Dear Sir,

My Vodafone number is [protected].

Two months back i purchased a USB STICK of VODAFONE & from day one i'm having problems regarding the speed of the connection.

Many a times i called customer care,they said that their executive will visit my home and my complaint will be resolved within 48 or 72 hrs.
But no action has been taken till now.

Speed of this stick is so slow that if you click on Internet Explorer it's HOMEPAGE i.e. GOOGLE takes
4 to 5 minutes in loading.!!

Sir How much slow a connection can be.??

This seems total waste of money to me. I'm not at all satisfied with the services they provided me.You can access
internet at a faster speed with your MOBILE instead of a VODAFONE USB
STICK.!!

When i didn't recieved a positive response from the customer care,I E-mailed my Problem to VODAFONE.

I forwarded my complaints to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

Even they didn't responded properly they said-

"that speed o[censored]SB stick is an average variable and It
depends on the number of persons using the connection at a particular
time at a particular area. The speed gets shared between the number of
connections being used in a particular area"

Against this statement if i compare their services with other
service providers like Reliance, Airtel, Tata. They also have the same
conditions as Vodafone's and still their services are MUCH better in
comparison to VODAFONE.!!

How is it possible.??

I requested them to take some action but everytime i recieved the same response.

I suffered alot & now i'm fed up of requesting again and again & i want JUSTICE.

Please take some action regarding this.

    Dear Team,

    I am a corporate customer of Vodafone my Mob no is [protected].

    Would like to tell you that your service & CC team is pathetic to the worse. Would urge you to go through the below mention matter-



    I am having 1 more connection ([protected]) under the corporate umbrella of Kotak.

    This connection I have taken just for a normal use but later I decided to convert to prepaid.

    Hence on 11th July to your Goregaon Vodafone store & submitted all docs as well as I paid the unbilled amount & as instructed by your guy Mousin have taken sim & recharge vouchers.

    The guy told me prepaid no will get activated by 4 hrs.

    On 11th july in evening I again called your CC to know the reasons as service not activated the CC guy named Narayan took the call & confirmed that the store guy was wrong & the connection will get activate within 48hrs, while asking he also confirmed that no rentals will be charged during the delay in activation.

    On 13th july evening I again called your CC & asked the reasons this time a person named Waquar took the call & confirmed that the connection will get activated by 24 hrs & while asking about rentals now he said that earlier guy was wrong & rentals will be charged but while I insist for a complain no he was not ready to provide any SR no. later he gave me a complain no[protected]which I later verified as fake).

    On 14th july I again called CC to know the reasons this time a lady named Swati took the call & confirmed that it’s a fault of Vodafone store & as some updations are pending form their side hence its delayed again she confirmed the connection will get activated in 24hrs & this time on her own she gave me a complain no- [protected] . Post that I received a sms also “that my logged call will be reverted within 24hrs & I will get a call.

    On 15th July as the issue was not solved I again called CC this time the guy said he is helpless & cannot do anything presently & no floor supervisor is their to solve the issue hence to call tomorrow.

    On 16th July again in morning I called CC again this a person named Atif picked & gave a new reason for non activation of prepaid as “I have to send a mail to corporate care & I have to describe the reasons for conversion”. While a asked the call to transfer to his supervisor initially he said there is no supervisor available later he said his supervisor is busy on another call, I asked him to put me on hold n to transfer the call to his senior but he didn’t did that & later he put me on hold for a hour & I was forced to disconnect the line.

    On 16th july I again called CC call took by Upendra I again the asked the reason for non activation but the guy was not able to give me any reasons for he was just wanted to get rid of the query & hence he transferred the call to prepaid division, prepaid guy transferred the call to retention division & later disconnected by them.

    On 16th july I again called CC for the revert this a lady named Dimple picked the call n reverted as it’s a fault of Vodafone store hence I have to visit the store later she also said the my current bill is unpaid hence she will not be able to do anything & asked me have a talk with prepaid section guy, then a guy took phone named Dilesh again said that my connection will be activated by eod.



    Now in this entire 5 days exercise I am still not able to understand why the prepaid connection is still not activated & what is my fault & why all yours guys are giving wrong statements to customers so as they are providing fake complain nos. I hope you guys have a recorded line for all conversations pls do listen to them & revert me for this.

