I am sorry to inform you that I have approached Axis Bank Nuapada Branch for provide of Money receipt against my above Policy No several time but I am helpless to receipt of the Money receipt of my 2nd term deposit of premium against Policy No[protected] which i need to filein my office for calculation of Income tax rebate.

    I am dr anitha p from kottayam who has a max life life gain plus 20 yr 6 pay policy no.[protected] policy number.

    I am truly depressed with this policy. They only know to demand money.

    So far i haven't received any money or information from them even after 5 payments. Its a shame to be so irresponsible.

    At the minimum, they need to contact me at my email [protected]@gmail.com and give details on my benefits of when i will get what amount and so on

      I anjali thami have been misleaded to get max life life gain premier having policy electronic application no[protected]. I never asked to acquire this. All this happen in acquiring loan from axis bank darjeeling branch. And a sum of rs 56430 automatically deducted from my account as initial payment without my consent. I told this to tele verifier of max life insurance but they did not respond properly. Plz help

      I anjali thami had lodged a complaint against automatic fund deduction of rs 56430 from my axis bank account darjeeling branch. The agent of the said bank has pursuaded me to cancel the said policy. If this happens i have no complaint against them.. yours faithfully anjali thami.

        Hi readers,

        I have taken the above policy in 2014, at the time of taking agent said that it can be surrendered after 4 consecutive term payments are completed. I have paid rs.51, 125.03 each term i. E. Around rs.204500/-. When i have contacted customer care they mentioned i will get only half of the amount, now i am shocked. These people have cheated me. Do not buy any life insurance product from max life. They are cheating people.

          The policy was wrongly sold to me, as per the max life insurance folks, its their partner axis banks mistake but none are accepting it and i am in a fix, why are such companies are allowed to operate, how can they eat away someone's hard earned money? Both the parties now are taking very long to respond and every time they say sorry as per the policy guidelines issued by irdai, they are not suppose to pay or refund my money.

The acknowledgement receipt for the payment is not received and can not be generated by OTP. The message displayed is." sorry no records found for this policy for 2017-18.

              I have purchase a policy with max life and the benefit/illustration documents shown to me while buying the policy was different and after paying all the 6 payment installment i come to know that the benefit/illustation document was different and max life have not even taken signature in that documents
              They have purposely hided the data and tken my money with fraud.

              I told that since i have not signed all the terms and condition paper so legally you are holing my money illegally.

              I have following continously for 9 months with max life i have shown all the documents to the max life employee and representative where my signature is missing but they are not giving back my hard earn money.

              Have send them legal notice for the same still they havent replied/

              I am getting menatlly harassed by max life.

              I will spread across all the IT company will make sure no IT professional buy any policy from MaxLife
              MaxLife replied their is 15 days of free lock period to cancel the policy, I have show that acknowledgement. Doesn't have my signature if I have not received the policy documents how can I know about free lock period.

              However I have no hope on MaxLife customer support now.

              On Monday I am filing my case against MaxLife.

                Dear sir,


                Received another fraud call from this number '[protected]'
                He said fund has to be release related to your policy which an agent is trying to obtain and you have to remove agent code to prevent fund to be release to your agent.

                Previously numerous times from different number male/female fraudster had called. They have all details of policy number, address, phone no. Etc.

                  Availed a policy named max life monthly income advantage plan no.[protected] from maxlife insurance on 15/02/2016. Due to my financial situations am not in a position to pay the premium rs 51, 039.38 in a single payment. So i said them to cancel the ecs and choosen payment though cheque mode in quarterly basis but they said they compulsorily need a mandate form with my signature for processing it for change in mode of payment. I also signed and enclosed a cheque for paying the first instalement for the policy and gave to them. And then i have been paying the premium. If sometimes delayed i have paid with penal charges also. Last time i made payment though my credit card and at that time i ensured in a call don't change my payment mode. But now they itself changed the payment mode and deducted rs 13279.31 ref : ""inr 13279.31 was spent on your credit card xx3246 on 17-nov-17 at max insurance limi. Avbl lmt: rs.46910.54 track spends with axis mobile: m. Axisbank.com/ccdl"". Am already planned to close my credit card due to my personal reasons so only i didn't opt for paying through credit card without giving respect the maxlife insurance they itself deciding and debited my money. When i asked to change the payment mode as cheque they asked mandatory form signed by me with cheque amount mentioned for first installment. Then how now they changed the payment mode without my signature or my signed instructions to axis bank for debiting money with my interest. Am having already lot of issues and stresses and health issues. Due to the activity of maxlife insurance my health is damaged further and my mind becomes more stressed. So now am feeling unsafe as they changing the rules and debiting the money as per their wish so kindly ask them to cancel the policy and refund all the money which are received from me due to the improper behaviour of them. Also now my health condition is damaged and mentally stressed so ask them to pay the rs 20000 for becoming normal from the stressful situation which they made me.

                    I have purchased max life insurance policy in 2012 for which i have paid two premium for rs.98476/- each but due to my financial bad position i was unable to pay rest of the premium and my policy got lapsed now company is not returning my premium amount or not giving any alternative plan and on approaching them they says ur policy is terminated and no amount can given to you;

                    Like wise, terms and conditions means
                    "who eats already paid 2 premiums of about 2 lakhs???"

