I have purchase 5 exide life insurance policy bond of Rs 50000 each per year 5 lakhs polic bond cheat me he say provid loan Rs 25 lakhs aginst polic from citi finance but after take policy bond i have not recived any single rupee loan till date i want to canclled all policy bond i from hyderabad please refund my amount as soon as posible [protected]

    Dear team. I balla demudu would like to inform you that my husband mr balla demudu taken one policy from exid life insurance vide police no[protected]
    He died on 23/12/2012 and i made a death claim on 28/05/2013. But they did not settle the claim till to date. I had roaming so-many times around branch but they did not responding. They told me that this case is temporary closed for non-submission of below mentioned documents. They are asking below requirements and i give answer so many times but they are not give response. Please do needful

    Pleas find the below

    1. Nominee name in policy bond & claim form is different — my surname before marriage marisetti lakshmi, after marriage balla lakshmi booth names are belongs to my names. I had given notary also for the same.
    2. All hospital records — my husband mr balla demudu did not got admitted any hospital
    3. Family doctor certificate — i could not provide family doctor certificate due to we don't have family doctor.
    4. Last medical attendant`s certificate — my husband died at home only.
    5. Medical certificate for cause of death — we could not got admitted to my husband any hospital.
    6. Obituary notice in newspaper (If any) — no news paper mater of my husband.
    So many times i lodged a complements

      Respected sir my self sushil mishra residing in virar east, sir i had an exide life insurance policy (previously ing vyasa), i surrendered (for closure) the policy on 16 april 2016 with all documents as saied by customer care executive, after that thay gave me acknowledment receipts that withih one week my required amount ie 27000 something will be send directly through neft. but its been may 16 now still there is no amount tranferred, when i am calling customer executive they give me reply that within 3 days or 2 days it will be done, now i am fed up that executives are also giving lie reply, i dont have any means now, please help me. i even have acknowlwdgement receipts with me.

        Exide life insurance is a fraud company never buy any policy from them. I have lost my 50000 rs because of them. Metis marketing services company who is selling exide policy all the agent are layer.
        Mr gurav pandey, ashish shukla[protected] they told me you will get monthly pension of rs 1500 after taking policy. But i am not getting.
        I inform them they told me this is welcome kit after one month you will get bond paper in that it is mentioned.
        They have done duplicate signature in policy document.
        When i complaint to coustmer care
        They are not accepted and saying it is not case of fraudulent.
        I have send them call record but they are saying call record is not a proof.
        Please take my advice never go for any private policy. Exide life insurance is a worst company. They are fraud looting people hard earn mony.

          As per my previous complaint dated 4th dec 2015 & 12th april the matter has still not resolved.

          Today again forwarding my request for fraud policy selling..

          Exide life insurance — fraud policy selling and no response from customer care on april 28, 2015 i have been issued with paying rs 30, 000 the above exide life insurance policy during mid of april 2015 i got a call from ms pooja sharma no - +91 [protected]; who was claiming that she is calling from the accounts department of exide life insurance and i have been randomly selected for extra benefit from the company. The benefits: 1) company will be sharing a dividend amount of rs 65, 000 being a loyal customer & having a good track record so far with the insurance company (Which i do have) and the amount will be credited in my account with in 45-50 days tinme. Further calls have been taken by mr ankit sharma & mr arjun singh no - [protected] for this i need to invest min rs 30, 000 with them to take any policy - which will be invested in govt. Projects and in 1 year 8% of return with base amount will be credited by the company. After taking the policy from the month of june - 2015 until now these above mentioned people are fooling me about paying the dividend amount, saying because of some govt. Rules it got delayed. Now cleverly they are asking me to deposit around rs 35000 more to get my dividend credited in my bank with interest which i refused to do so & after that there is absolutely no calls from them for the past one month i do have the call recordings of them. Shame on the company too the way they are selling their policies. Requesting to please help. Regards debasish mishra [protected]@yahoo.Co.In


          Now for the last couple of days i am keep receiving the calls from ms manshi & mr vineeth ahuja no - +91-[protected]; claiming that they are the exide life insurance company employee & now they have also started manipulating the things instead of being specific & get me back my hard earn money by simply surrendering the policy..

          Mr vineet tried convince me to renew the policy, i have clearly said him during my yesterday's (22nd april) conversations that as i have been cheated, no way i can continue the policy at this point of time & hence help me to surrender this on the above ground & close the matter.. He agreed to do so & on behalf i received a msg from company as below:

          'dear namita mishra,

          We have received a request for the cancellation of your policy (Policy no[protected]Amount - 29628.23). Kindly show your policy reactive by paying the renewal of the same after which within 7 working days your amount will be refunded back to you along with 20% comission.

          Today (23/4/16) i have received call from mr vineet ahuja from exide & is pressuring/forcing us to pay the renewal payment since we have confirmed that we are ready to settle the dues which is not true at all, as we did not confirm anything like this.

          I am getting a reminder calls from (Mr. Vineet ahuja and ms. Manasi) are not bothered to resolve the matter, but off course giving mentally torture for paying the renewal payment.