    Since last 5 days I had wasted more than 5 hrs of mine with you guys to hear false statements, wrong commitments & blames to your internal departments.

    Now failing to get any revert from your side I am sending a mail to you team as well as I am escalating the same to your seniors & concern departments.



    If your so called CCare or C service has bit of sense left then do the conversion else pls disconnect the connection & return the money which has been charged to me for this.

      This is a complaint to vodafone regarding your 3G services.i have got a call saying that my bill which is due on 18 of july is 15000 when the credit limit itself is 3500.I hav used the 3G USB stick just for surfing and for downloading a single movie.and i am highly disturbed by call stating d above amount when my plan is justfor 650 in which i get 1GB free.how can the bill cross the credit limit in the first place?
      Please check into your services that are provided by you or else i will hav to take a further action.

      I took vodafone postpaid mobile connection no. [protected] on 30th April 2008.
      The outgoings from my mobile was deactivated on 13th May 2008 due to exceed limit.

      When I tried to check this then I was told that My bill was INR 3700 Rs... just for 5 days.
      I made only 4 or 5 calls. I am surprised, how come it be so more.

      When I tried to clearify the same with vodafone officials then nobody helped me.

      Now they are forcing me to submmit the bill. Please help me.

      Hi this is with regard to my mob # [protected], informing you that i have been wrongly charged for even the missed calles given to my friends abroad as 1 min ISD calls, which i am not able to digest and i have not yet heard from any of your customer care ppl with regard to this even after 15 days of me launching a complain in your canningham road branch

      Requesting you to please do the needfull as soon as possible.

      FACTS OF THE CASE & MY COMPLAINT:

      1. I have a 2g data plan (for 2GB data) but I got a call from your call centre on July 26, 2012 stating that I have been given a "FREE" 3G data plan. In spite of my probing, the true nature of plan and charges were concealed from me. After just 3 days o[censored]sing the same, I deactivated the above plan by calling the 24/7 helpline. I did not receive a confirmatory sms for the deactivation. On following up the above matter, I finally recived the confirmation sms on July 30, 2012.

      2. My credit limit is revised without my consent to Rs. 8400 and then to Rs. 9000

      3. On August 24, 2012, I got a sms that my unbilled usage is Rs. 6737 and on August 25, 2012, I got a sms that my usage till date is Rs. 7287. Today morning, I got a similar sms that my usage till date is Rs. 7366. (Please note my average usage is approximately Rs. 900 per month)

      How can the charges rise so much in such a little time? Does my usage justify the sharp rise?

      And why is it that when I call the helpline, I am not given any explanation. My query is neither acknowledged nor lodged in your system. Instead I was abruptly hung up.

      4. On visiting the Malad West help desk of Vodafone located at Hypercity Mall on August 26, 2012, I was told that 3G plan has been deactivated but I was shocked to read in a follow up mail that 3G plan is still activated.

      Following is the reply that I received on August 29, 2012:

      Dear Mr. Acharya,
      Thank you for your email dated 26/08/12, regarding Vodafone Mobile Connect usage for your Vodafone mobile number [protected].
      Further to our conversation dated 28/08/12, we wish to inform you that we have checked your bill dated 25/08/12 and the charges of Rs. 5,842.70 towards Vodafone Mobile Connect are indeed accurate and payable. Hence, we are unable to reverse the same.
      We confirm that on your above mentioned Vodafone mobile number Mi_Vol_200_30d_3g_250 is deactive, 09/07/12.
      Also, we confirm that on your above mentioned Vodafone mobile number GPRS 3G @ Rs. 299 is active, effective 28/08/12.
      Additionally, we wish to inform you that before 28/08/12 we have not received any request for the activation Vodafone Mobile Connect @ Rs. 299.
      Further, we wish to inform you that there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 7286.74 for the bill dated 25/08/12, so we request you to kindly make the payment at the earliest.

        hello sir,

        This is my vodafone([protected]) postpaid number. i have received lots of flash messages to my mobile. I have not subscribed to this service. But i was billed a sum of 2022 Rs. I have no idea what to do. when i called the customer care,they told me that it was their deafult service and you must pay for it i[censored] used it.

