Dear sir
I had paid through neft from my hdfc bank 15000/- dated 08/03/2018 in account company nmae max life, a/c no.[protected], ifsc code-barb0arjung, brach - arjunganj for od limit from citi bank (Loan against insurance bond), then 35000/- dated 09/03/2018 & then 15500/- dated 13/03/2018 total= 65500/- as telephonic talk had with citi bank executive mr. Rohit & assistant manager mr. Aaditya mob. No.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. But till date i have not received any insurance policy/od limit or refund total amount rs.65500/-
Need your help for refund thre amount. Kindly take an earlier action & suggest me asap.

    Payment of bonus and money back payout was due on 16.3.18.

    While company is taking interest amount for late payment of premium then company is liable to pay interest for making late payment of bonus and money back payout.

    Till date payment is not received. Please make payments alongwith interest amount of delayed period.

      Please cancel the policy proposal no.[protected]. Confirmation number for this proposal for max life guaranteed income plan is 27006. Also return my payment of rs 156750.00 against the same. Your executives came from yes bank and take the cheque only to show in the bank. I am very surprised to see that the amount deducted from the bank. Sir ji in your questions of query in mail and messages both i clearly mentioned that i am neither interested nor want to take. So again i request you to please return the money as soon as possible from your end and let me inform on my mobile - [protected] & also on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com.

Now i am asking for receipt for submission of tax investment but the concern organization refusing because after policy confirmation then they will give receipt, it will take 2 weeks.           Hi, i have taken the poilcy from max life insurance my policy no[protected]
          Mr. Abhishek verma - ([protected]) had done my fraud signature on noc to claim my dividend amount which is approx rs 97000, i never met him, i come to know all this fraud today when i receive the call from mr. Chirag[protected] confirming about my signature on noc to transfer the amount to mr. Abhishek verma.

          When i ask mr. Abhishek verma then he tries to bribe me that he will transfer the fund to my account and mr. Chirag is fraud.

          Kindly investigate my complaint and arrange the dividend amount to my bank account.

            Max life agents are not telling complete truth while selling policies to the customers. I have taken life partener plus policy 10 years back and i paid around 5 lacs sofar. When i want to surrender in want they are saying they will pay only 30% what i have paid sofar which is amounting to 1.5 lac which means my 3.5 lacs and interest accumulated sofar is taken by max life. Agents will not disclose this fact while explaining...

            Dear all,

            Hope you doing good!

            Kindly note, our family is having four Insurance policies with Max Life, out of which one of the policy premium was due on 11th March. This policy number[protected] was called upon by Mr Rajeev (Mobile # [protected]) on 8th March'18 as Max Life insurance advisor and he was having each & every detail related to my policy, which is actually supposed to be supreme confidential. He told me that there was a 10% coupon code AU000497, applicable for only next 45 minutes and can be given as discount if paid directly to Max Life. I became sure about his identity because all of the details shared by him around my policy were absolutely correct, which was supposed to be with Max life only. I paid total premium of Rs 46805.90 via IMPS at the same time on 8th March'18:

            Also, to note the net transfer via IMPS was done in the name of - MAXLIFE followed by my policy # i.e. MAXLIFE[protected].

            My father then inquired about the discount from Max Life customer support but they declined any such offer, which added on to our suspicion. We then went to MAX LIFE office in sector 18, Gurgaon where the Max Life advisor Rajeev was claiming to be calling from, but it was validated they haven't received the premium payment. Max Life executive validated that the fraud has happened but they can't do anything, which is completely unacceptable.

            Most importantly, I got an email from Max Life Insurance on 13th March with a confirmation receipt of my policy premium that premium has been received; refer the attachment. However, they aren't acknowledging that even. I also heard on their Max Life IVR #[protected] that my policy payment has been received. It seems to be a big scam all together.

            Hence, I would like to request your good self in helping me out to get my refund back and taking strict action against Max Life employee who liaised with the culprits as this entire fiasco would not have had occurred if due diligence with regards to my policy was carried out from their end in keeping the information Confidential.

