1) Rs. 25 dtd. 11.04.14 ( ref. no. [protected]) for sim replacement, two or three time i call and mail Vodafone for this wrong deduction, but still no positive or sufficient reply from otherside.
2) Rs.30/- dtd. 17.04.14 and again Rs. 30/- dtd. 24.04.14 (as per vodafone executive DNLD-Hello- TVA/c south-30- hello store) (REF .no. [protected]) I don't understand why this deduction is made on my phone and when i call vodafone executive regarding this, she said it is a wrong deduction and same will be credited within 24 hours in my account, when i ask for ref. no. for that conversation she said i will be informed by a service sms, when I didn't receive the sms, I call again and talk to team leader Mr. Kapil, he assure me for sufficient solution with in 24 hour, next day I got a call from vodafone and the executive assure me that this is wrong deduction and he will refund Rs. 30 same will be credited in my a/c within 15 minutes, nothing happens, same story this Saturday they deduct Rs. 30/- in my a/c, again i call vodafone executive Mr. Harish (Team Leader) ( Ref. No. [protected]) again i ask for this wrong deduction and ask for to stop this deduction, he shows his helpless to stop this.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Vodafone is a big cheater, I have been ripped off by vodafone digilink limited, After getting my Internet services of Vodafone on my Apple iPhone in the recent times, I started getting messages regarding unauthorised deductions.
I called Vodafone customer care and they said they cannot do anything about it, customer care guy acted as if this is a first time he has heard about it.
