Dear max life
Today i recd call from mr arun saxena claiming to be a senior manager of max life based in okhla delhi.. He stated complete details of my policy and later said that agent had submitted for claiming loyalty bonus on my behalf and all the money wud be credited to agents account. He said if i want that money to be credited to my account then i need to lodge complaint with govt body of insurance council. He took some sort of verbal complaint from me and after some time another person mr agarwal called me stating he is from gbic and recd my complaint. He went on explaining procedure and later asked my bank details, cheque number and said this is reqd to get cust id from gbic, and for this i need to make one rgf policy with bharti axa as that was the one allocated in sounth india for talking rgf (?). The amount was 99000.. I am literally confused and dont get wahts happening.. I had taken policy from axis bank.. Can an gent claim non guarnteed benefits allocated to policy?? Need some clarity.. Pls advise soonest.

    I am holding a max life insurance policy no.[protected].
    As i am unable to continue with the policy due to paucity of funds, i had communicated to the customer care executives of max life insurance for not producing the ecs towards payment of the policy premium.
    It is to be noted that on my repeated requests to different customer care executives of max life insurance not to produce the ecs for payment, they had done so, thus the payment was not made and returned to them. Again, i am pained to stated that i am receiving calls repeatedly from them to pay-off the premium amount and i have attended all calls with repeated requests not to produce the ecs for payment. Time and again, the customer care executives of max life insurance calling me saying that they will produce the returned ecs to the bank.
    I would now request your good selves to kindly make a record of my plea in your forum and take action as deem fit and necessary.

      We had three policies (Naresh kumar, rakesh kumar, suresh kumar) out of 3 they have refunded for 2 policies. But for last one (Rakesh kumar, policy no.[protected] they are not refunding our money. I have paid total premium 1, 20, 000/- (30k per year for 4 years).
      They have done wrong policy and misguided us. After policy we didn't receive confirmation/verification call regarding plan and details.

      Also we found that they have wrong contact number on our policy documents. Now we just want our money back as they have done for our 2 cases. We have already file case in pla, ferozepur.

      I brought a Life insurance policy from Max life insurance company. But till date we are not received any doc. So I am gone in max life office and i have submit request for cancel in 17/04/2017 but till my policy not cancel.Kindly take a action.

        I would like to close my “max life - life gain plus 25 participating plan”, policy no:[protected]. I started this policy in 2010. With premium of rs.20, 000/annum. When i ask about the surrender value. They said i will get only (Rs. 79, 454/-). Its only 50% of the money i paid. Is there any solution to get my money back with min. Loss. Ref. No[protected].

          Hello team max life,

          I got a phone call to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy #[protected] to stop sending bonus and commission to the agent. The caller said that this year company has decided to declare the bonus value of rs.1, 30, 621.61 - to the policyholder.

          For that, the policyholders have to create one dummy policy to deactivate the agent code, and then the bonus amount will be credited directly to the policyholder.

          After looking around on the internet on the same topic i realized that it is a fake call but not sure how these fake caller got all our policy details, including my full name, policy details, date of birth, the premium paid till now, current value of my insurance, nominee etc. If this is fake how these people are accessing to our details, which is a big security hole which we need to address. Not sure if the max life insurance employees are selling the information to these people.

          I got the call from the number +91 [protected] today 20th nov 2017 at around 14.30pm by name ms. Arushi.

          Please take action at the earliest.

              Max life insurance — date leak fraud payment

              I am having a maxlife policy with policy number 4958xxxxx, 4958xxxxx, 2769xxxxx, 1097xxxxx and 3760xxxxx and i receive a call and message on 1st october 2017, regarding payment of my premium and they introduced themself as rohit sharma and ask me to pay my premium with offer and discount and they gave all correct data regarding my policy so i could not understand and make payment of sum of 90730 to the account number [protected] of indian bank and account number [protected] of axis bank, but still the amount not showing under my above policy, please help with this immediately as the data is leaked by the company so this is your responsibility to reslove the issue as soon as possible.               I received a message and call from rohit sharma in the name of max life from delhi ncr about the policy with my all the 5 policy number and the premium amount and mentioned the agent details also and he told about the offers which i get if i pay the amount so i paid the money in axis bank by cheque to account number [protected] and in indian bank to account number [protected] but still did not received any receipt by max life insurance so i went to the max life insurance company of kothrud, pune., to enquire about the receipt but they said they have not received any amount so i filed a complaint regarding this concern in max life office as well as in police station of kothrud. Kindly resolve the problem at the earliest and i also have the doubt how my policy details got leaked with accurate name and amount with due date and also about the agents details. Whoelse has the policy details except the me agent and company so i want to know how this has happened. So kindly comply me in written.

                While working in ONGC, (I have retired now) and was posted in Kakinada I approached the Axis Bank, Sarpavaram Branch for issue of one locker. The branch manager forced me to agree to take the insurance policy viz., Life Gain Plus 20 Participating Plan of Max Life Insurance Company Limited. This policy has annual premium of Rs.2, 00, 000/- and Policy Payment Term is 6 years.
                I had to take this insurance policy and then only the locker was allotted to me. Now I have retired and settled in Hyderabad, due to which the locker was closed by me. But I am paying the policy payments due regularly for a period of 5 years successively.
                Recently, about one week back I received one phone call from one person claiming to be the Regional / Login Manager of Max Life Insurance co. ltd., Delhi informing me that the bonus commission due to me, the policy holder is being paid to the Agent enrolled in the said policy. If I have to get that that amount, which rightfully belongs to the policy holder, it can be done provided the Agents code is deactivated in a guided manner / specific procedure.
                Sensing some fishy points in this affair, I have intimated to the Customer care email id about this telephonic conversation for which the reply given was that no official of the insurance company had contacted me and it may be a spurious / fraud call. I kept quiet since then.
                Today, one lady from ICICI bank told me that, the cheque is being issued by Max Life insurance in favour of the Agent and I can request only the Max Life insurance co. ltd. official to stop the payment by cancelling the cheque. But I was informed that the official from GBIC would contact me for further procedures.
                The GBIC official told me that I have to take one more policy through RGF (Reserve Govt. Fund) - designated insurance companies and hold it for one year at an annual interest of 12% per annum.
                It looked suspicious and a waste of money in respect of for the said policy and is troubling the policyholders.
                The concerned authorities have to take positive action in respect of such policies issued and save the customer from being for forced into unnecessary and unwanted insurance policies involving hefty premiums.

