I have made payment of RS, 1000 for new broadband connection on dec' 01' 2016 but no connection given till today. Customer care executive not giving proper response when I contact them. They are not refunding money and not even giving new connection. Most of the times they are not answerring call and even if they answer they are asking to call back after some time.
