I bought my Tata tiago 11 months back.It is still giving an average of 8.3 even after running more than 8000 kms.
Worst part is, its ECU already hanged once. Its AMT fault occurred once and when I complaint about mileage and AMT issues, Tata service center in peeragarhi delhi did the third free service of my car without my permission.And the most important fact is that my car did not completed one year or 15000 kms.they lied to me.they gave false promises.I am very disappointed with the performance of my car.

    I take the delivery of the vehicle on 14th June 2019 after 20KMs traveling i inform to Showroom Branch manager regarding wheel going left side the wheel alignment is not good he informed to me nothing is happening please go slowly and come back like that he inform to me. i travel very slowly and come back to the showroom after 2 days the front two tyres tried to come out and the showroom person saying life risk journey why you take the vehicle like this they inform. I love to take a vehicle after this is happening please think my situation

      My Tata motors dealer charged me 5, 200₹ for third service of my nexon (diesel). The only which they did was oil change and oil filter. Isn’t this service supposed to be free? I’m sure oil change and oil filter do not cost 5, 200₹. Why is this called a free service when they charge us for everything? They’ve even charged for normal washing which is supposed to be free. It’s shows approx 775₹ online for third service. But they’ve charged 5, 200₹. Whyyyyy?

            Aur Garam hoti hai

            Service center says vehical ka engine open karna padega.
            Aur jo kharcha aayega bharna padega.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,
            I sold my XUV500 and purchased Tata Harrier XZ with lots of enthusiasm. It was really the best buying experience for me and my family in Bhagyashree Motors, Nalbari, Assam.
            At the time of delivery (14/06/19) the camera was not working, they said it was a minor problem need a software update. Next day (15/06/19) they asked me to come to the dealer to resolve the issue, they told it required approximately 1 hour time. But till 8 PM they could not solve the problem and informed me that they might need to check whole electrical wiring system and it might need some more time. Again on 17/06/19 they asked to come as some expert had come to rectify the problem. Today, I have been informed that the problem is solved and they may deliver the vehicle today afternoon.

            After purchasing a new vehicle with approx. 20 lacs rupees, I can't accept this vehicle which is totally under repair for so many days. I asked the dealer to replace the vehicle but they didn't show much interest on that. If Tata is providing such customer service with their prime vehicle like Harrier, it is really sad. I am really unhappy with this incident. After buying it on 14/06/19, till now it has been in the workshop. I can't accept a vehicle which is under repair for so many days, hope Tata will look into the matter.

                I have purchased tata tiago on 27th December 2017, car battery expires with in 1.5 years immediatly after warranty period, poor quality exide battteries used, in market current batteries avalable with guarantee period of 30 month and warranty of 25 months, why the car company using such a low quality batterrries, and allow the customers on high risk at highways.

                  Hello,

                  This is regarding my relatively newly bough Tata Tigore (2017 Model).

                  The car shuts down abruptly while hill climbing. I have experienced this issue more than a couple of times and it could have turned fatal if it was not for quick thinking and action.

                  While climbing the hills of Himachal Pradesh my Tigore would stop abruptly without warning, there is no engine light or any indication about engine running hot. The car would not even move on 1st gear. In today's day and age where everything is power and hydroponically controlled, a shut down means that my steering stops responding so does the breaks. My car shut down on an incline and it was extremely horrifying that the break pedals froze (as expected with no power).

                  My attempts of getting this tested at Tata service centers has proved to be nothing less than exhausting and torturous. The service center people deny of there being any issue in the Car systems.

                  Can some one help me here?

                  It's so simple, you need to replace your fuel pump..it is happening in Tigor cars mfg'ed prior 2018...

                  This has now come with new fuel pumps w/ improved performance and durability.

                    Tata sales team is Worst, I was getting a lot of problems while purchasing a car.(video also Available on Youtube with 1lakh + views ) Now, I have TATA Tiago XZA (RJ 45 CE 3613). I took my car 7 times at Tata motors service centre After Second Service. Total 9-times include first and second service, I took my car a lot of time in the service centre which is not in the record. Problem is not solved yet.
                    So, Why I have to buy a New Car. When I get the same problem and feel with the Second-hand Car.
                    Go with Second-hand Car and save money.

                        Hi, me and my friend together purchased Tata nexon xza+ dual tone from SRT Tata show room, Coimbatore. My vechile missing rear fog lamp and it's switch as well as park assist switch. Mean time my friend's vechile has those options. I enquired about the same with dealer but no response from them. I felt like I got cheated even after introducing one more customer to Tata.

