Till date the problem been not rectified, when i check with the customer care they use to say back end team will be calling me within 2 hours and no one called me to till date....

Prepaid Online Recharge UnSuccessful

I have recharged my mobile phone number with Rs 50 only through online. The amount was deducted from my bank account but never got recharged in my phone. I have given 7 complaints in written to the nodal officer as well, but still not have resolved.

It is a best example of the pathetic service that Airtel offers to its customers.

cheating in the name of "Unbilled amount "

I recently changed my Airtel connection from prepaid to postpaid. In my plan I have 5000 SMS free and I am using GPRS 2GB @Rs.98. Till now I would have sent around 1500 SMS and I use facebook everyday in my mobile. In the unbilled amount they charge Rs.1 for every SMS and 30p/50Kb. My unbilled amount is now Rs.2200, still 6 days more to prepare the bill. I got a SMS telling "you to pay Rs.1500 now since your credit limit is Rs.1200"....
