Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have booked my tickets of Mr. Nikhil Garg & Ms. Prachi Garg from Mumbai to Delhi on 19.01.2015 for Indigo Airlines Flight No. 6E-168 on 24.01.2015 (12:45 PM). The amount of Rs. 12834.00 was debited from my account at Yes Bank by reference no. AVENUES CCACA2BYN735. However, I did not receive any PNR No. & e-Ticket. After confirming from the Indigo helpline, I booked the same ticket again. I was also assured that the amount against non-booking of ticket would be refunded to my account. I have not yet received the refund against the above non-booking to my account. I am attaching scanned copy of my account statement showing the debit entry with reference no. & bank confirmation letter will follow shortly showing the credit to your airline. Please confirm the same & arrange to credit the refund against the non-booking to my account immediately under confirmation by mail.       dear sir My wife was booked from Lucknow to Srinagar in indigo flight wide fallowing details Indigo 6E 141 departure Lucknow 22jan 2015 at 10:40 hrs Airline PNR A9VTMQ Indigo 6E 555 departure Delhi. 22 jan 2015 at 14:05 hrs air line PNR W9S56T The flight from Lucknow got delayed, my wife requested indigo staff to book her luggage upto Srinagar so that some time will be saved in boarding flight from dehli to Srinagar .they refused to oblige her. On reaching dehli she again requested ground staff to help her to board flight for Srinagar but again they were not interested to help . Then my wife went to collect her luggage and mean while she again contacted some official of indigo airlines who took her to some lady officer of indigo air lines . My wife requested her to help in boarding Srinagar bound flight. She was very generous and only person that day who helped her and because of her help my wife was issued boarding pass for Srinagar bound flight and after going through security check she was not allowed to board the flight as they had already closed gate no 16. Then after arguing with staff she was made to wait for her luggage to come back and another shocker was given to her that her ticket has no value now and she has to manage her self . My wife had no option but to by yet another ticket for next day with them and pay Rs 4003. My wife name is Mushtaq Fatima age 59 years. Now can airline explain what is fault of my wife and why airlines did not help her to board Srinagar bound flight when there flight from Lucknow to dehli got delayed.         My daughter was traveling from Varanasi to Delhi on17.01.2015 and she was charged Rs 1500 as excess baggage as the cabin was not upto dimension. Please note that she travelled from Delhi to Varansi on7.12.2014 with same cabin baggage and she was allowed to take the luggage in cabIn . Pl.clarify as how the rule differ at different Airports. Also due to rescheduling of flight, she could not appear an inertview and lost the oppurtunity of getting good Job. I thereby request you to reimburse the amount of Rs.1500.Also compensate suitably for loss of opportunity of good Job.

          We (8 passengers) was travelled from Bangalore to Varanasi via Flight no.6E118 (Indigo Airlines)on 22.01.2015 while on boarding from Bangalore when we check-in our baggage from counter we have 8 luggage but we got slip of 7 baggage, at that time we not consider the same.But when we reached at Varanasi airport we checked our luggage & found that 1 Suitcase was missing & while confirm it from their staff we come to notice that we received slip of only 7 luggage on boarding time. On airport we informed the same to concerned authority (Mr.Chetan Rai)We call various time to airport staff but no satisfactory response was seen from their side.             Hello, I contact your service because I'm still waiting my refund after my cancellation flights 6E297 ( 20th December 2014) from kochi to Chennai. my booking reference was H8LYWW, my name Anthony Porini. > I've already called the indigo call center service to confirm, one more time, my refund request and they confirmed my it and they said that will normally takes 30 working days. The payment of Rs.7073 was made by credit card .But could not travel on personal reasons and cancelled the ticket before the flight has taken off.                 Hi,

                I have cancelled the indigo flight in airport as the flight was delayed that day.My PNR No is F4QNNS.At the time of cancellation the person at airport told me that you will get a full amount as refund.

