Hi, I am having two postpaid connections.2 weeks ago i requested them to port-in two vodafone network and submitted the documents. Till now both the number are not activated. When i checked with the customer care they told documents are not proper you gave very old electricity bill, then i again gave them new bill but still it is not activated . I visited around almost 10 times vodafone store and called around 4 time to a nodel officer but no body rsolved my issue. i just want to understand how come sales executive don't do a basic sanity check of the documents and didnt inform customer what is actually required. And one more this out of my two numbers one was earlier with vodafone. at the time of porting they gave me wrong sim without checking that this is a old vodafone num so for this number the sim will be different . i dont know how vodaafone doing this..

    Hi, I am using Vodafone R201 MiFi router with post paid 3G data sim from last 18 months. While traveling if I goes to some other place, automatically signal comes to 2G even though 3G signals avail in that place. Every time I need to wait for a log time to get 3G signal back in different place. Most of the time, I didn’t get 3G signal and their customer service is pathetic. Before I get 3G signal, most of time I would have come back to bangalore without using internet. Even their data download calculation also not reliable. They just show bogus data download and send bulk bill even tough i have not used much. Most worst part with vodafone is their sales staff from Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore. They cheated me while buying this router. While buying this router, their sales person Mr. D Promodh Rao told me that we can use any sim with R210 mifi router. But fact is we can’t use any other network sim with this router(without unlocking) and that person never told us that we have to use only vodafone sim. Now he has been promoted Manager for cheating number of customers. After having 18months of worst experience with vodafone finally decided to change network. But I need to unlock this R201 mifi router. When I visit Jayanagar 4th block vodafone outlet, after arguing a lot with store Manager Promodh Rao, he asked me to bring bill so that he can unlock it. When I visited second time on next day, that person never bother to come out of his cabin and sent another person. He told. they will not unlock this mifi device. According to them, either we need to continue with vodafone worst service by paying hug bogus bill or we need to throw SIM and mifi router(cost is Rs. 5500/-) to dust bin. They are not selling this router in discount price or any discount tariff is there so that we can compromise and continue with vodafone. Sales person will hide that, we need to get unlocked to use different network or they will lie that we can use any network without unlocking or they will unlock when ever we needed. They just want us to waste our money for nothing. Their staff told, they could unlock if its in warranty period. I told them that, you can charge for unlocking. But he was not ready for that as he simply told out of warranty reason to escape from unlocking. . What I need to say for this? So friends, my advice is never go to vodafone Internet service and don't go to buy this vodafone R 201 Mifi router . I am not sure about vodafone’s other service. But I have very bad experience with 3G Internet and their mifi router. Regards, Lokesh

      i have tried to recharge my vodafone card with rs 50 twice 2 week back on 21-may-2014 and 22-may-2014 and today 30-may-2014 with rs 10.         I am struggling to get proper network coverage in my area and often I can not use Internet no matter whether I am on 2G or 3G network. I have complained several times but no resolution from your end. Your customer care representative gives me silly suggestions to swap sim and phone. However, for your kind information, this is not just me who is facing this problem but many of my colleagues having the same problem. Though I tried to swap sim card and change my iPhone too but still there is the worst network I get in my area and the Internet get disconnected frequently.         I am frustrated due vodafone network covarage in my area & customer help executives response ..today I decided to change my network via port..here after I wont suggest vodafone to anybody...
        Vodafone network is very poor in Peenya 1st Phase, Bangalore. Could not make / receive a call all through the day. SIM of other network is working fine.

        I have been experiencing poor network from the service provider Vodafone in my Office area Bhiwandi Thane Maharashtra, and Residence, Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra.

        I have not received any support from the service provider. my complaint letter is attached for your reference.


        We have been experiencing poor connectivity recently with Vodafone, we get only one bar on the phone, and the call drop frequency is very high, sitting in my office I could speak very easily, but now I am unable to make or receive calls sitting in my office at Purna Bhiwandi, Thane, at the address given below, and like wise even from my residence, at Srishti Complex Mira Road (East) as per address given below, we have to actually run to the window to receive calls.

