    Dear Sir,
    its been the pathetic services found till date as i applied for porting into airtel and sales people came to my office and took all documents and gave me SIM aas well .
    i was told that one service call u will get and then verification will be done .

    but i am so disappointed that nothing has happned yet .

    If you cant solve it in 2 Days TAT...
    I will not join Airtel and will continue with Vodafone only .

      Dear Sir,

      This is in regards to my Airtel Digital TV connection. I have taken an annual subscription from you in June 2016. It was going good but later I shifted to another building in Dec 2016 in the same society since then I am facing signal issues. Earlier it was happening only in the day time (11:00-17:00) but later I have started facing issues in the night hours also.
      I would like to inform you that few more people are there in the building who are using the same connection but only I am facing this issue. I would also like to inform you that I have been informed by your local service team that I do not have any proper location where I can get proper signal and that is why Iam facing issues But I would like ask that if that is an issue then it should be complete blackout for all the channels whereas I can see few channels like ABP News and few more channels but other than I am unable to view other channels. People using Other service providers like Tata sky and videocon are not facing any such challenges. For that your team answers that Airtel's signal travells in straight line while other providers do not have such signal traversal. Being a customer I should not bother about that. It i your responsibility to provide signals. I bought your subscription considering you as a good brand but now my thoughts are getting changes.

      I first bought it and then I am facing issues. If this is the issue then your team should first survey and then let us know that whether we should buy from you or not. Its been 2.5 months now and I am highly dissatisfied. If you can not provide me the solution then I would like to request you to refund my complete money and I would discontinue with your service and also would not recommend anyone to use Airtel Digital TV.

      Also would like to suggest you to employ service engineers on your payrolls instead of giving it on a 3rd party as they seems less interested.

      Kindly resolve it asap or refund my complete money. It is highly irritating as Iam unble to watch TV when at home.

        I took 4g internet plan after taking i was told there is no 4g service in your location in pune then you can shift for 3g service with 5gb & ur advance will be adjusted on monthly basis for 6 month

        after 2 months tey starrted showing fake consumption showing used almost 5 gb just in 2 days where not used even 1 gb hardly

        every month requesting them to sent technician but they are not doing anything

          First of everything I got regular calls from Airtel talking about new connections with unlimited packs and calls. I rejected; however one day finally I said yes. On 29 Jan I gave my complete details over phone including corporate info where I am working. They promised me that executive will come to my place the very next day to collect documents and will activate my sim in 2 hours. Which was not done even after two complaints.
          Second time again they called me on 31 Jan 2017 stating there might be problem in previous request and told me that fresh request will be created, again I gave all details over phone and same promise was made next day executive will collect documents and activate sim in 2 hours which was unsuccessful.
          Still I am receiving calls for getting new connections. I told them entire story and they suggested me visit store to get things done in 24 hours. As per suggestion, I along with my colleague went to Airtel store located in Mansarovar (Okay Plus Store) with all documents. Date: 6 Feb 2017.

          Amit assisted us in selecting number and gave required info on plans. I gave my documents Pan card, aadhar card (xerox copies) signed application with a photograph. Also shared my Airtel Broadband Bill address proof. Everything was done on Monday. Amit again promised same thing that post verification sim will be activated in 24 hours.

          Day 2: No activation done
          Day 3: Tried reaching store over phone number (Landline) no one responded.
          Tried again in the evening, luckily my phone was answered and I was informed that it will be done the same day in 2 hours.
          Day 4: No answe over phone for entire day
          Day 5: Verification has been processed and then they said activation will be in next one hour. Not done
          Day 6: They picked phone and told me they will get back to me in 5 min after checking info. No call received neither my call was answered.

          Even after 10 days, multiple phone calls, I tried reaching them over phone but they dont even respond to customers. Even I raised complaint through Nodal escalation, even they said 48 hour maximum time for activation but it is still not activated. Dont know what to talk about pathetic service from Airtel is really not expected. I am already customer of Airtel from years. Very bad experience and I need an action to be taken for all the hassle.

