Recruitment Calls.

Hi,

I am registered with DND service. Yet I am receiving calls from TATA AIG group asking me to join their firm as Financial Consultants. I have decilned the first offer and then after few days again received the call. I very polielty AGAIN decline the offer. Today, I again received the call asking why I did not listen to the last person. The caller Rahul said, "If you know what he was trying to say, tell me what he said"....

HSBC fails to keep commitments

I am a Power Vantage customer at HSBC (BBD Bag, Kolkata Branch), My Relationship Manager (RM) is apparently M/s Moulik, Samik Dutta since 2008. In spite of commitments, I have never received RM support or HSBC Premiere Service in last 2 years; I have to nearly force them to do a thing.

Following issues have annoyed me: -

1) I have to send multiple SMS to get the attention of the RM or his senior & he reacts...

No Policy documents received even after 6 months

I recieved a call from a Tata AIG executive in January and accepted the offer, but i have still (till june23-2009) not got policy documents but the premium amount of Rs. 61 is automatically debited from my ICICI credit card every month .
I have gone to their office 5-6 times and also talked on their customer helpline but to no avail my complaint ref. no. is 807455 dated 12/6/09 which i made on the customer helpline to Mr. shanmugham....

without details deductions

There was a repeated phone call from TATA AIG about two months back. There language is not understood and finally they are with HSBC deduction premium without my concurrence and so far I have paid a sum of Rs.20000/- whereas I have not received any policy to me or to my family from TATA AIG. Very Very bad customer service

My experience with your Pune branch was a nightmare. I have never expected such a worst service from India’s most trusted general insurance compnay “TATA AIG”. deduction of policy premium even after request of cancellation

This is Ashish Chauhan. I have Maharaksha policy from TATA AIG group. (Policy number:MRP-[protected])

This policy was to expire in December 2008 ... I received a call from TATA AIG representative from Bombay requesting a renewal of this policy and even with his constant attempts of cajoling I said no. The premium EMIs were not charged after december 2008 So I thought that thet have not renewed the policy so no EMIs...

No response from Tata AIG for cancellation of policy

I had opeted for Tata AIG personal accident plan through HSBC call (policy for HSBC credit card holders)... The 2 months trial period was offered... I opted for plan... The Company has also deducted premium amount from credit card...

However, now when I request them to cancel my policy..2-3 times the personnel took cancellation request, but no body turns up later...To the mail written by me (as below), no reply has been received...

As per on telephonic call i was assured that we will sent you policy paper only after blocking the amount on your credit card and i[censored] are not interested in plan you can cancel by one phone call . only the processing amount will be chrged and rest amount will be credited back I paid the processing feeby cheque.