                    And in middle, my daughter passed away in an accident... Totally upset & forgot about paying all these.. N its already lapsed...

                    You are requested to please look into this matter and help me to get my hard earned money back.

                    The below email is not from your registered email id with us. Hence, we are unable to respond to your request on this email. This is to safeguard your information and interest.

                    In case you wish to update your email id, you may also share soft copy of your duly signed request letter for email id updation along with copy of your self-attested government identity proof (Like aadhaar card, pan card, driving license, passport, voter id card etc.). He is employee of axis bank branch maqbool alam road varanasi trade centre. He told me you have to pay only 1/one payment and after three years you will reedem them and know the max life is telling me your policies are not redeemable because you have to pay rest 3 / three payments plz help me i am belongs from very poor familey max life and axis bank both are fraud with me max life is didn't give me bond paper also.

                      I given to policy cancellation on Monday, November 20, 2017 02:50 PM they replay request id. after 3 month they says " we regret to inform you that we have not recived the request regarding cancellation of the policy" . But i regular to send mail to service support team.
                      I want to deactivate my account .I want my money return.I can't continue to pay because of some financial problem.I lost in my business.so I want my money back

                        Respected sir,

                        I am having policy in max life insurance, policy no[protected]. I got call from some person, (Mobile number - [protected]and [protected]) on 7 and 8 feb 2018.
                        She was having each every details related to my policy which are actually supposed to be confidential. She told me that there was a 10% agent code which was applied on my premium (Premium amount - rs 46000/) and can be given as discount if paid directly to max life. She knew every details of my policy, so she convinced me to do so.

                        After that i contacted max life insurance and passed on each and details related to the incident and they told me that it is entirely my mistake.

                        Hence, i would like to request your good self in helping me out to get my refund back and taking strict action against max life employee who liaised with the culprits as this entire fiasco would not have had occurred if due diligence with regards to my policy was carried out from their end in keeping the information confidential.

                          I want to surrender my maxlife pension plan policy since i am not able to pay the premium of 5 lakes each year. I paid 4 years and i am 64 years. Axis bank managers cheated me in joining pension plan even though i was 60 years.

                          No i don’t have money to pay premium hence needs to surrender this policy.

                          Axis bank is not providing enough attention and assistance to me. They want me to keep the fund for their personal gains, like getting credibility in fund canvasing. 20 lakhs i paid so far from my hard earned money.

                          I never want to join a retirement plan at the age of 60 when i joined. Axis bank representative never explained to me that this is a retirement plan.

                            My sister is working as an agent in your delhi office an adm named nalni kant mishra repeatedly ask money from her and also used her credit card for purchasing a mobile. He has said to us he will return back money but from past 4 months he is not paid the lended money and when asked for money he start abusing my sister and she lives alone in delhi. Your company engage these types of people who dont respect lady staff how you deal with lady customers. Kindly see tho matter on prior basis as she reside alone in delhi.                               I was an employee of max newyork life insurance posted in lucknow from 2006 to 2007 (Approx) however ever since i have not withdrawn my pf and full and final.
                              Request you to please let me know the process and also provide me my employee code/pf number and pf office where i can coordinate and withdraw my money.

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                Since I could not get any response, I dialed customer care number [protected] for inquiring the amount that I would be getting after surrendering the policy. I could not get correct answer from the customer care executive and the answer is too confusing. I was shocked to listen to him saying that I would be getting only 30% of the total premiums paid till date plus applicable bonus!!! when I asked for the exact amount that I would be getting, she told that I would be getting only Rs.118k where as I have paid total premiums of about Rs.216k. (It does not match with the 30% what the customer care executive told also).

                                When I took this policy, Maxlife insurance agent(axis bank, green park Delhi) has told that I would be getting full premiums back plus bonus applicable on the date of surrendering provided I surrender the policy after 3 years of lock-in-period and I am surrendering after 6 years.. It very frustrating with the false promises by the insurance agencies and Maxlife being an international insurance player not being transparent.

                                I would request you to re-pay me the entire Rs.216k.

                                this is a clear case of missale by Max and Axis bank sales person. when your executive called, he just stated the fact that I already knew, did not offer any resolution for missale. Deeply dissatisfied with Max and Axis bank.

                                    I & few of my friends have also got couple of calls from 2/3 guys (they say they are from Max Life Insurance) but they speak only in Hindi and not ready to speak in English. They say my bonus is due 74000/- and am supposed to be paying 1 premium to get this bonus. I & my friends have taken Max Life insurance policy through Axis Bank, the caller stated that Axis Bank being agent is cheating us on bonus part and that Max Life insurance is not able to provide more benefits to customer. I asked them to provide email, but no response.

                                    Request Max life insurance to clear this issue. if this is a genuine call from Max Life or is it a fraudulent, but all my info regarding policy is available with them.

                                    Pl. treat this as most Important & do the needful.

                                        Hello friends. Top management is directly involved in making frauds, beware of taking any insurance policy in maxlife, last one year inwards, iam getting fraud calls, they are mentioning that we are from maxlife insurance from top mgt desk, for availing the extra commission on your policy, i was brought notice to top management given audio clip, given address, phone number of the persons calling, there was no action - they given reply we are not able to trace address and phone number, its fraud company, beware of taking any policy "maxlife top management involved in commission business"
