I got a call on the 28/10/2010 from HSBC bank asking if i was aware of those transactions and I immediately informed them that those transactions were not made by me. Then I followed up with HSBC and they told me to go to the MALAD branch and place a complaint. I spoke to an officer there and she told me that the same would be followed up within 30 days and its been 3 years now and nobody seems to have an answer...
