I made a request to Airtel custmore care for call details for the month of october 2011 which i made from cell no.[protected] and which is on my name. On there demand i made sms of all details which they required on dated 01/11/2011. Airtel customer care charged 50 rupees and deducted from my prepaid account on same date for call detail charges. ( sms received fm cus. care i.e. as per your request no. ribil[protected] kindly noteitemized bill for your mobile has been emailed) But after that on my repeated request to airtel customer care centre i am fail to get call details on my e mail id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com . according to airtel customer care centre i was to get call details on my e mail id within 6 hours after deduction of essentila charges i.e. Rs. 50.

Now i have no hope from airtel to get any details and support as i talk to their nearest relationship centrea and talk to their harayana nodal officer at chandigarh. After their promises i have not received any fruitful results.

On above it is requested that matter be taken up with bharti airtel for harrashing his customer for providing a small information and which is not free of cost. My details are as under:-

      I am having Airtel connection, mobile no. [protected], since last two weeks my mobile signal were gone after confirming from airtel in Maharashtra they said I have to submit document again. I don't know why as this number was working since three years and suddenly stopped. if they want any documents they must inform on phone one week before. As I am not in maharashtra then how I can submit & it is difficult to receieve calls as same number is given to many persons. Pl do the needfull.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I would like to file a complaint against B.G. Manjunath Reddy, Business Development Officer of Bharti Airtel Limited, YMCA Bldg. Millers Road, Benson Town, Bangalore - 560046, for providing false information knowingly regard availability of a Broadband connection for myself, Mrs. Archana Hebbar, residing at 2303, Anriya Grienberg, Judicial Layout, Yelahanka, Bangalore 560065.

          After collecting copies of necessary documents, which are highly confidential, two photographs, and a cheque for Rs. 1,299.00 drawn on SBI, SPB branch, Bangalore, dated 4 Nov. 2011, for an Airtel Broadband connection at my above residence, Mr. Manjunath Reddy promised to provide me a connection on Monday 7 Nov. 2011. However, by late evening on Monday, I still didn't have a connection. Numerous phone calls to Mr. Reddy were ignored by him. Therefore, I called airtel customer care on Tuesday, 8 Nov. to enquire about my connection with my application No. 295952. To my dismay, Mr. Manjunath Reddy had given false information to airtel that it was not possible to give a broadband connection at my building; even though he is perfectly aware that it is possible to give 30 more airtel broadband connections at my apartment building.

          Mr. Reddy has not contacted me or received any of my calls since Monday, and after providing false information about non availability of a broadband connection and having my application rejected by airtel he has refused to even respond to his colleagues' inquiries in the matter..

          The motive for Mr. Reddy's dishonest action causing an innocent customer extreme anxiety, and unfair denial of service can only be guessed. However, an employee such as Mr. Manjunath Reddy is a liability to any organisation he works for, and if not checked at this stage, might commit more serious acts of dishonesty and corrupt use of any power he may have.

          I request the concerned authority to immediately rectify the situation by providing me with a broadband connection, and taking serious action against Mr. Manjunath Reddy.

          Airtel Broadband Services — broadband connection denied

          really frustated of air tel services, i belive BSNL is doing better services than airtel. i have been waiting for morethan one month for a broad band connection. still i have nt got it. they canclled my enrollment with out my notice and when i asked after 20days they are telling your registration is cancelled with out my approval. and again they are rebooking the same, after that also they didnt took interst in the connection. its really making me wonder if a private company is acting like this in this exsiting competion market. i dont where airtel will be in future?
          kindly take serious action to stream line the procedures in future to avoid such a worst caompalint from the customers.

          Airtel Broadband — Billing / False Information act Application

          I am Airtel Broadband user who recently took a connection effective 30th Nov,
          2010.My username is [protected]_mh (Application No. RSM 269293). I had made an payment of Rs500/- as advance rental at the time of application which has been debited from my bank account.

          At the time of filling the application form on 27th Nov. 2010 your sales agent
          told me that my plan charges would be 499 unlimited 512kbps / month.I have the xerox copy of the application form submitted which clearly mentions that plan would be 499 unlimited.

