I think Tikona's business model is to cheat customers of their money. This is what happened with me.

1. 3 month subscription taken by me
2. The connection timeout issues were very common and customers care was never available on call.
3. I had to use other broadband services after the first month of tikona usage, because of their pathetic service quality.
4. 3 months expired and within 4-5 days got bill...

My account number with tikona is [protected] and due to the long lasting pathetic and worst speed and service for the past more than 1 year, we finally canceled the service. We raised complaint weekly once that the service is not available. It took us another 5 days to cancel oir service by talking for hours and begging these people. Now we have a bill which is prepaid and has paid for april 26 to may 25 and that we need to get a prorata charge...

Since the day I took Tikona connection, it goes of on random basis and am ending up calling help desk.

My wifi router had problems however the direct connection to my laptop and desktop also do not work which rules out their engineer's claim that my router has issues.

Every time I raise a complaint ticket, they somehow reset to resolve the problem or send an engineer however that's not the way this should work.br...

I have hooked up Tikona services for 650pm on basis of sales executive Raj.
Who promised me to change the services to 345pm, post 24 hours of installations. Now i been trying to reach him since past 4 days to get my services shifted, however he doesn't answer the call. I called customer services to report the issue and customer care denied taking responsibilities of the sales executive and mentioned they are not authorized to call...

Tikona generating bills every month while i was opted out from there pathetic services in august 2016. They are calling and threaten me for payment. I have recorded call of Tikona Customer care person which she clearly said that time and stated " If you paid the bill of July 2016 to august 2016 (862.5 rs), next time time you will not get any bills from us" and till now they are regularly generate bills every months and giving me threat calls...

Most of the month passes without network connection but still bill is received for the full month.
Contacted customer care several times but no help. No reference no. Or complaint no. Is generated.

I had taken tikona broadband service in pune's katraj area.
In the month of august, for 3 months package.
Payed the full amount, then used it for 25 days max. and got shifted to other place in katraj only.For this I called tikona service center for thousand times to shift my connection to my new address.
They didn't pick up the call not for a single time.Then I gave up on that and got shifted, then my 2 months left out...

Even after sending several mails tikona is not closing down my service. I am moving away and thats why requesting them to close down my service but they are just replying with that they want to call me and talk. But why? I just want my connection closed. As i have already requested for closing down my services i will not be responsible for any further bill tikona generates....

My name is archit srivastav user id [protected]. I got a call today from a lawyer from delhi that tikona company is going to sue me for rs1645 that according to them i haven't paid. But i have cleared all my debts on time and i have proof of that. But to avoid legal proceedings i again paid that amount for the service which i have never used. Now i want my money back.
I want my money back which i have never used of....

I had paid my bill when I have disconnected the service but due to some circumstances the nobody came to me to take their device back. And now they are asking me to pay Rs 900 for the tikona bill.

I did not understand why I should pay this money to them as Ive already paid my bill on the time of disconnecting the service.

And when I ignored to pay this money, tikona guys started calling me for this money as...

Disconnection request is raised in march 17 till now i only receive 5 confirmation calls in which continuously they say transfer this connection to some other or we will provide to some other location where ever u go and all and now even after 40 days also no one attend to disconnect and also generated

On february 9th, 2017 i first raised the issue to tikona customer care that my internet is not working. They said that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. But it didn't, so i called again and they said the same thing. At last after calling 10-15 days regularly and listening the same thing, i raised the request to disconnect the services ... And now they are asking for bill... My billing cycle starts from 7th of each month... Why should...

Today i hv got a call from advocate ranjeet dhillon for outstanding payment that is rs 2015 for full n final payment after that he said noc will be provided for your id that is [protected], so i have deposited rs through online payment and transaction id is [protected]tpc[protected] for rs 2015. Now my all dues are cleared for tikona and i request you people to please update your records and issue noc asap

I was taken tikono broadband connection for 3 months offer in october, 2016. During december, 2016, i was stopped broadband in december, 2016 and informed tikono agent for discontinue of the same. But i received bill for january, 2017 for which i was not used broadband. Further, tikono service staff came to my house and took broadband instruments for which i had already paid the cost of instruments.in reply they said i will get...

Tikona's service was very bad. So I stopped their services. I called them and told them that I have stopped their services. Now after 7 -8 months their advocates are calling and giving threats that will take me to court and fine me 50, 000 Rs. Got multiple calls. Few previous call I ignored. I though they would not call me again. But they called again and harassing, threatening. I called their customer care and they are repeating same thing....

In last four year i have faced lots of problems regarding service. Whenever i complaints you assured problems will resolved but for resolve also it's take 3 to 4 days.

Further i want to highlight you, you offer new chipper plans to new customer but you never offer to old customer. After my follow-ups you change my plan.

Hello, i'm robin have a issue regarding tikona in which my first payment was started on 14th march 2107 in which i paid 2750+420 rs as per the payment the executive said that. will be getting internet for 3 months as per this my 3 months should end on 13th june 2017 but when i call the costumer care they are saying that you'r plan will drop on 7th june. so what's this the company is fooling us though it is charging high to costumer also and...

I selected Tikona Broadband for internet connection. I paid them for three months initially, but on the second I went outstation and informed them to disconnect. They failed to do so and started generating bills for successive months. Without using any of their services they had generated a bill amount of Rs-2199. I informed many times on call and whenever they call, their response was also not gud and made me irritated . So...

I had so many network disconnection within first month of taking the connection. But the speed is reasonably good.
