I had book oyo townhall for stay from 16th Oct to 18th Oct. Booking id P8DG4156. You changed the hotel at the last moment. The reason the customer care person gave was that you delisted the property. But I know you must have done it because you got more money from somebody else. Have some loyalty towards the people who trusted you and booked hotel with you. What else a helpless customer can tell you.

      We stayed in hotel Annapurna Resort in puri for two days I e.13.10.21 and 15.10.21, actually I checked out 14th oct 10pm and in the checked out time some food touch in bedsheet so the manager of hotel he misbihave to our female person and our children and use bad language and to give money to us Rs 1000 against bedsheet.we told that child also stay in room so food touch to bedsheet in the room but he manager not listen our voice.
      I never stay in oyo and told to 1000 peple he never stay in oyo..

        I have raised an issue and its a month now, yet no information on my refund.

        On September 13 2021, i booked a stay for 2 in OYO 79096 De Heritage for Rs. 768/- booking ID XPM80991,
        At the time of check-in i was denied access and was told that it was low on tarrif issue. I spoke to the Oyo team and told them my situation. I was in an emergency at the time of denial at the hotel.
        The Oyo Assistant that i spoke to understood my situation and assured me a total refund and stated that the refund will be given due to the inconveniences occurred will be a FREESTAY for me. Also she mentioned that she will book me a hotel nearby for the same price range to which i agreed. I only accepted for an other hotel nearby because of her assurance on a complete refund due to the inconveniences costed or else i would asked for a direct refund after denial at check-in. After she booked me a hotel nearby OYO 36142, i was told to pay Rs. 121 at check-in. To which i refused as i was offered a free stay. But later they told me that i would get a refund of both my payments of Rs. 768 and Rs. 121 after check-out.
        I was told that i would receive a mail regarding the same wher i would have to fill my account details and my refund will be processed. After days of contacting the Oyo Team and talking, i was able to get my refund amount of Rs. 121.
        I recently received a mail asking for my bank details to which i provided them with the same. Now, when i contacted the Oyo Yo for the status they said only refund amount of Rs. 121 was to be given and that has successfully done.
        I stil haven't received any information on my refund of Rs. 768 from OYO, even after giving my required bank details.
        I was promised a refund in just 14 days, its been one month and yet not a single word. This is just day light robbery that Oyo has been doing.

          Hi, I Stayed at Oyo Townhouse 500-Bangalore on Sept 16th via booking ID IMGB0270, During checkout I have provided all GST relevant details and asked for GST Invoice, at the time the receptionist asured that the bill will sent to my Mail ID, since then for nearly one month I have been following with Oyo assist and customer care, still not received the GST Invoice.

              Hi team,
              There is a big loop holes in your system, where someone randomly calls me with all my booking details (JU734558)of hotels on the day of check in to confirm my stay and forcing me to pay whole balance amount to reserve the room,

              I explained to him I have already paid 10% of amount to reserve the room rest amount I will come and pay, to which he said is not possible you will have to pay now.

              I paid him with the upi id provided to me which made me feel genuine as it had "oyorooms" name on it.

              After the successful transaction, he called me back to say he has not recieved it's showing the amount is stuck, and suggested me to repay again for the 1st amount to get refund.

              I speculated something is wrong and I reached the hotel and made my payment.

              Requesting to you to kindly look into this matter as it has literally made go through so many phone calls to know what exactly is wrong, as he had all the right information about me and my booking details, which is a very shocking and you as firm need to be careful with your customer database, it has caused me financial pinch for paying double time.

              Kindly find the screenshot of the payment and details of suspected fraud person bellow who got in touch.

                If anyone from Oyo was reading, I was Refering to the communication mentioned above.

