      Address: KFC SEC 142 NOIDA EXPRESSWAY, Advant IT Park

      I ordered through UPI on KFC SEC 142 NOIDA EXPRESSWAY, payment mode was QR CODE. The payment was successful from my side but they denied that they didn't receive the payment and asked me to pay again so I paid. they told me to wait 7-10 days for refund of the first payment. Now it's been 12 days, no refund received. I talked to my bank they're saying "Your UPI transaction has been successfully processed from our end". My bank was Paytm Payments Bank. My account details are:

      On asking to provide their failed statement they only provided me a excel sheet(Attached with this complaint), no any genuine receipt.

          Absolutely disgusting service.
          Paid ₹239 on 28th August in store using Paytm at Supermart 1 Gurgaon. My money got debited but the cashier refused and said he didn't recieve the payment and I would recieve a refund within 48hrs.

          3 weeks have passed by I haven't received my refund.
          I was assured that I would Recieve the refund within 48 hrs.

          store manager isn't responding as well.
          Your Twitter handle isn't replying as well.

          Please see the attached screenshot.

          Extremely pathetic service. I'll be going to consumer court if i do not get the refund.

              Poor packaging

              Dear SIR, i would like to bring your attention regarding a takeaway from kfc outlet in hilite mall Calicut Kerala INDIA.I myself bought a family pack from the same outlet on 14/9/2021.I was surprised about the packaging top of the box is not covered properly, even I can see some of the chicken legs projected outside the box, i feel shame on a brand like kfc is doing this kind of poor packaging system especially in this pandemic situation.br...

              KFC, Frazer Town, Bangalore 560005 uses the footpaths to stack used crates. Right now there are crates dumped outside my house and though I tried, I was not able to contact them by phone or make any complaint through the customer care service phone.

                          I have ordered food through KFC's mobile app. Payment has been deducted from my bank but no confirmation regarding the order was received. I also checked the previous orders list, the order was also not shown there.

                          Thank you. I got mail from KFC enquiring the details, and i gave them all the details. They said they will contact with 24 hours. Now a few minutes back when i checked my account they have put back the amount deducted from me.

                            I made an online payment of Rs.602/- on 26/08/2021 at KFC India, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, Kerala. The payment failed they said but amount was deducted from my account. The bank statement for the same is enclosed. Please initiate the refund asap.

                                  I have ordered two chicken popcorn (medium)
                                  One classic zinger meal box. One tandoori zinger meal box. One double down meal.

                                  My problem is they packed different items I received one chicken wings instead of two chicken popcorn medium and i have received only two cokes and two fries and i have paid 1124.
