fraud call regarding agent code deactivation

Hello,
I used to have a policy with max life till last year after which i surrendered it. Yesterday, one year after the policy was surrendered, i received a call from some people claiming to be customer service executives from max life. They claimed that they can help me get back the agent commissions that were paid out back to me and i just need to follow a process. I got suspicious and found out that it is indeed a fraud call....

I have filled partial application on 18/06/2017. I have paid the amount for 85 lacs term insurence and 25 lacs for accidental coverage. I have paid online rs.20383.
After that system shows some different/wrong values for the equote (Equote no. Orsx1808). It is showing the coverage around 45 lacs and premium some rs. 11500. Also it is showing my annual salary rs. 4 lacs instead of rs. 14 lac 30 thousand.

Without my signature in the acknowledgement receipt they have processed my policy, so I have never accepted that policy .
So now since I have paid from 2011...
