    I had ordered for groceries online on May 4th and selected Big Bazaar Rajajinagar for getting the supply. The payment was made using credit card and the order was confirmed for delivery on the same day between 6 and 8 PM. I got an SMS that said my pre-paid order has been dispatched and will be delivered by Delivery Associate Maruthi ([protected]). I called the delivery boy to give direction and he said someone else will be making the delivery. The order was not delivered on May 4th.

    When I logged into my account the next day morning, the order status was "out for delivery". The order was not delivered on May 5th.

    Today morning (May 6th), when I checked online, the order status had changed to "delivered" so I immediately called up the toll free number (at 10:45 M). The customer support personnel however clarified that the shipment is "in transit" and that within the next 2 hours, I'll be receiving the delivery. The screenshot of delivery confirmation (incorrect status) is attached for reference.

    I waited until around 3 PM, and then wrote an email to "[protected]@bigbazaar.com" asking what's causing the delay. Someone from the Rajajinagar hypermarket called me in the evening and asked if I received the supply. When I said NO, he said that he will check with the dispatch section and confirm back. Again I called back that number and he said the same thing. No luck with the delivery so far.

    I'm wondering what's going on here...some of the items I have ordered are perishable and some are emergency supplies. Who should I escalate this to?

      This is to inform you that I have placed order for online delivery on 05.05.2021 with delivery slot of afternoon but as I am tracking the order the same is not yet ready for delivery. I am continuously trying to reach to team but not able to connect. I know the situation is not favorable for all o[censored]s but then why you people make false promises for delivery o[censored] cannot fulfill the requirements.

      Therefore, if you get some time please help to resolve my issue or else kindly refund my money. Totally worse experience with you guyz.

          On the 2nd of May, 2021, I had ordered items worth 1481 INR. The order was received on the 3rd of May, 2021, without the addition of 4 items. My order number is #[protected]. The total amount that is meant to be refunded is 506.50 INR.

          However, it has been 3 days since the order. I have not received my refund. Nor had it been initiated by the fraud company. I have emailed them, twice. I have to call the provided number [protected] multiple times but the line constantly shows them as busy i.e. they do not bother to pick up the calls of the customer. The order itself is shown to be In-transit, which is not true, as i have received a bulk of my order.

          I want my refund back.

                    I am taking my grocery every month from big bazar from last 3-4 years regularly.

                    the phone no from which it is being booked it is [protected]

                    Now when I am trying to book i am not being able to do so because slots are not available. Is this correct. At times of crisis if I have to slog it out then what is the use of being a faithful customer.

                    Henceforth i would not be blindly booking from big bazar.

                      I ordered from Big Bazaar-Shipra Mall indirapuram Ghaziabad 2 May 2021 and i got a slot of delivery very next day morning between 7-9am and when i woke up to check the status it showed refunded complete order and i waited for a day but refund wasn't credit then i tried calling customer care and emails but im standing on 5th May'2021 i havent being credited my refund back. One its lockdown covid town we are also in fear of ordering then you can hold the refund for so long after mentioning refund. Some policy should be there atleast someone can plan accordingly.                               I have ordered some essential items today through BIG BAZAAR APP. As there was NO CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION so I had to choose ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD (UPI). The payment got deducted from my account but on Big Bazaar App they showed "Payment Awaiting", later on ORDER GOT CANCELLED.
                              ~They DO NOT have a valid Customer Care Number in operation.
                              ~They DO NOT have appropriate problem resolution system.
                              ~Their app DOES NOT work properly.

                              I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION & MONEY REFUND.

                                        Hope all is well.

                                        Getting no reply from the customer support, I am writing this to you for an early assistant on the payment issue.

                                        Referring to the e-mail below, I have tried to add Rs. 2000/- to my Bigbazaar Future pay wallet however, the amount has been deducted and it is not reflecting in the Bigbazaar future pay wallet.

                                        Even since, I am trying to contact the customer care representative on below contacts but there is no response or an acknowledgement on my complain.

                                        This is a crucial time and we all are depending on online shopping for daily needs. There were some urgent items to order from Bigbazaar and now this has happened. It is quite strange that no one is available in the customer support to address my issue in such big company.

                                        This is the first time of disappointment. I have read your terms and conditions, and I'm well aware that the customers are entitled to a full refund or reversal of the amount been charged.
