I ordered a contact lens of left eye with power in baudh and lomb lens through lenskart. When I opened I got folded lens and I cannot get it open and I also saw that it was torn. Very disappointment. My money also wasted. I need my money back. Or else another lens should be provided. Why they r providing quality less product. So frustrated.

    My husband had ordered a product with gold membership thinking about the best of the services from lenskart, but to our surprise after making the full payment in advance the product was not delivered and is missing, when contacted their customer care and visit their branch from where the order was placed, they are completely clueless about the order details.
    We had been contacting lenskart almost every day and had also visited them twice, who will compensate about the time and efforts we are putting in for the carelessness of the company

    Gold membership is a daylight robbery. Anyways let me not go into membership or products. My only reason to buy was to get it delivered at home and in time. Delivery date assured was 25th Jan and now it's been 29th, no one knows where the item is. And in name of customer service they are at bottom with 0 stars. Nobody calls you to give status, everytime you contact them, one has to tell the whole story again and best answer you get is assurity to get back in 24-48 hours, which again is a lie. We pay much more than market price to deserve this?

    Better go for local brand, you will get cheaper n better product at reasonable price. Stay away from Lenskart. Order # [protected]

        The worst customer service experience I've had till date. I ordered a power sunglasses and there was a power mismatch on one of the lenses. I had applied for exchange and initially they said they would pickup the sunglasses from my place and will return the new one. Days passed and there was no updates from them. But i kept receiving this message like attempt to pick-up order failed. I spoke to various customer care executives and each one of them were giving different different information. So I decided to visit the nearby store and drop-off the product there. But as I went in there, they said I had to do a new request. Therefore i had to cancel the old exchange order. And now they are saying that they are having some issues in getting the gatepass number and cannot process the exchange order. Only God knows when my order will get placed and when will I get the new product. The main annoying thing is that each customer service executive gives different information and none of them say the same thing. And I don't know why they are not sharing the courier partner information. If they would've given their contact details I would directly gone to their office and would have dropped off the product there. I don't know why there's so much of confusion. I would like to inform lenskart team to narrow their policies and make sure all of them follow the same policy.

          Order number - [protected] It's been 10 days that they are arranging pickup and no one is coming for any kind of pick up they are just playing. Customer support are not at all responsible not solving any issue. Extending date only. If you can't arrange one pickup refund my amount. Lenskart is doing worst day by day with bad customer support. Eye care is kind of health support atleast don't do these kind of fraud. They have lots of complaint but not solving a single one . Only saying visit our store. If someone can visit a store why he/she will purchase online. Everyone has some issue but they don't know anything how to talk how to solve a customer issue only attending calls and saying we'll try to solve. A simple pickup can't be done by you.

            The employee at lenskart swarup nagar kanpur store are highly misbehaving and harrasing. They will try to misbehave and be abusive.
            At first they will take the wrong powers and then when u request them to change they will blame and fight with u in a very rude and harrasing manner.

              I have placed an order on 30th December 2022 of two glasses with in lenskart kodambakkam chennai branch, (Order reference [protected]) out-of which one product was delivered correctly but the other was supposed to delivered on 3rd of January 2023 but they have giving a wrong sunglasses even though my order was correct, when I contacted their customer service they have conformed that this issue has happened because of their catalog problems, having the issue on their end why a customer should suffer, the Lenskart is now saying that the product is no more available you choose a different sunglass, later I found that myntra app is giving the same product with less amount (I have attached the images)so I asked lenskart to give the refund but they are insisting me to take other product but no refund, this is quite unfortunate and unacceptable, I request you to help me with this issue

                I had taken 2 frames with glasses from their Vivana mall store in Thane in late October 2022 where they told me i had 1.5 in left eye and zero in my right eye. After testing i told them that previously i had 0.5 in my right eye but the tester told me that right eye has no issue.
                Couple of days later i got a message telling me to get my eye check done from a registered doctor.
                So i got my eye checked since eyes started to hurt too and the doctor said the right eye also had 0.75 prescription.
                There was a gross negligence on their part
                Also after i visited their store for this issue instead of registering a compliant or helping in resolution they took my details and said will call back.
                No further communication was received from their side

                  Dear Team,

                  It seems to be like that these guys are illiterate as i am not enjoying the product and these guys are unable to read mails as product order ID [protected]. is not delivered whereas i have been chasing with these guys since last 15-17 days from 29 dec 22 and i spoke to jatin and then on 1st Jan also i spoke to ayush, Khan and jatin again as well regarding this. If according to them it has been delivered then please provide proof if delivered according to them. Moreover in mail they are providing fake and wrong remarks that kindly check with your neighbour and family, whereas delivery address was office.

