I had received an offer from airtel that if I Recharge with RS. 999 I will get 70GB data(2.5GB/day) with that recharge plus unlimited calls(all local and std calls free) but I got only 10 GB for 28 days and no free calls. When i spoke to cust care, half of them have incomplete knowledge about the plans and schemes ..pls train your executives as they represent your company. They should be able to give proper information to the customers.I request you to add remaining internet balance to my account.I have been really fooled by Airtel. Never expected this from a such a big company like Airtel

This is to inform you that Iam using a prepaid Airtel connection with the no [protected]. Recently on getting transferred from Bangalore to Siliguri I had requested for a porting of my no. from Karnataka to West Bengal circle. As the porting process takes a week, meanwhile my mobile data got over, and I got the offer of 999/-. So I called up customer care on 6th or 7th of April and got to speak to an executive who is representative from airtel. I wanted to know that if I recharge my number for this amount will the amount get transferred to the ported number because Iam porting my number from airtel to Airtel, only the circle is changing. At this he(the executive) clearly mentioned that it will definitely get transferred to the new ported no… Even though he assured me but still was in a doubt so I again called up cust care on 7th April and again I got the same reply.. So I recharged my account for the amount of 999/-. Same night my no got ported but that amount never got transferred. I made many calls to customer care after that but now they are denying the thing and saying that data amount doesn't get transferred.. I also have the recording of one of the calls in which I spoke to the executive in which he is clearly mentioning that the amount will get transferred.I request you check my call my call details as my calls would be getting recorded as u all say in the beging of every call that your call is being recorded for quality and training purposes. I request you to please take necessary action as it is not a small amount and hoping for a positive reply.

Iam getting messages from Airtel, that d problem has been resolved and the amount has been credited to my account whereas the amount has not been credited . pls look into d matter and take some action as soon as possible. Waiting for a positive response..

    I took a new connection from airtel, in starting for february and made 3 months advance payment. Yet, just after 1 month they started asking me for payment and they say i have made no payment. They call me atleast 3 times a day harassing and talking improperly. Further, the executives keep changing so i have to explain all the details to everybody again and again. I am really frustrated, i want my money back.

      I've been a broadband customer with Airtel . Recently I had to shift my house and now I am unable to get my broadband shifted due to unavailable ports. So they're willing to forgo a valuable customer just because of some ports shenanigans? Is there a nodal officers number or mail id to which I can escalate this?             ​Sir,

            I am writing in context of my new airtel broadband connection. I am staying in Victory crossroads, sector 143, Tower- E, flat no-1103. The Airtel guy([protected]) looks after internet in my society. He told me to pay 2700 rupees for three months and said that internet will be installed tomorrow. I have been doing follow up with him since then and he stopped responding to my calls. This is really frustrating and i never expected this from Airtel as being loyal customer of airtel in dth, mobile connection. This is refrence no i have used to make payment caf N5163646. Please resolve the issue asap.

                  [protected] could not be completed successfully.We will try after sometime.please inform the referee accordingly.

                  I have recevied similar kind of message on 11-mar
                  Thank you for your interest in airtel!! We have received your request for activation of mobile no. [protected]. The same will be activated within 24 hrs.

                  On both occasions i have not applied for sims from airtel tried to contact customer care but could not connect

                  Please look into it deactivate both numbers which i never took.

                    On 28th March 2017 I bought new airtel 4g sim and had a 345 recharge.
                    My 4g worked good for the first 4 days after that it suddenly stopped working.
                    I am in an area with excellent 4g coverage of airtel.
                    People staying with me has their 4g working fine.
                    I called the customer care they said handset problem.. But I confirmed it too and I dont have problem with my handset because other network 4g is working.
                    None of the solutions worked and after complaining they took 6 days and issue isnt resolved yet.
                    I cannot use 4g, only 3G and 2G.. My money is going to waste. Every time I switch preferred network to 4g my sim goes in NO Service / Emergency Calls Only mode and automatically switched back to 3g.
                    It has been more than 10 days..

                    April 6 to April 10 - Problem not solved
                    April 11 to April 13 - Problem not solved
                    Costumer Care Service Is Useless..
                    Same questions everytime and same solution everytime. Nothing is happening.

                    Already 15 days wasted in this.

                    UPDATE - Another executive asked for 3 more days.

                    My Rs345 pack is going to waste because 18 days I am unable to use 4g.

                    Pathetic Service from AIRTEL.
                    Poor. Wasn't expecting this.. From 9 years using airtel services.

                      Even after payment done on 6th April itself still not able able make outgoing calls on 10 of April, No proper Response that Airtel Relationship Manager wont even recieve the call Worst service ever, how can u disconnect the calls without informing atleast a call or mail.

                        On 9/4/2017 suddenly my stb stopped working and there was red light on it. I called the customer executive they said they will send the engineer and he will check it. He came and immediately replaced it with other box and it started working. He told its should be replaced and for that charges are rs. 599/-
                        Its just and year we have change the set up box and its get stop working automatically and now for changing it they are charging so much, its really unfair trade practice going on from airtel. I want my stb should get replaced without any charges.

                          Recently, it developed a problem. The call automatically disconnects after 3 minutes. I don't know what to do. Please resolve this issue.

                                I had raised a complaint stating there has been frequent disconnection of internet. Complaint was raised on 6th Apr 2017 and was promised to have this resolved in 48 hours. Today being 09th Apr 2017 this issue has still not being resolved nor anyone from Customer care / tech service dept had called me.

                                    My mobile number is +[protected].
                                    When I took this simcard, I did a recharge of 349. I was told that 1gb data/day is only on 4g handsets and I use a 3g handset as of now.
                                    On 7th April 2017 I receive a text from AT-ARWINF saying that "Effective 6th Apr 2017, benefit on Rs349 recharge for Airtel mobile has been revised. You get: Unlimited All Calls + 1GB Data/Day Validity: 28days. This benefit can be used on all type of handset 4G/3G/2G"
                                    After reading ceiling this text I realised that I am not getting 1gb/day. So today on 09/04/2017 I called customer care and asked them about it. A agent named Seema told me that she cannot see any such message and asked me to read the message back to her. After reading the entire message she said she has raised a complaint and a complaints officer will call me in 4 hours.
                                    The reference to this conversation is "Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is CBNRD[protected] registered on 09-apr-2017 12:58".
                                    I did not receive any call for 5 hours so called customer care back again and this time it was Dharmendra on the other side. I told him the situation and then he checked the details and then asks me if my query was about Airtel dish TV. This means the previous agent Seema had done nothing. And now the agent tells me to take that message to the nearest Airtel store.
                                    The reference for this conversation is "Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is CBNRV[protected] registered on 09-apr-2017 18:04".
                                    This behavior from a customer service agent is ridiculous. I have been a customer service manager for a UK based network and I know how the entire system works. Fooling customers to end the call as early as possible is not a good remark.
                                    The message I have received is from Airtel company itself and now they behave as if they don't even know about it. All I want is to activate the service of 1gb data/ day on my 3g handset as written in the text by Airtel. Kindly do it else I make sure I take this up till consumer court and in media too as I have the texts and the call recordings of your agents.

                                      I am receiving continuous call from November onwards from Airtel customer care and their DST team to port my Vodafone number in Airtel number. I am keep saying them that I do not want to port and also email them regarding the same but they are still calling me. Since I am staying in Ghaziabad I had even emailed Airtel Delhi & Uttar Pradesh appellate authority on March 31st but situations remains the same.
