I ordered a computer table in pepperfry on 29th april with delivery date of may 29. But the product was not delivered as expected and they did not give me any notice about the delayed delivery. I requested for cancellation and they cancelled the product and refunded the amount to pepperfry wallet.

I requested to transfer the money from pepperfry wallet to bank account and they said it is not possible. How can they hold customer money if i am not interested to have my money in pepperfry wallet and when i am in need of this money.

    I have ordered 2 products worth around 6k each. Order is still on ' order confirmed ' status. It's been more than a month. I have escalated multiple times. Even i have escalated to founder. None is responding. Now. I want my orders to be cancelled as i am done waiting. I will purchase from else where.

      I purchased this bed (Details below) which is broken now from one side. It is difficult to sleep on this. Inspite of writing 13 mails to the customer care executive unfortunately there is no response.
      I am absolutely disappointed to know how a reputed company like pepperfry treats its customers and make a fool out of them.
      Pl resolve my issue. It needs to be exchanged.

          Hello all,
          We placed this order on 18th april and till now we don't have any update that when this product will be delivered.
          We did multiple follow-ups with the pepperfry team and they rescheduled the delivery multiple times but till now we haven't received it and now when we are asking for the refund they are simply saying they are not authorized and they cannot do anything.

          We do understand this pandemic situation but it doesn't mean that you should play with people emotions

          We don't want that product now as all our nearby stores are open and we can directly buy things from there without any delay in delivery

          We just want a complete refund and that's all.

            The company has no return or cancellation policy, as this facility is available on any e-comm you go for except pepperfry.
            I have placed the order and the time of delivery is after 15 days. When the order is not even shipped i believe the consumer should have a complete right to cancel the order. But in pepperfry they do not have such a thing. Which is so unfair.
            If a person goes to there any social media messages and comment section every other buyer from there is complaining. Pathetic!!!

                      I placed an order with pepperfry and by mistake i added wrong item. I realized my mistake and called them to cancel it. I also mailed them within 5 minutes of placing the order. And second mail within an hour. [order id[protected]]
                      The items are scheduled for delivery sometime in late may. However, pepperfry flatly refused to cancel the order. Request pepperfry to kindly cancel it and process the refund.

                      Kindly cancel the order asap. I have raised this multiple times and i have requested for cancellation 5 minutes after I have ordered the item. Please cancel by tomorrow. I will wait till tommorow after that I will escalate this in consumer court.

                        I have ordered one chair and one table worth rs 13834 on 19th march. But due to covid situations, the shipment is getting delayed and delayed. Pepperfry should provide refund for the products which they are not deliver on time as done by other e-commerce companies. It does not make sense to block the money as well as not providing the product. There is no cancellation policy available even in this hard covid times. Request consumer court to kindly ask them to pay for the refund asap for this order[protected] as well as for order no[protected]

                          I had placed an order for a desk & ergonomic chair on their website on 4th april, 2020. After govt. Extended the lockdown till 3rd may, 2020, i received an email from pepperfry stating that i can cancel my order since they were not sure when they could deliver my item. But when i sent the email for cancellation the next day customer care called and denied that they can't cancel my order. I want to cancel my order and get a refund since the company can't guarantee delivery of the items.

I can understand that due to covid-19 issues deliveries are delayed. I don't have any issues with the delivery dates.                             This is in reference to a complaint raised earlier, i have not received any solution for my problem. Same e-mail is being sent everyday repeating their policies, i am tired of hearing the same thing everyday, they do not care for people's time and money. Just ridiculous service provided. No one bothered yet to see my complaints in different platforms and come up with a solution yet.

                            Do not make people's life pathetic, having to chase everyday.

                              We had brought a cot of rs. 33, 535/- ordered on 26th august 2018. Directly through the pepperfry studio nungambakkam, chennai!
                              Here just 18months, on looking into a wooden a whole rail just fallen apart where the small nails of the cot just came off, where it should place with actual big screws. But the screws are actually dummy... Which is seen in the attached video.

                                I have placed an order in pepperfry some hours ago today. After less than a hour i realised that the order was placed under a different name. I have sent an email to the team asking to either cancel the order or update the name in the invoice, that is when i got to know that there is no way to do either of this. I wanted the order in my name to submit it for reimbursement. Now how should i proceed. Please advise.

                                Then please update the name in the invoice, I am sure it is not generated yet. There might be many scenarios like this and there should be some way to tackle this. You cannot simply say we do not accept cancellation. If any updates to the order cannot be made, there is no need of customer care i believe.Please do the needful. I cannot simply waste my money like this.

                                There should be some communication that happens with the vendor, kindly inform them to update the name in the invoice. I do not need to cancel the order if you update the name in the invoice. Hope things are more clear now. Awaiting a response.

                                    I went to buy a dining table from pepperfry in indiranegar, bengaluru. I liked a product on display and wanted to buy it. The person helping in the shop told me the same colour is not available but i can buy the same product in a different colour. I did not mind a different colour, so i decided to place the order on a laptopn in the pepperfry showroom. Once i returned home, i realised they made me place an order for different product.
                                    Pepperfry's customer service was not available at that moment, so i waited 15 hours for their customer support to open. When i spoke to them and explained that i was made to order the wrong product, pepperfry refused to cancel my order and refund the amount.
                                    This is my query.

                                      I had placed an order with pepperfry for a carpet. It costed me some 6000/-.
                                      The product was blackish grey, as shown in the website. The product i received was silverish grey with silver glitter (Very light from what was shown in the image). I had raised multiple return request for it, but everytime i was told that the color may vary in the picture and the product you have received is correct.
                                      They say the color difference is because of the camera resolution.
                                      But its significant from the pictures, that it is not what was shown in the website. The color difference is significant.
                                      So, basically i have invested 6000/- on something which is totally useless for me now. I ordered it seeing what was put up on the website and if the product received doesnot resemble to it, it is not my problem. Color does matter in decor items.
                                      Pathetic experience from this so called brand. Never ever going to order anything from pepperfry again and will put up this feedback on every platform possible.