                  So I have asked them to not be oversmart and provide me proof of address if it has been delivered.

                    I went to lenskart to purchase my glass, this my first time to wear glass, i approached a person there for suggestion to which she refused and now I end up buying something which is not matching total waste big fault i went to lenskart.

                    Staffs are too irresponsible at periyar nagar branch, she mentioned my age incorrect inspite of informing her clearly.

                      I ordered a pair of computer glasses at the Lenskart outlet in Xperia Mall on the 11th of November 2022 and paid digitally. At that particular moment, it seems, there was some issue with the Lenskart server and my payment did not reflect on their system. I cant see how that was my fault.

                      I sent them the transaction ID my bank generated. Well-being an ex banker myself I thought any trainee account would be able to trace the receipt of funds with the help of the transaction ID and the paying bank name. However it seems Lenskart has some accounting system, I am just guessing, which is out of this world and so far, they have not been able to trace my payment. I assume the delay of two months in delivery of my Computer glasses is due to their accounting system. It cannot be ego problem I am sure

                      I keep visiting The Xperia mall outlet every week and the manager of the outlet there keeps telling me that he has been continuously following up. But it is out of his hands. Two months. A new year has started and we are still dragging our inefficiency into the new year.

                      Kindly solve me problem immediately or refund my money ASAP.

                      I am not interested in EGO trips of some accountants.

                      I never got the order number. As I mentioned in my complaint, due to server problem at the time of making digital payment there was an issue which has dragged for more than two months.

                      I asked the manager of Xperia mall outlet for the order number. He said he did not get order number due to the server issue. He gave me the ticket number. 30777129

                      Kindly contact the outlet manager if you need any further information.

                      All I know is I paid money and got nothing to show for it.

                      Finally got my refund a few days back. Went to the Xperia Mall outlet to pay cash for the item I had selected in November 2023. Another disappointment. The manager Left me with a salesgirl and went out of the outlet. I told her I had ordered computer glasses in November 2022 and due to no fault of mine, server issue when I paid digitally, I want the glasses at the same rate that was agreed at the time. She blandly told me the rate is double of the November rate now. Absolutely incredible.

                      Then I understood why the manager vanished. HE did not want the burden of telling me the reason why I cannot have my computer glasses at the DEAL price, Remember the DEAL was done in November and I had paid in November, and they had RECEIVED funds in November.

                      It took their accounts people two and half months to locate my payment.

                      Moral of the story. Do not go to the Xperia mall Lenskart outlet unless you have cash in your pockets. If you pay digitally you could end up running from pillar to post for months. And you won't get the price that was agreed upon. when finally, you get your refund.

                      Absolutely disgusted.

                          I ordered 1st time on lenskart but order was cancelled by lenskart then i received refund in store credit without my permission and then lenskart ordered 2nd time but order was again cancelled and i received refund in store credit then i call to lenskart customer care support for taking refund in original payment method used by me.but he was danied for this.

                            On 1st January 2023. I visited the Lal Quarter Krishna Nagar Store in Delhi.

                            The power was taken from previous specs and also the lady optometrist did the eye test. And I had already updated the salesperson that I shall be travelling abroad within a few days and I need the specs on time. I was promised that Lenskart provides 3 days guarantee else, there shall be vouchers given out.

                            And then after all the things like selecting the high end JJ specs and everything, the person taking the order filled in wrong details about the power. Added cylindrical power as plus (+), while it should have been minus(-). And mind you, I had ordered the fully loaded blue cut lenses, which are the costliest on their shop.

