It was a great experiance working with hdfc bank ltd. I am thankfull to all my seniors, colleague and staff for giving support.         On 27th june i did an online transaction of rs 6929.23 on WWW.MYNTRA.com, then i cancelled the order and requested a refund on the same day. So myntra did the refund process and on 4th june i get rs 1999.60 of rs 6929.23 remaining is rs 4929.63.

        So i called myntra customer care and they gave me the reference no of the refund transaction of rs 4929.63 (Please find below attached email for your reference), but hdfc bank customer saying they didn't get the refund amount of rs 4929.63. But hdfc customer service officer (Farheen shazia) reply me that they have liased with the concerned department and would like to clarify that the transaction towards the loan number 28727580 has been calculated post deducting the refund amount of rs.4929.00. The refund amount has already got adjusted to the loan amount and a emi schedule has got generated.

        *but the transaction is cancalled on same day 27th june 2017 and the total transaction amount is 6929.23 but i received only 1999.23 back in my credit card. Could you please clarify on the balance amount of 4929/-. These incidents are happening even after me cancelling the emi option the same day when i did the transaction.

        Infact, i have faced a similar issue way back in july, 2016 when i purchased my apple macbook and i had a tough time with hdfc bank in getting the details and had been to dispute redressal cell too. Again i am facing similar issue.

        Could you please respond on priority and close on the issue asap. Else, i will have to look for another customer friendly bank where i can expect a better service.

              I have a maruti van (Dl8cag 5073) met with an accident in july 2017 insured by hdfc ergo general insurance. The van was repaired at authorized maruti dealer in delhi under the claim #c[protected]. Final report of surveyor is also submitted to the office on 19th august 2017. But no settlement of claim till this date despite lodging complaint on customer care of the insurance company several times. Is it the way hdfc insurance company works. They have immobilized my vehicle despite repairs. Who is going to pay for their lapses. They charge for every service rendered to customer but when it comes to customer service they are always fall short delivering goods. I believe hdfc must pay for err on their part along with my settlement dues.

              My maruti van (dl8cag5073) met with an accident. After repairs surveyor submitted his report on 19th august 2017. Till now after repeated complaints on customer care of hdfc ergo nothing happened on insurance side.
              Customer buys insurance policy for peaceful ownership of car not car getting struck due to insurance companies mishandling.
              Infact hdfc has to pay for the claim( c[protected] but for delay on their part in disbursement.

                I was employee of hdfc bank and my last date was 22nd April 17. During notice period I was received a mail that my credit card will be closed and due payment will be settled in FnF. I have never used card since receive mail during notice period in fact I destroyed the same but on 9th Aug my account was debited for Rs. 6291 for credit card charges and yesterday I receive one mail mentioning the my credit card payment rs.913. I totally surprised that when I have never used card since last five month, my account was debited on 9th Aug for credit card dues, I have received mail my card will be deactivated and due payment will be setteled in FnF, how bank charge for credit card charge. This is totally misguide or in fact cheating. I will highlight the in social media such type of cheating with customer or employee. Requesting bank check and reverse unnecessary charges. All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India). Therefore, though your loan account is closed, however any cheque bounces / delinquency will be reported to CIBIL.

                  This is done in the normal course of business. The Bank through this, does not attempt to influence any financial institution on their discretion of approval /disbursement of credit.

                    This complain is regarding my vigorous follow up by hdfc customer complaint cell (Pno desk) regarding my disputed rs 5000 cash not dispensed from hdfc atm unit at sec 2c or sec 5, vasundara, ghaziabad.

                    This instance happened on 27th june and today is 24th-august, where in every time after reminders and follow up i get a mail to wait for 5 working days from the hdfc concern.

                    I don`t know what is stooping them to resolve the issue.

                      Hi,

                      On 2nd april 2017 @ 8:40 pm, i placed an
                      Online order on pizzahut website & choose to pay by
                      Mvisa mode of payment. Since i have hdfc payzapp account, i
                      Paid thru it & the transaction was successful however
                      When i went back to the pizzahut website i didn't
                      Receive the confirmation (Online or sms) that the pizzahut
                      Order has been successfully placed. So, i contacted pizzahut
                      & was told that no such order for an amount of 631.42/-
                      Has been placed.

                      I contacted hdfc payzapp support & was
                      Confirmed that the transaction of 631.42/- has been
                      Successfull with transaction id : 65610751 / merchant
                      Reference number: mvisa[protected]wlab0f (Given by payzapp).
                      Same was given to pizzahut however they have not received
                      The amount.

                      Kindly
                      Look into this as it has been over 5 months & initiate
                      The refund process asap & this whole thing is really
                      Frustrating.

                          I am really irritated with services provided by the hdfc bank guys.
                          My customer id is 56345024. One month back i preclosed my instaloan and instajumbo loan. At that time you guys told me nothing was pending.
                          30th august i got one message from hdfc bank you acnt number ending with 1449 will be debited 2700/- on september 4th.
                          Why you guys did not tell me about this amount when i preclosed everything.
                          What the # you guys are doing.
                          I got irritated, that's y i used bad words.

                              I have added amount of Rs.5, 000/- (Rs. five THOUSAND ONLY) to my payzapp Wallet then I have transfer the amount to axis BANK But it got shows as success. But the amount is not transferred to my bank account. Can u please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I would like to say that I have salary account in my Serco pvt ltd in 2012. In 2013 I left that company so after that I called customer card for closing that account but they have given diff diff procedure for that so you can continue this and this and no body has informed that it will be converted in saving account after some time and no intimation from bank side as well and now bank charged non maintenance charges monthly so I would like to say that I am not going to pay and bear any amount so kindly close my account else make in 0 so if you want customer relation to be better for further so make it balance to 0 or close it. and take action as customer priority and going to forward this to RBI as well for not informing time to time to customer .My account details given below

                                  I have added Rs.5000 to my payzapp wallet on 1st Sept 2017. i tried to send Rs.5000 to email id [protected]@gmail.com. Transaction was not successful, Transaction got failed but amount got deducted from my payzapp wallet.Txn ID[protected]eM53IC7

                                  Rs.0 is reflecting in payzapp wallet acount.

                                  Screen shot is attached from payzapp that contains transaction history.

                                  Please do the needful.please reverse this amount to my wallet.

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number 5459xxxxxxxx9205, without my authorization 28/08/2017 towards one assist mfee, rs.100/- as emi processing fee-smartemi ln#298731, rs. 18/- as igst-vps[protected]rate 18.0-37044.

                                      I don't want this member ship & cancel & refund entire amount rs.1417/-. Please take necessary action asap otherwise i will take action against this illegal fee without intimation.