            Previous month i had opted for airtel v-fiber plan which had stated that i will get 40mbps for 100 gb but from the day the plan started i did not receive any speed above 18 mbps. The plan's cost is 1699 but i am totally cheated about this plan. Please look after this issue and recheck the plan details with them. My area pincode is mumbai 400097. In the bill also it was stated that it is 16mbps only. But i was given the pamplets of 40mbps while buying the plan.

              I am existing customer of your Airtel company. I had one transaction this month 9th Feb 2017 Airtel money bank one payment done to credit card to Airtel money bank, money transferred to credit card to Airtel money bank, immediately but I have waiting for money 48hours to my bank account. After 48 hours i will try to payment Airtel money bank to my account, but amount not transferable. Every time showing transaction faild.

              I already wait 2 days money showing Airtel wallet but not transferable. Please resolve my problem. Immediately as are as possible. I need money urgent basis. My money holding your company 2 days. Your earning interest my money i am loss 2 days and every transfer amount charge to commission.

                I have taken Airtel 4G sim on jan 21 ofter 1week they are stoped the 4G services to my number, now 2G net speed receiveing only. i am registered a complate on 31st Jan, till know problem not resloved. and couster support people not reponding proparly

                I have taken Airtel 4G postpaid sim, Sim activated on 21St Jan'17, at that time Airtel person said you have unlimited calls & 6GB data with 4G speed. but they given 3GB data only, and i asked customer care than they activated 6GB data but net speed is receiving 2G speed. I registered a complaint to Customer care person on 31 jan'17 they told me your 4G services stopped we will activate within 24 hours, but till know they're not activated my 4G services & customer care persons are not responding properly. Till know my problem was not resolved, please help on this issue

                  My issue is not resolved and still my complaints are closed.
                  The issue is pending for more than 10 months.
                  They are already lagging in technical problem but still they are doing malpractices too.
                  Whenever i ask a reason for all the malpractices and negligience, i simply get nonsense in revert or mostly ignored
                  The dth team is simply duping me for the past 11 months.
                  Every DEMAND of them was taken up by me but still the issue is not resolved.

                    Hello,

                    Ref. no. for your airtel fixedline/broadband [protected] is 78140978.
                    Last time your technician has installed the cable wire over EB wire inspite our continuous redressal to not put over the EB wire. And now hence due to that my place has been burnt last night at 11 30pm when it was raining. My computer and all other equipment and also furniture were damaged due to your technician irresponsible behaviour. I request you to look into it and give us the compensation for your mistake.

                    We had to put out the fire last night. Is this how you give peace of mind to your customer?

                    This happened on January 27.
                    After repeated mails to them still no recovery.

                    I request for a full compensation for the damage done to my place.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I was taken post paid dongle sim in October [protected]. I was paid my first month bill after that i lost my dongle and given the complaint and ask them to close the connection. For Airtel people reference they can check my data usage also. it is 0 percent.

                      Every time new bill is getting is generated irrespective of complaint. I don't know you people taking seriously or not. I am writing this mail just because of nothing sorted with your customer care people.

                      Airtel people can look into my data usage and revert bill generations. Same things i am conveying to airtel persons since november

                      I am very sad and disappointed about the service that Airtel is providing.

                      Finally i written mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com but no response form them. can you please look into this seriously.

                      So sad, 6 months now the complaint was posted and no action taken. But you people resolved the issue. As a result of my mobile outgoing also you barred of this. WHO TOLD THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. Dont cheat customers. Fully fedup of all these things. Why you people are sending bills again an again even i raised the complaint and also zero usage.

WHO TOLD THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. Dont cheat customers. Fully fedup of all these things. Why you people are sending bills again an again even i raised the complaint and also zero usage.

