I had to cancelled my booking on OYO 79007 Collection O Cinecity, (1st to 5th October, 2021) Booking No. RRB54697 due to some unavoidable reasons. I had cancelled my booking on 1st October 2021. After that I contacted with OYO customer service center and they sended a mail to me that, you will received the refundable amount within 7th to 14 working days. But till date I have not received my amount. I tried to contact with OYO customer care but they are not giving any response in this matter. Kindly, help me in this regard that I get my refund immediately.
