I faced a lot of problem with hotel Ansh Place, I didn't reached at hotel but they show me checked in. And I didn't find any hotel at that location and nobody is there is to help me at late night.

Oyo customer service is very worst. They are not resolving my problem.

Kindly take an action on this

      My Booking ID is FGDM3559 dated on 23rd October 2021. This booking was cancelled from OYO side without informing me while i was about to check in .When regarding this i tried to chat with cutomer care for the reason of cancellation, they informed due to Minimum amount non payment this booking is cancelled.But there is no meaning of this reason since i have made full payment already for the amount 2693 Rs. Now i have received partial payment of 1293 Rs. but remaining 1400 Rs. still not recieved when regarding this i called yesterday Service helpdesk at [protected] they remaining amount refund is under process but i got the mail saying 1400 has been deducted as Mid stay cancellation charges. How it is possible? When i was denied check in to hotel from OYO side even after making full payment then how Mid stay cancellation charges applied ?
      Kindly resolve this issue and refund balance amount as soon as possible.This is clear cheating and service helpdesk also not able to reach.

        Rent A is saying that she will not rent to us due to sheets being unable to be clean which is not any of my control I’ve rented from this place five different times in all the rooms had holes in the sheets stains in the sheets none of the rooms are completely prepared to even have people rented it is so nasty and roach infested and disgusting but I had only enough to rent this place I booked it online and she’s denying me service this is causing so much headache and heartache behind us I just want my money back ASAP please give me a call back my number is[protected]

          Very bad service + No proper water, No elevator (it's not working), bad frontdesk manager's behaviour.
          I checked in last night and not even 24hrs passed still I have to bear all this. Please check me out tomorrow standard time and refund my money.
          Hotel refusing refund. It's a really bad hotel please please please help me get my hard earned money back😢

            My name is manish kumar paswan, I have booked oyo hotel Haras for 2 days booking id : F5QH8908 as per booked room no is 303 but they provide me hotel like there is no light no washroom and bad smelling room. He has been forcefully approved check in status, I didn't stay that hotel I left, so many times I approached OYO customer care but they also didn't reply and cut the phone... Whole gone in this issue
            I have requested to you please retun my booking money 1596 in my account

                    I booked a hotel through oyo app..while doing the payment through phonepe..money got debited but no booking id created and no booking happened...in my phone pe ..it is showing ..amount transferred to oyo merchant successful...so please look into this issue.                       This is very pathetic and disgusting from oyo. Coming to the point booking was made for oyo collection o 77188 corner courtyard and i have selected room for suite 4x which is in a price of 999/- in oyo and a booking id generated QLD34511 app later the room was updated from suite room to deluxe thought i made a mistake and not selected the room which i wanted so i cancelled the booking and again rebooked for same hotel with suite room and the booking id is MVDD7895 and i also made the payment of 999/- and i enroute to the property before that i spoke with one of the oyo executive i requested him for help to navigate to hotel so i successfully reached at the hotel and i shown the booking ID or name the person at the hotel as checked and said there was no booking i was shocked and rechecked again i found that after reaching at the property without my intimation or consent my booking was shifted to other hotel which some far away and the customer support team is very worse of oyo and the people of customer support are like only for making a booking and they are not assisting the customer after booking oyo customer service people are more worse then the people we used to see at the Bus depot the people who ask the passenger for lodging they are far better then this customer service people of oyo after reaching at the hotel i called support team and first person he was pretended like he was not able to hear me while i can hear seamlessly i was shouting on the call he just used his script and disconnected later i called again spoke about 20 to 30 mins and said him to transfer one of the supervisor because he can't shift the hotel or he can't shift the amount to the hotel which i was supposed to get and i asked the person of customer support that who shifted the booking without intimation so he replied that the booking was shifted by the owner then i got to understand that the hotel people are not satisfied or not ready to give me a room for 999/- for suite 4x then why the app given me the offer and confirmed the booking then you have issues of pricing oyo is providing fake offers and pricing in the app and bluffing the customers. So in an emergency and hectic mental situation i made a offline booking with the same hotel collection o 77188 which they have charged me an amount of 1400/- and today the property which was shifted and i don't want with a booking id C2ZV8076 they have marked them self as checked in and amount of 999/- the refund was not initiated it might be a less amount for them but for me single penny is accountable i want my refund of 999/- on the booking C2ZV8076 which i not checked in

