Did not get the solution yet

I still have not received any solution to the complaint below.

On 30/09/2016 I got an SMS from Airtel (AG-NTAROT) saying that Rs. 95 internet pack, 380 MB 3G valid for 14 days has been renewed. Post free usage, charges @ 40p/10 KB.
