I am having Credit Card with no 3208 and 0698. I am not receiving the statement for payment of dues. Instead receiving the amount to be paid only without knowing whether I have used my card for the said amount or else has used it. So I request you to continue with sending the payment advice on paper along along with SMS or simply on paper only.

    My name is sudesh kotian and I m holding a lap account no :[protected]. My tenure is for 10 years and I have already completed more than 5 years with your bank . I have been a regular payer of all my emi of rs 94911. Scb did not deposit my October 2013 emi cheque of rs 94911, in fact I had callled to ask why it is not debited, they said no it's fone so i left it, u can check my bank account had enough funds for emi . But on 29/11/13 SIPRA from scb called me from [protected], this is her direct number and she callled my wife and started arguing with her, my wife gave her my number and than I spoke to her, I explained her what happpend and told her it was mistake from your end and for this I want a email letter from your side stating the reason of why my emi did not clear on this day .she clearly told me that we did not deposit the cheque coz there was some alteration in the cheque, I told her u are contacting me after 45 days, in the mean time my Nov 2013 emi also got cleared . So she promised me that she will email me the letter stating the reason of emi not greeting cleared . She told me first u give dd of 94911, and than she will mail immediately, I prepared the dd in a couple of hours and she got it colllected, today on 2/12/13 my wife callled her to ask about the email, she told my wife no she can't give this letter, I felt sooo cheated by sipra, since morning I callled her 20 times she is not picking up my callls, I m reallly upset on this behaviour from scb employees SHIPRA ([protected]) . Because of this I will be changing my lap account to some other bank soon . Want u to take some strict action against shipra, waiting for ur reply and a email from ur side, my email id is [protected]@Yahoo.com

      My Name is Basavaraj Kittali, credit card holder, Number: [protected] of the standard charted bank Platinum The Inner Circle, I had taken samsung grand mobile phone on credit card on monthly EMI of Rs 3006, I am paying the EMI regularly well before the due date. Due to some reason i paid the due amount exactly on due date which was 16th Oct 2013, I made payment on 16 Nov 2013 which is due date Ref no: MHDF[protected] Transaction number: [protected] When i received the statement i received i was shocked to see the following interest rate: Late charges Rs 500 Intrest Rs 234.16 Service tax Rs 90.74 Totally i have been duped of Rs 831.40 Please help me to get my hard money back and justice.         I Was using a credit card [protected]. For the above mentioned credit card # xxxxx7106, I did a settlement in September 2013 (Ref Letter No. NDR[protected] and made a payment of 25865.00 to close the account. However in my latest CIBIL report the account is shown as Written Off. Can you please check and update the status of the account ASAP. Thanks, Gaurav Saxena

          SCB create a wrong bill against my credit card and also not send the statement of that. When I asked customer care they send the duplicate bill and also the statement with late fee charges. Several time (almost 35 mails & 10 calls) I communicated for the same but no satisfactory result I am getting. The pathetic service I am getting from them and my life has been horrible for this, every month they send statement with increased amount. The funny things are they told me, they called my mobile but I always say please call me later or not picked up the phone. Its extreme thing of The customer executive behavior also pathetic they don't have the manners / ethic. Now they are saying if I will not pay the money they will take the legal action and also black milling I WOULD REQUEST ALL OF YOU DON'T GO FOR SCB CARD, IF YOU WANT PEACEFUL LIFE AND IF ANYONE HAVING PLEASE DISCONTINUE (You don't know when they will start blood sucking) If any SCB employee read this, please cascade this information to higher authority or else please share the email address for your boss or super boss, I need to send mail to them

            I am holding a standard chartered bank inner circle platinum credit card with /removed/ this no. and I had taken a loan against credit card and as per my convenience and also by bank latter loan interest rate is 1.6% per month but they charged to me more . I had sent many mail to on card, [protected]@scb.com and also on head.[protected]@scb.com but they reply me that only my loan detail and condition not try to look into the matter.

            And now i am tired this kind of exercise.

            Kindly provide me an right resolution.

            Yesterday dated 29th nov. 2013 bank's executive or officer had try to convinced me with wrong detail and they blame on me that I had to pay 2050 more with 6315 which is the amount bank did not demanded to me and not clarify me that the interest calculated is wright they said me that additional amount add to interest of calculated till the date of payment of my credit card, but it is simple interest free period than how could they do like that.
            They calculated interest amount is unrealistic and by wrong way of interest calculation unfair banking rules.

