Someone claiming vodafone calls my number and says if you recharge for 40/-, you will get 70/-. When I recharged I did not get the money they mentioned. I gave a complaint to vodafone about this and the response is horrible. She said do whatever you can. Here is the number that is doing fraud: [protected].

    Recently Vodafone has dedudcted Rs 30 from my vodafone account balance for downloading MOBILART_VALUEPACK-30. But I have never downloaded such value pack from from their site or any other site. I strongly protest against such forceful deduction of money from mobile account by the company. I demand that vodafone must refund the dedudcted money in my account balance. Please STOP such illegal deducton of balance without consent of consumer. My vodafone no [protected]. I want to get back the balance.

    am getting very much irritated with vodafone service.

    Am not downloaded anything from Vodafone internet. but last month bill it's showing downloaded some pack called "hello1_tvalsouth_". Am not a kid to do unknown downloads.

    I paid last month bill for that extra amount 30.

    Even this month also i received the same download pack "hello1_tvalsouth_" and added another one pack "mobilart_valuepack". Vodafone is cheating to take money from customers.

    Refund the amount of 60 plus. last month 30 then only i will use vodafone. or else am not going to pay money
    My number is [protected]. Last month bill (June 22, 2014) had a charge of Rs.144 for downloading hello1tvallsouth (Rs.30), animationdownload (Rs.15) and dealsmydala99 (Rs.99). This month bill (July 21, 2014) has a charge of Rs.30 for mobilartvaluepack. I never downloaded these craps. This is unauthorized fraudulent deduction. I have been using Vodafone for the last 9 years. This is the first time I have seen such a poor service from Vodafone. Need REFUND

      I got a message nearly more than two weeks ago that I need to submit documents, otherwise, services would be barred on my number. The very next day, I went to Vodafone Store at Dwarka Sector 12, New Delhi, and submitted my documents there. The lady who handled my case there, and one guy said that my case would be resolved within 72 hours... and.. I need to revisit the store after that period, so that I might be provided with the duplicate sim. On 24 May (after nearly a week), I reached there.. the lady referred me to that guy.. who referred me to some other guy. The new guy and the previous one this time said to me... I need not get a new replacement sim, as the older one would become functional on that day only. The gave me their word that my services would get activated withing 2 hours. When it became too late... I calld the customer care... and filed a complain on 24th at aroung 8:30 pm. The complain number is: [protected] The Cust. Care told me that by 27th (48 hours) my issues would be resolved. on 27.. i got a call. I received it.. then they dropped. I called back.. wasted my money.. no one received. Customer care said that u wd again receive 2 more calls (when... no one knows). TAT is over. my problem still persists. Vodafone (Store od dwarka sec 12, and Customer care) have provided me with pathethic service, misguided me which led to wastage of my money. I am waiting for two more days.. then i am going to visiot them via consumer court.

      After so many calls from customer care to nodal centr... and meaningless spending of money on travel and calls... finally my case got resolved.

      Thanks to Delhi Nodal centr for quickly resolving my issues.. but still i am unhappy by the service that had been delivered by the call centr ppl and the vodafone store staffs of dwarka sec 12.

I have faced a problem from 21st May, 2014. Mr. Ranjan, Vodafone distributor's manager, Lumiere Traders & Disreibutors (L.T.D.), called me from [protected] on 21st May at 8.33pm and pressurrized me to recharge Rs. 155 to a customer’s No. & he also told me, the customer recharged from my shop but recharge is not completed. But I can’t remember this person, did he come or not. My Lappu No. is Printed in my Hoding, so anyone can get my no. and demand. Today also I got a call from [protected] at 2.10pm and told we are speaking from Vodafone Company and demand same things, but I gave him a response, if the Customer carry valid documents of recharge of my shop, I will definitely solve his problem. And for this call, my business is hamperred. I will be thankful, if you give a valuable response and I want to know why they disturb me. I hope, I will get a valuable response from you.           I am using Vodafone(Mobile number:[protected]) post paid for the last 3 years and paying bills correctly. Recently I noticed that there was an excessive billed against my ISD calls. I am using Corporate 299 plan, In That charges is about ~6-8 rupees for UAE country call where as it has been charged 19 rupees. So I reported the same to customer care. But whenever I asked for justification, Customer care guys were simply disconnected the call. So I went directly to customer care Bangalore-Bellandur office. there I registered complaint(complaint number -[protected]).Irrespective of complaint I received a call and This time also Customer care guys were repeated the same behaviour. ) Since there were no action against my billing, second time I gave a complaint(complaint no:[protected] to avoid any collition.Instead of giving explanation why was wrong billing made by the billing team. vodafone has simply disconnected my outgoing service. Really Shocking the way vodafone handling billing system and customer complaints and I am not sure how many time excessively charged in my previous bills. Regards Siraj