          Request you to take the matter on priority basis and resolve the same or else we have to proceed for the legal action for the fraud policy selling and mental harassment every now and then.

            I was taken the term policy of ing/exide on 16 jan. 2012 while my policy no. 02369576 and my premium was of rs: 25, 000.00 then i paid 25000.00 for next five years in between i have received rs: 40000.00 after 3 years as money back

            Further i inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances i could not able to pay premium of yearly rs: 25000.00 then i surrender the above policy to the bank then i received only rs: 21000.00 in my bank as refund money. Means they gave me only 20% amount on principal premium paid amount of rs; 1, 25, 000.00. Means they deduct amount of rs: around 64, 000.00. So please suggest me what to do herewith i am giving my email id [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no. [protected]

                I am an advisor of the company and the costumers having policy have some issues but there is very careless and irresponsible behaviour of account section which leads my costumer in a great trouble of lapsation and penalties. One more issue regarding nominee change since its a long process so dont even want to start the procedure they are troubling me and my former sales manager. Whenever we want to do necessary action They are not giving proper procedures and ignoring costumers priority and the customers are facing so much problem.

                  Today I receive a call from Ms Nidhing from Delhi representing herself Exide life insurance staff & reminding about renewal of policy..
                  I told her the above fact & said her that I want to surrender this Policy; she replied you have to run this Policy at least for 3 years & can't surrender now..


                  Please take necessary action &:help me to surrender this policy with a normal interest on the above ground..

                    Fraud call misleading based on fake lic bonus information.
                    Fraud agent Calls from +91 [protected] & SMS from +91 [protected]. Miss leads that we need to send 15, 000 INR check along with other documents, So that they can release our LIC Life insurance bonus of 95000 INR, which is not an actual LIC process. Later they asked to courier all documents to Exide life insurance, Abhimanu Kumar, Unit no 407 to 413 kanchenjunga buliding, 4th floor barahkambha road canught place New delhi 110001 by SMS. Which makes clear that these are fraudsters.

                    Please take action on these fraudsters. Thank you.

                        Mr. Gourav pandey([protected]), priyanka([protected]), ashis shukla([protected]), supriya ([protected])([protected])called me and lured me by the name of branch code from exidelife insurance company delhi head office, connaught place, barakhamba road.They told me as you have already one insurance in our company since 8 years(Policy no[protected] you are our valued customer hence exide life insurance gives this branch code offer to you specially.
                        They give me odisha branchcode first then jharkhand, bihar and up.The branch codes are brch/cdexideli203708/1l/or, brch/cdexideli/304819/1.7l/jh, brch/exideli/41285/2.7l/br .
                        They informed me the insurance we did is only for one time payment and it will be cancelled automatically when promotional document generated on behalf of all these policy.
                        They told me two call will come from our customer care one is verification call and another is promotional call, accordingly two call come from their side.1st call informed me about my actual policy and second call for promotional policy.
                        In 2nd call they told me that the policy is for one time payment only.We are investing in a business of 7 lac and yiu will get 3%, 5% of the business every month from jan-2016 upto 5 years.
                        I did 6 policies which has a value of 2.5 lac.This is my hardearned money. Now that bloody gourav pandey, priyanka, ashis shukla, neeraj mishra are not picking up the call and some has switched off.I want to cancel those policies any how.

                        Please cancel all my policies because i cannot continue these policies.
                        Exidelife is hiring such dalals for making fool to innocent public.Never trust exidelife insurance company and any call from exidelife. They all are fake people looting indian market and public.

                          I want to cancel 03 nos policy as mention below, because the person from Metis marketing service pvt ltd ( Mr.Gaurav pandey, contact no: [protected]) has given me wrong information about policy, out of three Policy according to your financial advisor(Mr.Gaurav Pandey) two policy are single premium but after receiving documents all the words he says was wrong after that I contacted fellow the he says it was just welcome kit you will receive another policy bond in this all the details will be as I have told, but for giving docket no of this bond he has given false docket no and after that he is not picking my phone, I am horrible how you are giving authority to plans policy with these guy, so I please request you to cancel all my three policy and return the amount, any further discussion can be mail to me in my mail id

                            Sir,

                            My policy number is 02049610. I paid my policy premium 28th Jan-2016 for policy amt Rs.10155.15 towards my icici bank credit card. That paid amt.not reflecting in my policy account and moreover my policy had lapsed and getting overdue mails from Exide life insurance company.

                            From 04th Feb-2016 on wards I am continuously following up this issue with Exide life customer care people

                            As and when I call to customer care people they are telling that we are following up this issue. Our backend team will resolve this.
                            Related to this I got several Request ID's raised customer care team 301528, 299924, 298499 and 298216.

                            Surprisingly customer care people are raising so many requests, but not resolving one ticket also.

                            For how many days and days I have to wait.. it's not fair from your side.

                            Today Feb-16th 2016 I got a call from customer care people they are telling that
                            we reverted 10, 155.00 to your ICICI Bank credit card account.

