sir i have travelled from pune to delhi on 18-12-14 by flight no 6e02 with pnr no.M3SWUI .I HAVE CHARGED EXTRA 5000 RS FOR SPORTS PISTAL.ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT CHARGED BY SPICEJET ON 17-12-14 FOR THE SAME REASON WHILE TRAVELLING FROM DELHI TO PUNE.RESOLVE MY PROBLEM .THANKS

    Dear Indigo team, I am Hitesh Banwari from Ahmedabad, My flight was booked from Delhi to Raipur on 15th December 2014 at 6:55 AM, PNR no : Y7BGYP. However I reached the Delhi airport at 6:20 AM and I was not allowed to board the flight but then the flight got delayed till 7:30 AM. Inspite of a fact that I had discussed with your service staff, they were not able to do anything. This is utter negligience from Indigo airlines not valuing their customers.       My flight, 6E-549 on the Friday 5th December scheduled to take off at 19:55 hrs, reach Chennai at 21:45 hrs was delayed by around 2.5hrs and reached Chennai at 00:15. My boarding for my connecting flight to Trichy IX-682 had its cut-off time for boarding as 00:30. I essentially had 15 mins to collect my luggage and run from the domestic terminal to the international terminal to catch my connecting flight. And needless to say that I couldn't make in before the boarding closed, and I was stranded in an airport at an odd hour in a city that was not my home. I hence request for remedial measures.

        While booking ticket from Goa to Delhi through internet banking amount was debited once from my account but ticket was not booked. Although ticket was booked from same account in 2 nd attempt but my account was debited twice, Here are the msgs I receieved from Corporation Bank CORPBANK <[protected]@corpbank.co.in> 11:25 PM (57 minutes ago) to me Dear Customer, An amount of Rs. 13812 has been debited from your A/C CLSB02140029 for an online transaction done at India Ideas using CorpNet banking, Ref No:[protected] CORPBANK <[protected]@corpbank.co.in> 11:06 PM (1 hour ago) to me Dear Customer, An amount of Rs. 13812 has been debited from your A/C CLSB02140029 for an online transaction done at India Ideas using CorpNet banking, Ref No:[protected] Ticket was not booked for Transaction Ref No:[protected] Ticket Ref no LEH5HE was booked on 2nd attempt Kindly refund the amount for which ticket has not been booked back to my account.           I boarded Indigo flight 6E 384 on 10 Dec 2014 from Hyderabad to Raipur (subsequently to Delhi). On reaching the destination Raipur I did not receive my checked in baggage at Raipur. This was approx at 9.30h. On approaching the ground staff I was told that you can forget your baggage. Such lapses happen. In fact they laughed at me as if this is common practice. I have an important function to attend. All my belongings and valuables are in the booked luggage. I am in a desperate situation. I am appalled by the gross lackadaisical attitude and seriousness with which such a company is functioning. On repeated request and queries I was told that one unclaimed baggage (Grey VIP suitcase) is unclaimed in Delhi by the same flight, which is the destination. But they needed my luggage docket number to confirm, which I disclosed. There after they said they will confirm and let me know. But no one has bothered to call me back from 2pm onwards. Ishan I need my baggage to reach me at the earliest.

          i have received the luggage which was lost at Raipur Airport. The Indigo Airlines could trace the baggage and after much investigation and pursuance from our side the same was delivered at our doorstep.
          What needs to be investigated is how the baggage failed to be offloaded from the airplane / carelessness on the part of the authorities in not carrying out proper scrutiny and segregation of the baggage's to be delivered at Raipur airport.
          Also the remarks and attitude of the Indigo staff at Raipur in commenting that such misplacement of luggage are normal nowadays. This is not acceptable.