            Respected Sir / Madam, Myself Sathishkrishnan using Vodafone post paid number last 5 months and paying due amount on or before due date. For May2012 I got a bill amounting Rs.918/- out-of that Rs.250 is for Internet usage. When I saw a bill I got shocked that I never used Internet or any GPRS services but Vodafone charged me for this. Actually they activated on march month free Internet for 2 months and they said after 2 months it aromatically deactivate if you need u can start like that. Due to Internet slow i not even used that Internet pack i might use only less than 100mb but the telling i used 900mb its absolutely wrong. According to this bill i raised complaint in velachery Vodafone store on 21 may 2014 (complaint no: [protected]) but until now my complaint not fixed but daily i getting call from voda customer care to pay bill. They asking me to call 198 for more details but they blocked my outgoing calls now how can i call them if i call them it saying call barring. I asked Vodafone to provide me all these details, like what exactly I used / surf as on, but Vodafone ignore this and provide a careless answer that they cannot provide due to third party application of Internet usage. Vodafone said me this is system generated bill amount hence I need to pay. I agree to pay amount of Rs 668 for my call usage and other Internet usage, but i cant pay Rs 250 for unwanted usage i am ready to face whatever they make problem against this issue, no one asking your trial pack from you told as trial pack after charging for that is not a professional ethics. Even I asked Vodafone to check my all payment history, you will see I have paid my every due amount on or before due date, But Vodafone making stupid issues this kind of problems will make gap between costumers.                 To Vodafone Customer Care Services Kolkata Sub : Disconnection of my Vodafone Postpaid Connection Sir I, Shiv Prasad Ghosh, am currently having a postpaid connection (#[protected]) with vodafone. I would like to mention that I have raised several request to discontinue my present connection but it has not been disconnected yet as I received an sms on 23rd May, 2014 for bill payment of Rs.1374.02. Since, I hardly use this vodafone connection, I want this connection to be disconnected as soon as possible.                   Vodafone is a big cheater, I have been ripped off by idea cellular, After getting my Internet services of Vodafone on my Apple iPhone in the recent times, I started getting messages regarding unauthorised deductions.

                    I am struggling to use 3G network in my current area from past 6 months. Even when I am connected to 3G I used to miss my all incoming calls which I came to know with the MCA facility. I complaint for this concern from past 6 months, Below are the few complaint numbers I saved, [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I didn’t got the response for 4 months. After writing the mail to CORPCARE one person came to visit my location and said that Vodafone do not have 3G connectivity in my current area. I tried every possible way suggested by network team to get rid of it . I have charged for 3g as per my plan for 6months, without having vodafone connectivity. Why sales/marketing team selling the plains if Vodafone don’t have 3g connectivity in that area. Why it is expected from the customer to pay the bill without utilizing the services, even after complaining so many times. I have already requested to waive off the 3G charges applicable in my past 6 bills. I am using the Vodafone services on same number from past 9 years and still struggling to resolve the issues/concerns.                               I have just had the worst of time taking vodafone as my service provider. Till the time it was hutch, it was better, after it became vodafone it started sucking big time! Over the past few months i have encountered numerouse problems: 1. To get an nano sim, they say first purchase a big SIM, that would get activated then put a request for nano sim activation and within 4 hours your nano sim would be activated - as claimed by voda that the entire process would not take more than 2 days, it took a MONTH for them to activate one single SIM. In that one month i was not at all connected coz i had a cellphone which used nano SIM, however since voda had activated my big sim and took one month to activate nano sim, they gave me a bill for fixed rentals!!! i had to pay for not even using the goddamn service. 2. I changed my phone after a few months and reqd micro SIM. They said the sim would be activated anytime between 15mins-4 hours. As expected, it did not!! Then i call up again, and the say it would take 2 working hours to activate the SIM!! but voda claims that they are working round the clock!!! huhh... 3. On a very routine basis, the monthly bill payments have some problem or other - wrong charges etc!!! 4. Unfriendly, untrained voda customer care ppl and so are the personnel on the voda outlets. 5. Trust me MTNL provides better services than you guys!!!

                                199 unlimited internet plan but Vodafone charge me GPRS charges

                                Hi, I have taken 199 unlimited internet plan. But Vodafone charge me GPRS charges. I have check with customer care then customer care people told me you have used IDEA network that’s why this happened, which is not in my control what network Vodafone using. Also I have called to customer care and ask to customer care for my bill showing very high that time customer care peoples say during current month internet chares as GPRS charges...