                The issue happend was, I booked a room at a hotel in Dharwad before I started my jouney from Bangalore via car, when my covid test result arrive at around 3 in the afternoon I paid for the booking as shown in the app online (there was some discount too). The trouble started when I reached hotel and they informed I had to pay the full booking amount again. I was tired and need to rest, so I paid and I was sure there is some technical issue and I could get a refund as it's clearly an issue from Oyo.
                But when I called I don't get much support(more than 1 hour I spend in call after all the travel), at the time of checkout I called again and this time with the help of hotel reception I was able to prove that there was some issue with Oyo system, and the support lady asked to share the bank details via mail and I shared it 2 days later.
                But today I got a mail saying as discussed they are closing and no refund, (the subject with ticket and booking id wa shared above)
                Puzzled at the way a well documented ticket resolution took a 180 degree turn.

                I need my money back which I had to pay at hotel coz of oyo technical issue.

                  Very Rude behaviour of RECEPTIONIST and he don't have manners while speaking to customers. Room is very congested and no place for even having food. Also TV wasn't working, there was no AC Remote, only one bath towel for 2 people, they don't give soap too. They simply posted Room Service is available but it's not cooperative at all. Overall Experience was not good, especially Receptionist's attitude and his nonsense talks were really bad. Even after putting 4 star rating he was still not satisfied and was arguing for putting 5 stars. Not recommended for Families, Couples and Friends too.

                      I have booked 2 rooms at OYO-78121 Red Rock on 1 st Oct 2021 at 11 Am with the booking id [protected] . Registered mobile no is [protected].But due to my planning change I have cancelled the booking on same day at 12.03 pm.But till now I didn't received the refund of amount.Regarding this one when i had spoken with your team they said that It was not refundable.But when iam cancelling the booking I have seen that it will be refundable with in 14 working days.I have paid rs 4342/-.It is not a small amount . Requesting your support for getting refund and do the needful..

                        Dear Team,

                        We were local booking guest booked for 5th oct'2021 and check out date was today 6th. However, due to blunder negligence of oyo customer care booking executive I did not get check in on hotel.

                        Issue: I called customer care they suggested rooms in colaba side after all discount of Rs 1000/- booking id: HMB13674 and they said make payment online I did payment online through credit card and after booking I visited to property suncity but after visit to property suncity the manager of this hotel said as per our policy we dont accept Unmarried couple with local I'd. Wherein while booking this was not informed and when I clearly mentioned is it available customer care executive said yes you can visit and have a happy stay.

                        When I did not got check in in suncity hotel I called to customer service team and they transferred the call to escalation department, which is not pathetic but it is thadclasss employee in escalation team the oyo has.. this people after listening concern the said will speak hotel for that can I place call on hold? I said ok they placed for 10min continue they kept hold and after hold none of executive come back and they disconnect call. when I spoken on chat they called and given 3 days TAT they are in mistake then why this people need so much of time for investigation? Wherein I never asked for refund I said more then 10 employee from escalation that i[censored] cannot refund that's fine please shift my hotel to some where there is local I'd couple are allowed. But nor that nor this and later without solution I am lying now just keeping on following with this stupid people.

                        Issue 2) Aftee this first experience I thought that's fine once the issue happen again never happens so called again oyo customer care and clear said to that customer care executive girl that I have been just gone through with such senerio and issue with first so please give me booking where local I'd unmarried couple are allowed, so wat she said is I am giving u booking in low range at hotel asma booking id: B2SA8540. Here this call I clearly confirm afrontly and made payment again online of rs 1000/- and done with booking.

                        After this booking I direct went from suncity to
                        Hotel asma.. again after visit this people said we do not accept local I'd as yesterday only we got fine of 12500/- and also then there both when I was there I spoken with oyo given then call and they spoken clearly said oyo customer care executive and stupid escalation team who made me harrassed and forced nd make feel like die.. given 3 days TAT.

                        Kolkata escalation team it was majorily call was landed and I bass them with bad words afrontly saying because my money taken by them and no instant resolution received like shift the hotel or refund. Wherein in my senerio it should be instant and or in a one or 2hour time maximum.