          To my surprise when I called the customer support to register a complaint
          regarding the insufficient speed, your customer support mentioned that my plan is 699 unlimited 512kbps/month. I tried telling him about the information given to me by your FSO. But he gave a deaf ear and asked me to send a mail explaining my discomfort. He mentioned that he will not be able to help me. He has taken a connection cancellation request - 358406.

          It seems that its the policy of your firm to deceive the customers like this. I
          have made the biggest mistake by opting for Airtel.

          My plan is not the same as it was promised to me. The speed of connection is never more than 400-425kbps. Checked numerous times at the speed meter on airtel webpage.

          I have been given a telephone connection without an instrument. The
          installation guys asks me to pay him for the instrument.

          I had to procure a modem for the connection by paying extra money.

          Request you to cancel my connection as I dont want to have any relationship
          with a company which has such double standards. Also arrange to refund the
          advance rental along with interest, damages charges, extra money paid to
          procure the modem at the earliest.

          Sorry to inform you that it has been 3 days but I haven't been contacted by one from your company. It is disheartening to see the kind of services are being provided to customer by your company. Request you to call me at my registered contact number at the earliest to have a speedy conclusion. I am tired of writing mails and calling customer support.

          Airtel Bharathi Broadband — Connection Transfer Denied

          I had an Airtel Broadband connection Account Number : 16228777, Landline Number : [protected]. I had taken this connection in the month of December 2011 in Kondapur. Last week on 28th of April 2011, I placed a request for shifting the connection to Madhapur as I have shifted my residence. I received a call from Airtel that I will be getting the connection in the new place on 29th and technician will be visiting my place on 29th 4pm. Nobody visited and I did not receive any call from them. I tried to reach the technician around 5:30 pm, he gave an explanation that the capacity of the 'box' is exceeded, on Monday he can give an idea when he can provide the connection. Sameday I tried to reach the customer care, I was informed technician will visit my place the next day and give me the connection. Sunday nobody visited and noone informed me anything regarding this. On Tuesday[protected] morning I again tried to reach the customer care for information, after multiple frustrating attempts of reaching the customer care, executive informed me that they cannot provide me the connection as the capacity has exceeded and to give me connection in the new place is a huje investment for them. I have to wait for another 2-3 months to get an idea when I will be provided the connection (during this period I need to continue paying the tariff even if I am unable to use it). I said this is not a feasible option, then they directly forwarded the call to the Cancellation department and placed a request for cancelling the connection (request number : 599398).

          I clearly dont understand this. I have shifted to a place where Airtel has service and my apartmentmate in the same flat is having the connection. Nobody is caring to give a clear picture regarding the request I have placed. Its a pain reaching the customer care and extracting the information from them. I have just taken the connection 5 months back paying 1000 Rs and for shifting they were goint to charge again 300 Rs. And by not giving me the real picture on time, I assume they are of the attitude that let me continue paying the tariff, they will provide me the connection when it becomes economically feasible for them. I am highly dissatisfied the way they have treated my request and would request to pay my intial payment back which I have paid to get the connection from a provider who have coverage in and around the city, which would be capable of shifting the connection in case required. I have suffered huje frustration for which I request a compensation too. Please take this case into consideration and provide me justice.
          ya he is a big cheater ...same guy Mr.Maanjumath reddy also cheated me by collecting Rs.1000 for modem and giving airtel receipt while taking new airtel broadband conection. As i had self purchased modem and using the same.but as far as its been 2 months since i got connection. But i dint recieved any modem or pay back from airtel. As i calld Manjunath reddy many times but he dint even pick the call...and wen some tomes pickd he say airtel will deduct the money in next bill, ...but wen i askd airtel coustemer care thy answer we dint recvd any mony frm ur side for modem, ...and airtel doesnt provide any modem for coustemers...AND u hav to ask Reddy only for this regards...a.so who is culprit ? if airtel dsnt provide modem means why thy mentioned modem mention option in application...? and thisss THIEF MR.MANJUNATH REDDY y he s using id visiting card with airtel logo and airtel office address if he s not belongs to an airtel organisation? so im going to file an consumer complaint against airtel...and police complaint againsr Manjunath reddy, ...sssssssssoo i request u too madam dnt neglect it...lets teach a lesson for cheaters.