                                1) Rs. 25 dtd. 11.04.14 ( ref. no. [protected]) for sim replacement, two or three time i call and mail Vodafone for this wrong deduction, but still no positive or sufficient reply from otherside. 2) Rs.30/- dtd. 17.04.14 and again Rs. 30/- dtd. 24.04.14 (as per vodafone executive DNLD-Hello- TVA/c south-30- hello store) (REF .no. [protected]) I don't understand why this deduction is made on my phone and when i call vodafone executive regarding this, she said it is a wrong deduction and same will be credited within 24 hours in my account, when i ask for ref. no. for that conversation she said i will be informed by a service sms, when I didn't receive the sms, I call again and talk to team leader Mr. Kapil, he assure me for sufficient solution with in 24 hour, next day I got a call from vodafone and the executive assure me that this is wrong deduction and he will refund Rs. 30 same will be credited in my a/c within 15 minutes, nothing happens, same story this Saturday they deduct Rs. 30/- in my a/c, again i call vodafone executive Mr. Harish (Team Leader) ( Ref.                                   am using a delhi number of vodafone.I am in Bijnor U.P since 18th may.Since i am roaming I do a pack of 5rupes everyday so that my incoming roaming is free. inspite of that i am being cahrged on my incomings a of time. When i first called the complaint cell it got connected to a customer care o[censored].P. and he said that i am registered on vodafone network o[censored].p. that is why my roaming is being deducted. since then when ever i am trying to go onto manual setting and connnect to vodafone IN it gets connected only at times. whenever i go to manual settings it shows three networks of vodafone 1 Vodafone IN 2. VODAFONE 3. Vodafone.whenever i try to connect to Vodafone In my sim doesnt get registered.It only gets registered to either Vodafone or VODAFONE and i am always charged for my invcoming calls inspite of doing a free incoming pack.since two days i have been calling customer care and it after 5 trails that the customer care said they will look into the matter only after 24hours . Does that mean i will be charged for incoming even though i have paid for the service of free incoming.for which i have been charged no matter which vodafone network i am connected to.this is a clear case of a mobile compnay for over charging a common man over the phone bills.P.s. I have photo roof.but it is not getting uploaded

                                  I am uploading pictures showing how when i tried manual setting three vodafone network where it got registered only to Vodafone or VODAFONE not VODAFONE IN and i was chrarged for my incoming though I had done a pack for roaming incmoning free. When I called the customer care either they would say I am registered to some other network and to vodafone or they cannot track me and resolve my issue at present. One thing i dont understand isnt Vodafone the same all over the country?
                                  Example to show how it got registered only to Vodafone and was told I am registered to some other network and to vodafone or they cannot track me when i called the customet care at different times.
                                  You can contact me between 2-6 P.M.And I will sure keep a note of the complaint number.
                                  I was expecting a call today. Tomorrow You may not get me as I will be travelling. Please call me on 31st Saturday, anytime between 9AM-6PM
                                  I have been waiting for your executive to call me. But the only call I have received till now is for activation of caller tune services.
                                  I haven not been given any updation about my compliant.

                                    My Details: My Mumbai Vodafone mobile phone number:[protected] and Relationship number: 8.11607003.00.00.100059 Overdue amount : 2937.17 as on Jan-2014 Issue Summary: I approached to customer care to cancel my vodafone number as I am moving out of Mumbai. After sending so many emails since Jan 14, finally in Feb 14, Vodafone customer care member agreed to cancel the number after clearing the outstanding balance on 19th Feb 2014. What I have done: I cleared the amount on next working day 20th Feb 2014 and sent all the proofs to same person. After that he ( Rupesh Shetty, Assistant Manager, Collections) never replied back once Vodafone got the money even I sent reminders. Issue I faced with Vodafone: They started sending the bills from next month onwards since they didn't cancelled my number. I raised complaint here(c895755) then started responding but 1. They don't understand customer issues 2. They tried to divert the issue if they know that problem is from their side. 3. Vodafone is trying make me to continue the connection forcibly even customers doesn't like their service. 4. I told number of times not to call any number, but during activation of my number I gave reference numbers, Vodafone calling them and disturbing other people as well. 5. Vodafone is saying that they will give 500 credit and will adjust in next bill, that means they are expecting me to continue even though I don't need their service. 6. I experienced very poor response from customer service. They don't even read what am I saying. 7. Most importantly, no is one from Vodafone side is talking about the commitment they gave about my number cancellation on 19th Feb 2014. 8. Mentally I faced lot of disturbance because of Vodafone till now since Jan 14. I hope they solve all the issues and never repeat with other customers. Supporting documents: Attached to this complaint. 1. Commitment given by Vodafone to cancel once I cleared the balance on 19th Feb 2. Diverting the issue and making adjustment in next month bill eventhough I don't need service. Thanks, Venkat.

                                      dear sir, I recharged 222 talktime and 102 3g data pack but my balance show Rs 0.01. i contact customer care he told me the amt deducting for using data pack then i again recharged 222 amt but my balance show 0.01 amt.whereas i m not using so much Internet. i am fear to recharged again. please sloved my problem and return my all balance. thanks
