I am working Airtel channel partner as PCO distribuotor since 2007. We have installed 850 pco and submitted deposite @ Rs. 1000 to Bharti Airtel after surrender of PCO equipments Airtel has not taking any interest to refund SD amount. 438 PCO was transferred from my previous dealer but airtel not transferred SD amount of 438 PCO to my account i have asking to settele SD, account since last 1 year bur airtel accounts deportment and officers are not willing to do needfull.

Airtel has shown payment of Rs. 204000/- and deducted TDS but said amount not given to my bank account or DD/Cheque.

There is huge manupulation is being made by Airtel Indore Office with Airtel Dealers Account settelement. During the period 2007 to 2010

I HOPE any authority will go in depth and culprit will be punished and dealer will get their commission, incentiv amount, SD refund etc.

    I had visited the Airtel service centre and given change of name and address in the first week of Sept'10 and the same had not been actioned upon.
    Below the trail mail. I need assistance as to how I can reach the top management of this pathetic organization

    Thanks you for the response, albeit a delayed one. Let me clarify a few things. As I already mentioned in my earlier mails, I have given all my proofs to your Chembur Service Centre and also paid all the outstanding bills till that day. I was told to do so, as it was required to close the existing account and allot a new one. Please be informed that your personnel sitting there did not give any acknowledgement of my new account number or customer Id inspite of giving all proofs. Being from a service industry myself I am aware of the nuances of providing information to the customer across the table which I am afraid your staff (outsourced as the case may be) are not aware of. So I have no details as of now of having submitted my documents. I refused to pay any outstanding if my name change is not effected by EOD. I am sick of your services and pathetic network coverage. I expect you to provide my bills from September’10 onwards with my new name as I need the same for claiming purpose with my employer

    I have already given relevant documents for change of name and KYC docs to your
    airtel office in Chembur (near diamond garden) on 02.09.10. The same has not
    been updated. This form contained my request to send my my bills to my email id
    which I understand has not been actioned upon at all. I then receive a call
    from your customer care asking me ridiculous questions about your service
    levels. They have the gaul to tell me to visit the nearest airtel centre and
    resubmit documents. The service is getting pathetic by the day. Coverage has
    anyway been poor compared to other service providers.



    After having raised my initial query (see date below), I am yet to receive my
    bill. I refuse to send any mails or SMS for activation of this service since I
    have already done the same in writing.



    You are adviced to give me your complaints officer name and number failing
    which I will be escalating this to the MD himself.



    I am extremely dissatisfied with your services and have run out of patience.

      Hi ,
      I am using AirtelPrepaid Service.Mobile number [protected]
      My call rate is charged as 1re,which was previously 49ps before using a booster pack.once the validity period of the booster got over they are charging 1re.
      First time heni called they took the complaint and promised to refund the amount and it will be done only after 4 working days, till then plan will not be changed.
      When I called the customer service again they are responding very badly and say they dont bother in changing the service provider.

      The quality of the Airtel Service is becoming very poor day by day.They say call will be transfered to senior person and make wait for a long time and cut the call.

        Hello,
        This is PRADEEP KR. SINGH a new custommer to the AIRTEL DTH HD..

        Details:
        Customer Id : [protected].

        Date of Purchase : 23 Oct' 2010.
        Address : AE/5-NTPC Unchahar Colony, Raebareli UP-229406.

        I write this to complain about bad experience of AIRTEL DTH SERVICE being faced by me.

        I ordered HD set-top box on 23 Oct. 2010. around 11:00 am through online booking (on mobile).
        and made a payment of Rs. 5355/- through Credit Card and booked a connection for "12 Months activation o[censored]ltra package."
        That day 23 Oct 2010. evening 2 tecnition fron Airtel arriver at 5:00 pm and installed the setop box and assured activation " Of Mega Package with 12 months"
        as he was informed by his concerened authorities after 4Hrs, but it didnot happened till today.

        On the 24th Oct 2010, 9:00 am I enquired to CUSTOMER CARE and got my Customer id and came to know the fact that i need to have a
        "Customer Activation Number of 16 digits" for package selection, which i should have got through SMS from Airtel and was asked to wait for 72 hours.

        Now, all DEAD LINES are finished and the problem still sustains and no SMS concerning the problem has been receiver.

