I just received a call that i'm eligible for 140000 bonus upon my max lic. They are asking to pay refundable amount of 49k to receive the bonus and that'll be credited to my bank account within 90 days. I suspected since he is repeating everything asking many times that you've the amount currently in your account and also his english is not very good.