                Since I have booked my ticket from goIbibo I contacted them to check my refund status and they said that ticket is not cancelled and it is showing no show.But with me I have the boarding pass where he clearly cancelled it.How come it is possible that i have cancelled the ticket and it is showing no show.

                Please find the attached copy of ticket and boarding pass and let me know the refund status.

                  Sir/Madam, 1. With due respect it is stated that I have booked a ticket from Dibrugarh to Delhi and back on 19 Jan 15 vide booking reference No. C2TS8V. The site got refreshed during choosing payment vide Net banking option. Unaware of the fact, I further continued to book the ticket. After generation of ticket I found that the ticket has been booked reversely, means the day (13 May 15) on which I was to travel from Dibrugarh to Delhi was booked from Delhi to Dibrugarh and the return journey (20 Jun 15) from Delhi to Dibrugarh was found booked from Dibrugarh to Delhi. 2. I immediately call customer care two times on same day but the call could not be completed. Further I contacted customer care again yesterday in evening and requested for modification of ticket but the customer care informed that near about 17000/- rupees will be deducted against the modification. 3. Being a defence personnel it is a huge amount to pay for me and to pay further for booking the ticket fresh. 4. it is my humble request that suggestion for modification of my ticket with minimum deduction amount may be forwarded to my mobile number [protected] or [protected] and also on my email address. Indigo site https://book.goindigo.in Today when i called Indigo customer care to check the status of my ticket i came to know that somebody with name Sambhu Prasad has canceled my ticket and utilized the amount to book another ticket from delhi to patna.                       Dear Sir/Madam, I am your Frequent flayer since last many year (approx 10 day in month i travel with Indigo) Today i was flying from Bhubeneshwar to Kolkata with Veg Meal entitled (under Corporate customer) My pnr no N7R5KZ, seat No. 4 A date 19.01.2015. Two of your Air Hostages Named Ms. Poonam (leading lady) and Ms Steefy was serving meal to all through carried list both served the meal beside my seat passenger but not me even not ask to go for or not. This was really one of my worst experience travelling with Indigo as coroporate customer. if this is an attitude of your professional staff then i think in future i think twice before travel with you.                         i had made an reservation in indigo flight 6E176 from delhi to varanasi. My PNR E3QQ3S was first unchecked and then cancelled without my knowledge or request when i was on my to airport. As a result i had to buy a new ticket booking reference NCIF2X on the spot priced INR 9667. My earlier ticket had cost me only inr 4906 out of which only INR 3031 will be refunded. This puts me in a loss of 11542 INR . I am sure my account was not comprised and it was a mistake at your side. i am attaching relevant proof . Please look into matter seriously and ensure i get appropriate compensation.

                          Hi Team, this is second time in a row my flight is rescheduled which has resulted in rescheduling of my cabs with high fare.. As earlier i was getting an option for ginie & ola cabs who charge 10Rs per km but now i have to book meru where the fare is 20rs per km...This will result in additional 500-700 rs charge on me... Why this is happening everytime and who would be paying for such inconvienece