        It is hence therefore requested to the concern to look into the matter and avail me the opt fecility as mentioned above, at the earliest or i may take the matter to further level of legal action.

          I am getting repeated negative balance message in my screen even though my balance is good and my subscription ends October 2011. I called customer care and they asked me to delete all the messages and i did and I still got. So I called them again and one of the brilliant customer care representative asked me to call Airtel mobile services and cut he call. After that I called twice and the customer care representative was bluffing and cutting the call. I have made more than 20 calls, still my problem is not solved. Now if i call asking them to take the connection back and refund the money I am not getting any response. Now i don’t know what I should do to suspend the service and get my money back. It’s so annoying when you pay thousands of Rupees and end up like, this with useless answers and service. I would suggest people not to buy Airtel, with the worst experience i have.

            I seek help for the harrasment done by Airtel Recovery Guys.

            The guy comes to my house, me being in night shift, i asked him to come after 6:00 PM in the evening as i was sleeping at that point in time. The person rang my door bell for at least 5 times. After my repeated requests, he didnt listen and called 3 more guys including there manager/head Raghavan, who comes to my house and all ready to pick me up and take me to police station(as per him, he had contacts in police station)

            The other recovery person asks me to come out of house and almost ready to fight.

            Raghavan giving me warning that if there guys hit me, what will be my position.

            I have literally suffered from trauma because of their harrasment and i wonder if its legally acceptable.

            The whole issue was that there was bill due which had some GPRS usage charges of about 1349 Rs, which under corporate plan should be 99 Rs unlimited browsing as commited by them.

            Finally i had to give them cheques and agree to what they wanted.

              I am Ashok Kumar resident of village Abada Barana, Distt. Una Himachal Pradesh. My mobile no is [protected] and I am facing a great network problem in our village for last one year. The airtel network is very poor in whole our village,still there are maximum user are of airtel but now I think the authority of this company is not serious about their customer problem. Many times I made many calls to your call center but no resolution they provide. Whenever we make calls they registar the complait only but no practical resolution.
              This my last compaint to you otherwise the me and all other friends have other options to choose, Sir the need of the time is to establish new network tower in particular area,

                i am using the services of airtel broadband services from almost last one and half years and as per my plan i am allowed 5 GB download in a month and unlimited usage from 10pm till 8am, now they have send a bill to me of 7000+ wherein they have randomly shown the data usage extensively even for the days when i was not at home, now when i am asking them the details of my usage they are not able to provide me the same and just beating around the bush that the bill is generated as per the plan, kindly help!
                i have been writing to them continuously in vain and they are reverting back on mail that my issue will close on this date with some or the other reference no and nothing happens, when i write back to them they again give a new resolution date and reference no, wherein i get calls on my landline from them to clear my bills
                I am an Airtel Broadband customer. Recently I receivd an unsolicited call from Airtel suggesting that I should change my tariff Plan from Turbo 250 to another plan promising more speed and less cost. Unfortunately after the change I got a bill for Rs 3700/ while my earlier bill used to be Rs 700 per month. Airtel executives simply misguide you so that the company can take away a lot of money from you.

                All Airtel subscribers, Please do not entertain unsolicited call from Airtel. You will be left with no cash! Please advise your friends, relatives and well wishers.

                Airtel Broadband Services — Excessive Charging

                  I am using Airtel GPRS for the past 5 months. I have observed that, i am not able to connect to websites of state bank groups through Airtel GPRS.Every time it is giving page not displayed error. At the same time, if i am using any other service provider from my lap top , i am able to browse sbi iste. i had registered a complaint with the customer care and i was assured that the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. but even after 72 hrs, there is no solution obtained.Still I cannot browse sbi online site. This needs to be rectified at the earliest.

                    Even I am also facing the same problem, Whenever I try to recharge online in Airttel website for my prepaid connection I get an error saying
                    "Captcha is not matching, kindly re-initiate the transaction "
                    I tried withe 4 different browsers and get the same problem . I dont understand If I am the only person getting this error.As f its a common error then it should have been resolved by now..!

                    So dear Airtel, Please resolve this issue at the earliest, as we had to take up 3rd party vendor online to recharge our airtel prepaid connection because of this problem :(

                    I am too experiencing same problem. I am an Andhra Pradesh airtel pre-paid customer. Just completed online registration process to make the payment online. But whenever I enter details keep on getting same "Captcha is not matching" stupid error which does't give any further information.