            I had come accross this website and found they were real, as they were offering me Airtel form filling Job with Rs.10 per form and maximum of 100 forms per day.

            I even called them and they explained me everything and told to remit Rs. 1000 into their account.

            After the remittance I called them and confirmed the remittance. Thay told in an Hour they will activat my account. Since then they are not answering my call and when I call from other number they say technical issue and then they wont lift callls from that number also.

            Airtel — DAY LIGHT CHEATING

            I have subscribed for 'FUN' messages package but the messages that are flashed by sms are same repetitive stale stuff. The same messages have been sent by AIRTEL earlier. Also, I haven't subscribed for Hello Tunes but money is being deducted monthly.

            Why is the company cheating consumers like us ?

            Kindly help.
            fully agree the Air tel bussiness is growing only on henious ethics and our authorties has closed their eyies. IN INDIA ONLY MIGHT IS WRITE. Will some one help to aweken the honourable Minister.

              I wrote my first email to airtel customer care on 14/08/2011 when my internet and land line wasn't working for 3 consecutive days. I got their auto reply with a 24 hour resolution promise. I waited another couple of days before I sent my second mail to them for which I got a 72 hour resolution promise. The chain of emails continued until 19/11/2011 when I got the service officially disconnected. Nothing was working a single minute during that month. They didn't send a representative to fix it. No visible action was taken. However, after disconnecting the service, they send me a bill of Rs. 2300. While my connection was working, the bill was around Rs. 600. I refused to pay the bill and mentioned that clearly in writing to them. Now they have sent me a legal notice! What should I do?

                this is complaint against our no.[protected]

                i was using this no. last 2 year but i was receiving the very huge amount of bill from bharti airtel
                i am complaining the over billing through customer complaint department. but they are lessening finally the are spot the outgoing and incoming of this no.

                as average bill near about 700-800 per month charges are justify but last three months we are receiving 1500 plus.

                as last a lot harrasing call and other thing they trying to justify his due.

                one day advocate Samir yadav phone received and he told us you will com to court no. xxx and your case are pending
                or

                you pay the minimum 2500/- from the total due

                and we will give final NOC from Bharti airtel from the 24 hrs. from the deposing the amount.

                i trust him and deposited 2500 for final satelment.

                but near about 2 months latter i am not receive any NOC from Bharti airtel
                i received call for balance. amount.

                this is not fear practice of legal ad visor
                please do the as applicable on this type of cheater.

                    I had made a purchase of Airtel DTH connection through a web offer using my HDFC credit card. I received an SMS confirming the digitaltv account number [protected]. However, so far the equipment (set top Box and antenna) has not got delivered to my address.

                    I received a call from some technician for the installation appointment. When I checked with him around the installation procedure, he mentioned that he is aware of a common antenna installed on our building terrace and hence I will not be given a separate antenna for my purchase. This was unacceptable to me as I had made a complete payment wherein I was told the antenna too will be provided.

                    In this reference when I called up (on 8th Nov 2011) the toll free number customer care and explained the issue, the representative on call confirmed that the complete equipment set that includes set top box, 12 meter cable, antenna and free installation work will be provided irrespective of any common antenna in the building. I was also assured an installation within 24 hrs. However, now more than four days have passed and there is no progress in status and installation is still not done.

                    I again called your customer care who had asked me to communicate on number[protected] to speak to the Mumbai Nodal officer. However, when tried this number was always busy whenever called. As an inconvenience causing, I wish to withdraw the order and request Airtel DTH to pay back the amount of Rs.1290/- at the earliest.I am no more interested in making any transaction with Airtel DTH.

                    Finally the installation is done with a separate antenna. Thanks to Mr. Rao from Mumbai Nodal office who was interested to resolve the issue. I hope Airtel provides same level of support for any of my future requirements.

