I booked a OYO room of Hotel Lakhdatar on 24.09.2021 for 25.09.2021 to 26.09.2021 in jaipur of Rs 999 and Pay Rs 300 at the time of booking but when i go for check-in hotel manager denied for. After that i call oyo customer care they shifted to Hotel Shreenath Palace. where a very small room provided when i said that it is too small they said no one another available. After giving me little force, he give another room. but he charge more Rs.1, 500/-. I bear total cost Rs 1800/- (1500+300). But there is no service provide, no room service, no WiFi working no TV working, No Food service, only one dim tube light.
I just want to refund my Extra money back of Rs 800/- Please do the needful.