            Joined Indigo company on 13th Aug was under the leadership was Praveen Kumar but then was happy to serve the organistaion, few days after was shifted to GP and was dam happy there YOU AN EVEN PULL OUT MY SALES DATA WITH RESPECT TO IT . But as days went off things went wrong the then TL Ankush was least bother to give his full support towards us . Few of his known agents were kept in out bond splits and were designated to do his internal GP works and as a result they got the name and fame; that only they do the work and rest just sit down on their seats to warm it Would request you if you feel my analysis is wrong then go forward and check the call records from the month of JAN 14 to MAY 14 where in an agent made around 30 packages but then their conversion ratio w.r.t calls and segments was just highly disappointing I too made a package of 14 laks in the month of MAY 2014 guess the pax name was MEHTA . but then the scenario was this On 7th may I got a call saying that Vaibhhav y r the seats on hold It was my mistake that wid out informing any1 i did held the seat because then Ankush was too busy to attend the calls made from avaya . Then I said him sir itss ok its my mistake but then my guest would pay the amount today itself and so was he reacted But then due to my Mom's ILL health I took leave the same day, A general question I would ask you " will you leave your mom in hospital all alone when you have no known person in Tamil NADU ????"" Please see what Ankush Replied . " VAIBHHAV TERI MUMMY KI FLIGHT HAI KYA YE ?? YA TERE DADDY KI HAI ??? " " BHAGA DE PAX KO NAI BANAENGE HUM YEH PAKAGE AUR TU GP MAI AB NAI HAI " Gosh I was like BRo I am giving sales to IndiGo but then why r u denying it . Take out the recorded calls made by Prafulla's AVAYA to ANkush number and check it . You will get to know abt it . An in turn Ankush said me ' AGAR MAI call NAI UTHATA TOH MUJHE MAIL MARK KAR DETE " Yeah I didnt do as he was least interested in my case . Then the next day when I went to office I was like Vaibhhav You are moved out of GP and hell of people on the floor started teasing me . As there was no Manager that time I didnt go to any one, But then package was confirmed and I was not shared the single inentive of dat whih was around 14000 *( great never knew that this will happen) . Then I followed being an inbound agent various things were opposite me but then before this incident I did apply for trainer post . I forwarded my resume to Ankush marked him messages and calls but then he didnt forward it to the concern department . I knew I had the caliber to be the trainer but then my resume was not even sent for the initial round when asked ankush he said " KYA KAREGA TU TRAINER BAN K BHUL GAYA MAI TU call LE BAS " And so it went on . I then marked him around 15 mails saying that I am going for leave as I have my exams and then have to take my MOm to mumbai for treatment he didnt reply me anything DIdnt answer my call and during my exams got a text from him saying Vaibhhav you need to ome to offie or you will be terminated . I was like Sir but i marked you the mail . From these many days I had been marking the same to you but at a sudden you telling me to come whih is not possible and here then I was routed to RAJEEV SIR And HARMEET MAM, where both of them said me that VAibhhav why shall we give you staff tiket you never did any good to us and all Great so that means I was just wasting mine time and Indigo's time sine 2012 HArmeet Mam said me she wont allow me to be in the system any more but then I voulnntarily resigned from my post . never wanted to leave INDIGO but then yes I was fored to do so . Same happened to me in the month of MARCH where in they stopped my Incentive for a round 9000 in which it was not my fault pull out the mail that was exchanged with MR BOTHRA I was on leave where the full case happened but then too they said its my mistake and did put the entire blame on me . please I need a reply on this . Need your answers for these things hope you wont let me down * why my salary of MAY and JUNE 2014 still not credited to me * why was my incentive stopped in the month of MARCH around 9000 ( bothra case ) pleaSE check the calls and the mails of this case too * why I was not given my incentive share of 14000 of the srinagar package.FOR THE MONTH OF MAY * why politics was played few agents given chance to make packages . Retrieve the calls of past 1 yr u wil get to knw and we were like waste part of GP . just tell me sir will INDIGO PAY ME THE COMPENSATION . WIL U GIVE MY SALARY AND MY INCENTIVES WITH THE INTEREST. RATHER NOW AGAIN I AM HERE FACING THE ISSUE OF PF ITS MORE THAN 90DAYS HAVE SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION BUT WHY ITS STILL NOT CREDITED WHY is THAT ITS NOT YET CREDITED PLEASE get it solved or else forcefully I will go ahead to media and the rest concern department PLEASE NOTE ANY KIND OF THREATS OR ANY CALLS OR TEXT RELATED TO THIS AGAINST MY LIFE AND MY FAMILY THEN INDIGO WIL BE SOLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME Hope to hear from you soon please find the attachments Thanking you

