The above request number states that my final settlement has been completed and modem will be collected. However tikona customer care has not sent any engineer for modem collection nor are they answering my calls.
This is definately not the first time. They have been asking me to submit my modem to their engineer for a few months now. However no action from their side.
Secondly this is not my only complaint, a legal advocate called me at 11:05am and harrassed me and asked me to pay the full bill of r. S1820 by 11:30am. I was outside waiting for my passport and i paid the bill after which i received no acknowledgment from her nor did she pick up my calls.

I would like to highlight my main point here.
Please i am requesting you come to the registered address, collect modem, provide a recipt for modem collection. As i have seen en number of stories of customer being harrassed even after modem collection claiming that customer has used.
I need an engineer to be sent to my address immediately for the same.
Calling me and assigning another request number as tikona has done for the past 6 months will not work this time.

It's not about dues.i need a final letter from Tikona saying I will not be harrassed further.since in the final settlement mail you have mentioned modem needs to be collected I have mailed numerous times for modem collection .every time I get an automated reply saying you will get an update in 72 hours. Additionally I have contacted customer care as well who give me the same reply. Secondly customer care has stopped picking up my calls since last week. So the number u have asked me to call is utterly useless as they don't pick up my calls whereas when I called from another number they picked up. I want to be done with this connection as I have been unhappy with Tikona since october 2016 when I initiated the termination. I need a formal written letter saying I will not receive any calls or emails from Tikona suddenly stating I owe so and so to the company. Moreover I need someone to collect the modem from my residence as that is the only way though which your company will contact me saying payment is due.
The email says it will be collected.however I have not received a single call from your company saying modem will be collected.i want it out of my house so that I can be at peace finally .requesting you to arrange the same.

    I have initiated disconnection request for my tikona connection id [protected].
    I am currently at onsite, my wife is getting numerous calls to keep the service,. They are literally harassing her.
    After going through the complaints against tikona by other people, i am registering mine as well here.
    Per trai guidelines, you are supposed to disconnect the connection within 7 days of raising the termination request.
    You are not confirming the termination by mail or in call or by post. What else should we do to get your connection removed.
    Tikona, terminate my connection and get that device from my house

      I received a call from MONIKA SHARMA.
      She said I am talking from delhi court and I am advocate from tikona company .
      She asked me to pay ₹ 1000 immediately or she would file a case against me in Delhi court and I would have to go to Delhi to fight it.
      My bill was only ₹ 865.56 but they said me to pay ₹ 1000 and I had to pay immediately.

      When are you going to refund my money which I paid extra and is available In my tikona account.
      Bill amount was too much and it was not justified. I asked Tikona officials to close my account right in December itself. They said that they would but after 7 Dec 2016 the bill was generated and I had no option but to use the data. Again I contacted them in Jan 2017 and then they said my request is registered and it would be closed in 2-3 days.
      BUT AFTER THE BILL WAS AGAIN GENERETED ON 7 JAN 2017 and the officials requested me too much to continue the plans by many ways by giving me offers. Finally I had to close the connection and they didn't respond after it. I thought they will close it as my request is registered and I had seen it was shown in my account.
      But on May 12 2017 the above fraud was carried by CHEAP OFFICIAL MONIKA SHARMA an ADVOCATE.
      This type of complaints are many there on various forums *(TIKONA FRAUD FORUM).

        On Monday 8th May I got Tikona guys confirmed to install the internet for home. Tuesday 9th may they came and installed the plan without discussing, we requested to install them different plan. They came back on Wednesday 10th may and installed the plan in which we were interested. They asked me to make payment first so that internet can be made on, so I agreed to them and payment Wednesday. After making payment i called them aleast 5-6 times to get internet going but till today 12th May, i am without working internet. If they can’t provide internet they should not ask for payment first. My wife has wasted her whole week without internet as she works from home. If they can’t provide me internet within there schedule please refund my money. I am sick of calling them asking me to wait without proper solution.

Today 19th may 2017 they called and informed me and said they do not provide 10 mbps speed in my area. but still charging for 10 mbps this is cheating, there engineer is coming to check internet connection since last 4 days but not reached my home till now, is he coming from moon???. I need 10mbps speed if you cant provide i need my money refunded.

          Dont ever go for this connection. The most cheat company is this company. They will call u and charge u for not data provision and will never reply to u by mail. And after year will mentally torture you. This is the worst company and will make u suicide. # they are. They are cheater not broadband supplier.

          We have mailed this company for termination of the account. They did not terminated it and charged us every month. We have mailed them several times. They called and replied. And now they are using termination letter and bla bla stuff.

          Have everything in legal with this comapny. Or else they will cheat u.