        I sent the complaint as typed below to the Nodel Officer few days back, but there is no reply.
        Wonder what has happened to Vodafone service???

        I once agin request you to look into the matter else we will be compelled to shift to other service provider.

        I, and my entire family were with BPL earlier, and when we experienced poor service, we all (6 Lines) shifted to Vodafone and enjoyed excellent service at the galleries and the excellent network. We could easily receive calls in the house and in the office, the address are given below.

        Recently the network available is very poor and we hardly get 1-2 bars on the phone and the call drop frequency is very high, and further we are unable to receive or make calls from our residence or office.

        Request you to kindly look into the matter and make us feel that our choice Vodafone is not a wrong one.

          I have been using a vodafone number since 2years, from the time I am in Ericsson. This number happens to be my official number. 12 Days back, 17th May 2014, I went to the vodafone Salt Lake city center store in Kolkata to ask for a SIM exchange as I required a micro-sim for my new phone. The service executives informed that this connection was in company's name previously so has to be transferred for which they asked for few documents along with my company ID card. All the documents were submitted to them latest by 23rd May 2014. In between 17th May and 23rd May I have made several phone calls to the service executives in the store and visitted the store for 3 times. The executive finally said the exchange will surely take place by 27th May 2014, ie; the old sim will get deactivated and the new one will get activated, for this change-over there won't be connection for maximum 2 to 4 hours. The processes did not take place on 27th May 2014, upon calling the service executives they refused to respond, upon calling from different number they said 'They will call at their own convenience.' On 29th May 2014 at 6pm my connection got deactivated, I thought maybe the new micro sim will activated now, but till today 30th May 2014 12noon, it is still deactivated. It has been 18 hours that the connection is still not active. I am missing my important phone calls as this is my office number. Please help me anyhow!!!

            Hi, I am Aditya Sah, I am living in Noida, I have vodafone prepaid connection active from April 2013. Now few days back I visit Vodafone store to migrate my number from prepaid to postpaid. The person who comes for verification mentioned that in his comment that I am bachelor Living & currently not working from last 2 years and he refused to make my number from prepaid to postpaid. I also told the person at vodafone store that i am using Idea postpaid connection but he said he rejected your request because you are not able to pay the bill. I am using blackberry services in vodafone from april 2013 till dec 2013. After that number is in roaming from dec 2013 to may 14. I also using the idea postpaid connection and paying the bill before deadlines. I need justification why Vodafone Verification Executive rejected to migrate my number. This is not a way to treat his customer using connection from last 1 year and using there different schemes. If am not working this not a fact that I am unable to pay my billing amount.               I have been trying to disconnect my 3g dongle connection but the customer care keeps on transferring call from one department to another. This is disgusting ... Along with this the customer care is saying I need to pay the bill for something which I haven't used.

                I recharged my phone with Rs 250 on 25/05/2014 from vodafone's website where it was written that i will get full-talk time, WITHOUT ANY CONDITIONS. But when I recharged, I only got Rs 219.I immediately called 198 where I was told that the rest of the amount will b given in 24hrs. Since I didn't receive it, I again called 198 next day where I spoke to Mr. Rahul who said that there is no such plan and I will not get any remaining amount. Neither he lodged my complain saying that complaints are not lodged at 198 nor he allowed me to talk to any senior officer. Please look into the matter at earliest and update my balance adding Rs 31.                   i asked the retailer of vodafone to recharge my no with 99 rs. he did the same but when i gave him 100 rs. he denied to give me 1 rs back. When i argued, his reply was i always charge 100 for 99 ka recharge and told me joh hota hai karlo. when i called customer care, they replied its your personal problem, i m really freaked out right now. does vodafone have no control over their retailers ? so retailer can do whatever they want tomorrow they will charge 200 for 99 recharge ? i want strict action against that retailer. or just a reply from some vodafone executive ?

