I ordered a Jhon jacobs glass from Lenskart worth 5900 on 4th of august, 2022, My order id: [protected], but for the money shortage I cancelled the order, They told they will give me a link from where i can get my refund easiyo, l.They provided me a cashgram cashfree link, There a option was Upi id. By this i can also get my money back, but when i filled up my upi id there showing payment received, but today is 6th of august, 2022. I didn’t get my money back, I called their customer care the told to wait me for 24 hours but almost overed then i called them they also told me to wait for 24-48 hours again .I have all valid proof, I checked my bank account, there not showing any money credited to my account. So please give look on my matter

issue : it is marked as delivered on 4th aug. till now no body bothered to help. Everytime i contact customer support they give me the same answer like a parrot without any brain stating wait for 24 hours