                            My account no is [protected]. I had Rs 4365/- in my Indigo account as balance till recently. Today on 18/01/2015 I Found astonishingly balance as 0.00 without any prior intimation. When I checked on customer care I was told that the amount has been forfeited due to non usage for 12 months. This is ridiculous. How the Customer money can be taken by the airlines for no mistake of the customer. Kindly refund the amount to the account from which it was debited. If no reply is received within 2-3 days, I may be forced to appeal to consumer court. Let Indigo management address the issue favourably to enhance the customer satifaction.                               I was travelling to Bangalore from Kolkata on 6th of Jan, morning flight. I reached airport on time and was standing in the long cue. There was no clarity on the checkin counter. I was standing in the long cue before the checking counter. There was no call for checking and I when I reached the counter, they said that it was psot 45 mins and they will not let me checking. It was 5 mins past the 45 minutes deadline and iI repeatedly told them that I was standing in the cue and there was no call from the officials that they are closing the counter for my flight. I repeated begged to let me go as I had a baby with me and my mother in law who is not well and we need to fly to Bangalore. The indigo official, probably the head among all of them, Mr. Tajinder and Mr .Pritam behaved very rudely with me and did not pay any attention to my pleas. Mr. Tajnider was so rude that he kept looking at his computer and talking to his colleagues when I was trying to explain and plead him to let me go. I realised that they have made this a business to not let people board flights, delay them, behave unsympathetically with the passengers and make them book costly tickets for the next flights so that they make more money. I also saw 4-5 more people standing and have gone through the same problem complaining at the counter. And above all, there is no customer friendly behaviour from the ground staff. I had to spend Rs19000 at that moment, went through so much harassment and there was no compassion even for 1 yr old baby who was with me and started crying. Later, when they made me miss my flight which they very well could have helped me board as there was no fault from my side, Mr. Tajinder, talked to me and offered my Rs 950 less for my next ticket which I had to buy with extra 19000rs. I strongly condemn this behaviour because it felt as a mockery on my condition because it was he who made me miss the flight and later was offering penny in front of the hefty amount i had to pay for next tickets. If Indigo has made this a business of making people book extremely costly tickets at the last moment especially in holiday seasons, I dont think it can go a long way in winning people's heart and its not far, people will prefer to take other flights than Indigo. SO indigo, its time you check on people who behave so rudely with passengers and are so inconsiderate. I will also have to think twice before i book tickets in Indigo and so will my close family and friends to whom I have narrated my story.

                                Ref.-Confirmed Ticket PNR NO. MYHGHQ / RYEEFD [Attached doc ]Flight No. : 6E 524 Kolkata to Pune for Subodh Ghosh and Sibani Ghosh. Reference to above we like to bring to your notice the unprecedented harassment and Humiliation treated to us by your staff both at Kolkata and Pune as follows:- In check-in counter at Kolkata we were told that the ticket with above PNR No. has been cancelled by someone not known to us in-spite of the fact that we have made Net check-in before.After some argument the officer in the counter gave us a NEW ticket with different PNR NO. : VPZTPD, thus allowed us to board.On landing at Pune, immediately, we were escorted by your staff to your airport office counter and were asked to pay a sum of ₹23078.00 [Attached Receipt], failing which, we cannot leave the airport.On asking, the reason for such payment, they tried to explain us that the money will be refunded to the Booking Agent @ Binil Kumar (thru whom we bought the ticket), and we should claim back the amount from him, and accordingly wrote by hand on the money receipt given to us duly stamped and also saidthat the money will reach the Agent within 3(three)days time.While claiming the amount from the agent, the answer we get that the money has not reached him. Our humble request to you that, why we have been penalized to pay TWICE and when we will be getting amount of ₹.23078, leaving aside the mental torture thrashed on us ( incidentally both o[censored]s are SENIOR CITIZENS)for no fault o[censored]s since we had purchased the ticket by ONLINE PAYMENT. We therefore, request you to look into the matter urgently, so that we receive the extra amount paid to you at the Pune Airport office. We look forward for favorable solution at the earliest. Attached all relevant documents to support the above case.

The amount was deducted from my account for that I received the confirmation message from my Bank and also checked my account. Here also i found that the amount was debited from my account and CItruspay also mailed that transaction is successful.After the payment was made, the system filed to generate the itenary The details of the information rceived...