                    I have a post paid cooperate connection of vodafone of rs 99. currently I am abroad and nobody is even using it .Still I am getting bills of 140 every month . I don't understand the logic behind this. Only the rental + tax = 99 + 15 = 114 should be the bill . I don't understand how the calculation becomes 140 every month they are clearly cheating customers by charging extra amount as bill . I am using their account from 2007 and still they are doing this being their customer for a long term. My mobile number is [protected].                       Dear Sir,
                      My Vodafone No.[protected].I have switched over from my Reliance Prepaid Connection to Vodafone 3G post paid due to one of the best network in Delhi & NCR But I found the my Vodafone Network is very very very poor in Delhi and I felt I made a blunder mistake by changing my number from Reliance to Vodafone Since I am residing at Rajokari in new Delhi neither Vodafone network available inside at my home nor outside .I am not able to send any sms and not able to call due to your network coverage issue.now the situation is really embarrassing Even though I have made complaint against which I am facing there was no any constructive remedial action from the Service provider So it is really pathetic whereas I have been enjoying seamless Network connectivity from our Service providers viz Airtel, Idea, Reliance, TATA Indcom, etc across the country.

                      Please resolve this issue earlier otherwise I have to move immediate in another service provider

                        Hello, I want to complain against the Vodafone services. On 28th May 2014 at 7:27pm i got a message that Rs 35 has deducted from my account for activating the Hello1 service. I have not asked for any such service or also not confirmed to for activating this. When i called to Customer Care they told me that I have downloaded this service as it was showing in his system. But I have not downloaded anything. They guys call or send sms for whole day. I Just want my money back and deactivate all such services. My number is [protected].

                          Someone claiming vodafone calls my number and says if you recharge for 40/-, you will get 70/-. When I recharged I did not get the money they mentioned. I gave a complaint to vodafone about this and the response is horrible. She said do whatever you can. Here is the number that is doing fraud: [protected].

                            Recently Vodafone has dedudcted Rs 30 from my vodafone account balance for downloading MOBILART_VALUEPACK-30. But I have never downloaded such value pack from from their site or any other site. I strongly protest against such forceful deduction of money from mobile account by the company. I demand that vodafone must refund the dedudcted money in my account balance. Please STOP such illegal deducton of balance without consent of consumer. My vodafone no [protected]. I want to get back the balance.

                            am getting very much irritated with vodafone service.

                            Am not downloaded anything from Vodafone internet. but last month bill it's showing downloaded some pack called "hello1_tvalsouth_". Am not a kid to do unknown downloads.

                            I paid last month bill for that extra amount 30.

                            Even this month also i received the same download pack "hello1_tvalsouth_" and added another one pack "mobilart_valuepack". Vodafone is cheating to take money from customers.

                            Refund the amount of 60 plus. last month 30 then only i will use vodafone. or else am not going to pay money

Last month bill (June 22, 2014) had a charge of Rs.144 for downloading hello1tvallsouth (Rs.30), animationdownload (Rs.15) and dealsmydala99 (Rs.99). This month bill (July 21, 2014) has a charge of Rs.30 for mobilartvaluepack. I never downloaded these craps. This is unauthorized fraudulent deduction. I have been using Vodafone for the last 9 years. This is the first time I have seen such a poor service from Vodafone. Need REFUND

                              I got a message nearly more than two weeks ago that I need to submit documents, otherwise, services would be barred on my number. The very next day, I went to Vodafone Store at Dwarka Sector 12, New Delhi, and submitted my documents there. The lady who handled my case there, and one guy said that my case would be resolved within 72 hours... and.. I need to revisit the store after that period, so that I might be provided with the duplicate sim. On 24 May (after nearly a week), I reached there.. the lady referred me to that guy.. who referred me to some other guy. The new guy and the previous one this time said to me... I need not get a new replacement sim, as the older one would become functional on that day only. The gave me their word that my services would get activated withing 2 hours. When it became too late... I calld the customer care... and filed a complain on 24th at aroung 8:30 pm. The complain number is: [protected] The Cust. Care told me that by 27th (48 hours) my issues would be resolved. on 27.. i got a call. I received it.. then they dropped. I called back.. wasted my money.. no one received. Customer care said that u wd again receive 2 more calls (when... no one knows). TAT is over. my problem still persists. Vodafone (Store od dwarka sec 12, and Customer care) have provided me with pathethic service, misguided me which led to wastage of my money. I am waiting for two more days.. then i am going to visiot them via consumer court.