            How come the complaint is resolved. I haven’t got my amount reimbursed yet. It was all the fault of Max life insurance company that they leaked my insurance confidential information responsible for this fraud to happen. Kindly REOPEN THIS CASE TO PROVIDE RESOLUTION TO IT.

              Yours company agent frauded me whiled giving plan he states that aprox 17000 Rs per month will be deducted and your policy runs. when i asked what is my policy fund value today than he told that those funds distroed now you have to strat new policy. By this your compay agent mr. Himanshu sharma frauded me when policy done than agent name written as Harsh Girdhar instaed of himansu.
              why not i file a complain in consumer forum againest your agent and your company.
              Himansu Sharma agent code is 612514
              and phone number is [protected]. Himansu Sharma is not agent of your company because he runs a private school (Pathsala). he is a teacher. whats type of fraud this.

Sharma and the bank to which transferred was sbi.                     Have been receiving calls 7 messages from past 2 years from "max life insurance" asking for some other person.
                    After replying that my mobile number is not of the person they are asking for, still receiving calls numerous times and regular messages asking to take loans or repay the loans which is completely irrelevant.

                    Please find below one of messages which my mobile number receive too many times.
                    "dear policy holder, your max life insurance policy no 24453329 is eligible for a laon amount of rs 175648. Please sms loan to 5424243"

                    Point is about how could the company repeatedly trouble a citizen even after clearly specified that i have not either registered nor contacted this "max life insurance" company for any details. From where the company is getting the mobile numbers with wrongly registered names and giving trouble to citizen.

                      Dear sir,,

                      Myself edwin cleetus from kerala. I was an employee of max life insurance co ltd at thrissur branch.

                      I have submitted all the documents for withdraw my pf amount. On feb 15th i got a mail from the company says that, they are going to process the withdrawal. But now 21 days is ober. Still they are telling that, the pf is under process. I have contacted the particular pf sro office regarding my claim but they have informed me that,, they are not received my documents from the company.

                      I have send several mail to the company but nobody is answering.
                      In fact max life is a exempted pvt trust. So i am not able to check my claim status through online.

                      Please help me to complete the process and kindly advice to the company for fast withdrawals.

                      I already have an uan, as you know the government is restricted the withdrawals time frame 10 to 20 days. But the particular company not following the same. I think they are using pf amount for multiple purpose.

                        My name is Hameed PK (mobile no:[protected]. I am having a policy with Max Life ( policy No:[protected].

                        I was called by Mr. Ashuthosh Sanjay (phone no: +91 [protected]) on February . He was having all my details and full details about my policy including my policy number, due amount, due date etc (which should be kept confidential by Max Life).

                        My due amount was Rs. 30, 000 and he said there is a offer that if I pay now I can save Rs. 2500. ie., I only need to pay Rs. 27, 500 and gave me bank account details to transfer the amount.

                        I haven't received any receipt of payment and started getting messages from Max Life to pay due amount. I contacted Max Life immediately and they said they haven't received any payment from my side and it was purely my mistake.

                        Actually it's their duty to keep their customers details confidential. How can a third party get my policy details without their knowledge?

                        Hence, I would like to request your good self in helping me out to get my refund back and taking strict action against Max Life employee who liaised with the culprits as this entire fiasco would not have had occurred if due diligence with regards to my policy was carried out from their end in keeping the information Confidential.

                          I have taken an insurance policy with Max Life Insurance on a Guaranteed Monthly Income Plan started on[protected] and for 6 years ending on[protected] totally Rs 6, 76, 697 paid. The monthly payout was supposed to be started from Oct 2017 and only on several followups - mails, ph calls to their office and customer cells we got so far Rs 15000/- in an irregular manner (10k+15k) and again the problem continues and from Feb-2018 no payouts reced. There is no responsible reply either from customer cells, regional offices and head office. With broken heart and pain I am writing this, as I totally depend on this income only.

                          The representative from Max Life Insurance has spoken to me and also sent a mail that the amount due to me also would be credited with in a day or two. The responding nature and the care taken by the official is satisfied to me, now i have regained the confidence that I would get my payout regularly.

