I placed the order from flipkart-2gud website but i'm cancel it on 25 march 2020 due to gov. Lockdown.

2gud website says, refund transaction complete on date 26 march 2020 and take process time upto date 02 april 2020. And now, website showing refund completed.
But unfortunately, my refund are not received yet in my account, till date 13 april 2020.
Customer care didn't help me. They are sent repeated same mails.br...

I have received a moto x mobile on 13th march from 2gud. Seller was yaantra. After opening the box i found mobile is not working then sharply noticed that the screen has a crack. On the same day i returned it.

Never ever buy products from 2gud site, once you buy the product you are trapped. There is nothing called replacement in 7-10 days, no one to listens you once you bought the product. I have bought redmi note 4 in superb condition as per 2gud. But what i got issues on display, speaker & microphone. I have raised the concern about the product from the site for refund & return, they have sent tech person to check the product from 2gud partner...

Ordered from 2gud which was delivered on 24th feb the shipping box was damaged, when i unboxed the product the screen of the phone was damaged form the top and after filing a return request it is getting rejected without a notification. Calling the support team is of no use as they keep telling to wait for 24-48 hours

2gud has sent me the product which is damaged and they are not picking up the product since 24th December 2019.

Everyday they are asking me to wait till the end of the day.

Moreover they haven't even sent me the charging adapter and the team is least bothered.

I've been following up with the team via email /call regarding the return since 10 days and no one is bothered to respond...

I ordered mobile handset from 2gud flipkart.. It is not enough gud.. Always hanging.. I complained and apply to return and refund my money.. This is with reference to the regarding my apple I phone 6 - 64gb invoice no OD[protected] billed on[protected], and received on 07.10.19.
