It was very disgusting to share my experience:

I booked OYO room for 2nd October, 2021 2 classic rooms for 6 guests at Hotel pearl 42, Chandigarh. When I reached there around 1: 30 p.m. room was not ready and it was asked that room will be ready by 3 o’clock while my check in time was 12:00 O’Clock. Room which was shown to us, it was very dirty, small room and smelling badly. In that room extra bed can’t be accommodated while i paid for 2 extra beds for 2 rooms. I cancelled that room as instructed by hotel manager. I paid Rs 2868 for 2 classic rooms which was cancelled on the same day i.e 2nd October, 21. I request refund for that amount but till now there is no response.

It was really very upsetting situation for me that OYO are doing such cheating business. They are not fulfilling their commitment. Due to your false commitment I waste my whole day i.e 2nd October, 21.

    Booked a hotel after seeing its photos on OYO app. After going there it was found completely different. The hotel was actually situated in a very busy market place and the room was very small, congested and not clean enough. It's really difficult to park my vehicle there. Not even a restaurant was there in the property but Oyo has mentioned the photo of a bar also. Not a single real photo of the property is uploaded on the app. All the photographs happen to be fake and misleading. Customers like us get trapped after viewing such fake photographs and misleading reviews on the app. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating. OYO Rooms is continuously loosing its reliability and professionalism. My booking ID was E5WB9592.

      I made a booking through the oyo app. At the first attempt, the transaction failed so I tried again with my credit card. Now my credit card shows two 1401₹ transactions for a single booking.

      Please initiate the refund for the additional transfer. I have attached the screenshot below which clearly shows the 2802₹ amount transfer! Do the needful at the earliest!

        Date of Incident: Oct 3 2021

        Made a reservation on Sept 28 for OCT4, Chennai through OYO Agent, Paid 500 via Online booking, balance to be paid @hotel. So far NO ISSUE

        Somebody by the name Ashish called on Oct3 - he said he is the property manager and rushed me to pay the balance, else room will be cancelled

        He gave me ( whatsapped me) the EXACT balance to be paid including the CORRECT booking reference number and my phone number used for booking. I paid the balance to upi id - [protected]@upi

        When I called the OYO main number, they connected me with the real property manager. Both Oyo personnel and Property manager clamed they have not received the balance

        This Fraud is committed by an OYO employee, because HE called my phone number and gave my reservation ID and the EXACT amount due along with UPI ID of [protected]@upi
        Any outsider cannot do this.

        OYO is LIABLE for the Financial Loss caused by its OWN employees

        I made a Payment because, I received a mail from OYO that some would call and confirm the appointment the day before

          Yesterday 02/10/2021, I book a hotel, Spot on 63743 Jayesh lodging and boarding, booking I'd IALI0632. I pay all amount online but when I reached at hotel they was saying that hotel was closed before 2 month's we not getting any oyo booking.
          But I allredy pay whole amount for hotel.
          So please I want to refund my money as soon as possible.

              Booking id: DZ1M3408
              I had booked a room at 09:08 am in the morning through customer care and cancel the same through customer care before because of an injury due to in my leg due to heavy rainfall at Nashik railway station and unable to travel towards the booking hotel.
              I called oyo customer care for more than 30 times and everytime they cut the call during the communication. I have all the recordings with me to present to whom it may concern.
              I have paid ₹ 1517 at the time of booking and now i want my refund for the same as soon as possible

                I'm a corporate traveller. I needed a room with AC and WIFI, so I booked the same with OYO. While checking In they first assigned me a room 203, which had both then suddenly they asked me to move to 303, which had a cooler which makes unwanted loud noise and no WIFI, upon questioning the hotel they had no answer for cooler and for WIFI they said I had a problem with my device. How come my device works in 2nd floor and doesn't works in third floor. Upon checking found there's no WIFI router in the 3rd floor. Hotel wasn't ready to help me, the only alternative I had is to check out without staying but I already paid. I have payment details.

                  I have tried booking OYO for my cousin to attend an exam in Bangalore. Date of booking was 1st Oct 2021.
                  OYO15818 is the property in which I tried to book. I have selected UPI GooglePay as the payment option. I received a payment request on my phone from OYO and I accepted it. The money was debited from my account.

                  However, OYO website again asked to make payment. Since, it's required for me to book the accommodation, I made a netbanking payment this time and it worked. The booking ID (ZQ5H5382) was generated and the voucher was also received. But, I couldn't get the refund of the GooglePay payment, because the customer care guy wouldn't come on to the call!

