Hi team,

I have seen a very wierd behavior with this payzapp application.

I have loaded 5000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the success message after this. I see that the amount is debitted in my account but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

I am completely dissappointed with this app.

It's been 30 hrs since i ended with this failure and no update.

Need help asap!!

I have loaded 192 rs from HDFC credit card to payzapp wallet on 3rd sep 2017...amount debited from my credit card... Till now it is not added into my payzapp wallet and not refunded back to my credit card...
Please do the needful support.

      This is suribabu my payzapp account mobile no: [protected].
      On september 5th 2017. I tried to add an amount of 5000 to my payzapp wallet with credit card.

      Amount is debited from my credit card. But not credited in my payzapp wallet.

      Please check my transactions once.

      Customer care is not responding, and toll free number is always busy.

      I already sent a mail to support of payzapp still no respose.

        On 4th septemeber-17 i have transferred by net banking rs 35000/ to my hdfc card no [protected]. I did not receive sms for having received this amount. When i called yesterday night the call center i was informed that sometimes it takes 24 hours to resolve.

        To avoid late payment i have once again paid rs 31000/ today for which i have received the sms.

        Kindly look in to my transaction of rs 35000 yesterday and revert.

          I just got a call from you guys and they asked me my bank account and then said I will refund it from here then please remove the complaint as soon as you get refund. They asked me the Otp twice and took 31.900 rs in first transaction and 15000rs in second transaction.
          Another one is calling me to check and said it's a fraud transaction and I will check this. He is also asking me the Otp I didn't give it to him.

          The one who charged me is [protected] and second one is [protected].

          Pls look into this, I want my money back.

              Hello,

              I have purchased some items in life style koramangala and item worth 1789.00 rs on 10th aug 2017 and i have tried to pay amount via my hdfc debit card. The amount is detected from my account and but the from their end it is notified as it was cancelled please check the utid:00131016. Again i paid.
              The amount is not refunded yet. I have raised the complaint to lifestyle and they provide the service request number as 367327.

              I have approched the hdfc customer care as well for the same issue (Hbl=[protected]. They have mentioned excess amount is detected from the account and amount will be credited. But as of now my amount is not credited. It is more than 25 days. I really disappointed with the issue is not rectified. Kindly help me for the same.

                  Hi i am a holder of hdfc regalia card where i had received priority pass for using lounges across airport terminals which is complimentary for some visits on yearly basis. I had used the priority pass in may in international terminal on 28th may and also few other times later. Unfortunately for may i have been billed 1800 rs. Reason not known, here are the issues
                  1. I have not submitted my credit card during the visit, so i dont have any idea how they had debited charges. Priority pass says that to check with hdfc and hdfc says otherwise

                  2. As per new policy hdfc says priority pass card should be used in international airports and regalia to be used in domestic airports. Who informed and when? Sending spam emails wont help here hdfc

                  3. Without my approval or signature its a conduct of breach to debit my account. I had not used the card for paying even a penny in lounges

                  4. My relationship banker and branch is absolutely not returning my calls or trying to help despite they know the situation.

                  Being a patron of hdfc with all my investments, portfolio in hdfc for last 8 years, now i feel betrayed with worst ever relationship i ever had. Time to quit hdfc at the same time i wont pay 1800

                        I purschased clothes in max and paid the bill.
                        I paied the bill using my debit card...
                        1st time me swipe the card and removed it and the transaction is cancelled but the money is debited from the account but the bill was incomplete.
                        2nd time we swipe and didn't took the card untill the transaction is completed... And the amount was debited and the transactions is sucessful.

                        The provlem is first the amount debited is not credited till now.
                        Can you please make credit my amount back and its very emergency we need for our medical purpose...

