With out my knowledge they debit rs 2256, for the porepose of personal accident policy,
And here i attached the proff of debit my account, and i am not sign any ducoments, and no conformation call about this policy,

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Credit card of HDFC bank since December’2013. The day before yesterday I’ve received a call from mobile no: [protected]. They said that I am from HDFC bank & we have an special offer for you. You have selected in our VIP customer out of 5 customers and you have to tell us you card no, DOB, expiry date & 7 digit no (written in backside of your card), I’ve asked that why should I share all of the above information to you. They replied – it’s a verification call to validate your offer, so I’ve given them. After that they have told an scheme to me that we will provide you an extra card, by using this card you will get 30% discount on every purchase, you will get shoes, wrist watch, holiday packages & two movie tickets etc. After listening all of the above offers I’ve asked them that I have to pay something to avail these offers. He said that total amount of Rs. 7850/- will be debited from your credit card. Then I’ve replied immediately to him that I’m not interested in your scheme & will not accept all of the above offers. He said that this amount is already deducted from your credit card & you will receive a message shortly & we will talk later & call was disconnected. After that I’ve received a message from mobile no: [protected] – “Your amount 7850/- has been debited your HDFC credit card 5242XXXXXXXX1976 thanks for using service.” Then I have called back to that number and asked for cancellation of this transaction & refused to avail these offer (I’ve told to him that you can’t give offer & deduct amount from a customer, without taking permission from him), he replied that there is no procedure to reverse/cancel the activation & you must have to pay this amount (it will appear in your monthly statement) or you must say that I am not interested in this scheme & I’ll bear all the cost from my pocket, now again I refused to take benefit of these offers. Then I’ve asked to talk to his senior (Mr. Neeraj Shukla) – He was telling me same thing & tried to convince me again. But I was not ready to accept their scheme. Now please help me, as I’m totally dis-satisfied with these type of service from HDFC ergo. Regards...Kush Mob:-[protected]

      Dear Sir, I have newly opened Dmat account with HDFC Sec as per terms they debit Rs. 999/- as openint charges of Dmat a/c. But further HDFC Sec debit Rs. 1976.41 from my account without any written confirmation and when I call to customer care they ask we will provide the service and you confirmed the same over phone and we can listen your voice recording. But I continuously saying that I don't want any special service even I have send email that please I don't need any special service. They ask me that it is non-refundable. They don't give any written reply of my email. Now I have repeatedly request to refund of Rs, 1976.41 and close my demat account but they are not responding of my email.         I have opened Dmat account with HDFC Sec and as per conditions they suppose to charge Rs. 999/- but after opening the account they debit Rs. 999/- from account and further they debit Rs. 1976.41. When I contact to customer care they ask it is non-refundable. again and again I mail to Customer care & Grievance Desk but they don't reply of my email. Repeatedly they disturb me over phone call. I don't want any phone call I need reply on email. Even I have requested to close my account but they don't response of my mail. Please advice how to resolve to issue. Thanks, Santiswarup Chakraborty

            Dear Sir, I have an account with HDFC Bank since long time and very recently noticed that there has been 2 deductions of around Rs 850 each without any information to me. When tried reaching bank officials, i was told that they have charged annual maintenance fee for Demat account which i had never opted for or used any demat services. Instead of helping me, they rejected my request for reversal of deductions stating that my signature does not match.               I have a salaried account in HDFC Bank. At the time of opening account, they came to my company and gave full assurance that they will also provide credit card to us. But when I, along with some of my colleagues, tried applying for it, they are continuously degrading us by saying that U are not economically stable for credit card. First time, they rejected my application saying that I do not have proper residence. But on my actual application when I saw it, was written there as "INCORRECT MOBILE NUMBER", although cont. no. was correct. Here, they were trying to misguide us as well by giving improper reasons. When I told this to HDFC agent, he again told me to reapply for it, this time I took utmost precaution and checked my application does not have any cons and shouldn't get rejected. They came for physical verification as well and approved it also.. But again, , I received a letter saying my application again got rejected. When tried calling Customer Care and asked the reason about the same, they dont even want to tell me the actual reason for the rejection. Just telling us to reapply for it after 6 months. I dont know, this is how they behave with their valuable customers. We all are planning to lodge a complaint regarding this to our Company's HR dept and dismantle their services from company.

