    My policy number [protected]. My money back was in the month of march. 3 month is over. So many time i called customer care. My complain num is 8379959. Each day they are telling me within 7 days you will get the amount. But still i have not received my money back amount to my recenty updated bank account number. Plz help me to get my money back.. It is very urgent.. I became irritate with the customer care service..

      1. I already had a motor vehicle insurance policy with ba which was expiring on 9th may 2020.
      2. I reached out to ba sales guy gaurav narang on 8th may 2020. He promised to provide me the idv of rs. 650000 and drive assure policy and quoted the amount which i paid on 8th may itself. He promised to issue my policy on 8th may itself!!
      3. To my surprise i received nothing and reached out to him again on 9th may. He promised to send the document on 9th may.
      4. To my surprise i received nothing and reached out to him again on 10th may. He didn't replied to my whatsapp messages and calls.
      5. I sent him messages again on 11th may, which he ignored.
      6. I lost all my patience and reached out to ba social media team on 11th may.
      7. The social media team again asked all the details and were silent for a few days. Then they informed me the idv promised was wrong and gaurav doesn't know. However, he had collected the money!!!
      8. On 15th may, received the policy with the initially promised idv but can't see driveassure and other add on benefits which were promised to me initially by gaurav.
      9. Sent a mail to seek the clarification and still waiting for it.

      Now, in this bargain, i have faced quite a bit of harassment with respect to money. Also, it is a clear case of policy mis-selling. I also had to go out for emergency work, which i could not as i follow law and i didn't had the valid insurance papers from 10th may to 15th may. No proper communication, ambiguous promises and now, less features than promised.

      Considering all these harassments, i have demanded for full refund of my policy premium to make it a complimentary free policy and rs. 10 lakhs for mentally harassing a customer at the time of such turmoil situation of covid19, when everyone including pm modi led govt of india is sympathetic to the citizen, ba has set all guns blazing for harassing customers.

          I would like to bring your notice on two wheeler insurance renewal policy expire on 22-may-2020, the payment made successful on 11-may-2020
          Trace id 12525776, reference no[protected], whereas till date the policy not yet issued. It is very unfortunate after so many follow-up with customer care and remainder mail., the issue it not resolved on time. Kindly refund the amount inr 1522/-

              I took a car insurance from bajaj allianz through customer care service. Call center rep from bajaj allianz called me and sold me car insurance # og[protected]-00078771. After some days when i contacted insurance guy for advice on claim, he suggested you have voluntary excess opted as yes and amounts to 15000. I have asked for zero dep but they sold me insurance which is not that i required. Voluntary excess is when i have a claim i pay that amount[15000] plus compulsory excess to bajaj allianz if i make a claim. Company representative named roshni has sold me this insurance. She did not say the terms that are included as part of the voluntary excess. Would like to register complaint against bajaj allianz for selling wrong products to customers

                  Bajaj allianz two wheeler insurance, ' most frustrating insurance services provider company. I don't know the other services/products of this company, but i can say by using one service that they are not serving well how about other,
                  I can't trust them further more.

                  I do not get policy paper after 4days of payments.

                  Worst service providers,
                  What should i do now kindly suggest.
                  A. Should i take refund of my money and took insurance to other companies

                  Am asking every day and every day call center guys are telling me that it will be send in the evening but unfortunately that the policy have not received yet,

                  Bajaj allianz call and discuss same issue with me. I already communicating from last four days to your customers care number but don't gets solution yet,

                        Hi i can try to renew the insurance of my honda activa 5g, unfortunately there is showing some error in between and my payment was done and the insurance copy didn't get and nothing showing on the screen.                               I got cheated by bajaj allianz employee when taking car insurance

                              Their employee said me i have to pay only 1000rs to claim and he sent me proposal for same.. But for payment link he added 2500rs voluntary excess. So i got to pay 2500+1000rs when claiming my insurance. I want bajaj to refund my money and take action against employee

                                        I don't understand, why there is no contact number to track the claim?

                                        I stopped my policy due to financial reasons after lock-in period but i am still not able to track it! I spoke to their customer care and it has been almost 23 days now and there is track of it.

                                        The documents were received by them on 13th march itself. I am not sure if i should even suggest this sarve saral suraksha plan to my cousin who was willing to get it.

                                        Still awaiting reply from bajaj on this!

                                        More than a month i have processed the request. Its been 30 days Bajaj has received the documents but there is no single acknowledgement email. No further communication.

                                        Whenever i call their customer care, i get the same old reply, that my request has been forwarded to the concerned department.
                                        Before they sending request, i have already sent my own request and STILL AWAITING REPLY!!
                                        I am fed up of 48hrs update. Its been 1, 032 hours(43 days) now I don't see any updates. So far you have just asked me for my documents 120 hours (5 days) back which I had submitted with you 1032 hours (43 days) ago. So pathetic company, at the time of dealing, you treat us like God, and at the time we ask for our money you treat us like beggars. Your process of buying a policy is automated, but if I had to surrender, I have to write a physical note send it via post. Seriously, which age are you living in? While creating policy you take the same documents' scan copy that works for you but if someone wants to cancel or surrender policy you want a physical copy of it.