        Please make any solution to this problem. i am fed up calling to them. i am supposed to pay for this sum.

        Please do make any actions regarding this.

          Hi,

          Its almost 5 days now and i havent received my New SIM Card which i had applied for through the website https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/planPrepay.jsp?cid=mum .

          I received a prompt phone call that day 4 hours after filling out the form and the lady said she would be sending the SIM card by 2 to 3 pm that same day ( 12th July , 2011 ). Thereafter i received another phone call and the person said that my number was a postpaid number and not pre-paid and on arguing with him for 30 minutes he finally closed the conversation by saying it was a pre-paid number.

          Later few hours into me loosing my patience , i received a third phone call who said the guy who was to deliver the SIM card supposedly contacted me and i mentioned i was OUT OF TOWN , when i have been in town for the past 3 months !

          Next day , i contacted VODAFONE'S really unethical & unprofessional Technical Team whom on explaining the whole story , gave me vague answers like "Your Number is not visible on File "? "Your number is a DEMO Number "? "You have to call 765 From your vodafone number ( which am trying to get for the past 5 days )" . Now my first question is how do i dial a 3 digit number when i don't have a Vodafone number on me ? And secondly he was told this by his manager he claimed ( Mr Abhishek ) who blindly denied any requests to talk to me . I wasted almost 3 hours over the phone speaking to various agents who were nothing but a waste of time and who kept putting me on hold for almost 2 hours put together.

          Going forward , on July 14th i called again and was almost the same story where the agent kept telling me he cant track my SIM Card and asked me to dial Customer care from my Vodafone number. I was on hold for 45 minutes and later was disconnected on purpose. I called again and asked to speak with the manager and requested to escalate the issue to the seniors as it was getting too heated up with the agent who ( either wasn't trained well or was just being himself ) I was put on to Mr Sanjay Soni who claimed himself as the Supervisor at that shift , on explaining him the entire situation he assured me that he would lodge a complaint and take this matter in his own hands and guaranteed me my SIM card by 6pm 15th July and also update me often. He never even bothered to give me a docket number or a complaint number.

          Thereafter on 15th July 2011 after close to 10 phone calls repeatedly to the Vodafone Customer Care i finally got to speak with a Floor Supervizor Mrs Soni who again guarenteed the delivery of SIM card on 16th July 2011 by 12 pm.


          On 16th of July 2011 i spoke with another Floor Supervisor Ajit Acharya and he said he cant help me anything since my number that i had booked online is a DEMO number and hasn't been updated as yet ( after 6 days )

          Here are my Docket numbers i opened with Vodafone with Dates , but still no response from their end and not even a phone call with updates. Also having sent the customer care around 6 emails showing my concern , not one email was responded.

          Docket Number # 1: [protected] ( opened on 15th July , 2011 at 5 pm )
          Docket Number # 2: [protected] ( opened at 1pm 16th july )

          Here is where things went wrong:
          1. I didnt receive a complaint number by mr Sanjay Soni who claimed he lodged a complaint.
          2. I was wrongly guided by VODAFONE'S agents all the 15-20 times i have called and being on Hold for almost 45-60 minutes .
          3. I was given wrong information about my number being a post-paid card and not pre-paid card.
          4. I have sent 4 emails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com who claimed to have received my emails but didnt bother looking into it
          5. I was told my VODAFONE's Supervisor that they cant help me out and cannot escalate the issue to the higher ups even though i had not got my SIM card from the pat 5days.

          Now heres what needed to be done:
          1) i asked the manager to call the dept who looks after new SIM card and ask them to call me
          2. I also provided the numbers from which i had received 3 phone calls on 12th july 2011 hours after i filled up the new pre-paid form
          3. And finally once the team gets my information , they could send the guy for delivery.

          I would like TRAI to personally look into this issue as its been 5 days and all i have got VODAFONE is long hours of HOLD MUSIC or wrong resolutions , or FALSE testimonies or not being to help . I am not happy with the way things are going forward with Vodafone and i need an answer as soon as possible. You can find the order ID and other details below.

