I have called to the customer care for the status on ticket no 18399072 and they have conveyed there is no information on the ticket and nothing has written in resolution notes .I was shocked as it's been10 days till now complaint logged and nothing progressed .
Please let me know what's going on and what is the exact status and what was the action taken till now .
I don't understand whether the update you are giving correct or not .

I have a question, if you are going through the terms and conditions then I can see it was written in that when I want to opt for the loan, I can get the 90% of the amount paid and when I have enquired that now it is 50% only and they have conveyed that now it has been changed to 50% without bringing my notice .How it can be changed to 50% when it was written in the papers as a 90%.
And one more clarification for your agents who will be working as a maxlife insurance agents try to provide a proper training, and knowledge on the products
As you are aware/no the agents will be concentrating on deviating the mind of customer.Do you think the agents are very honest and genuine while approaching for policies, do they have adequate knowledge on the products they want theirs targets to be reached for that they will be telling lot of things to customer .
Firstly why axis bank is asking their customers to do a policy, initially I went to open a bank locker for that in return they have asked me to open a policy, so they can give me a locker .if I open a policy, Is this the correct thing the Bank is doing .why they are promoting this kind of things with customers.
I agree all your mail when/if I went to maxlife insurance office and did my policy volunteered, it means that it was taken by me with my complete attention.
When bank is doing such kind if things and no we are landing in this type of situations
Try to investigate from customer perspective .
You can even have a discussion with Bank/agent and come back to me.
And if you see the consumer complaints board most of the queries related to maxlife was policy made in bank only not in a maxlife office .they are asking the customers to do a policy ..
Please investigate and let me know the outcome.