              I have been called sometime after 3-4 months and offered the credit card, without much hassle. I was in doubt whether they will again do the same thing, but this time, it was pretty easy and they did and provided me within stipulated timeframe. No offence. After this, its going good with HDFC bank.

              Although, I will take this matter to your mentioned mail id, but We are already harassed by saying that we cant apply for it within this 6 months, and that too, because of the fellow agent and irresponsible behavior of the Bank team..! :( Planning to shift salaried account to other bank...
              HDFC Team have replied after 2 days.. And the response they have given is also interesting.. Although, I clearly mentioned that I wanted to know atleast the reason for rejecting my Credit card application, they have just copy-pasted the same message body and again send it to my mail as their response...!!! This is what for I was waiting, for the same reply, which even just doesn't mentioned the actual reason for rejection.
              What a pathetic service they are providing to their valuable (?) customers...! :(
              HDFC Bank..!! Pathetic Service ever offered by a Bank...!!! It was totally my offense, that I opted for this cheap kind of bank for my valuable salaried account, which doesn't even listen to the need and problem of their customers. No interaction needed further. Will do according to my way..!!!

                I had purchases worth 40972/- in the month of Jan 2013, however due to an error on my part I paid 35992/-. In the bill of feb 2013, I was charged a finance amount of 1702/-. I placed many calls at the call centre and finally having got through to an executive I explained the issue. He helped me realize the shortfall of payment. The executive told me that the finance charges were levied on the entire outstanding bill amount. My argument was that the finance charges should be on the outstanding amount and not on the entire bill as that amount was not even due to the bank as yet. However I accepted my error and agreed to pay the shortfall amount of Rs 5000/-. I also made a request to reverse the late fee etc. The executive agreed and told me that he will put in a request.

                However on seeing bills of the following months I saw that the finance charge and late fee charged was not reversed as promised and had now multiplied. I made repeated calls to the call center to resolve the issue but to no avail. Infact the reversal of finance charges requested in March was done in the month of July, however since then the amount had mounted and was much more than the amount reversed. The delay in processing the request by the bank has been penalized to me.

                I continued to make repeated calls to the call center and tried to get this issue resolved. But all the calls led to no resolution and the amount has kept mounting since then. Since following up on phone calls was tedious and I had no record on my end, finally I resorted to writing emails to the grievance redressal since the month of June 2013 as well. The responses to my emails have taken up to two weeks or more and often have been incomplete without understanding the issue. I have sometime just been sent a set of statements with no information which has only led to loss of time again and again on the behalf of the bank.

                On many occasions I have also written that the delay in response to my queries leads to overshooting of my payment date but all this is to no avail and the sense o[censored]rgency has been only on my end. On many occasions I received calls from people from the bank promising to resolve the issue but they never ever got back. I was given email id’s of supposedly senior people at the bank who rarely respond. Ofcourse not to mention the harassing calls made to me by the collection agents. It is difficult to get through the call center executives and sometimes require a waiting time of 20-25 mins. I have occasionally had to disconnect the call in frustration.

                I have also had a visit from the recovery agent to my residence which in my understanding is unlawful.

                I would also like to put on record that I have been a long time user of the HDFC credit card and have never had such an issue and because of my good payment history I regularly been upgraded in my credit limits etc. I have usually been a heavy user of my credit card and always been regular in making payments.
                On this current issue I would like to mention that I have made a payment of every single rupee transaction I have made using the card. The only outstanding amount that shows up on the card is the mounting latefee and finance charges which are unreasonable as it due to the unresponsive or late responses on the part of the bank. Infact I have also paid the Rs 150/- transaction fee for redeeming my points as well as the last late fee in the month of Nov/Dec 2013.

                Please help me regarding this issue.