                            I received the specs on 04.01 as promised and I flew from India on 06.01 early morning. After coming back to my place (in Europe), when I started using my laptop with the new specs, I figured something is wrong with my new specs.

                            And now facing problem for getting replacement. Tried international calls to their support team. The team in Lal Quarter did not even bother to pick up the phone.

                            I need to live with wrong specs coz apparently even after telling lenskart support team about a friend of mine coming next week from India, they are not willing to send another pair of specs to him. I had even promised to Lenskart support team that I shall return the current ones to them when I am in India the next time. I have no use for the current specs anyways.

                              I had an appointment on 9th January 9th, 2023 for eye check up which when the executive calle d on 9th, I got it rescheduled for 10th January
                              When I spoke to gaurav jha, who was supposed to visit for eye check up, he firstly denied to come as per him the area was nonservicable and later said that even if he comes he would be late than the scheduled time.on repeatedly getting in touch with lensekart team, after promising a call back, no one called back

                                Dear Lenskart,

                                As I am your valuable customer from last so many years, facing really pathetic experience at one of your store as “Shop No 22, Jagdish Lok Apartment, West Boring Canal Rd, near Harilal's Sweets, Anandpuri, Patna, Bihar 800001” . Earlier the customer service of that store was awesome & now these days the staff of that store should be recruit if you have any Women’s special store as they are focusing on that only & if you have any Award in that segment then Mr. Faiz will be awarded for that.
                                As I am visited store with my wife & 2 year old Daughter on 2nd Jan for one of product exchange within warranty “ Order Id [protected]”, they all very busy persons directly said choose your exchange frame & after almost one hour when we select new frame then he initiate exchange on his App, receive my old specs & advise us that we will call within 24-48 hours once approve exchange. I received message that my specs exchange was approved next day but no one call from store regarding that. Today once when I call store regarding my issue, then they checked on system & inform yes that your exchange is approved. He told us that submit your old specs but that was already submitted. Then he inform that come to store & choose new frame that was also selected & disconnect call immediately.

                                These types of pathetic service is totally not acceptable & it’s a crime to torture family as one hour already wasted at store with wife & infant child in this winter.
                                I will visit store again & select new frame again but I will never visit any Lenskart store again as service standard are getting down day by day. I am also working as Manager Sales marketing in HPCL, a Govt. organization and understand customer service priority in marketing segment.

                                Kindly look into matter & take suitable action against so that no other customer undergo like this as not everyone raise their voices.

                                  I had ordered John Jacobs aviator computer glasses on 17 Nov 2022. The sales representative said that it wouldn't break easily and will last for a lifetime. After 10 days of purchase, I was feeling uncomfortable in wearing the glasses. So I went to the nearest Lenskart store (Lenskart.com Flagship Store at CMH Road Indiranagar), there a technician bent the ear handles and nosepads. It was all working fine, but when today (29 Dec 2022), the left handle of the frame broke after a small press.

                                    This transaction happened on the purchase of products from lenskart and bill amount of Rs 600 need to be debited but wrongly they debit Rs 10000 from our credit card account. From that day we are regularly following up with them for our refund but they are keep delaying and we are calling and visiting their shop everyday. They are giving same answers every time.

                                    We want them to refund our amount of Rs 10000 with compensation for our loss of time, my pregnant wife facing problems while visiting their store for refund.

                                    We are attaching debit message from our account, statement of our credit card, bank slip, invoice.

                                    It is our request to help us on this urgently.

                                      Address: 11, Block I, Sec Beta 2, Greater nouda

                                      They are cheater & irresponsible because i ordered at 21nov, 2022 for one eyebear with insurance. It was defective so i returned it on 8dec, 2022. But replaced oreder is still pending & not delivered yet. Lenskart is increasing delivery time day to day. First delivery time was 15Dec, 17dec, 19 Dec, 20Dec. Now 23 Dec, 2022.

                                      This is very long period 8Dec to 23Dec, 2022. This is joke with me. Now delivery date poponded on 25 Dec, 2022.

                                        My flexible frame was not fitted at one side within two month

                                        Plz help me. How can i claim the warranty? What a poor frame quality!

                                        Because I went to the shop and they told me you should buy a new frame, which costs 2, 500.