              Booking Reference No: H5PYSP I have booked return ticket to vizag (Delhi-Vizag-Delhi) for 07-Dec-2014 and return on 08-Dec-2014. Initially when I booked the ticket the scheduled time from Delhi was 06:20 in the morning. Later they have reschedule to 05:45, after confirmed booking. I have reached the delhi airport at 4:50, there was a big que for everything. 2 counters were closed. There is no separate counter for each flight. Same counter for all flights. Resulting all the passengers who's flight at 7:30, 8.00 all are in same que. I got my boarding pass at 5.20, after security check (again a big line), i reached the gate at 5.30. The staff said the doors are closed. I do not have any flight for the same day and my return ticket was for the next day, I had to cancel the return ticket also. There is no refund for the cancellation of Delhi-vizag flight. and for return ticket they have refunded some money. I have paid Rs. 7, 386 for the booking in Sep 2014. I got the refund of Rs. 1, 736/-. So I have paid Rs. 5650 for not flying. And I lost my hotel booking amount of Rs.2500 and Rs.1000/- for taxi. The total loss Rs.9150, and I lost my valuable project. This is due to Indigo staff, who cannot handle the passengers. Why can't they have separate counter for each flight? Indigo is completely mess and blood sucking parasites. Now I am determined, not to fly with Indigo anymore and will recommend my office colleagues and friends NOT to fly with indigo. I will spread this using social media(Facebook, whats app) and every social networking where ever possible.

                On 17th Oct 2014, I booked a return ticket from Indigo online site www.book.goindigo.in, for myself MRS AMEETA JENA and my husband MR. BALLAB JENA, Bhubaneswar to Mumbai departure 2nd Dec 2014, and return Mumbai to Bhubaneswar departure 8th Dec 2014, bearing PNR No YD693X, as my tickets to Mauritius were already booked departure from Mumbai to Mauritius on 3rd Dec 2014, and return from Mauritius to Mumbai on 7th Dec 2014. When I reached Bhubaneswar airport on 2nd Dec 2014, the Indigo Check In Counter told me, that the PNR No YD693X is not reflecting for Bhubaneswar to Mumbai, but was showing for Mumbai to Bhubaneswar. only. Since there was no time to argue, as my flight to Mauritius was on the next day, I immediatly bought a new ticket for myself and my husband bearing PNR No D8TSYG, Bhubaneswar to Mumbai.                   I was travelling from Bangkok to Kolkata on 2nd Dec 2014 by Flight No 6E 76, departure time 4.05 pm .Both my trolly suitcases are from United Colors of Benetton, and Indigo broke both the number locks of my two trolly bags and on spot they offered only Rs. 300/- for this huge damage where as i asked Ms. Baishali (Indigo) them to repair both the number locks but she totally denied and gave us Rs. 300/- . My luggage number was 6 E [protected] and 6 E [protected]. Hope you know better that what a branded company charges for replacing number locks. Please solve this problem as early as possible because this is totally Indigo's fault. Please find the attached forms what Ms. Baishali( Indigo) gave us for signature. And the most important thing, I called United Colors of Benetton showroom at Forum mall and they confirmed that it will cost Rs. 3000 for replacement of the number lock for each bag. So you can verify also from your side. Its very much painful that a renowned company Indigo gave Rs. 300 for both the bags for replacing number locks where as the market rate is totally different. Its sorry to say please be aware of market rate for this damage.

                      Respected Sir, i was supposed to board the Indigo flight 6E- 375 from Chennai to Coimbatore on 28/ 11/14 at 6:30 AM. I was travelling with my wife and my 6 MONTHS OLD CHILD BECAUSE OF THE TRAAFFIC i reached the boarding counter at 5:45 AM. The INCHARGE OF THE BOARDING COUNTER MS.NITHYA, was so rude to us and she never minded that we are caring a child with us, it was so humilating for us and then we spent another 9, 500 to fly again.                             I cancelled my tickets on November 10. Which I supposed to travel on November 11. I paid through by credit card. Still I didn't get refund money back to my card.                               Hello I'm very much worried that my wife had food poison after having "Submarine Sandwich" on board flight 6E 241 from Vishakapatanam to Hyderabad 13:10 on 24 Nov 2014. She is still suffering from stomach ache and continuous vomits. Its is very irresponsible that Indigo is serving Stale and unhygenic food on flight. The airlines should make sure the food served on their flights is fresh and hygienic. I request a complete refund of the flight charges and the airlines take the responsibility of other passengers ill health caused by food consumed on the flight.

