VERY RUDE AND SPITEFUL ATTITUTDE OF SALES MAN KOTI My wife had visited your Apollo Pharmacy on Raj Bhavan road, Somajiguda, next to Yashodha Hospital and Ratnadeep supermarket on 23rd March 2015, for refill of her BP and Psychiatric medicines ( OLVANCE H 20 & DEPRAN L). The sales person KOTI saw her and said the medicines were not available, She requested as she needed to take the same due to anxiety and two subsequent nervous break downs, that she had in the past. He was very rude and told her no stock, when she said it is her monthly refill, he told her go and get it from somewhere, when asked why is he talking this way, he said the last time you came we were late in attending to you so you said you will go and get it from the next shop, so now to go and get it. She asked him whether he was trying to take revenge, he just said we don't forget such things.She said, may be the situation was such as our father in law was in the hospital with cancer, and we were running around, so it would have been a general medicine and we could not wait and walked off. But since we are regular customers, and this tablet is got only from here, again requested him to get it as she was feeling very restless and has to go to work tomorrow. KOTI did not bother and he started arguing with her, then she requested he at least write and get it by tomorrow, he said it will take 48 hrs to get the medicine. When she again requested he said we have to get from the warehouse otherwise go and see somewhere else. Still she made him write in the indent form. Today the 26th March 2015, when I went to get the medicine, they said they don't have the stock, and when I said they have to get it somehow as the indent was placed by Koti 3 days back, the sales person said KOTI is not on duty and they did not know about the indent. Later after a lot of arguments I came to know KOTI has deliberately not placed the order, as he wanted to teach us a lesson. The other sales people said sorry on his behalf as he is the senior and when the junior wanted to help out by getting the medicine from other shop he stopped him. They immediately got us the medicine DEPRAN L today. My wife was very upset as she is a patient and has been off the drug for 3 days because of KOTI wanting to take revenge on her. If she would have had another attack or stroke who is held responsible for this. We are planning to lodge police complaint and go to the media against KOTI. The whole incident that happened today, including what your sales personnel have spoken and given evidence of KOTI's behavior on 23rd, has been recorded by CCTV. We also plan to go to the consumer court as her health has taken a hit. Since Apollo is responsible we want to talk to you first. We just wanted someone responsible to contact us before we go to the Police to complaint against Koti, as we do not have any problem with Apollo as a company.. Matter to be investigated and Severe action to be taken against KOTI who is playing with patients lives. WE HAD COMPLAINED TO APOLLO CUSTOMER CARE, YADESH and MEENAKSHI noted our complaint and said a responsible person will call, but it has been 3 days and no one has called. I had given a list of prescribed medicines on 20th March, 2015 for home delivery as stock was not available in the Apollo pharmacy, pipeline Road, .opp. Konark Hospitals, near suchitra Hyderabad., to Mr.Mallesh and Mr Gangi Reddy., even after several days they have not given even though we are reminded twice. If your staff not in a position to provide medicines., pl change the staff or closedown the franchise. Pl do not harass the patients., TS.Baba, advocate

I am using ecosprin - 75 since long. On the strip it has been mentioned asprin delayed - release tablets USP. But recently apollo Pharmacy, Saidabad (Hyderabad) is giving ecosprin 75 since 2 months whics has asprin gastro-resistant tablets IP 75 mg. They say both are the same but packing has been changed. Please let them clarify the position. As consumers we believe in their staff. Please instruct Apollo Pharmacy to compensate me with Rs.20, 000/- for their lapse.

Today when i went to get some medicines. Since the Bill amount is eligible for discount they are not giving. When we ask them then they are giving, internally they communicating like give discount if they ask or else dont and all. So, When we checked with them why you guys doing like that, they replied very rashly like that's it if you ask then only we ll give or else no .

Hi, I have been to apollo pharmacy many times and each and every time they pretend that they dont have change. I agree it happens sometimes but each and every time they pretend to be that they dont have enough change. They force or tend to buy other items.. In this way they are trying to make money. When you people have huge profits on medicins why dont you maintain enough change. I also found talking very roudly with one of the customers.. Idiotic service.

Hello, My self i am chaitanya i am staying in Bangalore near ( APOLLO marathahalli branch). Today afternoon at 12:45pm all my flat mates been there for flew medicines so two of them were consulting with their doctors over the phone regarding the medicines . The owner of the pharmacy is very rash as he is saying if you are speaking over the phone get out . this is the word he used . as i tried to convince him that we are speaking for consulting the medicines but he said i am least bother about all those things as he is getting disturbed so he is asking customers to get out . As i asked him to if it is not permitted inside the pharmacy y didn't you kept any board ? He replied this is my pharmacy so i wont keep it . We just walk out from that pharmacy and we went to next pharmacy and we bought the medicines. you have to solve this problem . Please cross check with the camera's inside the pharmacy if there is no action ill go according to the law.

i brought a thermometer (digital ) from apollo pharmacy located at the main gate of sagar dutta medical college ..i asked for a bill..but they said that the printer was not working...and there is no discount on the thermometer ...the very next person in the queue was provided with a bill... i ws in a hurry as my freind was contracted to dengue ...but later heard from my other freinds that every1 who had purchased a thermometer was not being given bill nd was chargered the mrp...no disc was given it costs me abt 100 rs or so...do look in the matter ...it a consumer right especially in this case

