I booked a oyo townhouse in nagpur named OYO 79187 TOWNHOUSE 181 GANESHPETH COLONY, NAGPUR. Paid for booking confirmation, money got refunded but got cancelled automatically later

I booked a hotel on 29 September 2021 via booking ID YUWH9875 and was asked to pay 249 Rs in order to confirm the booking which I did. But within 5 minutes I received a mail saying booking is cancelled, which I never did. I contacted customer care and they say that booking has been done from my end and now they won't even refund my money....

Amount debited but room not booked - requesting for refund

While today (28-Sep-2021) I tried to book via oyo application, the payment has been completed from bank end (amount got debited got the message as well) but oyo application didn't booked room it throwed directly something went wrong error message. I didn't get booking id as well. Am mentioning the transaction details of amount debited. Due to this i went directly to the oyo place and booked another room and reception by paying money. Cheated on the name of refund

I had a booking with oyo for my family trip but on arrival at hotel the rooms were dirty and toilet was smelling like hell. So i have to complain the same to manager to which he was helpless so i have to contact oyo helpline as i booked room through it. To.my request oyo executive felt like cooperative and cancelled my booking with assured refund.

Booking cancelled after payment

Not Getting my Refund back..

On 4 of September. I have booked Oyo Room online. Hotel denied my booking saying - we don't accept oyo booking. After that I have paid extra money for that. And then contacted oyo to refund my money. The stay was a nuisance

I just booked the hotel for 3 members for a 12 hours stay for taking rest. My room was swamped with water during night and my bags/dresses got fully wet. We had no sleep all night and the service was bad. Not sure how water entered our room but the stay was entirely ruined. I wasted 3000 rupees for a ### room....

I booked a OYO room of Hotel Lakhdatar on 24.09.2021 for 25.09.2021 to 26.09.2021 in jaipur of Rs 999 and Pay Rs 300 at the time of booking but when i go for check-in hotel manager denied for. Money deducted but oyo is denying of payment received also showed me failed status

Booking amount denied to refund

I booked hotel dated on 25/09/2021 07:22 PM in Nanital ( I got filtered nearby in nanital ) but they booked my hotel 12 kilometres far from nanital. In night how can I go 12 KM in hill areas.

I cancelled the hotel at 07:25PM same day (25/09/2021) but they denied to refund any amount. I asked their agent and they also denied.

This is really cheating with me, first you booked wrong hotel...

Hotel booking amount denied to refund

Complain about hotel

Dear Sir,

I booked a hotel room for 2 days with following details :

Booking ID : N3QU1456
Hotel Name : Stay Inn
City : Kota
Duration : 2 days (20.09.2021 to 22.09.2021)
Booked On : 14.09.2021
Amount paid : Rs. 2807/-

But, It was a horrible experience here. Cleanness was worst ever I seen. Dirty & torn bedsheet provided. AC was functioning at 16 degree C only....

Money is deducted from account but booking status is not showing

I have tried to book hotel two times in this week with my register mobile no [protected] on Oyo Rooms App. Both the time some money got debited from account but the room was not booked. What type of service are you providing. The money debited was 380 and 340 each. The debited amount was not also refunded again. Please solve my problem asap or else close this scam that you have opened....

OYO support stated that the refund was successfully completed on August 5th and that the amount would be credited to the source account within 14 days. Refund not credited

I have booked hotel room thorugh oyo however when we reached the hotel, hotel staff denied and said that rooms are not available.and discussed with oyo and cancelled the ticket confirming that 100% refund will be credited and i have recieved the massage from oyo that 100% will be credited with in 14 days,

but till date after 20 days also refurnd not credited....
