I stay in sector 104 Noida., had placed medicine request with Mr.Ranjit at Apollo Pharmacy sector 110 Noida, I am their regular customer.Mr.Ranjit was called at 5.04pm and the medicine order was placed -the no. was [protected].The medicine has not been delivered till now.It is 11.15 pm.He has been called eight times and he confirms person is on the way.YOu can check his number.I am alone and the patient cannot be left unattended. IT IS A SERIOUS MATTER, KINDLY LOOK INTO AND RESOLVE.I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS NEGLIENCE. PAMITA WALIA-[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam, when i was trying to purchase medicine from you apollo pharmacy at Indra Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, , they did not even look at me, and they did not even stop what they are doing, even if i said what i want to purchase no response for a long time, this is happen everytime..I felt very bad and I've never seen pharmacy staff with careless attitude ever before..Sometimes I left without purchasing anything because of their careless attitude..Please do something, they are working for people who needs help, they should not be like this..

I had gone to purchase a cream pack. I received information that the product wasn't available & the man the counter asked me to come back in a few days for the same. Today, when I approached some other man was at the counter along with a lady. They said they don't have it neither do they know the cream. I insisted that the previous man at the counter had made a note in the register about the same & also that he had mentioned they had soaps from the same brand but no creams. He in turn snapped back at me and said u must be wrong about the name. He was rude in his mannerism. Furthermore, as I left the desk he started to pass comments with the other customer in line. This kind of behaviour cannot be taken as my acceptance. The company should employ people with a background check & good qualification. People who at least respect the customers. I don't think I am going to buy anything from that specific store.

I had purchased blood glucose monitoring system from Apollo Pharmacy for my pregnant wife and based on the high sugar level as per machine readings, doctor prescribed high dosage of insulin for 2 months before delivery. But during the delivery time, when the hospital checked the sugar level before and after the delivery it was normal and to crosscheck the machine readings I checked the reading with y Apollo machine also with the same blood...

I, Dr.Rajneesh woking as Senior Medical officer with Govt. called your Dwarka Sector 4, New Delhi Branch to deliver medicines for my 7 year old son who was having high grade fever. Nobody else was available at home & hence I requested your staff to kindly deliver the medicines early & the time of my call was around 3.10 pm. I also made it clear that I am a Doctor by profession & I explained to your branch manager my problem & requested him to do the needful. Despite my requests I was delivered medicines at around 6.10 pm. This kind of service has demotivated me to avail your services in future & would never motivate my patients to avail your services. I am meeena singhal valuable customer of your company, your janta store shopping centre, jaipur-302015(Rajasthan). Shops employees are not attending the customer properly, and in discounts he makes some fraud with customer, on same day purchasing he is not giving bill says site is hang, we will adjust the amount but on next visit of the customer he says no discount is avaiable in your account.Kindly see in this matter and provide my discounts which was the employees was not giving me.

A packet of ap adult diapers large 10.S was purchased on persuvation by your staff, when i intended to get "seni" - which we are using regularly. When we try to use the diaper (Apollo product) we observed that the same is of poor quality and failed to meet the purpose. It failed to absorb urine and caused lot of inconvenience to the patient.In the process, we have wasted 3 pieces.

When i try to return the balance 7 pcs, the shop had refused to accept.

I register my protest and demand refund.

Ten days back i had purchased Dutas T and they said we will enter it in my card as the stock is not entered in the computer. Today when i visited to buy i am told the same answer. When i ask them to give me the discount of the last bill they say the medicine has to be entered in the stock. Please check it. I buy from Anand Bagh malkajgiri outlet. My No.[protected]