          This is my last hope of success or a solution , as me being a common consumer facing troubles from a service provider like VODAFONE can only rely on you now to take things further and try to either release my 555 Rs or give me my SIM Card. I would also like to go one extra level and make sure all the managers i spoke to are taken to task and made sure they dont do this henceforth.

          Its very shameful to say that the agents and managers i spoke with didn't seem to realize the seriousness and over and above that seemed very casual with the whole situation. I am very frustrated with the service Vodafone has given me in these past 4 days and i need an answer and solution.

          Hoping you could look into this matter and help me out with this situation .

          Have attached a copy of the Statement with ICCI BAnk ( where vodafone has deducted the money 555 INR from my account ) and pasted the contents of the email i received from [protected]@vodafone.co.in on 12th July 2011.

          Vodafone — Website not working for almost 2 days

          Trying to make payment online but website but not working for the last 2 days, Finally i m afraid that connection wil get barred. No Vodafone store near by to pay bill.           Vodafone — EShop - New connection

          Hi

          I took new mobile connection from Vodafone website(e shop). Its already 3 weeks but I have not received it. Payment is also done.
          After i received my Vodafone sim card, i could dial 198 rom my phone said "outgoing has been barred " . Why ?

          Sending emails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com is a waste of time. Noone has ever responded to my 6 emais i have sent . Why ?

          I spoke with 3 Floor Supervisors in your team, not one bothered to follow up, Why ?

          I spoke with agents about my problem, all of them guided me in an unknown direction and refusing to put me with a manager . Why ?

          I sent an email to the Nodal Officer and got a reply after 7-8 days . Why ?

          The only good thing that happened was Mr Amit Lad ( From vodafone gallery ) understood what i went through and very promptly forwarded my requests and queries to the concerned teams. Also made sure a person from that dept called me and updated me on what was going on. If he could this what are your floor Supervisors meant for ( Names listed above )

          If vodafone cares about its customers complaining on the internet in forums, why delay an issue to such an extant and folow up after the issue has been resolved ?

          Am sure you dont have answers to these questions, i have understood what Vodafone Mumbai is all about and i would have switched to Airtel or Dokomo long back if i was allowed to replace my card ( which i was pleaded not to do by your agents because people might loose their jobs )

          I would like every person in india or mumbai rather know what i have gone through and what anyone could expect to happen and also let them see how soon you replied to my post.

          VODAFONE mumbai - you better ship shape your internal customer care team from agents to managers or else the whole world wide web will be with complaints about your services. Also am sure everyone is aware how long it takes to get to an executive at a vodafone gallery . In my 1 visit to the gallery i saw 3 unhappy customers who were levied extra charges for no rhyme and reason. So that shows what vodafone mumbai is all about.

          PS: You might provide the best products and service in the world, but here in india we need the right uninterrupted service and speedy resolutions and contonious follow ups to make a customer happy and use you as a provider till the end.
          And the normal wait time when i call into your customer care is almost 5 seconds, why cant that also be the time the agent takes to respond with my queries. I was placed on hold for almost 45 minutes by agents and some also said they cannot help me.

          I have decided i will never be calling customer care from henceforth if i have any issues. Its better to speak with Amit Lad from the bandra vodafone gallery because hes a manager in the making, who knows how to delegate his work, get it done within time and speak in a very neutral way.

          Your customer support guys are hopeless and need some training on how to tackle issues and not give false testimonies and not bother to call up. Please have the QA/QC guys listen to all the conversations i have had with agents/supervizors/floor supervisors and then tell me if calling them a supervisor is worth the effort.

            Got my S2 on 12th, Have tried calling numerous times to customer care since then, and everytime they say, there is no much offer provided by Vodafone.

            Left a complaint at site and Twitter, received a call, and she says this offer is only available to S2 bought from Vodafone stores, this is the biggest lie i've ever heard.

            More than 5 people I personally know have already activated this offer and they have not bought the phone from Voda store, they got it from Letsbuy and Flipkart.(They are from different circle as mine though)

            3G is available in my circle and S2 definitely supports 3G, when I send TRY 3G to 111, I get a reply that your handset does not support 3G. Yeah right, the best best phone in the world currently is not 3G compatible according to Vodafone.