                                  A payment of Rs 43, 470 was made by me for air ticket booking through Indigo airline mobile web site. I have received payment confirmation from Citrus for the said payment. But the booking transaction has failed due to your server problem of the Indigo airline web site. I have raised the complaint to their toll free no in this regard and asked for immediate refund but they said the amount would be refunded to me only after seven days. Now I am unable to proceed with my travel booking because of this issue. they say I can make the booking after 7 -10 days by when they would refund the amount. It is unfair on their part to make me wait till then as I will have to make other travel booking connected to the same. They have now made a tentative booking and kept it on hold status and have asked me for a fresh payment. What should I do now. It is unfair

                                    I have a complain against Indigo Airlines services, My Name is Mohd Kashif and i recently travel from Delhi to Mumbai for a important meeting, through Indigo flight 6E -167, on 07 Jan 2015. My E docket number no was [protected]_ITHDEL1 and PNR number was O7PMHZ. At 7:05 i received a call from Indigo, that lady ask about my bag "that i deposit my bag on Indigo counter..??", i said yes ask her "is their any problem, she said no" and cut the phone. She called me from this number "[protected]". After that Mumbai flight land at Mumbai airport and i go with other passenger to collect my luggage but after huge waiting i got to know that my bag is missing and it doesn't reach to Mumbai Airport along with my flight. Then i reaches to Indigo counter to check about the issue. On Mumbai desk i met with two Indigo representative named Senha and Sarah. They called to Delhi Airport to check the status of my luggage, but for long time they kept waiting and then inform me "We are trying to find your luggage, you please go to your Hotel and we'll inform you soon. After few hrs she called me and inform me "sir by mistake your luggage reaches to Raipur", then i asked her, what should i have to wear for my meeting, as i was having everything in that luggage only. I told her i want my bag soon and this your responsibility to handle customers luggage with care, then she replied " this is not Indigo's responsibility". Now i wanted to know, why this is not Indigo's responsibility, when i handed over my luggage in Indigo's custody. Then after that, i received my luggage at 5.55AM in early morning (08th Jan'15) and i found my luggage's stand was broken (will send you pics if you want). i can share pics and recording, If any one of you want. By 11th i return to Delhi by 6E-192 flight and when i received my bag i found, same side wheel was missing. Now you i wanted to know who's going to take this responsibility of this and i want compensation of my mentally harassment (as i receive my luggage after 20hrs) and luggage is broken from left side.                                       Sir, I am 68 years old worked as Professor in Pondicherry University and retired, travelled from Varanasi to Delhi and Delhi to Chennai on 8th Jan.15 by Indigo. In Varanasi itself the flight 6E-119 (PNR T3FHVL) was delayed. It departed at 15.25 p.m. instead of 14.50. The flight was further delayed in the air and landed at Delhi at 17.10. I have informed the ground force to help me in getting my boarding pass to Chennai flight 6E-289, PNR BY9IQ. The gentleman informed through cell phone. I collected one suitcase and rushed to the departure counter at Delhi to catch flight 6E-289 at 17.30. In counter the staff informed me the gates are closed and asked me to contact MS. Pallavi, Customer Services. She was so arrogant, unprofessional and treated me very disrespectfully. I informed her about the 6th Jan.15 incident. I requested her to issue the boarding pass in the next available flight to Chennai 6E- 287. She informed me to pay 3834 rs for the next day flight at 06.40 am and no seat was available in 6E- 287. I insisted that I must travel today itself. She collected 8242 rs. and asked me to collect boarding pass. The receipt and ticket are enclosed. Pl. note the PNR number is same and the flight No. was written by MS. Pallavi. The incoming as well as connecting flights were Indigo. Why I have to pay excess amount? The delay of the flight was not my fault. I flew from Chennai on 6th Jan.15 by 6E-284. This flight was delayed and took off at 10.00 am. and reached Delhi at 12.50pm. I collected my one suitcase reached the departure counter. I handed over my ticket for 6E- 118, pnr LB1RHA. In counter, the staff informed me the gates are closed. The counter staff (Mr. Sardhar, sorry I did not note his name) phoned to one lady staff and she advised him to issue boarding pass to next available flight 6E- 176 at 16.30pm. I was issued boarding pass without charging any extra amount. The delay of the flight was not my fault. Why she has charged excess amount of 8242 rs.?