                                We were supposed to travel from Chennai to Visakhapatnam (6E-511) today morning i.e 24th November 2014 around 7:15AM, I was just 5mins late to reach the airport for the Check-In. I have no issues with IndiGo company norms of 45mins before check-in but the executive who was handling my case showed no interest towards his work when i asked about the connecting flights he said there are no connecting flights and booked for tomorrow's flight charging me 14324rs extra whereas when i returned home and checked about the IndiGo flights found out there is a flight from Chennai to Hyderabad at 1 pm which costs around Rs5750 and then at 4 pm there was another flight from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam which costs around Rs2850. Now the question is why dint the IndiGo executive check properly and notified me about the availability or he dint tell me coz the multiple via city journey was cheaper what i had paid now. Waiting for about 23hrs for my travel is not worth for what Air Industry is meant for. Deep grieve to inform even on the availability of connecting flights i was not informed about the multi city connecting flights may be just to earn few extra money from the customer. When i called IndiGo Customer Service they kept me on hold and never answered me back and when i kept looking for more numbers online i found a number of corporate IndiGo number i.e [protected] a person named Khushal Jain answered my call and kept hiding behind the bush without giving me a proper solution. I request for a proper solution for the issue and even want to know about the delay procedure refund. If a person miss to be on time for the check-in that doesn't mean he will loss all his money. There must a proper compensate to the passenger unlike me who has paid total Rs22128/- in total to travel just 1 hour from Chennai to Visakhapatnam waiting for 23hours leaving my important works. This resembles there is something wrong in the procedure of Indigo bookings, if they are mentioning 17th November as booking date then the price they claim should be approximately same as on that date.                                   Sir/ Madame, I Ms.H Syiemlieh have been a regular customer of indigo airlines, therefore what i faced during my travel on the 20th of November 2014 was a shock. I had made my booking for a return flight from Bombay to Guwahati, and on my travel back to Bombay with flight no 6E 322. As it seems my flight timing had changed and i had missed my flight, i was not informed about this neither through email, phone call or sms, but your staff blatantly claims that they have indeed called me. They recommended i pay 7000 plus for a later flight, please note that i am still a student and do not have that kind of money on me, thankfully i had managed to called my mother to the airport. Throughout this whole situation, your staff members were very rude, specifically a lady at the ticket counter, she harassed me and made accusations against me for not knowing better. It came to a point where my mother who works at the State Consumer Forum Meghalaya wanted to file a case against the airline. I do not think your airline would want that kind of media attention. What strongly request from the airline is to make sure this kind of thing does not happen again, please give me a refund if possible. New booking reference: ODV5YH Lastly i urged you to sent your ground staff for a hospitality training course especially the lady i had a horrible encounter with.

                                    We had booked ticket for Flight ni 6e 322 for 21 nov departing from guwahti to mumbai. The passenger name is Sudam kawade. When we reached the airport we were told the ticket was cancelled. How ever till 2 hours left to flight it was confirmed. How it got cancelled. We had to purchase on the spot ticket for Rs 10499. We want refund for the same. We have faced tremendous humiliation in front of all the other passenger. We will go to consumer forum for this issue if we do not get proper answers Jitendra Ranade.                                       On[protected] booked four tickets online thru your site and paid an amount of Rs 15278/-online thru SBI Internet banking. However did not get any intimation of booking. Called up online Helpdesk and was told the tickets Mumbai to Chandigarh for[protected] for 3adults and one child were not booked and amount will be returned in 2-3days.                                         I had booked a ticket for four people from delhi to bangalore and back, but later i realised that i had made a mistake as the ticket had to be booked for hyderabad. I contacted the customer care of indigo airlines and explained the situation and asked him if the ticket could be modified, but he told me that the ticket would have to be cancelled and a fresh booking would have to be made, despite the fact that i was trying to modify the ticket 45 days before the day of the flight. He also told me that from a booking worth Rs.45, 000 only Rs.31, 000 would be refunded and an additional amount of Rs.1, 600 would be deducted for depositing the amount into my bank account. I was informed that this amount will not be deducted if i dont request a refund and use this amount for another transaction with the airline. I enquired about the procedure for the same but the customer care representative told me that this could be done only through an airline agent, but the defense concession would not be applicable in this case. So i asked the customer care representative about the procedure for booking the flight ticket from my computer such that the amount to be refunded can be used in the booking, but he refused to do so and told me that such a booking cannot be made from my computer, leaving me with the sole option of cancelling the tickets and making a fresh booking. In this way the customer care of the indigo airlines did their best in misleading me so that they can deduct maximum amount from the money to be refunded. Being a regular customer of indigo airlines, i requested for a complete refund of my money as i had contacted them just after 4 days of the original booking and 45 days prior to the flight, but my requests were all but in vain.
