Vodafone India - Pathetic, misleading and harassing service from Vodafone

Trying to disconnect connection. No help at all from customer care

I have been trying to disconnect my 3g dongle connection but the customer care keeps on transferring call from one department to another. This is disgusting ... Along with this the customer care is saying I need to pay the bill for something which I haven't used....

retailer charging extra 1 or 2 rs for the recharge

When i argued, his reply was i always charge 100 for 99 ka recharge and told me joh hota hai karlo. when i called customer care, they replied its your personal problem, i m really freaked out right now. does vodafone have no control over their retailers ? so retailer can do whatever they want tomorrow...

Unwanted deduction of account balance invodafone mobile

Recently Vodafone has dedudcted Rs 30 from my vodafone account balance for downloading MOBILART_VALUEPACK-30. But I have never downloaded such value pack from from their site or any other site. I strongly protest against such forceful deduction of money from mobile account by the company. I demand that vodafone must refund the dedudcted money in my account balance. Pathetic, misguiding and harassing service from Vodafone

I got a message nearly more than two weeks ago that I need to submit documents, otherwise, services would be barred on my number. The very next day, I went to Vodafone Store at Dwarka Sector 12, New Delhi, and submitted my documents there. The lady who handled my case there, and one guy said that my case would be resolved within 72 hours... and.. I need to revisit the store after that period, so that I might be provided with the duplicate...

I am using Vodafone(Mobile number:[protected]) post paid for the last 3 years and paying bills correctly. Recently I noticed that there was an excessive billed against my ISD calls. I am using Corporate 299 plan, In That charges is about ~6-8 rupees for UAE country call where as it has been charged 19 rupees. So I reported the same to customer care. But whenever I asked for justification, Customer care guys were simply disconnected the call....
