Of 80 MB 2G/3G Data @ Rs22. But Airtel Did Not Give Me This Benefit They Give Another Unuse Unexpected Offer Of 20Paise/Minute Call Rate 28 Days Which Is Un use For Me I Talked To Airtel They Are Saying This Is Not Their Fault This Is Bank Fault. But Bank Are Saying All Update Come Through Airtel This Is Airtel Fault. Now What I Need To Do. This Happen With Me Many Time, Please Take Action against Airtel.

Airtel store : Needs Telecom-1 no feeder road Belgharia Lol 700056 Nr Kamarhati Municipality has changed Rs. 50 for reissuing sim card which is suppose to Rs. 25.

I've confirmed several times with Airtel customer care 198 and they said everytime the same amount which is Rs. 25.

Please take nessesary action. I remain.

    Hi I am from Devakottai, Annanagar in our area for the past two years we dont have a proper network. If you are inside the home then tower will be 0.Lots of complaints registered with Airtel but no use.If anyone can resolve from Airtel will resolve this issue.If airtel wants to check the signal strength then they can test.Annanagar, Devakottai . So for other networks are working without any issues except airtel.

    Hi, am having act internet connection in my home chennai, Vadakupattu, Kovilambakkam, After the vardha cyclone the interner gone . After that on Feb 1st week we got the connection again, but after 2 days the connection again lost.Lots of complaint registered but no use.Very worst service i ever met.

      I am Bhaskar Naidu want to lodge a complaint against airtel, as i am getting unwanted calls from number starting from[protected]/69121646/[protected].
      As sometimes he speaks some rubbish and disconnects the calls and sometimes it is a blank call as well as missed calls also.
      I want to bring it to your notice that once or twice it had happened that the person on the phone had asked to come to certain unknown place without revealing his/her identity.

      Kindly look into the matter at your earliest or else i need to lodge a police complaint against the person whomsoever it may be...

        I applied for a airtel broadband connection at my house on Gurusamy Road, Nolambur, Chennai. The tele marketing person had assured me that 16 mbps connection was feasible. I paid Rs 1000 online. But the next day, a technician called me and said, it will not be possible to provide broadband connection in the location.
        They have not responded to my calls. Nor they have refunded the money. Very poor service.

            Sir i purchase a postpaid sim from airtel care shop and assured me that it will active within 4 hrs.After two days they told me that sim is defective so that we are giving you a dup sim. Today after five days sim has not activated.

              I am using an airtel prepaid sim ([protected]) and 2 days ago, I got a 3G data pack recharge of 1 GB data limit valid for 28 days. Last evening, 16th feb 2017 I lost around 500 mb from my data pack when I wan't even using it so much and just right now, 17th feb 2017, suddenly my data pack got used by 400 mb when my phone wasn't even in use and all tasks were cleared. It showed me that my data limit is reached when I haven't even used my phone that much+ I have wifi at home and college so I just cannot get this sudden data limit ending notice as this is not a common occurrence and I usually have an idea of how much data gets used every time I get a recharge done and the funny part is I had hardly used my phone in 2 days because of my very tight schedule and work pressure.
              Please try to resolve this issue.

                  My sim no. [protected] has been suddenly blocked since last 20 days. Accordingly I contacted Airtel Gallery, Nashik Road, Maharashtra. I was assured that my sim will be reactivated within a week. I regretfully state that the sim is not reactivated till date. I am using the sim since last 6 years. This has caused a great inconvenience to me.
                  Kindly consider the situation and do the needful at the earliest otherwise unwillingly i will have to take legal action.

                      I have been charged for the past six months since I advertising been out of the country it being deducted from my account. I want this service to be deactivate immediately and refund my hard earned money.

                      I don't know how this service has been activated but unfortunate for me this has been going on since forever when I go to the airtel service center they say they cant help me. when I m out of the country I m scared to recharge since as soon as I recharge they charge me for the same. I cant even send an sms to stop the service.

                        I had ported from Vodafone to Airtel Postpaid and this is my first day worst experience with Airtel.

                        At the time of the porting Airtel Executive promised me for 8GB 4G data and unlimited free voice calls all over India for a final bill amount of 540 rupees (inclusive of taxes). But, now cust care exe. says 3GB data and I will be charged for 630 rs.

                          I'm stayiing in Mittanamalli, chennai-55.Recently I changed my Airtel prepaid number 3G SIM card to 4G SIM card on my iPhone 5s which one I specially bought 4G internet service. But I only getting 3G signal.I call 121customer service, they said no 4G connecting to my Area if so why don't they mention before I changed my SIM card .Ive been cheated and lost my money by topup 4g data pack.Again I tried and submitted my complain.They are saying I can issue this complain to any media.

                          I am also not getting 4G network with iphone 6s plus..
                          Airtel customer support people will just by time by giving stupid reasons..
                          I am in contact with airtel from last 3 weeks but they didn't fix my problem..

                          Iphone 6s users, please don't buy airtel 4G connection.. there is no guarantee for 4G working..
                          Please use vodafone 4G.. It is working fine with my phone.