We had bought a steamer/ vaporizer from Apollo Pharmacy on 15 aug 2014. when we returned home and checked it, it wasn`t working and rushed back to pharmacy again and explained to the sales executive there, he checked few more products, to my suprise none of them actually worked. He handed over the matter to senior executive Mr. Shantha Kumar . He is the most careless person i have ever seen. he was not ready to refund me the bill amount inspite of delivering a faulty product. He aslo refused to reveal his identity when asked for and refused to give higher management numbers for taking the issue to next level. he intentionally avoided us and i m very much annoyed by his attitude. Dear management, being a giant in medical industry if you have a sales person like Mr. Shantha Kumar your outlets would be shut down soon, , Pls check the cctv footage for his rude behaviour, this attitude was not only with me but also with the customer who had come before me. Hi, Greetings for the day! With much regret I am writing this to you. This is about your Apollo pharmacy in Bommasandra, Bangalore. I am a resident of Bommasandra before even your pharmacy started in here. Consider this email more as a complaint rather than a feedback. 1. First and the biggest problem of your pharmacy is the non-availability of medicines. I would say if I have visited your pharmacy 100 times, out that 90 times the medicines will not be available. So it’s like 90% of the times most of the medicines will not be available at your pharmacy. You are such a big chain and 90% of the times medicines not available is totally not acceptable. One of the biggest hospitals in Bangalore i.e. Narayana Hrudayalaya(Narayana Health) is located just near to your pharmacy. Even the medicines prescribed from there is not available at your store. There is another Pharmacy named S.K. Medicals in Bommasandra where you get all the medicines. The only reason people visit your pharmacy is because of the Apollo Advantage 10% discount. But if you continue the service in the same fashion then nobody will go to your store. If 90% of the times medicines are not available at your pharmacy then what is the point of keeping it open? Why paying salary to people for just saying medicine is not available? 2. Your staff at the pharmacy is so rude. They don’t have the decent politeness to talk to customers. Ideally speaking people who visit to your store mostly are patients. They are not in a mental state to take this rudeness of your staff. In an ideal scenario your staff should not speaking rude to any given customer. 3. Your staff at the pharmacy doesn’t know to speak basic English. Nearly 70 per cent of the population in Bangalore is from other states. And ideally most of them don’t speak the local language. The most common way of communication is English. It becomes very difficult for a common man when you keep staff like this who cannot speak basic English. 4. My wife is a Pharmacist. We have visited your pharmacy ample times. You have about 5 people(staff) at the store. Recently a new lady has joined which I will say that has some knowledge of medicines. But apart from that I really don’t think that anybody has knowledge of medicines. They can’t even check for substitute medicine if the same brand is not available. I really doubt that they even have a diploma in pharmacy. And if this is true then it’s a big question about the credibility of Apollo pharmacy. I seriously didn’t expected this kind pathetic service from Apollo Pharmacy. So I would request you to seriously look into this and take some action at the earliest. Dear sir, This is to bring into your notice how careless attitude of your staff at rohini sec13 .dda market is regularly creating inconvenience to your regular customers.myself a doctor and i have been a regular customer of this store at sec 13 rohini since 2008.Earlier ur staff was good and helping but since few months i have seen that whenever i went there ..and asked for some medicine they did'nt even check ur stock status ..directly refused every time.Last week i asked for inj betnesol in d morning they refused.. then i bought it from another store in same market...after few hours again i went to ur store and asked for tab wysolone and tab depin r 20 mg...again they refused. On 29/7/14 they crossed all d limits ...i gave a phone call around 6:00pm for home deleivery of syrup zinconia and they assured me, , they will deleiver soon. When i did'nt get medicine till 10:30pm again i called them to 9 why d medicine has not been deleivered.That time their careless and shameful response was that they ringed me to tell that syrup zinconia was out of stock and i did'nt pick up d phone...imediately i cut d phone and checked there was no call ..again i called them to inform that they were telling a lie and what happened if someone is waiting for an emergency medicine. This type of careless attitude will lead to repulsion of all your regular customers from ur store .U should take necessary action against them ..earlier whenever we called for home deleivery they immediately ckeck d stock status and told us about d availaibility of drug so that we can arrange from somewhere else.but these days u have a worst staff...we will not visit to ur store in future but at least u can maintain ur other regular customers by taking necessary action against them. Sir/Madam, Hitherto I was purchasing our medical requirements from Med-plus. Recently, I thought of buying the same from Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd., KSRTC Layout, #20 Ground Floor, 7th Main Road, Chikkallasandra, Bangalore 560061, which is nearer to us. However, my experience is so bad like, either the billing is wrong or the discount given is not appropriate, over and above the personnel Mr. Mahendra, name, as told by him is very rude. He does not know as to how to talk to the customers. Today, I purchased few items in the name of G S Sindhu, per invoice Nos. CC0006722 and CS0048674. Price of One item in the invoice was Rs. 85.05 whereas the price printed on the strip was Rs. 80.47 the discount given was 5% whereas other shops give 10% On other items such as tooth paste and brushes no discount was given, whereas as other shops give 5%. When I asked about the same he was adamant and rude. It is not the question of one or two rupees, the behaviour which is important. Now, I think, it is not worth to visit your shop here. I purchase drugs in appolo pharmecy in pratap nagar jaipur but drugs in could not match in doctor match. I confirm drugs in doctor advice. But sales man is told him one time purchase drugs can nor return back .

I had placed an on-line order(order no- #AP24605) of INR 1170 with Apollo pharmacy on 13 March 2014. After few days they told me that the prices have been increased so I have to pay the difference but it was not logical to me as I have placed the order on the basis of listed price. So I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money to my account. They agree and send me the confirmation mail of cancellation and refund on 26th March 2014....

I would like to bring in to you kind notice of the pathetic service of your store situated in the market campus of Amarpali Greens, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad U.P and want you to take stringent action against their staff Neeraj & their Supervisor Adarsh who are the main key members for irresponsible behaviour in terms of home delivery. This incident is related to some urgent medicines booked for home delivery by name of Nikhil Khanna at around 8:30 pm which had not been delivered till 10:30pm. On follow-up with Neeraj it is found that the medicines are lying in their store with the lament excuse that the delivery boy has left for the day. On follow up with their supervisor Adarsh, (as mentioned by Neeraj), his phone is continuously busy and then he switch off his mobile.He even didnot dare to reply back to my urgent message. This is highly unacceptable? Is this kind of service what a Corporate customer would expect? I want this note to be forwarded to the higher management and would request their immediate action on their staff for this store. I went to the Apollo Pharmacy in Pondcherry Bussy Street last week for my mother is diabetic patient i asked for the insulin nova mix the sales people are playing each not seling the medicine proper way playing with the medicine boys & girls is this pharmacy are markert. Pharameshwari & Riyaz take action in this nessaary case its not a small thing Apollo is a chain of Group why they keeping like this cheapest people for low salary....

I went to one of apollo pharmachy store at thuraipakkam (opp to DB jain college) in chennai, and was waiting for more then 5 minutes, nearly 5 to 6 members (including myself) were came and asked the medicine but the store staff said NO STOCK... NO STOCK...

And from there I went to velachery (near vijaya nagar bust stop) in chennai apollo pharmacy store, at there too said the same NO STOCK... NO STOCK...

Please kindly pay more attention on the medicine stock and kindly save the patients...