            Getting fed up. I am on the verge of throwing away this crap Voda sim.

            [protected](UP West circle), Do not bother calling me because your representatives don't know jack and waste my time.. Activate the 1GB/month plan on this or I am dumping this piece of crap Vodapoo.

            It clearly states that you only need to buy the Galaxy S2 from any authorized Samsung Dealer, which I did, and have the original bill, warranty card etc. with me.

            Rectify this as soon as possible, have already spent a fortune calling your worthless customer care.

              I was purchase a recharge voucher Sl. No.[protected] on your retailer,
              but the problem is in this voucher, two nos. is not seeing properly, hence I could not recharge this voucher. Please note that I lodged the problem in your customer care department, they are saying, we can not any thing in this matter and after my several requests, he did not give the complaint no.. Now you tell me, what is the correct attetude of your customer care person ?

              Vodafone — recharge voucher not working

              Respected sir,
              My name is E.sharath babu i have a vodafone network bearing number [protected],on 10th of april , i purchased a recharged coupon worth rupees 20 & could not recharged.when i went to the customer care they said the whole recharge coupon of cost Rs 20/- are not working,this type of service will not be appreciated you cant force your customer to run post to pillar.Please give feedback for this

                I have purchased a voda fone mobile broadband,at the time of purchasing i was promised a speed of 400-500 kbps downloading speed but after purchasing the device i was not given even the speed of 10 kbps. Regarding this problem i complain voda fone care a lot of & also visited voda fone store but no action has been taken in this regard.i was only given complain no. like [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected] etc.also my calls to customer care also been blocked.After i purchased this they said that they don't promise the speed even of 1 kbps. This device cost me 1500 rs. i am attaching the copy of the bill i was given. Please take suitable action in this matter like either refund this device or increase the speed up to the speed i was promised.

                my vodafone is [protected].
                i make unliimited plan of vodafone of rs.194. but its speed gives me very low almost 2-5 kbps.it is very low speed that i can't use in pc properly .
                so what can i do?

                I have been using Vodafone internet and it really sucks...I have taken 650 rental plan with a maximum speed of 7 mbps but i have never experienced speed more than 1 mbps. They think consumers are fools.

                Sir, The speed which i am getting after recharging the plan of Rs 196/- is very low. The plan gives Unlimited internet, a High speed internet for 2 GB, after that speed decreases to 40kbps. It is also mentioned in the site of vodafone "Unlimited 2G internet - Fair usage up to 2GB, post 2GB, unlimited at 40kbps". I got a sms on Wednesday mrning that since i have exceeded the limit of 3 GBS, the speed has been decreased to 10 kbps but there is no description of 10 kbps in any chart and it is also not present in the site. I was told to recharge again to get back to normal speed but I have validity upto 7th April 2014. I went to the Mini store of vodafone in which they could not resolve to my problem. Please look into the matter as early as possible.

                  This is Manjunath from bangalore having 5 postpaid connections in my name. One of my number is [protected]. Every month I will be charged more for no reasons. Excess amount would be more than 1000 till today for the last 6 months. Even I am facing network problem. When I tried to port out of vodafone, their executive called me and gave me waivers on tariff plan rental and additional packs. But, with out my request, they have changed my tariff plans. When called their customer care, they say some stupid reasons. They are not even allowing me to port out of vodafone. They reject my application saying contractual obligations and all. Please, take some action against them and make them allow me to port out of vodafone. Thanks in advance.

                    Vodafone — SIM Deactivated without intimation

                    I've been using vodafone SIM since more than 4yrs. now. But vodafone has deactivated my number since last 6 days stating the reason that I'm using this for tele-marketing purpose, whereas I've never used this for any kind of tele-marketing (?). I'm into networking business wherein I don't need to call people, instead the interested people contact me on my number through my ads in newspaper or thru flyers.

                    I visited the nearest vodafone store in Vashi who said that I was intimated regarding the disconnection thru a letter sent by courier on 22nd May. But I've not received any letter from them. I asked them to show me the POD (proof of delivery) which they are unable to produce. Also they said that I need to pay Rs.299/- to re-activate the SIM.