                              I, Paras Gupta, am customer of Airtel digital Tv since past 2 years and each year I have faced similar issues. Last year I did not pay much heed to it, but I now have realized that these DTH companies are looting us and we need to do something about this. So this year, I am gearing up to take legal action against them. Below is the description of my issue faced this during past 11 months.

                              Issue Description:
                              I renewed my connection on 27th March 2016, DigitalTV ID [protected]-001 with Rs. 4752 for Mega Standard 11M+M pack and DigitalTV ID [protected]-002 with Rs. 3012 (discounted price on second Tv connection for same pack).
                              Firstly, they have revised prices in mid-of the season and accordingly my 12 month subscription has been reduced and my connection will be suspended from 17th Feb 2017. I.e. subscription reduced to 10.5 months from 12 months.
                              Secondly, they have activated few Top-up packs on my connections without my consent or request. I wrote emails to them as the customer care is never reachable. To my emails, I have received responses such as, “packs are activated with customers request and consent only; this has been confirmed by our customer care”. When I ask for proof and call recordings, they ask me to get in touch with customer care, which is never reachable.
                              Action Sought:
                              Firstly, I want my complete 12 month subscription on both my connections as promised on 27th March 2016.
                              Secondly, I want refund for all the top-ups activated without my i.e. customer’s consent.
                              Thirdly, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs.10, 000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony and time wasted by the customer care unavailability and unacceptable responses.
                              In case you fail to take these steps within 15 days from the date of this letter, I would be forced to:
                              ● Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, lethargic conduct and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs;
                              ● Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organization;
                              ● Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that I have received from you; and
                              ● Issue press releases online and in the print media.
                              I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.

                                  I applied for Airtel 4 G broadband connection with Airtel. They sold a device to me for 4 k and activated a sim. But nobody came for installation . After waiting for 10 days I called the customer care but they told that number itself not activated. But finally after 1 week continuous follow-up they came and fixed it.

                                  The connection worked for only 15 days and suddenly stopped. Registered a complaint and they sent some guys to check. The service engineer told me signal lost and range is not there in this area so he ll spk to higher officials and do something .

                                  But none came after that. Fedup with Airtel and team I decided to give up . Exactly two months after that I started getting calls in my alternate number for payment . They charged me for 3 months some 4.5k. they are giving me explanation that it's a 4 G and fixed cost. What stupidity is this ?? How can even they charge for connection which lost signal from their side.

                                  From the day one I applied the connection Airtel didn't call me even single time. How they are calling me for payment and that too for the connection which worked for only 15 days. I paid 1.5 k for connection and 5 k for device. 6.5k loss for me.

                                  And within few days after my discussion with customer care I got a call from their legal team . They started threatning me if I don't pay I will be filed a legal case.

                                  I want to teach them a lesson. I'm filing a case against them in consumer court for cheating my 6.5 k and threatning me .

                                    This complaint is regarding charging telephone bills for connection that is not being used and was discontinue 6 months back. Back in Aug 2016 I had filed a request # 71308870 to shift telephone connection from my current location to new location to be moved. This was not attended for more than a month inspite of repeated followed. Finally the request was closed mentioning that connection cannot be provided to location I am moving in due to technical infeasibility there. Now I am charged with rentals for last 6 months and being followed up on daily basis on my cellphone. I am being threatened of dire consequences from the company.

                                    I would like to have hthese calls stopped and not charged for rentals as the shifting of connection was deemed technically infeasible at company's end

I am permanently settled down at defence colony Mamoon cantt (chatwal) I visited airtel outlet in mamoon cantt today for changing my mobile no from bangalore (karnataka) to mamoon (pb) however the sale executive demanded cash Rs1000 from me and told that it will be kept as a security deposit but they refused to give any receipt for this amt which is not understood . Moreover behaviour of the staff was very rude and unethical. May I request you to look into it. Thanks and regards.

                                        I have been writing to Airtel since 12-Dec-16 and the matter has been resolved yet. Moreover, today my outgoing calls have been restricted and Airtel Delhi Appellate Authority have been time and again asking time to resolve the issue and have promised to send the correct bill. Airtel has been continuously troubling me with all representatives wanting to understand and finally doing nothing to resolve the issue. They just have to reply. They are least concerned whether the customer's complaint is resolved. Moreover, in their internal chat, they record everything but while writing back to the customer, they are diplomatic and do not accept their fault. Airtel hasn't been able to send me the correct bill and my calls have been restricted. I have included my mail communication with Airtel Appellate Team for your ready reference. I think I should sue Airtel for troubling me.

                                        This in reference to several complaints to AIRTEL, many of which have been marked as resolved in my airtel app.

                                        Few of these complaint numbers on are: 77461694, 77434792, 77350120, 50093173, 50074146, 50035389, 49888925, 49915771.

                                        It has been more than a week that I am without any 4G network. Airtel customer care as well as executives from nodal office and appellate confirmed that AIRTEL backend, by mistake, deactivated my 4G access.

                                        But no one has yet been able to get the back-end activate my 4G services. Each time each executive gives me the same assurance- "by today evening, your 4G service will ge reactivated.

                                        This kind of customer service leaves me no choice but to shift to some other network service provider that offers prompt resolution to issues faced by customers.

                                        I have more than 26 GB internet left unused; but you will definitely charge me full without offering any service. This is also a model case that can easily go to consumer court.
