      I have recently visited kfc restaurant near lb nagar Hyderabad I have ordered of rs 312 I have paid through paytm bank account the amount has been deducted but they told they didn’t received it, they said your payment will be refund within 48 hours, so I paid again through phone pe, I have not received my refund till now And the date I have paid is 29 aug 2021

          I had placed a telephonic order with kfc, mobile no ws given and order was placed in the name of Allam at 08.30 pm today, i called multiple times to check for my order and they said it will be delivered in next 08 to 10 mins, after 2 hours of followup at 10.30 pm they told my address is not in the radius of delivery though it was very much and i had received orders from the logix mall ample no of times

          My address is B-30, sec 56 noida 201301 and my order was a simple order of 1 large chicken popcorn and 1 medium chicken popcorn

            I have order an combos from ur end...the guys in the restaurant were not responding proberly and also they are hesitating to listen my problem...they took 2 hours to delivery it to my address ...finally got it and having it ..it the worst taste ever I tasted chicken pieces where very hard french fries were too bad not even a beginner will do that it is in cheap class taste...on potato that black fungus also is there they didt even cleaned it ...very worst on kfc

              Dear Sir/Maam
              I have had a meal in your KFC center located in Hanumkonda (L03886K255) on 25th Aug21 at 18:10 pm
              Initial bill amount was for Rs. 468.00 for which i have swipped my card and also received amount debited from my card message, later i have added 3 medium fries and one large coke, revised bill amount was for Rs. 794.00.

              both the amounts cleared from my HDFC credit card ## ending XXX0360, when i asked the person at counter, she pulled a report from card machine and informed that the initial Rs 468 will returned back to my card, but till date i do not see any return, when i called by Credit card tollfree, they said there is no such return request/ cancellation.

              Not sure why teh person swiped card twice and resulted excess payment.
              Looking forward for your early response and return my amount .

                In bhimavaram store only one person is handling billing as well as delivery. It is taking long time to place order as there were no staff at times.

                Can you look into this and hope will get the necessary response for this.

                            I ordered 2 chicken popcorn rice bowls + french fires (large). However, after more than 2 hours of waiting, I got the wrong order where there was only 1 popcorn rice bowl and a large fries so I sent the order back. I want a full refund for my order and I have refused to accept it.

                                I have made a order through kfc app on (15th Aug) and waited for it at store(chosen for dine-in). So at store they said due to some technical issue in there system orders paid through app are not updating, so I have contacted customer care and confirmed that my order was confirmed need to wait for couple of minutes. I have waited n again after some time I have contacted customer service because at store they said it's not updated still, again he said to wait for some more time and also his behaviour was not good. And I too already waited for almost 1hr at store, so I requested him to cancel it. He said it will be credited within 3days but till now I didn't got any refund.

                                  I visited kfc outlet in m3m urbana, golf course extension road, sector 67, gurugram on 20th aug, 8: 20 pm
                                  while i was in the queue i was asked to scan and place the order online. I did it. The payment went from paytm. And then they said they received it. After 10 minuted they gave me a whole chicken bucket. I told them i have not ordered for so much, mine was a burger. They couldnt find my order and so they said they say you place the order again and make the payment again. I showed them the paytm app and the, money deducted.
                                  Just to fool me, this particular person said it will be refunded. On my insistance he took a snap of the paytm details.
                                  He again urged me to pay and order and i declined saying, i should have just being in the queue and ordered.
                                  By then his attitude had started changing. When we said we will complain, he was indifferent to it and he said you can by all means in a very cold manner. My money which is only 169 is still valuable to me. And i didnt like his comment. I said i was standing in the queue and i scanned as you said and now how can you say the order has not come. He didnt bother to look at any details.
                                  By then i said, i will complain about you and he said- please go and complain about me and this outlet in a very 'i dont care' manner. And he moved on.
                                  I came back with no food and having spent 3 litres of my petrol ..My time... My momey and all i get is this attitute. The least he coyuld do was apologise. But he had such an attitude that he wasnt even ready to stand there and answer questions.
                                  What kind of interviews does kfc do before taking their staff? why is my 169 rs not valued when i could have had something else with it but i came to kfc.
                                  I would like an answer and i would like to get my money back and also i formally place a comp;lain against that partivclar person who was in the serving dept for mistreating customers especilly women as they dont care two hoots about women and respecting them. I await a reply immediately

                                      Billing Staffs not suitable for work we today 17/08/2021 17:50 time you can see footage our customers or waiting 10 to 15 minutes waiting 10 customers in que line no billing only one computer operator but we have 3 computers on counter no active staff no fast process operations no grooming supervisor incharge very lasey incharge mainly mobile phone using long time on duty time not good customer service please kindly follow this issue.

                                        Hello on 31st july i placed an order of 5in1 zinger meal box but they didnt provided me pepsi (which is included in the box) and they made me buy a pepsi can which i paid extra money.