                    Kindly advice.

I have Vodafone number ( [protected] ) . one week before my number was blocked due to not payment of mobile number. but three days( 12.07.2011 ) before i ll pay my mobile bill sum of 1500/-..still number they not active my number its very horrible. i was not expect this type of service. yesterday ( 13.07.2011 ) i was trying your customer care more than 15 times but there is no proper response.                           I visited twice to vodafone store @Rajouri Garden ,New Delhi after waiting for more than an hour to obtain theinformation regarding documents required for mobile number protabilty.I haave been adviced by Mr Shashankregarding the dox.I asked him twice about the docs and he confirmed me the same.Next time when I visited there with my documnts and after more than anhour waiting when My turn came...The gentlemant sitting on customer servicedesk whose name is Sunny Denied accepting the dox and asked my pan card and marriage certificate also required.I can understand the requirement of docs but my question is wHY cOMPLETE INFO NOT GIVEN earlierwhn I wasted 2 hrsand a confirmation been takenfrom Mr Shanshank bout the dox.When Questioned them for this ...after for bout a discussion of 30-35 minutes with there back office they accepted my dox and given me a Sim n assured me that no portabilty will be done in 7 days,.When till 8th june I havent received anyresponse I again visited vodafone store @PVR vasant kunj.Again after one hour waiting when we gt our turn I was shocked knw that request got rejected.Which id Ok.but again my question was They dont have so much courtesy to atleast inform their customers.Neways after that i Changed my mind to actually opt for vodafone...After some time I visited Ides and given all those dox in idea and whn i Confirmed bout the status after 7 days ,I was really shocked to know thet again my request was rejected because VODAFONE HAS NOT CANCELLED THE REQ WHICH GT REJECTED EARLIER.I amd highly disatisfied with kind of service provided by vodafone .I am using anothercorporate connection also from vodafone but I am suffering so much because of this.I really want to complain about vodafone rajouri garden store people who misguided us and because of their negligence customer need to suffer so much..I am also working and dont have so much time to actually visit them and to wait for more than an hour .

                          i have requested my mobile portability for the no [protected] and [protected] to vodaphone to tata docomo.

                          i msgd on 1900 and got my porting code and availed sim card from tata docomo, but vodaphone people have rejected my request saying that for the no [protected] the said no is premium no and cannot be changed as i have signed a contract with them ??? this is ridiculous.. i have never signed a contract and now they are saying that go to store and store ppl are saying that it can never be changed..
                          for the no [protected] they say that i have not completed 3 months of services and it would be completed on 14th of this month.. is there any rule regarding that kind of argument ? i even dont know that they would shift the no after 15th of feb

                          vodaphone being such a big group is just doing a cheater kind of company .. i feel they should be answerable to their customer or there should be any government regulatory to control such companies

                            Hi,

                            I am another dis satisfied customer of Vodafone, who has been incorrectly charged again. I got this number transferred in the month of May 2011 and since then i am facing tremendous issues with Vodafone. On 2nd June 2011 i send them an email requesting them to activate the V L 99 unlimited service on my phone and post which i got the basic information about how to activate the service, when i spoke with an agent i was informed that i need to deactivate the Vodafone live 0 rental service and post which i will be able to activate the Vodafone live 99 unlimited service. I placed a request for the same and the service got activated.

                            Going fordward when i checked my unbilled usage it was constantly on a high and upon calling Vodafone i was tolda to call after the bill is generated. To my surprise the bill reached up to 2400(approx) and after that i was informed that i was chagred Rs1954.20 for using the internet service. I immediately called up the customer care and i was informed that i was charged for Vodafone Mobile connect service which was activated on my phone and i should have called to deactivate this serivice if i didnt wanted to be charged for any internet usage.
                            How on earth would a layman know that he needs to deactivate VMC service and keep the VL99 unlimited service on and make changes to APN settings from the phone. I was never informed by any technical support agent to make such changes.
                            When i called up the customer services i was informed by a vodafone agent that there is a flaw in the system and a technical support agent should have informed me about changing these settings and deactivating VMC or using a different APN.
                            After this conversation i did send an email and i got an unsatisfactory response via email that i will have to pay the charges as i have used the service.
                            Going fordward i did call up the customer services and spoke with Tasmia Khan a customer services supervisor and even she agreed that i should have been informed about this and actually i should not have been charged this amount as i have the VL99 unlimited, but she couldnt send this information to the technical team as it would be an error on her part and she completely refused to provide me with any solution.

