Poor Reaction and Response

Hi,

I had bought a Sun DTH recharge coupon on Sat, 2nd May 2009. I called up the given number and they said I would get the requested channel in 5 hours. I called at 4:30pm on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and i still havent had any response from them. They say they are understaffed.

For their monthly rentals, if i say I'm underpaid would they accept?

No customer care and channels activated but not coming

HI I have sun dirrect DTH. From Day 1 i am having issues. TYhey never pick the phone at cust carre. their distributors also same. Recharged for set max and it was coming. all of a sudden channel shows as scrambled. 2 days without IPL.. i have enogh balance to recharge but and it was recharged only on 19th of april. they have stopped the service on 1st May. Donno who is going to help. But NEVER SUN DIRECT IN FUTURE....

Past 3 week I am trying to recharge[protected] toll free # [protected] - not getting line)... in this 3 week after continues trying to connect to customer care only once I line got connected to customer care.. i got Response from sun direct DTH customer care (call back tomorrow after 11 am)...
I have diseased not contact or call (Sun group) any more. br...

ACTIVATED WRONG CHANEL SCHEME BY SUN DIRECT ENGINEER

I have installed sun direct dish on 20.03.2009. while installing the box, the engineer by name Amit from Ghaziabad branh, casually asked us about our language on hearing our local language that we spoke in our home. We told him that this is malayalam. This was the only conversation we had at that time.
He never told us that if we take any particular scheme, we will loose some channels which sund direct gives free to its subscribers....

Very bad customer service

I bought Sun direct DTH dervice connection through PONSUBHA telecom, No.1 Swamy nagar, Urapakkam, west on 20.04.08, the next recharge date is on 21.04.09. On 20.04.09 i recharged for 6 months of Rs.650/- to sun direct dth service.
On 21.04.09, i could not get any channels in the TV-set. then i contacted through phone to Radiant associates pvt Ltd. And they told to contact directly to Sun DTH service directly. I called to sun dth through...

Customer Service is very bad

I use Sun Direct DTH service and I do not have complaints on the relay or picture quality and even the availability. However it has one of the worst customer care services in place. It is very difficult to reach the customer care number and would be always busy (probably using very less number of lines). If you try to reach the nodal office at the number provided in the website that too will not be picked up. Once I had a problem in my DTH...

Not able to Recharge

For the Past 3 days (18-20 Apr 2009), i have been trying to call the call center on the number[protected],[protected], (these are the only available options) the line is always busy 24 hrs, i tried more than 100 times at different periods. The Management should be made liable. Come on fellow users....

non-availability of important channels

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a sundirect dish tv atena with setup box for Rs.1750.00 from M/s. Guru communications Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana.

As per my repeated follow-up to the above mentioned dealer regarding non availablilty of imporatnt channels i.e.pogo, sony, discovery, cartoon network etc...etc..

and also i have lodged a complaint to the nearest authorised dearler regarding my setup...

Bull sit customer care

I have problem with my Sun dth, it showing E52 no signal past 15 days. I reported to my dealer ( Goldenage Enterprises, No.9, Bharathiyar Street, Gandhi Nagar, Avadi, Chennai - 600054 ), no one taken action. STB problem - pathetic customer care

The most pathetic customer care! My Sun DTH stopped working one fine day & if even if you switch on the STB nothing comes on the TV. On close examining & reading few articles over the net I understood that these were substandard ones. If you are getting a DTH for as low as 499+whatever, these stuff needs to be substandard.

withdrawal of channel unscruplously

I have subscribed to Sun Direct DTH at NOIDA on 23/02/2009 with 5 months free 105 channels - as advertised by SunDirect. 105 channels included COLOURS channel. From 1/4/2009 Colours was withdrawn from free channels and they are charging Rs 25/- per month.
SunDirect company is cheating the customer by advertising something else and not providing the promosed service.
Is there any regulator or Customer Interest protector in India...

SUNDIRECT REMOVING CHANNELS

I was in use of sundirect because of a devotional channel named 'GodTV' and 'Shalom TV'. Now, they removed the channels from their list. After luring customer with offers, if they remove our most favoourite channels, it is very bad to any organization. They are cheating customers. Also if we want to reach their customer care numbers, it is very less chance to get the line. Please my sincere opinion is do not be get cheated...