Mr. Ranjan, Vodafone distributor's manager, Lumiere Traders & Disreibutors (L.T.D.), called me from [protected] on 21st May at 8.33pm and pressurrized me to recharge Rs. 155 to a customer’s No. & he also told me, the customer recharged from my shop but recharge is not completed. But I can’t remember this person, did he come or not. My Lappu No. is Printed in my Hoding, so anyone can get my no. and demand. Today also I got a call from [protected] at 2.10pm and told we are speaking from Vodafone Company and demand same things, but I gave him a response, if the Customer carry valid documents of recharge of my shop, I will definitely solve his problem. And for this call, my business is hamperred. I will be thankful, if you give a valuable response and I want to know why they disturb me. I hope, I will get a valuable response from you.                                   I am using Vodafone(Mobile number:[protected]) post paid for the last 3 years and paying bills correctly. Recently I noticed that there was an excessive billed against my ISD calls. I am using Corporate 299 plan, In That charges is about ~6-8 rupees for UAE country call where as it has been charged 19 rupees. So I reported the same to customer care. But whenever I asked for justification, Customer care guys were simply disconnected the call. So I went directly to customer care Bangalore-Bellandur office. there I registered complaint(complaint number -[protected]).Irrespective of complaint I received a call and This time also Customer care guys were repeated the same behaviour. ) Since there were no action against my billing, second time I gave a complaint(complaint no:[protected] to avoid any collition.Instead of giving explanation why was wrong billing made by the billing team. vodafone has simply disconnected my outgoing service. Really Shocking the way vodafone handling billing system and customer complaints and I am not sure how many time excessively charged in my previous bills. Regards Siraj

                                    Respected Sir / Madam, Myself Sathishkrishnan using Vodafone post paid number last 5 months and paying due amount on or before due date. For May2012 I got a bill amounting Rs.918/- out-of that Rs.250 is for Internet usage. When I saw a bill I got shocked that I never used Internet or any GPRS services but Vodafone charged me for this. Actually they activated on march month free Internet for 2 months and they said after 2 months it aromatically deactivate if you need u can start like that. Due to Internet slow i not even used that Internet pack i might use only less than 100mb but the telling i used 900mb its absolutely wrong. According to this bill i raised complaint in velachery Vodafone store on 21 may 2014 (complaint no: [protected]) but until now my complaint not fixed but daily i getting call from voda customer care to pay bill. They asking me to call 198 for more details but they blocked my outgoing calls now how can i call them if i call them it saying call barring. I asked Vodafone to provide me all these details, like what exactly I used / surf as on, but Vodafone ignore this and provide a careless answer that they cannot provide due to third party application of Internet usage. Vodafone said me this is system generated bill amount hence I need to pay. I agree to pay amount of Rs 668 for my call usage and other Internet usage, but i cant pay Rs 250 for unwanted usage i am ready to face whatever they make problem against this issue, no one asking your trial pack from you told as trial pack after charging for that is not a professional ethics. Even I asked Vodafone to check my all payment history, you will see I have paid my every due amount on or before due date, But Vodafone making stupid issues this kind of problems will make gap between costumers. Hence request you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Thanks, Sathishkrishnan K

                                        To Vodafone Customer Care Services Kolkata Sub : Disconnection of my Vodafone Postpaid Connection Sir I, Shiv Prasad Ghosh, am currently having a postpaid connection (#[protected]) with vodafone. I would like to mention that I have raised several request to discontinue my present connection but it has not been disconnected yet as I received an sms on 23rd May, 2014 for bill payment of Rs.1374.02. Since, I hardly use this vodafone connection, I want this connection to be disconnected as soon as possible.
