I bought Sun direct DTH dervice connection through PONSUBHA telecom, No.1 Swamy nagar, Urapakkam, west on 20.04.08, the next recharge date is on 21.04.09. On 20.04.09 i recharged for 6 months of Rs.650/- to sun direct dth service.
On 21.04.09, i could not get any channels in the TV-set. then i contacted through phone to Radiant associates pvt Ltd. And they told to contact directly to Sun DTH service directly. I called to sun dth through phone, i could not get any response from them, so many times i contacted them on the same day, i could not get any reponse. IS THIS THE WAY THEY BEHAVE WITH THE CUSTOMERS? when i switched on the TV, it shows E-16 service is scrambled. So, i request you to find a solution for this as early as possible. Even after recharging on correct date and time, they haven't given any proper response, and customer are service is very poor and always network is busy or nobody is picking the phone.
