 rs. Via Google pay. The payment is done but no plan is activated....

On the screen, it was displayed to scan the QR from any BharatQR enabled mobile app and I did the same with google pay but the recharge was not done and the money got debited from my account....

My Tata sky binge plus set top box restarts on its own anytime like i am watching a movie or a program on live channel or app and it restarts the box and keep on restarting every 5 minutes.. This problem use to occur 10 to 15 times in a month.. I am satisfied with the tatasky box but this restarting problem is changing my mind.. I formatted the box no. Of times but this problem is not disappearing......

I made online payment of Rs, 2, 989/- on 26.01.2022 toward NEW TataSky Subscription vide Transaction ID [protected]. After making successful payment, the Screen did not move further to Subscription page and NO Subscription ID was created. When customer care was contacted, they ask for Subscriber ID (which was NOT created at all).
Kindly look into the same and do the needful

Tata Sky started charging my account [protected] from September 2021 INR 149 towards their Binge Services for mobile which I have never used. I have found this deduction in October 2021 and reported the same to Tata Sky call center on 22 October 2021. They informed me that the amount whichever has been deducted cannot be refunded but no more charges will be deducted and the Binge service is deactivated from my account. Again I found that on...

Frequently repeated Tata Sky (Play) advertisement . Yours advertisement so mich irritating peoples.
We request you to please stop that advertisement. Other wise we stopped See Star Maa....

On 26 Jan, 2022, I made a payment of Rs.305 for my tatasky account recharge via phonepe billdesk but I have not got any recharge. The payment on phonepe says successful and amount is deducted from my bank account. I want the refund of my amount.

The amount of ₹397 has been debited from my bank account but still the tata sky services are not restored on my DTH.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible and take action accordingly....

I recharge 150 in my tatasky account but not recharge my account give me my money back g pay number [protected]...

My Tata Sky set up box stopped function and we were asked to upgrade to Tata Sky Binge+. The actual cost of the device is Rs. 1999/-. But my parents were charged Rs. 4000/- under the pretext that the device actually costs Rs. 9000/- and the service technician also told my dad to not tell Tata Sky about this Rs. 4000/- and the service technician did not even give us a receipt. When I heard this from my parents, I immediately logged in a complaint....

Even my DND services are active, I daily receive n number of calls from TATA Sky regarding the offers and other marketing purposes.
They keep calling me again n again if I dont receive the phone.
I dont want these marketing phone calls....

Haven't returned my money even after a year and resolved without consent...
