My mobile nos is [protected]. I have complained twice to Airtel Ltd, the first one being about 15 days ago and the second one on 24/10/2010 vide complaint no[protected], and also submitted written complaint to Airtel gallery at Badlapur city, to stop debiting VAS downloads from my account.
The company has not taken any action till now, and keeps on debiting Rs.3/- around every 3 days, for some bogus information, which I dont want. Inspite of complaining, to stop such debiting, they are not doing so.
Probably, they are thinking, who will be able to stop them. Who has the courage to take them on? I hope through this letter, you will be able to address them correctly on my issue.

I'm Sathiya seelan. My no is [protected] (Now Vodafone).On Feb 20 th, My mobile was switched off condition from 8.30AM to 1 pm in my pant pocket (No chance to other handling) because of government examination. when i was switched on my mobile after 1pm, my balance reduced more than 15 rupees. when i was contact with customer care (Airtel),they told that charge claim for download(GPRS) at 10am.but that answer is not good for reality.Again i was upgrade my account by rechage Rs.10, Immediately Rs.10 decreased from my account.Again i was contact customer care at 2pm. Customer Helpline officers (198) does not talk with me properly.He angry with me and suddenly they disconnected my call.within next 2 days, I was applied mobile portability to vodafone.I've received a call from airtel side.Officers discussed about mobile portability reasons.I informed my complaints and customer care responsibilities. They promised their fault will be rectify within two days.but the problem does not solve in more than two days.Again i was contact customer helpline 198,but my calls does not connect it.Then i was tried to contact 198 from various numbers.They does not give correct answer and responsibility.Then i was change my network after many Problems from airtel side.(I've all evidence to gave compliant to customer Helpline as Voice recording)
