Refund initiate as soon as possible

I am very tensed after reading reviews and being told that big bazar is not refunding amount... I am middle class boy and rs 1500 really matters to me... kindly look into my matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible... I will be thankful to you always...

Amount got deducted but order hasn't placed

Hello,

I have placed my order on May 24th from big bazaar and paid through Phone pe app under future pay @hdfc bank. The order was not shown till date on big bazaar app and I'm not sure why this happened.

Kindly provide me the refund or make the order placed at the earliest. I have attached the payment message too which I have received....

Amount deducted but not showing order status

On May 24th, I made an order to Big Bazar, Atlantis Multiplex, Prayagraj. The amount has been deducted from my account but order status is not showing, not even confirmation from Big Bazar. The customer care is not reachable at all.
Dear Customer, ICICI Bank Account XX213 is debited with INR 1, 016.42 on 24-May-21. Info: BIL*ONL*00012....

Money deducted but order not placed

Address:Pune

I had made a payment of 634 rupees on may 24th, 2021.The money got deducted from my account through Google pay but big bazaar app showed that the payment is not reflected and hence the order did not get placed.
I tried for a refund but there was no provision to raise the request.Kindly do the refund as soon as possible...

With reference to the above, Refund against one ITEM which was not available with big BAZAAR FOR WHICH I HAD PAID FULL AMOUNT WHILE ORDERING IS STILL PENDING FROM 04TH MAY, 2021....

Money deducted from my account but not added in future pay

I made online order and added money in future pay. Money got deducted from my account and added to future retail limited but was not added in future pay....

Not got cashback

I hv ordered at BigBazaar online on 28 April 2021 for Rs 1514.80. There was an offer of Rs. 200 cash back on orders of Rs.1500 & above till 28 April 2021. I have called many times at the store and also at customer care service but still my complaint not resolved yet....

Bad quality product delivered and not replying to emails

Order[protected] was placed with Big Bazaar on 21-May. They send some rotten mangoes. I emailed them for refund, but no reply on email from them. Also, the toll free number of Big Bazaar is not working....

I paid for total item: 11 Item
Total Amout I paid : 1332.99

I received only 7 item
Total price for these 7 items is 829.99

Total refund i should get for 4 items that is Rs 503.

I contact Big bazaar customer care but there not helping even they have blocked my no.. The same is done by Kolkata Esplanade Branch...

Not refunding my money even after 10 days of cancellation the product

I ordered a product from mycentral.in on 9th May amounting rs. 1519 and cancelled the same on 10th May. Still now I have not received my refund. I called customer care number for more than 20 times. Most of the times call does not connect and if connected then they hold the line and after sometime disconnect the call. I also mailed them several times. No response. It is now over 10 days they are not refunding my money. Please refund my money....

Fraud in Refund

I ordered on 19th May. After order placed they auto cancel my order and they didn't start my refund.. i mailed them they replied me that they initiate refund and it will reflect immediately in my future pay account. but till now there is no any refund comes. i try 100 times to contact customer care but this is world's no. 1 poor customer service.. i think big bazaar online is a fraud of national level....

Transaction Failed -non refund of money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I loaded Rs.749/- on 20/05/2017 on my Future pay Wallet and my SBI Bank Savings A/c was deducted with Rs. 749/- but the amount did now show up in my Future pay wallet.

Also, BigBazaar offered another brand of 1 litre oil pouch which was of much lower quality. The staff promised that they will call me within 2 to 3 days for collection of free 1 litre...

I got pathetic service from big bazar Amritsar.
I order online home delivery on 2/may/21. Order no.[protected] .Order was placed for 03/05/21 at first slot.
I hadn’t received any call or msg or mail regarding this. And my order was canceled with reason I did pick call. Where as I has not received single call from team. Height of lie. Next I called customer service and they said order is showing as delivered. Also in app updated...

I am Satyajit Karmakar ordered few items in Big Bazaar Online( Store-J.C.Tower, Ranchi). As per my order an Cash Back of Rs.51 needs to be credited in my future pay wallet after delivery of my order. The offer was buy Patato @Re.1 per kg and the T&C was "You need to pay listed price @Rs.18 per kg and post delivery the differential amount should be credited back in future pay wallet. The delivery was happened on 14.05.2021 and now 3 days already...
