I have an insurance policy from ICICI Lombard ( Policy number 4034i/FFH/W-021631/03/000 ).
I made a payment via cheque (ING Vysya Bank cheque no .156371 Rs 5920 dated 2 june 2011 ).Cheque amount is also deducted from my bank account.
But till date ( 7th july) my policy is not renewed . Company people say it is expired. No body giving me proper answer.

I would like to draw your kind attention to misleading policy wordings of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. This is regarding health insurance policy#4034i/FFH/W-1815226/01/000 sum insured (Rs 3,00,000) renewed on 13th June,11 for Rupees 5,920. I included one extra member in the policy this year & paid an additonal sum of Rs 1,400 for the same.

Iam a ICICI lombard customer since 1998.In 2009 sep iam having a mio cardial infraction and admitted to icon hospital in Dombivli.they suggested for open heart surgery which iam not agreed and gone for second

I claimed for my accidental m/cycle and insurance amount for that with the policy number 3005/[protected]/B/[protected] dated 18 Sep 2007. Everything has been finished and verified and till date i have not received the amount in spite of several requests. Very idiotic irresponsible service from ICICI.
