The pricing is really mouth-watering on some of the products, then the same cannot be said of the quality. I guess you get what you pay for. The bed that i brought, even with limited usage (Cumulatively not used for more than 10 nights) started beaking with very light usage. And not just one board, with in the first breakage the second one broke with the very next sleep.
As for their customer support, the explanation they gave was...

This is to inform u that i purchased a sideboard online, the fitting of the pdt was not satisfactory. The cabinet door was dropped to one side and the door stoppers are damaged and not at all functional. The carpenter visited my place n accidentally broke the wooden strap supporting the drawer. pepperfry is not transferring refund amount of a defective product to bank a/c

I ordered an office chair from pepperfry on 21st feb 2020, for which i had paid using the credit card. It was defective, so i returned it, and i got the amount in my wallet, placed an order for another chair. I called the customer care to return the remaining amount of the refund to my card. But they completely denied. I had already purchased various items and i do not need to get anything else. Still, they told me that they can't do anything...

not able to return wrong item

I'm looking for support with an issue which i have with pepperfry company, which sales online products.
I purchased wood wall shelf with hooks from them and received it. Due to some reasons (I was sick and busy) i didn't open it same time but only about after 10 days after receiving. When i opened the box i found that the item is completly wrong with so many wrong measurements and design. Same time i contacted company by website details....

I bought a 3 seater full leatherite recliner sofa @ 88200 rs from pepperfry.

I noticed that the center seat of the sofa did not have the leatherite on the innerside upperside of center seat and has been patched with a white cloth instead which is not as per the specifications (Full leatherite material).

This defect/patch is only in the center seat of the sofa and is visible when the center seat is reclined down....

With reference to the order number[protected], i have bought a dining table for 41000 from pepper fry and was delivered on january 11th 2020.
It was for new house where we have started to use aftr house warming from last week.
Yesterday we placed food and other items which weren’t too hot nor cold to the table.
While moving it after use, could see angu patch on the wood surface.
They are offering 3-5 warranty...

refund not credited in my account

I have not yet received the refund from the merchant for Order id[protected]. You told me that i should contact my bank as you have already refunded the amount.

I contacted the bank and they said that there is no transaction from Pepperfry and they require a confirmation email from the merchant stating the date transaction id and amount of the transaction. I asked for the same from you several times. It has been nearly 15 days...

I placed this order online after confirming with them over the phone call also. I paid through credit card on their website.

As per tracking mentioned on their website, feb 27, 2020 was the shipping date. But even on feb 28th it wasn't updated on their website.

refund and the communication further

I got a damaged product and I returned it back to pepper-fry and asked for a refund. They said they have initiated refund. But I have not received it yet. When asked, they don't share any transaction details and they ask me to check with bank. My bank says, "Pepperfry has not attempted".

According to them refund initiated on Feb 1. Not received till today(Feb 25)

I order a table and chair and the delivery date turned out to be very, very late than they indicated before the purchase. Now since the items would be quite useless after such late delivery, i wanted to cancel the order and they said we dont cancel placed orders.

Is this a joke? The item hasn't been shipped yet and they are saying that they dont cancel....

not receiving replacement for the damaged product

I purchased a set to two chairs from pepperfry. One of the chair was found damaged during transit. I requested them to replace the damaged one. They are denying to replace it, but only take it back as return. So i requested to take both chairs in return as single chair won't be fulfilling my purpose. They are not even accepting that. wrong product delivered - sofa

I bough a sofa from pepperfry that was supposed to be made of cotton & polyester fabric. They delivered the item with wrong fabric that is suede fabric. The color also is not the one which is at thier app.
When i contacted to customer care they denied help saying it is the same fabric and there is nothing wrong.
I contacted the merchant dreemzz furniture also for return or replacement but he also denied to do so.

refund proof not sent

I have not yet received the refund from the merchant for one of my products. They told me that i should contact my bank as they have already refunded the amount.

I contacted the bank and they said that they require a confirmation email from the merchant stating the date and amount of the transaction. I asked for the same from the merchant. It has been nearly two days but have not received any reply from their end.

I had ordered Myra Wall Unit and Multipurpose Cabinet through Pepperfry. Both of these items were cancelled by the merchant after a long wait period. On dated 21.01.2020 i have made a payment to pepperfry through mobikwik. The amount was 512 rs. However the amount has been debited form my wallet but it has not been received by pepperfry. This transaction was successful at the end of mobikwik.
This order has not been confirmed by pepperfry due to payment issue.
Also till date i have not received my amount back neither my order is successful.
So kindly refund my amount...

I placed an order with pepperfry yesterday. And twice i called them to cancel the item as we have some foreseen circumstances. This call was placed within 2 hours of placing the order.

The items are scheduled for delivery on 31st jan. However, pepperfry flatly refused to cancel the order.

I am surprised that when the item is not shipped, they not ready to cancel....
