I made a recharge (international) of Rs. 4999/- on airtel mobile no. [protected]
on 3rd of march in which they promised me and i also received message that they will give 400 mts to india calling, free incoming, 3 gb data and 100 sms/day but to my surprise when i start using this service they deducted balance of Rs. 1100/- I complained to airtel via mail reff no. of complaint is 43521328 but despite of there asurance nothing was done . I suffered a lot mental and business loss in overseas country where i cant do anything . please help me out as i am still in canada and because of airtel mobile i am suffering a lot.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