              This is regarding Standard Chartered Credit Card which was issued to me on many wrong commitments.Exectuive from local DSA located in Manimajra, Chandigarh.Agent when fill my form, promise that sir i[censored] apply Card u'll get life time free card without Annual & joining fee + no extra transaction charges on any transaction, but u need to spend for 5000/- in 1st month.As I recvd Card I fullfill terms.I was shocked when I received my 1st Statement.It was showing Joining fee + charges on every transaction.I gave same complaint to Standard customer care.I told them to cancel my card and cofirm me my actual spends which I'll pay.Bank takes almost 1-2 months to revert and inbetween I was recvd regular call bank for payment.Everytime I explain my same query to them but no positive response.finally I contact Senior of Bank and explain my query. He reverted on my query & told me to pay my actual spends, which I paid immediately after call.Now problem starts in this time spam.Bank levied me with LPC, Interest charges.Now my request is that when I already inform bank that u have cheated me, I don''t want to contine with u I'll only pay my actual outstanding rest u reverse and they accepted also that we'll reverse Now everyday they are calling me and harrasing me that I have a outstanding which includes LPC, Interest charges etc.Kindly help me out to settle the same I don't have any outstanding on my side also I'm not going to pay anything.So please contact and inform Bank not harrse me.               I have lodged complaint on Nov 18th, 2013 and on Nov 19th, 2013 I just got one mail from Standard Chartered to reply on mail ID service.[protected]@sc.com for which I had reverted on next day. Now till date I havn't got any single response on my query neither on Phone nor on mail. Still I'm awaiting for response. Kindly you guys please take some strict action against my query. I'll be highly greatful for same.

Non reciept of titanium card from last two months but bank is not taking effective measures to solve the complaint.                     SCB charges a switch fee for reducing the interest rate, this would be about .25% of the outstanding loan amount. The burden of interest itself is so huge at times that making a payment of switch fee does not seem to make sense. The bank needs to work with the customers thus enabling them to continue paying the EMI despite the inflation and market scenario. Case in point - the margin %age when I signed up was too high, and over period of time and with the regularity of payments and other factors, like the base rate the margin rate too should vary and have flexibility based on customer payment patterns etc. A fee to fix the margin rate is unjust and should be waived off.

                      I want to transfer my loan out of SCB to State Bank of Mysore. State Bank is requesting for either attested copies of the originals or a orignal verification appointment for their legal team. SCB is refusing both and is instead issuing plain copies of the originals. I dont think any bank is going to approve large loans based on just plain copies. I believe a original verification is an idustry norm and disappointed that SCB is unfairly refusing this important process.

After that I am repeatedly following up for no dues letter but they are not providing the same. I do have all the mail communication and settelment letter with me.                           I saw a dispute online transaction in my standard charted credit card ending 9082. I have not done any purchase in the online website WWW.ATU.DE WEIDEN but standard charted bank is quoting that transaction was done by me without proper evidence. I need the bank to provide proper details like invoice, etc, to prove that I have done the transaction. Amount was around 14k, which was huge. Please let me know how to solve the issue.

                            I have been Using the Standard chartered Credit card of the number given above since last three years.Before One and half year in the month of June-12, some wrong amount was debited on my statement. I have complained regarding that wrong amount through mail and through customer care number also. But the same problem was not ressolved and caried forward to subsequent month by accumulated with intrest and penality. My above card is expired on Sept-13 and Now I am intrested for any settlement of the said amount and wants to close it for all. Please help me in this regard. Regards

                              Hello, My Name is Nitin, I am using one Standard Chartered Super Value Titanium Credit Card, As per offer available on my card, I did some transaction for electricity bill payment ( Torrent Power - Ahmadabad ), But there is no cash back given for the transactions.                                 I frequently receive promotional emails & phone calls from standard chartered bank for applying for a credit card. I normally ignore but this time opted to apply for this. To avoid any fraud, I choose to apply online (#CCHR539A3V) on[protected]. I checked the status after 4-5 days, it says they can not offer me card at this time. I wrote them multiple emails asking for reason - all I am getting as response is - I did not meet certain criterion. I did multiple email communication with them (still continuing..), but I am getting a copy paste response on each mail. It is really disappointing, I know any bank is suppose to share the reason of rejection of any credit card . loan to customer as per RBI guideline http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/bs_circularindexdisplay.aspx/BS_CircularIndexDispl... I even forwarded them the link and asked to provide me details. Surprisingly again there was similar response that "they regret but can not share the reason." Anyone please can you help me if there are any other mode of escalation in standard chartered to highlight they are not following a basic guideline setup by RBI. Thanks, Avinash

                                I share the required details. But unfortunately bank is not sharing the reason - all they are saying that I do not meet some of their internal criterion and they can not disclose that to me as per internal policies. I actually started to think if bank is not bound to share the reason for rejection as per RBI policy or I am missing something here. This is more of a customer right or understanding the RBI policy in this regard for me than getting a credit card from standard chartered.

