Hi Team,

I have bought a deal in little app in august in folk and fancy saloon, noticed that the outlet is closed permanently. I have raised multiple queries in the app. not getting any response suddenly today i have seen a message that i have redeemed the coupon.

please do the needful and refund my money.

Also got some coupon code but same with the second coupon also the outlet is not picking...

I had purchased a voucher from little internet pvt ltd for salon services in dazzle beauty salon. When i went to the salon to redeem the coupon, i was informed that the parlour is no longer associated with little internet pvt ltd. I even tried to get back the refund but that was in vain. Even the customer care number is not working. When should i expect to receive my refund?...

Recently i purchased 2 food orders worth (6300, 2100) from little app for lunch in palato restaurant. I cancelled the order because we went to some other restaurant for lunch. I didn't get the refund for the cancelled order. It's been more than a week since i cancelled the order still no response from little. There is no customer support team with whom we can raise the concern. Please look into this as the amount is large....

Little app are fraud, still selling coupons for companies they don't have tie up with like sohum spa at howard johnson hotel. I have purchased 2 coupons for spa @2000rs from little app and once i reached there they didn't agree to accept code from little app. Also they informed they stopped little app coupons 9 months ago and still little app is selling their coupons. Highly disappointed with little aap fake coupons.
Apart from this...

I have cancelled 2 deals of rs 12000 in little app. Till now they have not refunded my amount. There is also no customer support to raise a query.

Recently i got a message saying that we have refunded your amount to your account but till now i haven't received any amount. As it is very huge amount of money, i am worried about it. Please help...

Little app - an online discount coupon seller, is selling coupons of closed restaurants.
Mini punjab - punjabi restaurant, hyderabad was closed 3 months back. But little app is selling food discount coupons.
Paytm is exclusive online payment partner and promoter of little app.

So friends, before buying coupons at little app please verify with restaurant. Even if restaurant accepts the coupons, they may reject...

I ordered VLCC massage offer for Rs 899 on 1.10.2019, the Money has been debited from my account but the order has not been generated.
The customer service isn't responding to my complaints on chats.
They have not yet refunded my money i.e rs 899, none of their customer service numbers and email addresses are working.
I wrote multiple complaints on the chat numerous times, but there has been no response....

I ordered a coupon of salon paying 499 via paytm to little app but there was no coupon generated or provided to me neither there was any confirmation from the little app. I raised 4 to 5 complaints regarding this issue but i did not get even a single message from the company. There is no customer care number too. I have attached the screenshot of payment made through paytm please help me out...

Actually I want to say that last week of September I take a deal from your little app for cutting my hair.. ( i.e from salon famina plus sector 44 Chandigarh) my amount is deducted from my account of Rs.366 ... But due to some problem. I don't Went their in salon to cut my hair..
Kindly give me a favour to refund my money to my account.. kindly do this needful.

I applied cashback on two deals, one dominos and one wax studio. I was supposed to receive 250 cashback on both these deals but no cash back coupon has been credited as on a date.
Kindly give my cashback. I have raised a request on the app so many times. Its a horrible experience. There is absolutely mo update from the app. How are they even allowed to function without customer care....

I had taken a deal at tiwari's parata at bsk 2nd stage bangalore with a cash back of 50%. After using the deal i got cash back coupon, i wanted to use the coupon and went for adeal at mcdonalds, basaveswaranagar and applied the coupon. App went to paytm for the payment and when i confirmed, a message appeared as ooops..., try later. The next moment the amount was deducted in paytm. After 5 minutes the same amount is credited back to paytm...

I had taken a deal of one veg meal at andhra ruchulu, jp nagar, bangalore, which expired on 1 aug 2019. As per the terms and conditions i cancelled the deal on 3rd august. The a display appeared on the screen stating that the deal is cancelled/refund. Till date the same message appears on the screen. But no cash is added to paytm by little app. The deal code is g3ye96...

I made a full body massage appointment dated 12.08.2019 i. E. Today from new persona salon at swastik vihar, sector 5, mdc, panchkula, haryana from mobile no. [protected] in little app for salon services.

The payment of rs.599 got debited from my account which i did via bhim upi app but noooooo order was generated.

I bought a big bazaar gift card from little on the 21st of july. Now when i want to redeem it the order listing in my account is showing it as expired (Within 10 days of purchase).
I tried reaching them on the phone and email but looks like none is workiing.
I am attaching alongwith the screen shot of my order wherein it is showing expired at the top and the validity is mentioned a 31st august in the text.
To reiterate...

I purchased a deal on little app for Royal Gild and beauty spa, for an amount of 390/- on 20th July'19 which got deducted twice through paytm and was payed to paytm. But did not get any order details or confirmation. I have raised a complaint twice but have not received any response.

Moreover, they do not have any contact number for customer care or customer complaints. There is one number which is on google which when dialed...

I have purchased 3 nykaa vouchers of 1000rs each. 2 purchased from [protected] and 1 purchased from [protected]. I got the payment conformation and the gift card was to be given by woohoo.in in 16digit format. I contacted woohoo. They told they haven’t recieved any order from little. I had purchased a deal on little app for one vendor named cafe bliss for 330 rs on 29th June using 300 rs for my cash back received from my previous purchase and paid 30 rs through my credit card
I visited the vendor on same date i.e 29th June and found that the vendor had closed the outlet
I complained about it to little app on same day, they after 2 days refunded back 30 rs back and forfited my cash back of 300 rs