                      Dear Team, This is about how HDFC has been charging me and then tricked me. If yes, would you be kind enough to tell me why there have been so many deductions in my account # [protected]. I have not used that account in years. I have sent multiple emails to you asking to close the account. If I visit a branch they tell me that I have to get my bank account transferred to their branch and then only they can close my account. Then you put my account into negative by penalising me. Your team lied to me by saying that if I deposit money then they will waive the negative amount and I can maintain the minimum balance and there won't be anymore deduction. So last week I put 15K into the account. The negative amount got balanced and your team didn't help. Now you have been charging me with something like the below every two days. Soon my account will go to negative again because you keep feeding yourselves on my money like a leech. Is there any difference between you and the extorters ?? Do you have any idea about when will you stop this harassment and cheating? Regards, Sujit.

                          In my case misbehaviour is an understatement, the customer care agents were not only rude they were crass. They were talking to me in the most informal tone and as if I am their servant. In fact I don''t even speak that way to my maid and car cleaners. I got a call from the no. [protected] which was supposedly from the Janakpuri Branch. I spoke to 3 different people- a lady Avanti, a Senior Manager Rajat Bhatia and a third person who did not disclose his name. I am late in making my payment due to some personal reason and for that the bank has already charged late fee an finance charges which I have accepted. Now they call me everyday and when I told them a chk has been dropped this woman says chk toh ATM mein pada rahega cash nahi dal sakte the?? is this how u speak?? and this unknown person has was the rudest of all he says "Tumahre jeb mein paise hain?? jeb mein paise nahi hai toh card leke kyon ghoomte ho? " I mean just look at the language and other than that their tome was so bad it was a total verbal abuse. Irrespective of what the person''s background is in real life as long as he is calling me as a bank''s representative I am the customer and he HAS to respect me and speak cordially... How dare he take that tone kya kar logi and all... the agents literally lick our feet to open an account and once we do are they supposed to treat us like crap?? I really want something to be done and rest assured I will take up this case and spread in as many forums and social media I can...this is not done.

                              My account is a salaried account. How can you deduct any amount on the name of AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR SEP2014. I can see there are other customers as well facing same problem. This should not be done if you would like to retain customers.

                                  Dear Sir, With reference to the above subject I was cheated by HDFC Life Representative, Pls find the below conversation... Dear Mr. Khan, We refer to your email dated July 06, 2014, pertaining to the policy mentioned above. We have done a detailed investigation of the facts presented by you and wish to share the following: We would like to inform you that the policy document provided to you contains a copy of all the documents signed by the policy holder giving us the consent to issue the policy. Policy related communications such as Premium Notice and Lapse Letter have been sent to you. The features of the policy are also explained in detail in the policy document. On conducting an internal assessment of your complaint, we have concluded that all the features and details of this plan were explained to you at the time of taking the policy. Given the above facts, this case cannot be treated as a missale. As we have not received your cancellation request within the 30 days free-look cancellation period, we wish to inform you that we are unable to process a refund of premium paid towards your policy. Further, please find the details regarding the free look provision mentioned under ‘Option to Return/withdraw’/’Cancellation in the Free Look Period’ section of your policy document. Is that I made mistake for believing the Private Organizations and HDFC Group and its Staff. Don't you give response and caring for the existing policy holders? I was cheat by your company representative because of his unethical practice and lack of your company mechanisms. Again and again I am requesting that your representative was taken signatures on empty form confirm that it was singly payment policy, I was not filled up the Application form and I have not get any confirmation or welcome call from the company regarding the confirmation of the policy details.                                     Sir, I have taken two equipment loans bearing Nos.3370175 and 17932623, the said loans are closed. But, they have not returned my original Invoice and not issued NOC till date. Since, the said NOC is urgently required by me, I have requested repeatedly, But, unfortunately Mr. Srinivas Bhaskar( Mobile No. [protected]) refused, without any valid reason. Hence, pray you to kindly look in to the matter and instruct HDFC Bank to issue NOC immediately.

                                    A copy of loan statement for last nine instalments report generated in on line banking account is attached herewith for your immediate documentary evidence and request you to kindly do the needful.