                          I am using an Airtel postpaid no. [protected]. This i have ported from Vodafone to Airtel. On 09/11/2011 i have submitted my documents at a Airtel Relationship Centre to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid but they refused to convert my postpaid to prepaid. The reason was that there is no such process to convert a postpaid to prepaid in MNP number and they asked me to switch back to Vodafone, convert from postpaid to prepaid & then come back to Airtel. I feel that is a tedious process & time consuming. Kindly look into my problem & suggest me a suitable solution.

                            Airtel Prepaid — Subscribed to Baba Ramdev Service without my notice

                            I am subscribed to the service Baba Ramdev health pack without my notice and i have lost 10rs twice. So i want my 20rs back. I have airtel prepaid service and my number is [protected].
                            I never subscribed to this service and i must say airtel is resorting to such cheap ways of getting money.
                            Do agree with this. Even i suffered similar fate. But i switched away from airtel.

                            Airtel Prepaid Service — unauthorised charges

                            I have been using Airtel Prepaid service and from the past 1 month I have been receiving "Baba Ramdev health tips" messages from this no.543212 without my consent. Every day Rs.1 is deducted which in a month costs Rs.30. I have not at all subscribed for any such service, also they do not allow me to disconnect/unsubscribe from this service as the number given to unsubscribe doesnt work. If this is not discontinued immediately then we will be forced to take some serious action against the service provider.

                              my plan is 999 plan under which i have 10gb free data download,my billing cycle starts from 5th of this month and now its 9th of november and today i got a message that, 80 percent of my data has been already used.Its very shocking to know because i havent downloaded a single mb file in this billing cycle,nor i have browsed that much of data.so i am really shocked and have decided to change my broadband connection if further assistance is not provided from your side

                                This is Vijay from KGF, Karnataka.
                                My airtel number is [protected] and On 7th suddenly the currency of 99 rupees was deducted twice. That is a sum of 198 rupees was deducted at around 5:30pm. I complained to airtel customer care and they told that i activated hungama pack twice at a time through airtel live services. I told that i didn't use any such services, so then they forwarded my call to supervisor and they assured that my currency will be refunded within 24hours but i didn't get back my money. Later after 24hours on 8th at 5:45pm again i complained and the manager told me that within 1hour they will refund my money. But i didn't get and instead they have locked my number in such a way that my call doesn't go to customer care and this was really very worst of their service so again at 9:30pm i complained from another number and the supervisor by name Ms.Jaylakshmi told that due to some technical problem they were not able to refund my money but assured that within 24hours they will surely refund my currency and the calling problem to customer care will also be solved. But today 9th and still i didn't get my currency back and the calling problem to customer care is also not solved. Now again i complained from another airtel number and again they are telling me to wait for 24hours.
                                Respected Sir/Madam, i kindly request u to take serious action and help me to get back my currency.

                                Myself kaushlendra kumar,I am using airtel mobile service.the compny has activated airtel Live mobile tv without informing me and deducted Rs 40 from my account. I have complained you about this earlier after which airtel has refunded my amount and ensured me that the service has been deactivaed. But to my utmost surprise at very next day they again activated the service and deducted RS 40 again this time too without any intimation. the same story was repeated after a week and they deducted Rs 40 again.I have lost Rs 80 without my consent. I have called their customer care but to no avail.I request you to take appropriate action against airtel .my mobile no is [protected].

                                  I am one of the exploited customer/user of Airtel Broadband company. I am using Airtel broadband connection since Oct 2008. My Airtel landline number is[protected], account number is 14301700 and my mobile number is [protected]


                                  On[protected] I had give connection shifting request. The request number is 5744075. Shifting request is for the same pin code locality.

                                  In this past four weeks, I really felt cheated by Airtel, as still the case is open and none is turn-up to resolved the case.

                                  In this past four weeks i had called every day to customer care executive , and your every executives had said that the connection will be shifted in next 2-3 days.

                                  In meanwhile I had spoken to your Manager Hariom (mobile no- [protected]), Nishant (mobile no-[protected]) and Raju (mobile no-[protected]) also. Every manager had promised that they will personally follow-up the case and will resolved the issue in max 2-3 days.

                                  To give more confidence they had shared their mobile number for any further direct-communication.

                                  But my nightmare experience is that none of the above manager had turn-up to pickup the call, even literally I had call them for more that thousand times.