            My user id is: [protected]. Got a call from Tikona at 11-05-17 to register case against me asking me to pay around Rs. 3000/- or they will register a case against me and threatening me that I will get arrested if not paid the bill.

            I disconnected Tikona for more than 4 months and for there poor Broadband services. After that they asked me to pay 1572/-. When the executives called me I asked them to send a person to collect the 1572/- and disconnect connection permanently. But no one from the company came so I couldn't pay the amount.

            Now they are asking me to pay Rs. 1500/- as a penalty for not paying bill to the company which might just be refundable as per the company. When i searched about the details of the number [protected] it was from Rajasthan as the person saying the number is from Delhi high court.
            This person from Tikona is threatening me to pay there desired amount or which is double of the billing amount. I shall present the details of the number i got my call from and a brief recording of the conversation.

            Today i got a call from the no:[protected] and they said we are going to register a case against you, if your not going to pay the bill amount of 3272/- within 10 mins in delhi high court. This is a ridiculous thing from tikona. Asking to pay the amount for unused thing.

            I wish to disconnect tikona internet connection with immediate effect and don't want any further bill generated and any calls form you guys. Want the details of the proper bill amount to be paid.

              I have bought 6 MBPS subscription plan starting in April 2017. During the demo the speed was 5 MBPS plus but after installation it never went beyond 3 MBPS and was mostly less then 1 MBPS. On top of that the internet is disconnected most of the times. I have filed several complaints and made several calls to customer care but they all seems to be some illiterate ###### who simply say switch on and switch off your adapter. Nothing works after that. 2 technicians have already visited and they are clueless of whats happening.
              I am connecting to my office VDI using this connection and had an escalation on myself as I lost connectivity during a major presentation. I have made calls to these dumb people almost 20-25 times in last 4 days amounting to a bill of more than Rs 200 as they keep the call on hold for long to tell the same reason ultimately. Daily I have to connect to my work system using mobile hotspot costing me enormous charges even after paying these frauds internet charges .My UID is [protected]

                I think Tikona's business model is to cheat customers of their money. This is what happened with me.

                1. 3 month subscription taken by me
                2. The connection timeout issues were very common and customers care was never available on call.
                3. I had to use other broadband services after the first month of tikona usage, because of their pathetic service quality.
                4. 3 months expired and within 4-5 days got bill for another month.
                5. I told the customer care, who called me, of the poor service and requested disconnection immediately.
                6. Inspite of my multiple requests, my connection was not closed and tikona offered me 1 week for free usage for checking if the service has improved.
                7. I used the connection only after the operator confirmed that i will not be charged for it.
                8. I found the service not good again and requested them to discontinue my connection.
                9. Tikona raised another bill, now for 2 months payment.
                10. They have no system of keeping track of commitments given by their technical team.
                11. I did not pay the bill and was harrazed daily with 4-5 calls for bill payment
                12. The billing department were often rude, yet i gave them the time i can to explain the situation. I asked them to roll back one month bill for getting any payment from me.
                13. This went on and i got another bill with 3 months bill.
                14. All this while i was not even using their services, had dissconnected their wire etc.

                To put the long story short. Tikona has non-existent technical team, and a big team for calling customers and harrasing for bil payment. My query.

                1. Leaving the story aside, can the company continue billing a customer month on month, when he has not paid a months bill (in post paid connection)
                2. How can we make the customercare people accountable for their promises, as the next customer care rep can outright deny the promises made by the earlier person.
                3. In the events of non-bil payment (under protest) is it right on the part of Tikona to call the customer multiple times a day and harrass for bil payment.

                Today i went on to clear all dues and requested them not to send me any more bills and close my account. Can't take it any longer. (my fight lasted 5 months)

                  My account number with tikona is [protected] and due to the long lasting pathetic and worst speed and service for the past more than 1 year, we finally canceled the service. We raised complaint weekly once that the service is not available. It took us another 5 days to cancel oir service by talking for hours and begging these people. Now we have a bill which is prepaid and has paid for april 26 to may 25 and that we need to get a prorata charge back to our account from the day we asked to cancel our service since we did not get. But they say there is nothing to give both sides. When the truth is we have to get the prorata amount for nearly 20-25 days to our account.
                  We have been noticing a lot of complaints against tikona in google. So accumulating the same planning to file a case at consumer court against these frauds.
                  Do not ever take tikona. Humble request to stay away from these fraudster.

                  I have not been getting your service from the start of the month and thia has been a issue all the time but somehow we survived with your connection. Now we have raised the request to cancel service as on 5th may. It should be effectively terminated on the same day not waiting for your wish.we have already disconnected the devices. I want to know whether i am gonna get the pro rata charges from may 5th to may 25 after we have raised the complaint. How can we trust you after taking the devices you may not refund us. I need an assurity on the same on which day how much amount will be credited back to my account.

