I am very tensed after reading reviews and being told that big bazar is not refunding amount... I am middle class boy and rs 1500 really matters to me... kindly look into my matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible... I will be thankful to you always

    Hello,

    I have placed my order on May 24th from big bazaar and paid through Phone pe app under future pay @hdfc bank. The order was not shown till date on big bazaar app and I'm not sure why this happened.

    Kindly provide me the refund or make the order placed at the earliest. I have attached the payment message too which I have received.

    No action has been taken yet. Didn't get any response from their side.
    Nobody contcted till now either from bigbazaar or from future pay representatives. My money was struck since 6 days. This is not fair. Please look into the matter asap.

        I had made a payment of 634 rupees on may 24th, 2021.The money got deducted from my account through Google pay but big bazaar app showed that the payment is not reflected and hence the order did not get placed.
        I tried for a refund but there was no provision to raise the request.Kindly do the refund as soon as possible

              I hv ordered at BigBazaar online on 28 April 2021 for Rs 1514.80. There was an offer of Rs. 200 cash back on orders of Rs.1500 & above till 28 April 2021. I have called many times at the store and also at customer care service but still my complaint not resolved yet.

                Order[protected] was placed with Big Bazaar on 21-May. They send some rotten mangoes. I emailed them for refund, but no reply on email from them. Also, the toll free number of Big Bazaar is not working.

                  I paid for total item: 11 Item
                  Total Amout I paid : 1332.99

                  I received only 7 item
                  Total price for these 7 items is 829.99

                  Total refund i should get for 4 items that is Rs 503.

                  I contact Big bazaar customer care but there not helping even they have blocked my no.. The same is done by Kolkata Esplanade Branch by Big Bazaar.. Nobody is giving me any satisfactory ans about the refund of the money..
                  I need help from Consumer Forum for this issue..

                    I ordered a product from mycentral.in on 9th May amounting rs. 1519 and cancelled the same on 10th May. Still now I have not received my refund. I called customer care number for more than 20 times. Most of the times call does not connect and if connected then they hold the line and after sometime disconnect the call. I also mailed them several times. No response. It is now over 10 days they are not refunding my money. Please refund my money. It is my request. Otherwise I will have to go to consumer's court.

After order placed they auto cancel my order and they didn't start my refund.. i mailed them they replied me that they initiate refund and it will reflect immediately in my future pay account. but till now there is no any refund comes. i try 100 times to contact customer care but this is world's no. 1 poor customer service.. i think big bazaar online is a fraud of national level. first they take order and after this cancel the order automatically. and they consume refund.. please take immediate action

                        I loaded Rs.749/- on 20/05/2017 on my Future pay Wallet and my SBI Bank Savings A/c was deducted with Rs. 749/- but the amount did now show up in my Future pay wallet.

                          I had purchased Saffola Gold 5 Litres oil with offer of 1 litre Saffola Gold oil Free on 21 Apr 2021 vide Invoice No. [protected] from Big Bazaar, MPM Mall, Kachiguda X Road, Hyderabad, but was not provided the Free 1 Litre oil pack citing non availability. Also, BigBazaar offered another brand of 1 litre oil pouch which was of much lower quality. The staff promised that they will call me within 2 to 3 days for collection of free 1 litre Saffola Gold pouch. I had not heard from any of the BigBazaar staff since then and visited the store two times and was again sent back without issuing the free oil pouch stating non availability. Finally visited again on 2 May and after waiting for over 30 minutes was assured by Mr. Praveen (Supervisor - Mobile : [protected]) that he will deliver the free oil pouch to my home address and noted my contact details. I have waited since then but there was no call from Big Bazaar for delivery. I tried calling Mr. Praveen again today (20 May) and he is not answering the calls and when I sent him an SMS he replied that he is not well since 10 days and staying at home. Also, that I have incurred parking charges of Rs. 60 for 3 visits to Big Bazaar for enquiring/collection about the free oil pouch.

                          I would like to bring to the attention of Management of Big Bazaar of the poor Customer Service and rude staff. Pls. arrange for the delivery of the Free 1 Litre pouch of Saffola Gold and close the matter. Myself and my friends have already decided that we will not be visiting big bazaar for any further shopping requirements.

                                    I got pathetic service from big bazar Amritsar.
                                    I order online home delivery on 2/may/21. Order no.[protected] .Order was placed for 03/05/21 at first slot.
                                    I hadn’t received any call or msg or mail regarding this. And my order was canceled with reason I did pick call. Where as I has not received single call from team. Height of lie. Next I called customer service and they said order is showing as delivered. Also in app updated as delivered. But i never received it. After long discussion they said, amount would be refund after 7 working day. But now a month a gone. I hadn’t received money or call or any email for same. I’m highly disappointed by service.

                                        I am Satyajit Karmakar ordered few items in Big Bazaar Online( Store-J.C.Tower, Ranchi). As per my order an Cash Back of Rs.51 needs to be credited in my future pay wallet after delivery of my order. The offer was buy Patato @Re.1 per kg and the T&C was "You need to pay listed price @Rs.18 per kg and post delivery the differential amount should be credited back in future pay wallet. The delivery was happened on 14.05.2021 and now 3 days already past but the cash back still not credited in my future pay wallet.