                        The all above story was really painful because it was big deal booking and my partner was profession needed to take classes 4pm but messup...

                        I needed the solution immediately now and whosoever from escalation where giving repeated TAT to me and made me harrassed and also who was taken the booking should be suspended because they harrassed made me bear alot and I am in loss with no patience.. because I was bearing not 1 2 hours it became 24hours and lastly I booked 4am one room taking advance from my friend and consumer I just request to scew badly oyo because they made name in market now they thinking now my name is done no need of service.

                        Kindly looking after this consumer team and also customer viewing my complaint please until resolution I mentioned dont book.

                          We booked our Hotel from Oyo App on 23/09/2021 for night.. I was on my way to hotel i was marked checked in & while looking for a place & on call with oyo helpline in the meantime i was shown checked out.. I didnt stayed at the hotel infact i didnt find any hotel with that name... & my payment was deducted twice from google pay app.. Later no oyo executive helped me out regarding this matter my calls are contionusly dissconnected. No one is helping out. In the name of brand they are doing fraud with ppl & looting money as advance pay & then not answering any calls.

                            I was searching for hotels on various hotel booking websites in and around Vrindavan on 1st Oct 2021 for my intended stay on 2nd Oct to 3rd Oct. I found a hotel named OYO 81979 MOHAN PALACE which looked decent on the pics and tried to book it. I did not reach the success page or received any confirmation message or email on my booking. However I got to know my booking ID from an Acko Insurance email which did not have any other details but the booking ID. As my amount was already debited, I had to call the hotel manager through the OYO customer care number to confirm my booking. The manager on that call had said the booking was confirmed for three AC rooms. Note that I had made this booking at around 10 PM in the night on 1st Oct and all this happened after 10 PM.

                            Next day I reached the hotel location at around 12 noon and was quite dissapointed to see the surroundings. The hotel was in a secluded village with no facilities or good restaurants nearby. If you do not have your own vehicle you cannot manage to go anywhere from that location. Luckily at least we travelled by our own vehicles.

                            While checking in the hotel manager was unable to find my booking and we quickly realised that I had made a mistake in booking. Instead of booking from 2nd to 3rd Oct, I had made the booking from 1st to 2nd Oct. I was shocked to know this. We were in total 7 adults and an infant (< 2 yrs old) and among us was my grandmom who is more than 70 years old. We were tired of the long journey from Gurgaon to Vrindavan. I requested the hotel manager to shift the dates as I had already paid for my booking. He did not allow that. He argued saying they had to keep the 3 AC rooms empty as they were already booked. As I mentioned I had already paid for those rooms and I had made the booking at around 10 PM. He would anyway not have got any guests after 10 PM. On top of it I had not got any confirmation mail mentioing the hotel details, or any warning from the hotel manager himself when I had called him the last day that the booking was for the same day. If I had received one or got a warning from the manager I could have cancelled the booking by calling OYO. I was completely kept unaware of the blunder till I reached the hotel.

                            We had to pay 1700 extra for 1 more day as there was no hotel nearby. Plus it was extremely hot outside and we all were tired of the long journey. He provided us 1 AC room and 1 Non AC room saying all other hotel rooms were already booked. The stay at the hotel was pathetic and the experience totally spoiled our trip.

                            I called the OYO helpline number and was not able to reach an agent on their support line. It kept saying that lines were busy and to avoid long wait times, advised to use the help section in the app. I downloaded the app but could not find an option to raise my complaint as the issue was not listed. At that time I wanted to connect with an agent over call as it was urgent. But this process was taking a lot of time and hence I decided to do it after the trip ended.