                    Can airtel confirm if they are really working to solve this pathetic common problem ?

                    This is a consistent problem with AirTel. The Captcha does not match 24 out of 25 times! Such a waste of time.
                    AirTel offers good mobile services. But their website and especially ecommerce site is pathetic. Hope AirTel will do something soon. Please!!!

                    When i m trying through the mobile im getting below error 'Sorry! we are unable to process your request at this moment.Please try again later" .The same error im getting many times and not able to recharge through mcheck.Even that is not possible through online also.                     this is happening to me as well there is no other means of giving complaint (captcha not working)
                    my phone number not calling i called and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then i had to cut the phone forcefully

                    such a bad experience with airtel just want to leave airtel as soon as possible

                      My name is Ajit malkar. My airtel mobile no. is [protected] (prepaid). I am being disturbed regularly by unwanted telemarketing calls and advertisements sms from different companies (to whome airtel obviously has provided my number). These calls and SMS are very annoying during busy business hours.

                      I have registered to DND on 17 Jul 2010. So 45 days period is over and DND is active. Still I am getting telemarketing calls and sms daily.

                      Please stop such unwated sms and calls.

                      I have a lifetime Airtel Mobile Connection No.[protected]. Without my request they debited my account with Rs.30/- on account of Hello Tune, which I did not ask for. When I came to know about it, I requested them to disconnect the Hello Tune facility and restore the charges. They did not oblige me. Further I am getting unsolicited calls, messages and charges on my phone which I request you to stop atonce. This unsolicited calls and messages not only erritating but also disturbing my day to day works. So kindly stop.

                      Unsolicicited calls keep coming in, courtesy Airtel to my No [protected] from telemarketeers.DND sent to Customer care 121 has no effect, noy even acknowledged as is done by other telecom Cos.
                      Value pack services are provided unsolicited and charged putting me to loss.
                      No wonder Mr Mittal is making so much money !! He should properly educate his men to excercise restraint and show courtesy to the Airtel mobile users. But will Mr Mittal care for the petty subscribers ?

                      Register yourself for the NDNC registry by sending message "Start DND" to 1909.
                      you will receive a confirmation code for your registration and your number will be included to the NDNC within 45 days.
                      Post 45 days if someone calls/SMS' for promotional purposes, please log a complaint for the same, with your service provider.
                      You will need to provider details of the caller or the sender ID for message received, along with the date and time of receipt.

                      Airtel mobile connection — unsolicited incoming sms

                      I have already registered on NDNC no-F[protected]. I am continuously getting unwanted sms despite reporting to airtel. airtel had confirmed receipt of the complaint but not acted actually.

                      It seems that even Govt is not serious enough to implement. it has just formulated rules for companies sake and keeping media shut. Is there any way one can get help?
                      for 4 weeks now I am writing complaints to airtel regarding disturbing unwanted sms and even calls
                      they reply, giving complaint nos, sometimes they even call, they give all kind of promises to stop those sms and calls
                      but at the end nothing changed, they just pretend, they do some action,
                      but at the end they dont care
                      They make so much money on those sms ,that this profit is more important to them, than the complaint of some clients like me.
                      we should all join, and take airtel to the consumer courts
                      where we should ask for compensation for the permanent attacks on our privacy and our health !

                          As the government rules have changed, the airtel people have asked to submit the relevant documents. which i have submitted on 29th Sep 2010 and my application no is OMR 1530976 at a postoffice(kazipet). Filled the Form gave a passport size photograph and ID proof(my Voter ID).
                          after all that still they have disconnected my services 2 times. I'v been telling the customer care that i have submitted but they ask me to do it again...how many times do i submit.and what is the guarantee that they would not ask me to submit again.

                            Hi all,
                            Airtel has started generating revenue from other way too. Please check your bill they start charging money which you never requested . This I am taking about my "REFERENCE NUMBER 38557248" i found they started charging money rs 75 per month extra without informing me and they say that this is for PC secure , which I never requested. This is the way Airtel is getting a big revenue and giving money to filmstar like Sarukh khan , bebo and all .