                            Hi I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 5 years as prepaid number. I was keeping my number by recharging or using active and it was active till Sept 2016. Recently when I inserted the sim it showed inactive. I visited to one of Airtel relationship center in Hyderabad (TS) to activate the number with all the proofs (ID and address proof). Even though I submited my ID, not less than an year ago.
                            I came to know my number is allocated to some one else. This number is update in all my bank accounts, DEMAT, PAN detail, Aadhaar account, bank acounts, and credit cards, and other utility bills.
                            For me it not possible to get updated all these details in such short notice as these need physical visit located in different cities. My privacy is at risk as all the SMS (Verification code, OTP, URN) still goes to this number and I am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 5 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service I did not expect Airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. I have had it recharged before I left for travel and I had talk time balance on this number which was unused, which was valid for long. not just 3 months, i guess.
                            My alternate number is [protected] (My moms vodafone number). Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks,

                            Thank for your reply, I have the information that this number has been assigned to another customer 5 days ago, please do the needful ASAP, before its too late for the company to do this. How can AIRTEL assign number to another customer in matter of weeks if its switched off.
                            I understand that there is a gap in demand and supply of MSDN, but it cant be done at the expense of a productive citizen of the country, or a productive customer who has a history of spending a good amount every month.
                            I am a doctor by profession practicing in hyderabad, I am away for a skills upgrade course in speciality, I have this number listed everywhere, my pateints, my business cards, and is advertised every where in the listing of doctors online and in the AP Dental council. At a personal level its attached with my credit cards, it gets OTP's and messages related to my bank accounts etc.
                            in the interest of the privacy and security of a customer, and as per directives given by TRAI, please do the needful and do it as soon as possible. before the other customer has already invested time and energy on it.

                              I have raised several complaints in Airtel regarding network quality issue but it gets autoclosed without any resolution. At road no 12, triveninagar, balapur x road, Hyderabad network is very poor. A personal came to my home and agreed on issue at Airtel side. I have opted for unlimited calls on corporate scheme and now regret every moment of it. What if TRAI gets the information that Airtel fights jio with no basic network coverage, then it would be a huge loss to Airtel customer list.                                 Dear Sir/Mam,

                                I have been using Airtel Digital TV connection from last 1.5 yrs. I have been using the same pack from beginning. All of a sudden on 10th of Feb 2017, my plan was changed. I stopped getting any HD channels.
                                When I spoke to customer care they said as I have made payment of Rs. 405 my plan was automatically changed. Let me tell you I have been recharging with this money from last few months and it never happened before. I said them ok now please revert back my channels as I do not want their new plan to which they said my earlier plan which I was using a day before has been removed and is no longer in existence.
                                This is really very disappointing from service provide like Airtel, to trouble their customer. First my channels were changed without any intimation and then you guys are not reverting your mistake.
                                Please revert back the channels or terminate my connection. Customer should not suffer for the mistakes made by you.

                                  i have taken a connection on 23-1-17.Telecaller called me and said selected number is not available they preferred me another number it's ok for me(connection number-[protected]).I paid service charge through online.I had sent inline transaction id and all other proof.Till now i can't make outgoing calls and can't use internet also.So many times i have contacted telecaller and customer care, but no response from their side.The reason is they didn't done address verification.This is not my mistake.They are so irresponsible.So i decided to deactivate the number.I called customer care and telecaller continously for deactivation finally they did it yesterday.It's waste of money, energy and time.Now i ordered a new connection with selected number [protected](order id[protected].The same telecaller contacted me and told me that the connection is in another person's name.How can it be possible.I had selected the number from airtel site. So i need that connection.Please make the arrangements.

                                      I am having airtel broadband connection 4mbps for which my data limit was increased few months back.
                                      Last week my data limit was again reduced to 35 gb without intimation. I checked few more plans to shift over and found many new plans of higher speed available at lower cost. I tried to contact Airtel customer care to shift to lower price plan of higher speed but I'm yet to hear back from your end.
                                      It is very disappointing to see such a response as I'm already paying a higher price for an obsolete plan.
                                      Kindly follow up and revert so as to help me decide to continue with Airtel.
