No Response / Service from Bank

Unnecessary Late charges

Hi, I was Standard Chartered customer, and at the time of selling their credit card, the agent falsely represented that the card is life time free card. After membership charges were deducted after first year of card, I discontinued the card during second year renewal. At the time there was 530 Rs credit balance on the card, that was supposed to be refunded back to me. But one year has passed and the same has not been refunded to me....