                              Subject: cyber fraud from my hdfc bank credit card of rs. 110444.32 on 25.08.2017 around 00:26:09 hours same debited in my credit card statement.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am writing to dispute a billing error/unauthorized transaction in my credit card statement as per the enclosed screen shot copy of my hdfc credit card statement. You have wrongly debited online cyber fraud payment with charges on my hdfc bank credit card statement. The amount is showing related to online cyber fraud transaction/unauthorized transaction because of someone used my credit card in the midnight without otp, password and credit card in lacks of rupees. This is negligence of hdfc bank and also not able to provide proper security while using online hdfc bank credit card. I am not responsible for such type of payment and i will not pay for any payment related to online cyber fraud from my hdfc bank credit card without otp, password and credit card.

                              As per the rbi revised guidelines date 6th july 2017 dbr. No. Leg. Bc.78/09.07.005/2017-18

                              In revised guidelines rbi clearly said that a customer will have zero liability in respect of a fraudulent transaction if there is contributory fraud or negligence on the part of the bank, irrespective of whether or not the transaction is reported by the customer.

                              Please investigate this matter and remove all the payment related to online cyber fraud in the name of geico*auto macon dc from my hdfc bank credit card and correct the billing amount as soon as possible.

                                Dear mr. Brahamanand,

                                Kindly confirm for your kya i would like to inform you that yesterday mr deepak [protected] (As per hdfc the caller who made call behalf of me to block my card) said his uncle went him sangroor (Punjab) hdfc branch to know his account number and they given him my account number.

                                And due to suspicious info mr deepak called up in your ccc to block his card but there is totally mistake from your side that fresher ccc executive close my card.

                                So i need strict action against sangroor (Punjab) branch manager and i need appropriate compensation for mental and medial harassment with my family due to this card block.

                                And i will not give much more time to play with mail-mail.

                                Today i need your decision else you will see in court because i am documenting everything with me.

                                My name is pradeep kumar yadav and my reg. Mobile no - [protected] and dob is 15.05.1987.
                                What happen today when visited atm to withdraw money i was shocked that card is invalid.
                                And i made call in ccc super visor mr hiren patel said one my relative mr deepak [protected] called and said block this card and ccc block my card.
                                So my question is that if mr deepak did not confirmed my details and how card block?
                                If he (Mr deepak) confirmed my details let me know the call recording of mr deepak.?
                                I am dam sure that no one can confirm my details accept or you (Hdfc)
                                I wants re-issue card without any cost at my place with above explanation.
                                Otherwise i will go consumer forum against this fraud case.
                                I am waiting your sincere reply….

K with credit card no [protected] have already called customers care and blocked my card and broke the card into 4 pieces but still iam receiving the bills instead iam not having credit card also and no single usage also. I request hdfc to stop the billings and no bill should be despatched and pls close my card

                                  We would like to clarify that your card ending 1754 was hotlisted. As per your request on April 24, 2017 and a new card ending 3152 was generated. However, physical plastic was not despatched, in the absence of your request for the same. Here, we wish to clarify that the statement carried the new credit card account number. Accordingly, statement was sent to you as there was an outstanding on the card account. We request you to reconsider your decision and provide us with more opportunities to serve you. In the event, you still wish to cancel the credit card, we request you to forward us a duly signed letter to the below mentioned address for us to do the needful. Upon closure, fee billed to the card acccount will be reversed.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have added 5000 rs to my payzapp wallet from my credit card on 05/09/2017.

                                    But it deducted from my credit card and not added in to my wallet (Mobile no./user name – [protected]).

                                    Please resolve this issue and refund my money back asap.

                                    Note:- i couldn’t able to reach over customer care no.[protected]

                                      Today i used my payzapp account to add 4600 rs but the money got deducted from my hdfc credit card and showing zero balance in payzapp account.

                                      Kindly refund the amount to my source bank or add money into payzapp account as i have to pay my bill.
                                      I have trusted payzapp to be the trusted app for my convince payment but it has been a disappointment.

                                      I added money in my payzapp wallet through credit card. Amount os deducted from my card account but didnt recieved to payzapp wallet.
                                      I have shooted mail to payzapp support but still no response.
                                      I tried calling payzapp customer care it ssys number is switch off.
                                      Pl help and resolve the query.

                                      Since payzapp seems to be of reputed bank such kind of iisues should be resolved asap.
