My policy number is 02049610. I paid my policy premium 28th Jan-2016 for policy amt Rs.10155.15 towards my icici bank credit card. That paid amt.not reflecting in my policy account and moreover my policy had lapsed and getting overdue mails from Exide life insurance company.
From 04th Feb-2016 on wards I am continuously following up this issue with Exide life customer care people
As and when I call to customer care people they are telling that we are following up this issue. Our backend team will resolve this.
Related to this I got several Request ID's raised customer care team 301528, 299924, 298499 and 298216.
Surprisingly customer care people are raising so many requests, but not resolving one ticket also.
Today Feb-16th 2016 I got a call from customer care people they are telling that
we reverted 10, 155.00 to your ICICI Bank credit card account.
I called to ICICI bank people they told me they didn't get any revert from Exide life insurance.
Exide people are telling that paid policy amt. reverted to me.
Actually this amt. was not reverted because my banker converted this amount as EMI for 06 months. If it's reverted then there is no question to conversion of EMI.
So when converts to EMI for specific amt. the same amt. will be credited to my account, and EMI amounts will be debited
