non-refund of the cancelled premium

I have cancelled an income guard policy IGP[protected]. I was promised by one Mr. Varun Tandon, Head operations, Tata AIG general insurance that the money will be refunded in 7 working days, on 7th Oct. Insurance policy not recd

Dear Sir/Madam,
We purchased Tata Aig Insurance policy on phone. I had given all details on phone. i Purchased two policy, one is on my name & other on my wife(Jyoti Sunil Patil) name.
Every month our amount deduction is Rs 647.65 each. last three month my amount is deducted from my citibank credit card. but still i have not recd any policy papers.

Fraud, Cheating

I have TATA AIG Family secure personal injury plan which is associated with HDFC credit card, which 1st installement was 10 rs and for subsequent month it was around 3679 for 3 policies, but before complition of 1 month i told to terminate but it was not terminated and money was deducted from my credit card.dated when i received CC bill 22/10/08. company doing frauds i want my money back...

Non receipt of Vehicle Insurance Policy

I have renewed my vehicle insurance policy on 18/06/2008 after re-confirming my change of address. Inspite of this, the policy was sent to the old address and the courier office phoned up to me stating that they are returning the policy as the address was incomplete and inaccurate.

Multiple premium charging on policy No. MRP 25000007290

To rectify mistake of additional premium for issuance of policy number MRP[protected] in my HSBC credit card account no.[protected]

Do not take their policy Tie up with HSBC credit cards

I had received a call from the TATA AIG when I received a new HSBC Credit card saying that they have a tie up with HSBC credit cards. On receiving numerous annoying calls from TATA AIG, I fell prey to their calls.
They even charged me Rs. 100/- for sending me the policy documents.
On not showing interest to take the policy, TATA AIG said that they would be offering me a free checkup, diagnosis for my parents if I take the policy.br...

The policy is not traceable and the False commitment by executive

I have purchased the policy ( healthcare plus ) from TATA AIG. The executive tell nme that the money will be deducted from the credit card immediately and to convert the same in EMI's . I have to call ICICI custemer care and TATA AIG has a tie up with them for conversion in EMI, s. After calling ICICI I realise that no such facility of the conversion in EMI's is available and TATA AIG has no such tie up with the ICICI.

Improper settlement of motor insurance claim

I had purchased a Swift ZXi car and taken delivery on 2007 jan 4th from RNS Motors Bangalore using loan from HDFC Bangalore.