Hello, When Apollo Pharmacy takes order on phone, they don't have a centralised professional system to confirm whether they have the medicine in stock or not. They don't send the customer a clear provisional Bill mentioning all the medicines ordered for the Customer to confirm that all the medicines ordered are being sent. Neither is the rate at which they have charged for each medicine is mentioned. So on both accounts of medicines being sent & the rate at which customer is being charged the customer is in dark till the time of delivery. It is disheartening to know that Such a big hospital can not run a pharmacy properly in a professionally satisfactory manner. Sumeet

I Rajan Retd Manager of having touch with ur Perambur branch for the past ten years. Recently only I come to understand that there was some differences in allowing the discount at 10% in my a/c, For example when I purchase tablets for Rs, 3000 the discount of Rs.300 would be credited to my a/c, This was the practice in paying the discount, Every time the discount would be allowed only on the gross amount, But recently the discount was paid on the doscounted amount, For example I have purchased for Rs, 3000, discount Is Rs.300 balance Rs.2700. I have to pay. Thereby this deal is over, When I purchase again on a later date, the discount was allowed on the PURCHASE amount and NOT On the discounted amount of Rs, 2700. But recently I have noted in my a/c the said discount amount was allowed only on the discounted amount and NOT on the purchase amount, So I request you to go thro' my a/c and arrange to re-credit the difference amount on the discount amount failing which I am forced to take up this matter to the consumer court, . I purchased green tea worth Rs 90 from apollo pharmacy, near tourist hotel, hyderabad. i found it to be just color water. It has neither taste nor smell of green tea. After preparing the tea, i sent a sample of green water (tea) to the shop also. The pharmacist refused to exchange or return the money. I am a customer of your company with the card no. [protected] of last two years and my average invoice is Rs. 2000 per month. Today I was purchased a horlicks kesar badam 400 gm pkt. A tiffin box free with it but a staff of your shop after received full amount told me that free item is finished. Where as I saw the free tiffin box set is lying there cash counter.I asked them for this and they misbehave with me. shop is in garia mahamayatala kolkata- 700084.ph. no. 24353409. My ph. no. Hello Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Renu Khetan, a resident of Kolkata Lake Town is very frustrated with the kind of treatment done & dealt with the Apollo Pharmacy (Seller named -Biswajit). (Address Apollo Pharmacy, Plot No- 197, Block-B, lake town, kolkata - 700089.I had purchased medines from the above shop & since many medicines were not available at that time, had given the request to send the same to my residential address. Then, the medicines were delivered home, which also had the other medicines which were not ordered by me, the next day when I visited shop to exchange the same other medicines which I had ordered, the seller refused to do so as he was not authorised to so "as he said" and asked me to come some other day.Again, i went, the same reply. This happened a number of times and again today when I visited, got the same reply.Could you please look the same. Apollo pharmacy: This is to inform you about the rude behaviour of the pharmacist at Apollo pharmacy, Road no: 78, Jubilee Hills. Pharmacist name is Mr Amir Khan. I buy almost 2000 rs worth medicine every month from this location. Amir khan is behaving rudely with no respect to customers. Also he is not servicing request. While other members of this medical shop are decent, this person is behaving rudely. Please take action on him. I FACED THIS problem multiple times. When ever he is at counter we can be assured that service is not proper. He kep his legs on table and talks with customer.

Myself Pooja das from paradip, I have order medicine for infection, they told me to deliver medicine after two days but after that they said medicine is not available .so without medicine I am not able to get heal soon . so who is responsible for this type of behavior.

I stay in sector 104 Noida., had placed medicine request with Mr.Ranjit at Apollo Pharmacy sector 110 Noida, I am their regular customer.Mr.Ranjit was called at 5.04pm and the medicine order was placed -the no. was [protected].The medicine has not been delivered till now.It is 11.15 pm.He has been called eight times and he confirms person is on the way.YOu can check his number.I am alone and the patient cannot be left unattended. Dear Sir/Madam, when i was trying to purchase medicine from you apollo pharmacy at Indra Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, , they did not even look at me, and they did not even stop what they are doing, even if i said what i want to purchase no response for a long time, this is happen everytime..I felt very bad and I've never seen pharmacy staff with careless attitude ever before..Sometimes I left without purchasing anything because of their careless attitude..Please do something, they are working for people who needs help, they should not be like this..

I had gone to purchase a cream pack. I received information that the product wasn't available & the man the counter asked me to come back in a few days for the same. Today, when I approached some other man was at the counter along with a lady. They said they don't have it neither do they know the cream. I insisted that the previous man at the counter had made a note in the register about the same & also that he had mentioned they had soaps from the same brand but no creams. He in turn snapped back at me and said u must be wrong about the name. He was rude in his mannerism. Furthermore, as I left the desk he started to pass comments with the other customer in line. This kind of behaviour cannot be taken as my acceptance. The company should employ people with a background check & good qualification. People who at least respect the customers. I don't think I am going to buy anything from that specific store.

I, Dr.Rajneesh woking as Senior Medical officer with Govt. called your Dwarka Sector 4, New Delhi Branch to deliver medicines for my 7 year old son who was having high grade fever. Nobody else was available at home & hence I requested your staff to kindly deliver the medicines early & the time of my call was around 3.10 pm. I also made it clear that I am a Doctor by profession & I explained to your branch manager my problem & requested him to do the needful. Despite my requests I was delivered medicines at around 6.10 pm. This kind of service has demotivated me to avail your services in future & would never motivate my patients to avail your services.
