Employee misbehave and not behave properly

I have visited store in greater Noida Grand vience mall in your lenskart store. Your employee name Mr upadhyay misbehave and told me rudely that I have to wait for my turn. He said talk when asked to talk or when your number came....

Pickup date delay and no proper service

I have ordered exchange of my spects on 30th May. The pickup date was scheduled on 1st June and delivery date of new spects was scheduled on 6th June. Delivery will only happen after pickup. On 1st June pickupdate was moved to 3rd, on 3rd it is moved to 6th and on 4th it is moved to 7th, which is a day after the given delivery date. I'm facing lot of trouble with my sight. Terrible service at lenskart Boriwali store

I went to buy sunglasses for my parents at Boriwali, Mumbai store of Lenskart.
We have spent almost 1 hour there and no one attended us. We selected 2 sunglasses. The guy at store told us about buy 1 get 1 free offer. And we selected 2 more sunglasses by spending 1 more hour. At the time of billing the staff was busy with other customers so we waited patiently for another 15-20 mins and then he told us that 3 of the sunglasses are...

Order not being delivered from last 3 days

My order is near my location from last 3 days.
PIN code is also serviceable.
The courier guy is just updating the status every evening that UNDELIVERED ORDER HELD AT LOCATION. Not even a single phone call for delivery. Just updating status as Address not found. No one is there to check the validity of courier person.
Why it is taking 3 days to deliver order which is just away 15 km from current location.

Liars at Kothrud Paud Road Store

I was promised home delivery pre-purchase by the sales girl NEHA. But she lied, probably gets a commission on sales.

And I received incorrect power in the glasses costing me me many days of suffering not to mention danger to my eyes. Now I have to visit the store at least 2-3 more times to fix the incorrect eye glasses. They won't even do a pick up and home service for their own mistakes.

Careless staff with zero management.

Lenskart didn't refund money in my bank account. they added in credit instead

I bought some sunglasses from lenskart online and I couldn't received that order as I was away at the day of Delivery. So order got canceled automatically and Instead of refunding in my bank acc they gave me useless credits . I want my money back in cash what I will do with that credit if I don't want to purchase anything from here...

Extremely delayed delivery & False Promises

I had placed an order on 11th May for a unit of prescription glasses and the delivery was expected on 17th of may which got pushed to 19th and it's still not delivered. Upon contacting Lenskart customer service, i was promised delivery with 48 hours on 22nd May. I have a high power and is extremely hard to function without glasses. I ordered from lenskart hoping that i could get my replacement glasses and this has been the most inconvenient...

Poor after sale service and mishandling of product

Promised Warranty Not Provided

I received the frame on 22nd March 2021 and before even 1 year could complete the frame started peeling off. I raised the concern with lenskart team on 12th March 2022. Order Delivery on exchange product and constant harrasment from the call centre

A product was order on 10th of May 2022 as as exchange for a particular glasses. the very next day the returnable product was picked up and today being 19th May there is no information on dispatch. Their call centre number when calling always disconnects.

to top it all I continually receive calls from their call centre for baseless you visited the site did you like any glasses, why haven't you purchased...