                    Since the day I took Tikona connection, it goes of on random basis and am ending up calling help desk.

                    My wifi router had problems however the direct connection to my laptop and desktop also do not work which rules out their engineer's claim that my router has issues.

                    Every time I raise a complaint ticket, they somehow reset to resolve the problem or send an engineer however that's not the way this should work.

                    I paid for full year so am stuck and if this continue, will goto consumer court after 2 weeks with evidences to get back the money also get a cheating and harassment compensation.

                      I have hooked up Tikona services for 650pm on basis of sales executive Raj.
                      Who promised me to change the services to 345pm, post 24 hours of installations. Now i been trying to reach him since past 4 days to get my services shifted, however he doesn't answer the call. I called customer services to report the issue and customer care denied taking responsibilities of the sales executive and mentioned they are not authorized to call them.
                      Starting 5th May, when i connected the internet till date 9th May on everyday the internet goes off post 12 in the night and gets active after 7am in the morning. I am not sure, if even really have consumer court in action if they can help.

                        Tikona generating bills every month while i was opted out from there pathetic services in august 2016. They are calling and threaten me for payment. I have recorded call of Tikona Customer care person which she clearly said that time and stated " If you paid the bill of July 2016 to august 2016 (862.5 rs), next time time you will not get any bills from us" and till now they are regularly generate bills every months and giving me threat calls via advocate and wasooli persons. I was and i am totally frustrate with there internet and now with there calls & emails. Please look in to this matter. I have all call recordings and emails form them as a proof. Please noted that I have already submitted all Tikona equipments to the tikona collection person also have NOC from them.

                          Most of the month passes without network connection but still bill is received for the full month.
                          Contacted customer care several times but no help. No reference no. Or complaint no. Is generated.

                            I had taken tikona broadband service in pune's katraj area.
                            In the month of august, for 3 months package.
                            Payed the full amount, then used it for 25 days max. and got shifted to other place in katraj only.For this I called tikona service center for thousand times to shift my connection to my new address.
                            They didn't pick up the call not for a single time.Then I gave up on that and got shifted, then my 2 months left out plan got wasted.
                            Then in the month of December 2016 they called me and told me to pay 1300/-
                            This fraud bill is being thrown to me.
                            Then I asked for the usage history and all, on that they failed to do that.
                            I told them to justify the bill but they failed on that as well.
                            Then I started getting call from there advocate and he used to abuse on the call.
                            They are throwing a fraud bill towards me and trying to get money for that from me.
                            I got the call from this number [protected].
                            He abused and threatened me.

                              Even after sending several mails tikona is not closing down my service. I am moving away and thats why requesting them to close down my service but they are just replying with that they want to call me and talk. But why? I just want my connection closed. As i have already requested for closing down my services i will not be responsible for any further bill tikona generates.

I got a call today from a lawyer from delhi that tikona company is going to sue me for rs1645 that according to them i haven't paid. But i have cleared all my debts on time and i have proof of that. But to avoid legal proceedings i again paid that amount for the service which i have never used. Now i want my money back.

                                Tikona company is disturbing me by making calls every day.
                                I am getting calls on the daily basis from advocates on behalf of Tikona asking me to pay bills for the time period when I was not using it.
                                I left a flat on November 16 last week but tikona is forcing me to pay bills for
                                Nov, Dec and Jan.

                                  I had paid my bill when I have disconnected the service but due to some circumstances the nobody came to me to take their device back. And now they are asking me to pay Rs 900 for the tikona bill.

                                  I did not understand why I should pay this money to them as Ive already paid my bill on the time of disconnecting the service.

                                  And when I ignored to pay this money, tikona guys started calling me for this money as they are lawyers and committed me that I will be getting my deposit money back as soon as I paid the money. After frustration, I paid the money through online portal.

                                  Since 2 months now, I did not get my deposit money back. Instead of sending emails to the customer care I am not getting response from them.

                                  I would suggest you guys to not purchase this service as this is not worth. We do have lot of internet provider services in the market which is far better than tikona.

                                      On february 9th, 2017 i first raised the issue to tikona customer care that my internet is not working. They said that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. But it didn't, so i called again and they said the same thing. At last after calling 10-15 days regularly and listening the same thing, i raised the request to disconnect the services​... And now they are asking for bill... My billing cycle starts from 7th of each month... Why should i pay the bill when i didn't received connection.

                                        Today i hv got a call from advocate ranjeet dhillon for outstanding payment that is rs 2015 for full n final payment after that he said noc will be provided for your id that is [protected], so i have deposited rs through online payment and transaction id is [protected]tpc[protected] for rs 2015. Now my all dues are cleared for tikona and i request you people to please update your records and issue noc asap