                          I am satisfied totally now. Hope the same response would continue in future payouts also.

                          Would like to appreciate the swift response by the Max Life Insurance this time.

                            As i apply two time for online term plan and both the time rejected by underwriter, even reason not specified on track application status and also not reverts on mail. Now i raised the complain that if you don't allow online term plan for my city i. E jamnagar than why u take payments. I[censored] take payments and use money from 12 to 28 i. E 15 to 16days, after day of application you reject and refund than its goods. But this is not a valid ways. My policy details are as below

                              My name is aziz khan, i am facing same case as mr. Rajeev. I am policy holder in max life, one day navven saxena called me and and gives me proposal to make agent and promise me to get all the banifits of my policy, i invested rs. 250000/- in diffrent policies. After that he switched off his mobile then mr. Sumit mathur comes in picture and assure me to get the same. Miss. Harpreet kaur also called me and invested 1 lac rupees in hdfc policy. I am giving u mobile no. Of all thease frouds.

                                I have two policies with max life with the policy number[protected] and[protected]

                                Due to financial conditions i am unable to pay the premiums and i want to discontinue the same. When i called the customer care i was told i would get just 30% of the amount paid. When i took the policy i wasnt even informed about this.

                                I have paid close to 2 lakhs which includes both the policies. I want my complete money back. Im closing the policies because of financial condition and these guys will pay back just 30percent..

                                The reply i receive is "After the Policy has been in force for at least three years and provided all the premiums have been paid for three full years, then the company will grant a cash surrender value which will be not less than 30 % of the premium(s) (excluding the first year’s premium) received" ..

                                No one told me about this FINE PRINT when i purchased the policy. I want to cancel my policy and get my complete refund back and not 30%.

                                  Hi,
                                  I started receiving calls yesterday about my policy with max life insurance. The first caller who identified himself as rajeev shukla (Mobile number:[protected] asked me if i nominated my agent to receive the bonus for my insurance policy - i said i wasn't aware of this. He mentioned that i have nominated my agent through the signatures i made on various forms at the time of taking the policy. He said that there is an option to remove the agent code and take the bonus in your account. If i agreed, then someone from government body of insurance, a regulatory authority would call me back and guide me through the process.

                                  Very promptly, i got a call from another number (Mobile number:[protected], who said he is calling from gbi. Fyi - the name displayed on true caller was max life insurance. Similar to the other experiences that people have shared, he asked me to take another return fund policy from bharati axa life insurance or future genarali insurance as these are two top companies that have been approved by rbi. He mentioned that i need to give a cheque amounting to approximately 30, 000 rupees which will be returned after one year with 12% interest. Apart from this, i will the agent bonus accumulated, which was about 71, 000 rupees.

                                  I had a doubt right from the beginning since both the callers struggled to converse in english and were very soon going back to speaking in hindi. They seemed to be getting irritated at small delays in understanding the process. I decided to research online before proceeding further and found many other folks have posted similar experiences.

                                  Surprising the same mobile numbers are still being used to scam people and i fail to understand how the authorities cannot apprehend these guys.

                                    I have insurance from max insurance no[protected] from july 2007 but in aug 2016 and mar 2017 double premium was deducted from my account. I have complaints for this at your wardhaman nagar branch nagpur. I have met with mr devendra pauniar regarding this problem. He said he mail to concern person but yet to receive any reply. I have call sevral time to mr devendra but he dose not reply. I have not met such hopless and unprofessional person. I have posted thsi in hope my issue will sort

                                      I purchased 3 policies total of rs 97500/- from your borivali office agent prashant. At the time of purchasing policy he explained me lot of benefits from policy later i came to know the agent fooled me, the policy which he gave doesn't have much benefits as quoted by your agent.
                                      Also he gave me all original papers after 2months due to which i was not able to avail your return policy benefit.
                                      I tried to contact him but now he totally neglects me.
                                      I request you to look into the matter and please return my money back as it's my hard earned money and am not so rich to let go nearly 1lac rs.
                                      Hope you will do the needful.