                          During my Chitkul trip I faced problem with my Tata Tiago xz petrol. Engine of car switch off automatical and refuse to start. Same problem was happened with all Tiago models in Chitkul. Some one Tata tiago informed me that switch of[censored]r vehicle, open Ur car bonet and fuel tank cap, and trying to start after 30minutest this trick worked. He told me that when Tiago engine got heat then fuel tank stop supplying fuel to engine.

                            nexon / coolant issue / car stopped mid road / highly unsafe

                            Hello,

                            We bought Nexon XM, Petrol Model in April 2019, keeping three priorities in mind :
                            First- Safety as the utmost priority.
                            Second- We trusted TATA.
                            Third- "Made in India" by an Indian Manufacture.

                            Car is driven approximately 270 Kms. Yesterday when we were driving back home our Nexon stopped all of sudden in Mid road in Heavy running traffic where in we were hit by another vehichle...

                            I am anu alex.Previously we produce a complaint about sensor. After one day they will come. But the sensor is not replaced. Then we call febin motors.about the complaint.                             My Vehicle number is change in our service center document. My real number is MH25 AL 6299 but they had showing in your application TMSC is MH 25 AL 6399.
                            I really taken back with the inhuman treatment, casual approch of Tata motors authorised workshop in Belgave our entire family and myself physcially challanged wheelchair bound driver had to sleep in the car outside your service center and had to fend for ourself looking for accodmation in middle of the night after 12.00.

                              Good Evening, I have bought Tata Tiago from Arya Motors Gurgaon and Insurance was given to me by Iffko Tokyo, next year I don't want to buy insurance from Iffko Tokyo, but Arya Motors insist me that Iffko Tokyo is good, now my Car is in claim but Iffko Tokyo's surveyor is not giving approval, I bought Zero debt, I have given to Harlton Motors on 1st June and they have given back without touch the car.                                 Do not buy any cars from this dealership... They do not pay RTO tax before delivery and its causes NO claims from insurance in accident cases and car repairing process takes 2 months because of this and top management staff is third class...

                                  Greetings from day ahead !!!

                                  I am Bhanudas Baburao Mulik owner of Mulik Tours and Travels, my vehicle is Concorde Motors Tathawade branch, fuel pump warranty period issue going on, I had purchased Tata Indigoecs Car (MH12 NX7327) from Concorde Motors Wakadewadi Pune branch from 2017, my vehicle is BS-III,
                                  And as per government norms last selling date of BS- III vehicle is 31 March 2017.
                                  I got vehicle from Concorde Motors Wakadewadi [protected]@ 20 July 2017 after 4 month of actual billing date, I rise objection on that time but Wakadewadi Manager Amrut sir inform me, my vehicle is BS-III and he can't give today's date of invoice due to government policy.
                                  He inform me if future any warranty related issue happen than he will definitely support.

                                  Last 2 year experience with Tata and Concorde Motors

                                  1. My invoice amt and Quotation amt
                                  mismatch

                                  2. My Insurance quotation amt and actual
                                  insurance payment amt different

                                  3. As advisor promise Zero deep insurance
                                  policy on vehicle selling time but actually he
                                  had given normal policy.
                                  Note- due to 1st year normal policy Tata
                                  Motors Finance renew my 2nd year
                                  insurance policy as normal policy and I had
                                  loss 45000/- in this year due to my vehicle
                                  damaged.

                                  4. Concorde Motors Wakadewadi team taken
                                  17000/- extra amt for vehicle registration
                                  work ( for government officer manageing )

                                  5. Tata motors system my vehicle registration
                                  showing as Polekar Tour and Travels
                                  instead of Mulik Tours and Travels,
                                  wherever I visit for servicing my friend
                                  Ananta polekar received my vehicle
                                  feedback and when he visit servicing his
                                  vehicle feedback I got from last 2 year, I
                                  had submitted my all documents for your
                                  system correction purpose but still not
                                  completed.

                                  As vehicle manual book written vehicle warranty is 2 years or 75000 KM
                                  My vehicle full fill of both criteria.
                                  My vehicle currently running is 72000 KM
                                  Also my vehicle physically hand over date 20 July 2017 therefore my vehicle warranty period from 20 July 2017 to 19 July 2019 ( invoice date 31 March 2017 for government policy purpose )

                                  Sir my case is genuine and I need your support because last 10 days my vehicle is standing mode and I am facing lots of financially crises.

                                    tata tiago xz fuel pump problem

                                    I bought tata tiago 2.5 year back but currently fuel pump on the car is not working properly, your service agent in Pathankot Sandhu Motors told me that due to some technical reason most of the tata tiago facing same type of problem and you are required to change your fuel pump and it will cost around 10500 rs.
                                    My request is that if most the tata tiago facing that type of problem than is is covered under the manufacturing defect of...