                            This refund is nothing compared to the troubles me and my family had gone through. My issues are listed below:

                            1. Extremely Foul smelling rooms
                            2. Biggest problem was Bugs/Insects in one room with the balcony kept us awake throughout the night.
                            3. No food service, not even one complimentary water bottle in the rooms. We had to pay extra for those.
                            4. No light bulb in the attached bathroom. So in the night you could not use the washroom without the phone's flash.
                            5. Dirty linens replaced with other set of dirty linens after complaints.
                            6. No toiletries in the bathroom.
                            7. No intercom in the room to connect with reception.
                            8. 10-12 extra people in the hall causing disturbance. The hall was common to all rooms. Ideally nobody should have stayed there.
                            9. Power kept on going and AC was not running on inverter.
                            10.Delayed service. They were taking around 20-30 mins to respond to our requests. And for the first 3-4 times I had to literally go down to the reception for complaints.

                            Later after returning from the trip on 3rd Oct, I had no option but to create a ticket on the "I need assistance related to Referral/cashback" option in order to create a ticket and escalate the problem. Even after creating the ticket no one called me from their support. Next day I had to call the hotel helpline again myself but since I had a ticket I was able to escalate and connect with an agent on call and explained all my issues. The agent on call argued that as per their policies customer needs to complaint within 48 hours or else they won't be able to do anything. I requested him to create an escalation ticket and he did that. He assured that a senior manager would call me. But no one again called and I had to call them myself and got connected to another agent this time. This time it was a lady and she said that we can give you a cashback of 20% on my booking which is just INR 473. I tried to argue with her and she connected me with the hotel manager who was extremely rude on the call.

                            Hnestly, the INR 473 refund is nothing compared to what we went through. The trip was spoiled and we had a sleepless night in that hotel. This was my first experience with OYO and it surely is my last. I will not suggest anyone else to use OYO services ever. If this is what they call OYO standards, then they need to improve a lot because the market is not short of options.

                            I sent multiple emails to them but I got minimum support from their end. I am complaining on this forum after feeling completely frustrated with their service. On the email also, I advised them to send a surprise visit team to the hotel on a busy weekend and see what standards they are keeping.

                            My advice to all: Never book a hotel through OYO. Even if you do, dont make the payment in advance. If they ask advance payment something is off. Take multiple videos and photos of the hotel in case you face any issues. This is biggest mistake we did on our stay.

                              Property manager is not good I'm paying advance and he is not giving check in. he will first refuse for check in then when I'm leave there he will check in and check out on his own so never book this hotel.

                                  Had made a booking of a room in Hotel Rama Inn as per details in the mail trail. OYO sent a mail to me asking me to make a partial (50%) of the rent for the proposed 2 days' stay saying that my accommodation was partially reserved and it would be confirmed on payment of 50% of the total rent as the property had a heavy demand . I paid it too (Please refer to the attached bank statement as proof of having paid the amount. However, I came to the hotel (Hotel Rama Inn) from the airport on 9th Sep 2021. The hotel staff denied me "check in" saying the booking had been transferred. I tried calling OYO customer care. But it connected to IVR only. I could never get customercare officials online. I along with my family had to stand on the roadside, waiting for the taxi on the roadside in the dark.

                                  The prime questions are as to who will pay for the security risk we (my family - myself, my missus and a child of 13 years) faced in the darkness of an unlighted roadside and why OYO is still keeping unprofessional hotel partners and harassing customers like this. What is the meaning of confirmation and then booking transfer? Are we supposed to roam around for no fault of ours but because of OYO hotel partners' unprofessional and unethical behaviour?

                                  OYO gave me a mobile number [protected]. Nobody bothers to explain and attend to customer's grievances? Why such a pathetic service quality and lowest ethical standards?

                                    I tried booking a hotel, payment was made and room was not Booked. I tried speaking to oyo officials. They were just picking the call and nobody did answer or listen to the complaint. I think the most horrible experience I ve ever had with some company is this. Worst

                                      UPI fraud through phone calls. Hackers got my customers Id . it cannot possible without oyo involvement.. oyo platform is not very much confidential..even in oyo call center were not took my complain.