                          I had to cancelled my booking on OYO 79007 Collection O Cinecity, (1st to 5th October, 2021) Booking No. RRB54697 due to some unavoidable reasons. I had cancelled my booking on 1st October 2021. After that I contacted with OYO customer service center and they sended a mail to me that, you will received the refundable amount within 7th to 14 working days. But till date I have not received my amount. I tried to contact with OYO customer care but they are not giving any response in this matter. Kindly, help me in this regard that I get my refund immediately.

                            Hope you're well

                            I Mr. Nabhen Mane booked a stay at OYO 8685 Hotel StayLand at Khar dated on 11/10/2021. The receptionist asked for an RT-PCR negative report before the check in, to which I agreed to show him the negative report. As per the ICMR Rules RT-PCR reports are valid for 72 hrs but the receptionist refused to take that report and said he would need a report taken within 24h.
                            Then we left the hotel premises since he did not let us check in & booked a stay somewhere else.

                            So I would request to kindly give me my refund. I have been trying to call the customer care services & got no solution what so ever, also got ill treated.
                            The customer care service executives told me to stay on hold and they kept me on hold for at least 15-20m straight & the call got disconnected automatically.

                            I request you to give me my full refund of ₹1508/-

                              I have booked my room on 6th October and it get cancelled by Oyo Rooms in midnight and they have initiated the refund as they're showing and money will be refunded in 7 to 14 days. But i haven't received the refund so i talked to my Bank about the same they asked for Return Reference number and i asked the same from Oyo Rooms but they're not providing the same even they're not attending the issue sincerely. Whether on call or app assistant they're just putting the call on hold or in app they're just transferring.

                              I'm trying to get my refund from 2 days but they're not behaving in way they should behave. I'm literally fed up with a Oyo Rooms services. So its a very kind request to Oyo Rooms kindly look into the matter asap and resolve the same.

                                  I booked a room on 16 October 2021 in Lucknow and paid through upi the booking failed but my money got deducted 1160 rs. I had to pay that amount again to book the room again. The booking id that got failed is GRPA3032

                                    I ve tried and contacted so many times to OYO and Your people will divert my calls . With my infant and old parents I was Travelling and got very very bad experience with OYO and got humiliated By you people. Till now I ve not received my refund amount back for which I ve paid . Here I am sharing the screenshot with you. I got harassed by moving here and there with my infant and old parents. I request you to refund my money which I paid .
                                    Please do the needful and stop harassing people. You can’t imagine the situation when a lady with old parents and baby of 6 month old will be suffering in a unknown city here and there. Show some humanity at least. It’s almost 3 months passed and I didn’t get my refund yet.

With my infant and old parents I was Travelling and got very very bad experience with OYO and got humiliated By you people. Till now I ve not received my refund amount back for which I ve paid . Here I am sharing the screenshot with you. I got harassed by moving here and there with my infant and old parents. I request you to refund my money which I paid .
                                      Please do the needful and stop harassing people. You can’t imagine the situation when a lady with old parents and baby of 6 month old will be suffering in a unknown city here and there. Show some humanity at least. It’s almost 3 months passed and I didn’t get my refund yet.

                                        I has booked oyo room at 3 october having oyo id-U7M42037 from almora but i cancel my booking within hour,

                                        Reason for Cancellation-
                                        I search hotel within near about me so hotal show range 2 to 3 km so i book hotel when i call hotel so he told me this hotel so far from location (near about 70 kk), i connect oyo assistance and request to cancel my booking and refund my amount. hotel cancel but no amount receive.

                                        i try many time to oyo regarding this problem but no action take place.