                                  I have redeemed my rewards points of my slandered chartered bank credit card, on 22nd Oct, and cancel my order within 5 minutes, then in my points summary is written that your order is being canceled and points is re credited. But in actual it not credited on the same time have called on customer care and have to told my story 3 times to 3 different people then they told me you will be get credit within 48 hrs but after 7 working days I have not given credit of the said rewards points.
                                  So, called again on customer care and asking for the same issue and they transfer my call to 4 people and have to told each my issue again n again then reply is the same we have taken complaint and you will be revert in 48 hrs.

                                  why should i wait till more 48 hrs, it is already 7 day passed yet no result of this small issue. And customer care executives are totally liars and tried to make us to be anger and cut the call they are treated to do this I experienced.

                                  if anybody can help in this matter please do needful

                                    COMPLAINT: OVERLIMIT CHARGE NOT REVERTED. I WILL NOT PAY THE BILL

                                    Hi Standard Chartered credit cards,

                                    Just now I saw my bill for October. And I found that even after my multiple emails to standard chartered (attached below), you have not reverted the over limit charge Rs 561.80.

                                    I WILL NOT MY CREDIT CARD BILL UNLESS YOU REVERT THE OVER LIMIT CHARGE.

                                    I am a regular user of standard chartered credit card and have always paid on time. You can check my bill payment history. But this time I will not pay the bill.
                                    And I will keep escalating the issue unless you revert the OVER LIMIT CHARGE Rs 561.80

                                    You are fooling and cheating customers by first giving an option to cross the limit, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION.
                                    And then charging Rs 561.80 OVER LIMIT FEE.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, My wife, Ms. Priyanka Roy holds a salary account with Standard Chartered (SC). She was being told by Mr. Kishore Vijayakumar that there would be zero balance NRE/NRO account in case she opens an account with me and this would be based on her salary account. This was the sole reason my wife opened a salary account with SC. It was also being emphasised that once the privilege of "zero balance" is given the same will be renewed/continued from the next year onwards. He and Ms. Mousumi Mamtaz made us to fill up all the forms to open a NRE account and took all the documents (my overseas residential proof, credit card statement and banking details) from us and lodged an application to open an account. On 23rd Sep Ms. Mousumi called my wife and confirmed that the account has been processed and someone named by Mr Saumendranath Saha from the NRI banking division wants to formally meet me before opening the account and handing over all the account documents.When I met Mr. Saha of NRI division on 24th Sep'13, I realised that it was a wrong and misleading information that was given by Mr. Kishore and Ms. Mousumi Mamtaz. Mr. Saha took time to clarify all the terms and conditions which I appreciate. But those conditions did not seem interesting enough for me to open a 2nd NRE/NRO account with SC (since I already have one with another bank). To clarify his stand Mr. Kishore called me on 25th Sep. He was quick enough to blame Mr. Saha saying that he could not clarify the actual terms and conditions properly. The height o[censored]nprofessionalism Mr. Kishore showed when he claimed all these misunderstanding happened because Mr. Saumendranath Saha is not fluent and well versed in English communication. I was annoyed by this sort o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from banking people of an eminent bank like SC. Mr. Kishore also gave several assurances based upon zero evidence which I felt is quite unprofessional as well, coming from a big corporate house like SC. All I wanted was those assurances (viz. privileges including converting my NRE/NRO account into another savings account which has a lower average monthly/quarterly balance at the end of one year, which I understand by law a banker cannot insist a NRI to convert his NRE/NRO account into a normal 'resident' savings account) in the form of a formal email. But what I received is a "preferred banking MID form" from someone named by Mr. Rudraditya Bhattacharya. I immediately replied back stating all that I faced from their team and demanded an immediate email stating what and all privileges I would be getting on the basis of my wife's salary account. Today is 28th Oct and I regret to inform you that till now neither I have received a single email from their end, nor they have returned me all the documents (my overseas residential proof, credit card statement and banking details) which they took to open the account. This complaint is more of an awareness call, so that customers do not get misled by those people on the basis of their "word of mouth" and should always ask for a formal email or letter to prevent these sort of harassment in future.
