fraud by max life

I have two policies with max life with the policy number[protected] and[protected]

Due to financial conditions i am unable to pay the premiums and i want to discontinue the same. When i called the customer care i was told i would get just 30% of the amount paid. When i took the policy i wasnt even informed about this.

I have paid close to 2 lakhs which includes both the policies. I want my complete money back....

The acknowledgement receipt for the payment is not received and can not be generated by OTP. The message displayed is." sorry no records found for this policy for 2017-18....

Received another fraud call from this number '[protected]'
He said fund has to be release related to your policy which an agent is trying to obtain and you have to remove agent code to prevent fund to be release to your agent.

Previously numerous times from different number male/female fraudster had called. They have all details of policy number, address, phone no. Etc....
