Scheme : Pre-Paid.
Facts :
On 19.05.2014, I paid Rs. 23/- towards recharging my set for availing discounted rate.
On 26.05.2014, I paid Rs.50/- (Credit awarded Rs.41/-) towards recharging my set.
On 28.05.2014, in the evening, my set showed a message that my available balance was '0' i.e. Nil.
but immediately after about an hour, it again revived by balance to Rs. 41/-
Since, evening 29.05.2014, my set again showing 'Nil' Balance.
On 30.05.2014, I contacted you through '198'. One Mr. Waheed/Waheer replied that due to use of Internet
even on 30th morning, balance became 'Nil'.
Now, when Balance on 29.05.2014 was 'Nil', how I used Internet on 30.05.2014.
Please look into the matter and immediately revive my Balance to appropriate amount.
