I bought Sun direct DTH dervice connection through PONSUBHA telecom, No.1 Swamy nagar, Urapakkam, west on 20.04.08, the next recharge date is on 21.04.09. On 20.04.09 i recharged for 6 months of Rs.650/- to sun direct dth service.
On 21.04.09, i could not get any channels in the TV-set. then i contacted through phone to Radiant associates pvt Ltd. And they told to contact directly to Sun DTH service directly. I called to sun dth through phone, i could not get any response from them, so many times i contacted them on the same day, i could not get any reponse. IS THIS THE WAY THEY BEHAVE WITH THE CUSTOMERS? when i switched on the TV, it shows E-16 service is scrambled. So, i request you to find a solution for this as early as possible. Even after recharging on correct date and time, they haven't given any proper response, and customer are service is very poor and always network is busy or nobody is picking the phone.

I have recharged my sundirect sd for Rs155 on 26.5.14 using HDFC online banking. my transaction id is 19700345. that amount was not used to recharge my dth account nor was it refunded into the bank account.

During the past three days i have spoken with about 7 of your customer care ([protected]) associates, there were very unprofessional, lethargic, unaware of simple logic that HDFC bank has an option in its net banking to recharge DTH services.Among the 7 two of your associates Namely SHIVA and AJAY could not provide proper customer service that they went to the extent of disconnecting the call during the conversation.
The customer care office is from trichy is what the information we got from one of your associates.
If you people are not able to resolve customer problem Kindly shut it down.
Very bad, pathetic, damn poor service. I am working in public sector I'll not suggest any one to buy this product.
take some action else u will shut down soon!!!
