I am writing this mail with sheer frustration and disappointment about the policy which i taken.
Today i did a call to call centre for some queries and enquired about loan on policy after discussing i was completely shocked. If you can check the policy details, i have taken this policy[protected]from axis bank in 2013 and i have been paying the premium amount of rs 40, 000 around every year.

There is some other Rajbala from Sikar and her policy is showing up under my original policy as she is not linked with me in any ways. This is fraud and my original contact number which is in my policy document is also overrided. However my email is still intact and i come to know about this fraud.

I have mailed to service.helpdesk hope your response. Attached is consolidated statement showing fraud.

There so many calls from your side and i have told so many time of customer executives. But thare is no follows feom ur side. I had habitat feom your side. Today between 2 to 4 hours your company executives call me 3 times and every time i said dont call me but thare is no manners from your company. So pls dont me disturb. I have taken the term policy from max life but as i was not satisfied i have cancelled the policy in the free look period but i haven't received full refund amount, they have deducted stamp charges and medical charges, out of those i am ok with stamp charges but what about medical charges, when medical was not done at all how can they deduct the money for medical charges, also the policy was itself a non-medical policy then also...

In continue to my complaint dated 10/8/2017 regarding misguided by the Max Life Insurance on surrender value of my policy No.[protected]. The following is update of events I went through after registering the complain.
1. On 10/8/2017 I received a phone call by Mr. Yuvraj Bali Assistant Manager- Customer Service where he apologised for the inconvenience caused and assured me give a call again after discussing the matter...

I am so disappointed from maxlifeinsurance customer care staff they do not have knowledge because before premium payment i got the message to pay premium of rs. 12298.88 but i went to pay premium online it is showing premium amount of rs. 12358.67 when i asked from customer care then they told me this premium increase due to gst applicability in july-17, then i told him premium amount is due for jun-17 not for july-17...

Axis bank konappana agrahara branch blore forced me to buy this policy when walked into bank for locker facility. This is the policy, by which i have lost rs 37000/-.
I bought this policy on 11 aug 2011, after paying 6 premiums, i decided to get rid of this policy because there is no good maturity benefit....