                    I had booked a room for 2 days on August 17 and i cancelled it. Today is October 1st and still i haven't received my refund it's 50 days. Customer support is so useless that they don't help at all. I i confirmed with my bank and they asked for Transaction ID/BRN. But the customer care is not providing me the ID. According to oyo my refund is success, so oyo must have BRN.
                    CHECK BELOW THE DETAILS it says refund status is success but i haven't received amount and even Oyo doesn't have BRN number which means the refund is just showing success . Even the Oyo chat customer told me that they don't have BRN. I'm sharing that screenshot as well below. Please provide me a solution

                      I tried calling an oyo executive at [protected] they picked up my call and a guy from reception desk ask me to provide a number for booking and then he booked a room for me at oyo 143 townhouse royal garden for check in on 30/09/21 -check out date on 01/10/21 his name was arnindam from kolkata and then he asked me to do a payment of rupees 799 as i recevied a request of 799 and i payed the amount of 799 and then he told sir i am sending you booking id and other details but i did not recevied anything till yet so i wll be vey gald if you guys do help me out with this i am attaching my booking transection id as well i want my refund of rupees 799 tought i did not went to hotel for staying thanks you in anticipation

                        The behaviour of hotel manager was very bad, he bullied and used abusive language which is quite unacceptable in any civilized society, first he refused to give the room which we had already booked and agreed only after appealing for a long time . We had no other option but to stay as we were stuck in the middle of night, he refused to give us even a bottle of water, so one can easily imagine what kind of difficulties we had to go through . This is quite shameful and unacceptable.. Please do something and take appropriate action, otherwise we have to go to the higher authority to save the word which is called 'Humanity'..booking id is WXJ19603

                                I booked a oyo townhouse in nagpur named OYO 79187 TOWNHOUSE 181 GANESHPETH COLONY, NAGPUR. FOR 27/09/21 FOR ONE NIGHT 4 PERSONS TWO ROOMS. as we came for the check in for which we already paid online we recieved the room keys and we went to our rooms and as we entered the room it was stinking really bad and the bed sheets were stained and the furniture from the room was missing the washroom was so small and dirty. so we went to the reception and asked to change our rooms but they said they didnt have any other rooms available so they said that they have another property near by, so we went there and they denied us for the room. so i called the oyo help desk and ask for the cancellation and refund and which was denied as the hotel was showing us checked in so they talked to the property manager and they had many rooms available but still they didnt inform us before. then the oyo help desk sent us back to the townhouse where the manager got rude to us and denied us to provide the other room and he said you will have to stay in same room and were so rude to us after that they didnt even provide us with towels or even water bottles.. and as we were going out for dinner we noticed that our room lock was also not getting locked. so we got literally mentally and physically harrased.
                                i request a whole refund from the oyo townhouse for the problems we faced and the rudeness of the staff towards me and my friends.

                                And a staff member was so rude. He said to us that yes i gave you guys bad rooms intentionally and i wont change your rooms. You can do whatever you want to. This is how badly we were treated. I use to recommend people to go for oyo hotels but after this experience i wont even think to suggest any one to go for oyo if my issues are not resolved. No guest should be treated like these ever. They are there to give us service and not to be rude to us. i been a regular customer of oyo for years and first time i had this level of experience. I need assurance that no one would be treated like this ever.

                                  I booked a hotel on 29 September 2021 via booking ID YUWH9875 and was asked to pay 249 Rs in order to confirm the booking which I did. But within 5 minutes I received a mail saying booking is cancelled, which I never did. I contacted customer care and they say that booking has been done from my end and now they won't even refund my money.

                                    While today (28-Sep-2021) I tried to book via oyo application, the payment has been completed from bank end (amount got debited got the message as well) but oyo application didn't booked room it throwed directly something went wrong error message. I didn't get booking id as well. Am mentioning the transaction details of amount debited. Due to this i went directly to the oyo place and booked another room and reception by paying money. Receptionist also doesn't helped me with the online booking failure.

                                    After the payment completion, OYO application immediately showed as SOMETHING WENT WRONG error message. There is no booking. After few mins I checked the booking list under my profile. It shown as empty ( nothing is booked ) . Then how can I provide the booking details to you team. I only have my amount debited transaction details which has been already sent to oyo team in previous message.

                                    Kindly do the needful. Still in my OYO app no boking is found under me. Attaching the image for your refernce. Please expedite and fix this issue

                                    My concern has not yet been resolved. Do you only resolve the complaints if compliants are filed on you at consumer court. Is that the case, then am ready to file a case regarding this one. Why you are not resolving this simple issues.

                                      I had a booking with oyo for my family trip but on arrival at hotel the rooms were dirty and toilet was smelling like hell. So i have to complain the same to manager to which he was helpless so i have to contact oyo helpline as i booked room through it. To.my request oyo executive felt like cooperative and cancelled my booking with assured refund.
                                      But against my expectations no refund was initiated in the app so i had to contact the customer executive again on nxt day and after long calls someone helped in initiating the refund so i felt somewhat relaxed tht the refund will come sooner or later but as the deadline of 14 days crossed i had to again contact the oyo to which they replied tht its nonrefundable booking and after hour long arguments they again initiated my refund and again after 14 days no refund. After all this i felt like there is no use of complaining the oyo as they will not refund my money.
                                      Just fed up of there services and it's my humble request to everyone please avoid oyo they are just bunch of cheaters which never provide a good service but only some excuses everytime we call them.

                                        I booked a room through oyo rooms and i payed for 2 rooms and after that oyo cancelled my booking and not refunding anything. They are not helping us also we want a refund
