They subscribed a pack without my permission and charged money for that when i call the customer care they says that they dont have any information about this deduction i recorded the call. This telecom company aircel done these types of deduction many times and this is my primary no so cant change this but if it still remains i will port my no. To any other telecom company...

i recharged my account with rs.100 talktime along with rc.35 stating that 15p/m day before yesterday. But even after topup the ratecutter is not been activated and my talktime reduced rapidly. This to inform you that from 27 sept my outgoing call are block, while i call to somebody its saying that outgoing facility blocked by customer and also not going any call, i also not able to use data even i have check with other phone it showing same things.
I have also recharge it with₹70 according to customer help line.

Customer care called up and said being prized customer i have received some this and that offers. he said i dont have to recharge anything and just have to maintain some balance and asked me just to listen about the offers..i allowed him to continue his chatter and at last said i am not interested in any offers. after that.. they deducted from my main balance without any confirming messages... when i called up the customer care as usual their...

I faced an arrogant behavior from an employee in authorised aircel showroom. He is playing is playing jokes on me, a customer. He tried to cheat me even.
I want complain on him.
Actually i went to a nearby aircel office to get my number reactivated and asked whether i will get any balance since i had to pay 100 rupees for the same. He replied " yes how much do u want - one thousand! Seriously.." Then i questined his arrogance...

Justi had called castomer care no one ur boys not properly name md ali i am from bangalore he was loughing irritate on me its ur company castomer care so bogus plstake action against this boy iother i had decided to change sim card... He was so irritate not ansered properly when asked why he wasdoing this he gossing some other guys why so option in market why bear ur companiy logo they not have courtesy......

What is happening with aircel? This is 3rd time my money has been deducted from my balance without my concern within 3months. Raised complaints, sent 4 mails, still no response. My mom's no is [protected]- postpaid no. Last month v visited the customer care and submitted d poi and poa and v had paid d balance amount to our nearest aircel store in gobichettipalayam. But it didn't changed. Den v contact them, they didn't respond well. Once again they are asking the money and proof. Is this a correct procedure to respect the customer. Worst response from the customer care i ever saw....

Finally they called but not to solve problem but to tell that i cant help u.
I got a call from aircel, caller ask me that whether i want to deactivate the tariff, on which i told him that yes deactivate but refund my remaining balance as it is solely your fault. Hearing this he simply told we cant refund even though its their fault. Aircel is a fraud company, dont ever trust....

On 18/09/2016 the company has activated caller tune in my number [protected]. i contacted the customer care executive (mr. amit joarder) regarding this unlawful activation and asked him to deactivate the caller tune which was not at all activated from my end. rs. 50/- was also deducted from my main balance.

1. Why you have change my existing plans without my written approval?

2. Why the agent offices do not co-operate and neglect my request for

I am facing the same issue, and on the top of that i your customer support executive can't be contacted on 121 or 198. My amount is getting deducted everyday for no reason.
Please provide the toll free no. Where your cse can be contacted else i am thinking of changing to some other network.
The service is there from the last last three months.
Today the amount got deducted at 03:13 27/09/2016....