                            I have always had such kinds of trouble from vodafone and i have all the email sent to the, kept with me. I would need to seek assistance from the consumer court as this matter has gone out of hands now.

Because i dont think the written communication is very clear and understandable to the Vodafone customer care team.

                              Hi,
                              I want to draw your attention about the wrongly deducted amount from my account in the name of gprs charge.
                              The issue is, As per the recharge scheme of Rs 4 of Vodafone in which the user dials *444*5# to get 40 Mb data usage on the single day of the recharge. I recharge through this scheme yesterday(July7, 2011) in the morning . I received a confirmation message that the recharge is successful. After that I downloaded the data for the whole day, At afternoon when I checked the balance I found that a large amount is being deducted from my account (about 250) and when I called to customer care I was told that this is the problem most of the users are facing today and they are activating the scheme at that time. When i told to lodge a complain they every time disconnects my phone. There is also a rule that the scheme must be activated within 4 hours of dialing the code but in my case it was activated after 7-8 hours. So the amount deducted after successful recharge message must be reimbursed in my account.
                              Please resolve the issue asap.

                                I want to know of my Basic Plan.
                                Earlier I was getting my bills to my Home address at Vejalpur.
                                I have also another connection for my wife (no [protected])
                                I shifted to Gandhinagar in March 2011 and have already updated/informed the change.
                                But for both these connection I am not getting my Bills to this new address in Gandhinagar.
                                I have an HTC Tattoo mobile which has many features like Facebook, Twitter, Browser, Gmail, Google talk, Mail You Tube and so on .
                                But unable to access to any of these features since the same is not activated in my mobile.
                                I have also activated MI 100 plan but am unable to make use of the facility since not to able get connected to internet.
                                Until and unless I get my two bills either to my Home address or to my mail id I will not be in a position to pay both bills which is due on 18th July 2011.

                                  when i checked internet data still 11 MB was left after 9:30 again i started browsing but it internet was slow and unable to open sigle page after 9:45 net was disconnected and there was charged Rs 15 in my mobile account then i called to vodafone customer care they told me the reason for cuting balance that because of more than 40mb usage amount was cutoff
                                  but i used not more than 3 MB between 9:30 to 9:45 when there was 11 MB left for usage data

                                    I have a vodafone 3g card and modem which should enable me to use the internet TO work from home. I live in the SILIGURI SEVOKE ROAD AREA.
                                    I have been calling vodafone for a month now asking them why i am constantly disconnectng (at least 3 times in one hour), and when i can get online, i am switched to 2g wish is not what i pay for and is so slow i might as well not be connected!!!

                                    Nobody bothers calling me back and when i report it i get the same old excuse... Its your lap top or your modum!! Ok, so then tell me, why i only disconnect also in late at night or on weekends,When there is low traffic on the networks.

                                        Further,in this bill an outgoing ISD call with following particulars is reflecting:

                                        Charges(Rs)-2295/-
                                        I,
                                        MR. VIPUL B GUNDA, using Vodafone's postpaid connection from last 3 years. Regularly paying bill on time. Never done ISD calls. But this time bill was raised for ISD calls to country Sao Tome & Principe of Rs. 2295/- in a single day on 06.06.2011 on above mentioned numbers. Even I never heard about this country. After receiving Bill in JULY, I made complaint to Vodafone. But they confirms that their bills are accurate and they do not charge for services which is not utilized.
                                        But I am also confirming that I did not made any ISD calls to that country.
                                        then why should I pay for calls which I did not made. I am afraid about it that if my phone was hacked and misused, Kindly tell me how to prove my point that I have not called on this number, all I can say is that go for Vigilance Enquiry for this telecall.so pl. look into matter and request to waive the wrong billing amount.