                    I bought an insurance policy from max life insurance company ltd.in 19.05.2008. Policy no. 3443142.
                    I am the policy holder and my son is nominee in this policy.
                    I have paid all the yearly premiums of rs. 10, 111.56/- till date my total premium amount is rs. 101, 115.60/-
                    I had visited max insurance life's office in borivali west, mumbai. One of the agent told me that, i can withdraw policy and i will get back my total amount but they have paid me only rs. 40443/-.
                    Another agent told me that this is violation of insurance law/rule; as per insurance law/rule i am entitle to receive amount of total premium which i have paid, not less than total premium amount.

                    Kindly suggest me solution and do justice.

                      I bought a pension plan on 21/11/2016 policy no. Is[protected].
                      At the time of purchasing plan i was told the locking period of plan is 3 years after three years if i withdraw i will get 100% of premium paid but now i was told there is no locking period and if i will withdraw will get nothing.
                      Mrs. Pooja aggrwal a. G. M. Rajender nagar delhi branch has sold me this plan and descibed the plan now she is denying everything.
                      She made my wife saraswati raitani in this policy an agent now she is agent as well nominee too.
                      Now kindly suggest me the right solution to come out.

                          Sir this is to inform u that i am axis bank saving a/c holder, today i hv purchased a max life gain premier policy by mistake!!,

                          Actly in hurry i took a wrong decision, due to high preassure o[censored]r client i took the decision, and money debited frm my a/c instantly, they created such a enviroment tht i ws speachless, even i didnt believ that only signing on simple application would loose my money..

                          I filed complain in axis bank, and they told money hs credited to max life..

                          I dont want to continue the policy i just dont like it,, kindly cancil it and refund my whole money!!

                          They told me if i dont like the policy then i will be canciled even after 15 days of recieving of policy order, bt i hv to cancil it immediately, policy hs not generated till now, i dont want to wait anymore plz cancil the transaction immediately, am highly frustated...

But still i did not get my money. And my status also showing matured. And i only receive the amount of rs31 but i did not receive money of rs46000 and yesterday also i complain to you then i ask in post office then they are saying that we do not have anything related to you from max life insurance.And many times i compaint to you but no response from max life insurance .and due to lack of money i am suffering from very bad health issues.And from max they have given me the false reference no. of postoffice.

                            So please i request you to return the money as soon as possible to my bank account if not then i will do complain in PMO and consumer form(wopbhogta form) and IRDA i will say to them that intead of Rs46000 they have given me amount only Rs 31 and i will also say that this insurance company is making me fool and keeping Rs46000 to themselves.Atlast i want to say you that please solve my problem asa soon as possible otherwise i will complain in IRDA with in days .And please call me for more details in the given mobile number.

                              I have approved loan against policy (policy no.[protected] from Max life insurance Karve road office. It was sanctioned 100%.
                              But it was credited only 58% amount of my approved loan amount. Remaining 42% amount was debited by company by without any intimation as a policy premium. I will pay the premium on Nov 17 because I want loan for my personal reason. But company gave me loan by diducted my policy premium amount. So I need it refund as 100% loan.
                              But if the process as like this type, then why did the mot company asked me before loan sanctioning that loan amount will be credited in my account with current premium amount diducting. So please refund my policy premium.

From the aforesaid insurance your company had availed a first emi for rs 5900/- after this i had requested your companies customer care department not to take further emi's and cancel the insurance. But unfortunately you had taken it 2nd emi also for rs 5900/-. Please arrange to cancel the insurance and refund the last emi paid by immediately.

                                    The max life insurance company through axis bank has defrauded many gullible bank customers who wanted a locker. They are forcing customers to buy loss making policy promising good bonuses. But bonus amount is much less than promised.

                                    My wife taken policy with annual payment of rs 50, 000 for first six years. Around 20 000 rs bonus was promised from year three. But only 3000 rs bonus is being paid. Max life and axis bank are both robbers and are giving false promises to customers.

                                      Last 24th august of 2017 i had gone to max life office in axis bank agartala to surrender my policy no[protected] but operation person aahim kumar aingha told me i will get the amount of policy after adjusted of my totlal deposited premium within 15 ro 20 days. I had already paid 4 premium of my policy yearly @rs.25, 000.00 & sub total is rs.1, 00, 000.00 for your kind information.

                                      Now 2 months are completing so i have called max office but now he is telling me i have not told u this and you can complain i[censored] want.

                                      Feeling cheated!! I was waiting to receive my premium amount back.

                                      I will also write this to consumer complaint court.

                                        I just received a call that i'm eligible for 140000 bonus upon my max lic. They are asking to pay refundable amount of 49k to receive the bonus and that'll be credited to my bank account within 90 days. I suspected since he is repeating everything asking many times that you've the amount currently in your account and also his english is not very good. Confirmed by this is fraud called by calling max insurance guys.

                                        Is there a way you can get these guys.