                            I called to ICICI bank people they told me they didn't get any revert from Exide life insurance.

                            Exide people are telling that paid policy amt. reverted to me.

                            Actually this amt. was not reverted because my banker converted this amount as EMI for 06 months. If it's reverted then there is no question to conversion of EMI.

                            So when converts to EMI for specific amt. the same amt. will be credited to my account, and EMI amounts will be debited

                            Sir,

                            My policy number is 02049610. I paid my policy premium 28th Jan-2016 for policy amt Rs.10155.15 towards my icici bank credit card. That paid amt.not reflecting in my policy account and moreover my policy had lapsed and getting overdue mails from Exide life insurance company.

                            From 04th Feb-2016 on wards I am continuously following up this issue with Exide life customer care people

                            As and when I call to customer care people they are telling that we are following up this issue. Our backend team will resolve this.
                            Related to this I got several Request ID's raised customer care team 301528, 299924, 298499 and 298216.

                            Surprisingly customer care people are raising so many requests, but not resolving one ticket also.

                            Today Feb-16th 2016 I got a call from customer care people they are telling that
                            we reverted 10, 155.00 to your ICICI Bank credit card account.

                            I called to ICICI bank people they told me they didn't get any revert from Exide life insurance.

                            Exide people are telling that paid policy amt. reverted to me.

                            Actually this amt. was not reverted because my banker converted this amount as EMI for 06 months. If it's reverted then there is no question to conversion of EMI.

                            So when converts to EMI for specific amt. the same amt. will be credited to my account, and EMI amounts will be debited

                              I Daizy Kaur am a policy holder in exide life insurance company since Jan 2002. Every year i pay a premium of approx Rs5300 through ECS. But this year the cimpany took double premium from my account through NEFT and ECS due to their error. From the past 20 days they have been assuring me that i will get my refund of the excess premium paid to them in the next few days till 10th feb. But still i have not got the refund yet. They are delaying it unnecessarily and i need the money urgently as i am a single handed working mother. I request you to take serious action against the company as soon as possible and make them refund the money as soon as possible.

                                  I have 4 exide life policies and 2 of them have been FAKE as I have never signed them, it has been promised differently, but when delivered it was totally different. Its like their agents are investing just to complete their quota and with their own will. I have logged a complaint with Exide life and that has been closed with wrong answer and it has been 3 months I haven't received any confirmation on closing and not received even a single call. Out of four I haven't signed on TWO policies. They are doing FRAUD with false sign on the documents. I request everyone DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS of EXIDE LIFE, all their AGENTS are bunch of liars and company is completely involved in this FRAUD and SCAMS, if not they would have thoroughly investigate the FRAUD SIGN case. I am thinking of taking the case to IRDA. They are deliberately changing the communication address so as to reduce the freelook time for fraud policy and after that they are not taking the complaints. BIGGEST FRAUDS EVER. If anyone is planning for buying policy, take my advice ... don't go for any private liars.

                                  I will send the policy number and contact number on mail, but I am sure that nothing will be done. I have followed the customers care and other departments for this FRAUD, with my complaint number :- EXL[protected], which has been closed by Exide life without even a single discussion and with improper comments. After waiting for one month I have tried to get the status then I came to know about the closing of Complaint, I requested to provide at least a single mail regarding Closing of Complaint number re-open the ticket, but a FAKE reference number 1023776 has been provided by your agents and informed that this will work for future reference, I have checked after some time then find out that this means nothing to your agents too. And till today I am waiting for any mail as it has been more than 3 months for that.
                                  The FRAUD agent who is responsible for creating this issue is Mr. Ravi Chauhan (+91 [protected], +91 [protected]), the documents I have sending to address :- B- 1/1 3rd floor, above Andhra Bank, Janakpuri East, Delhi - 110058.
                                  Other than Ravi Chauhan, I was getting calls and mails from Arushi Bansal, Manish Thakur, Aditi and many other. For documents verification, confirmations, documents got stuck, new policies, dividend related. Even got Dividend related documents.
                                  I have followed the proper channel for resolution of the FRAUD, but it seems that NO ONE is interested and your agents just want to loot and customer care representative have instructions to NOT to file any complaint and avoid any thing.
                                  GUYS, please be aware of any of the above, and EXIDE Life. WORST.

                                    Exide insurance company has sucked my money from my bank account (rs 525) and dont give my premium amount return about 4ooo rs. U must take necessary action. I call to them 25 times. But they are treating me as a foolish guy.

                                      I was forcefully sold a policy of Exide Life Insurance endorsement plan by ING Bank staff member Mr. Naveen Sharma to open a new locker with the bank. After constant followup I got the policy bond after 3 months of paying premium, and terms were not matching with what was told me. I submitted the policy bond back for cancellation and i have been getting different reasons for not cancelling the policy, starting from out of freelook period, then signature mismatch, then no objection raised on welcome call. Clearly they dont want to pay back my money or cancel the policy. It has been more than 12 months, i have been following up for cancellation.