                            Please check your bill , I can say airtel is a cheater company not a CMM level company.

                              This is Dr partha Ghosh. To the best of my knowledge from the messages of my mobile (Airtel mobile no: [protected]), Rs 1/- per day from 25 Aug, 2010 to 8 Oct, 2010 for job information and on 6 Oct, Rs 15/- , 2010 (for my tunes) have been deducted from my prepaid account (mob no [protected]) without my consent. On Oct 8, only Rs 2/- has been refunded to my prepaid mobile without indicating the basis of refund. In this context I have send may e-mails containing complaints and reminder. But no result. Pl do the needful so that I can get money back to my mobile.

                                99 RUPEES of my airtel prepaid balance of number [protected] has been deducted while I was trying to delete a BIKINI BABES service message on 26/10/2010 around 12 noon. I have been still receiving a lot of porno or abusive type of service messages on this number. Please refund the amount to my main balance and stop these porn messages asap. I am currently in roaming to Durgapur, West Bengal.

                                  I am being harrassed by Airtel officials to submit proof documents , I have taken this number 2 years back & have submitted proof documents 4 times till now , every time they call me & say as per govt GO they require the documents . Now this again they want the documents , I have spoken to them for about 4-5 times till now.                                   Airtel Post Paid Mobile Connection — Non Payment of STD/ISD Deposit

                                  I had a Airtel Post paid mobile service for about 5 years. Because of poor network connectivity I stopped using the services from airtel. Now they are not refunding the deposit which was paid for STD/ISD calling service. I have even given them the copy of the receipt I have for the same.
                                  They promised to pay within 45 days, however it has been 4 over months now.

I have complained twice to Airtel Ltd, the first one being about 15 days ago and the second one on 24/10/2010 vide complaint no[protected], and also submitted written complaint to Airtel gallery at Badlapur city, to stop debiting VAS downloads from my account.
                                    The company has not taken any action till now, and keeps on debiting Rs.3/- around every 3 days, for some bogus information, which I dont want. Inspite of complaining, to stop such debiting, they are not doing so.

                                    Probably, they are thinking, who will be able to stop them. Who has the courage to take them on? I hope through this letter, you will be able to address them correctly on my issue.

                                      but without my knowledge the plan change to a to a 20paise
                                      past 10years i consumed more time and work to promote airtel

                                      I'm Sathiya seelan. My no is [protected] (Now Vodafone).On Feb 20 th, My mobile was switched off condition from 8.30AM to 1 pm in my pant pocket (No chance to other handling) because of government examination. when i was switched on my mobile after 1pm, my balance reduced more than 15 rupees. when i was contact with customer care (Airtel),they told that charge claim for download(GPRS) at 10am.but that answer is not good for reality.Again i was upgrade my account by rechage Rs.10, Immediately Rs.10 decreased from my account.Again i was contact customer care at 2pm. Customer Helpline officers (198) does not talk with me properly.He angry with me and suddenly they disconnected my call.within next 2 days, I was applied mobile portability to vodafone.I've received a call from airtel side.Officers discussed about mobile portability reasons.I informed my complaints and customer care responsibilities. They promised their fault will be rectify within two days.but the problem does not solve in more than two days.Again i was contact customer helpline 198,but my calls does not connect it.Then i was tried to contact 198 from various numbers.They does not give correct answer and responsibility.Then i was change my network after many Problems from airtel side.(I've all evidence to gave compliant to customer Helpline as Voice recording)
                                      today i went to airtel office situated at ram chowk surat, for my complain. but instead of listening to complain the trainee Executive over der miss behved with me and den she also called costumer care number for the my complain i mean if dey cant solve the problems then y are dey sitting over der if all the things has to be done my a call .

                                        We had served a notice to disconnect almost 43 of our corporate connections wiring emails to [protected]@airtelindia.com but subsiquently the disconnection notices are not accepted by the Customer Care on the grounds that the respective account manager has stopped them to accept as he is afraid of loosing his jobs for such large account disconnections. But however we cannot consider individuals parameters as huge amount is blocked month on for these numbers.

                                        We took the extreme step to disconnect the numbers on the grounds of poor billing and not meeting the expectations of tariff plan change and on poor customer support after sales. We have migrated these 43 connections amost Tata Docomo & Idea Cellular.