                                  Till date-everyday I am calling to your customer care center and after around 1 hr waiting/conversation, ( which case a heavy call charges on my mobile number) I got the same repeated answerer that due to some technical reason I have to wait for another 2-3 days for shifting.

                                  I request you to kindly shift the connection to the new address on URGENT BASIS.

                                  I am also going to request in consumer forum regarding the same on www.consumercomplaints.in/, if I will not get any fruitful reply from your side in time of two working days.

                                    We have a airtel digital Tv connection in bangalore. The connection is in the name of gaurav rastogi. Cust id no.[protected]. We are really sorry to say that the services offered are pathetic. The connection is not receiving signals since 17th night and we have been calling the customer care since then. The cust care says, only according to the slot , the issue will be solved and the slot falls on 19th afternoon. Do u mean to say that we shud waste our sundays and take a leave on monday for Airtel people to come. Needless to say that the TATA SKY connection services are 10 times better than airtel as i have one in coimbatore and the service issue gets solved in less than half an hour. In future, i think i would never recommend airtel services to anyone if this problem persists.

                                    I have recharged my airtel dth today morning at around 11:00am on 30th May 2010.After waiting for 1houre it was not activated so,i have called to customer care,They have told there is technical problem which will be resolve in 4 houre.after waiting for 4 hour have agin called at 4:00pm ,again they told it will take time resolve technical issue.the i have called at 5:53 again i got same answer that it will started within 1 hour.again i have called at 7:30 pm and they have told it will take 4hour to start service So, what the hell airtel ppl r doing.

                                    I just got an Airtel DTH installed. I spoke to the Customer service on Saturday (12148) and had long discussions with Alfred (Manager-at least that he told to me), Amit (some Team Lead) and Salman (the rep). All of them gave me a view that Airtel was the best in terms of service and explained to me with the connection I am taking (1 HD DVR and 1 Normal connection for ULTRA pack), I would be eligible for one Regional Top up for both the connections free of cost along with all HD channels free for the first connection for a year.

                                    Marathi top was explained to me having Zee Marathi, Saam, Zee 24 Taas and Zee Talkies. However, later I was told different variations with one of the reps telling me that only one channel is available to me free while others are chargable and that also available on only one connection for other box I need to pay (dialing 12150).

                                    I also took a top up for Zee Studio and Zee Classic and paid extra for this for one full year. Total payment made has been Rs 10,434/- for all the above.

                                    Now the issues are with respect to:
                                    • Extra payment for the top us I have asked for (both TVs):
                                    o Marathi Channels (Saam, Zee 24 Taas and Zee Talkies)
                                    o Zee Classic & Zee Studio
                                    • Super pathetic Customer service:
                                    o I can understand the toll free number performance but even the nodal number has been below mark (ideally they should just close it down)

                                    I have also taken an extra step by suggesting the customer service that if all the Marathi channels and Zee Classic top ups be made available on the 2nd box while Zee Studio on the first, but guess they do not know how to do it.

                                    As a summary, I called the customer service at least 10 times (12150). Spoke to Preethi from escalations and she admitted the mistake (the Marathi top ups and tried to help me with some options. However, even then I am not going to get my channels as I want and I pay extra money every month (on top of what I paid). She was very helpful and did help me with all options…thanks to her…atleast she saved some face for Airtel.

                                    Can somebody please call me from Airtel and tell me why such variations in discussion and when something has been promised why it has not been delivered. Also any action against such reps who do not know anything and the nodal office rep who passes the blame to some 3rd party source (shell).

                                    I have been an Airtel customer for over 4 years and have been really happy with their Mobile, Broadband & telephone services. Now have to really rethink.

                                    A great product I should compliment it to be the best but the below par customer service is/will really pulling it down.

                                    Am here to register another goo[censored]p from your side.

                                    I registered a complaint that the DVR is not recording the Star Boquet HD channels are not being recorded. Customer service was quick in saying that HD cannot be recorded (just shows how much no knowledge they have) and later when I press against the rep he gives me a service number 12180166 saying that an engineer will visit and solve it 100% in the next 24 hours.

                                    An engineer visits the very next day (Adrenalin) and after speaking to multiple people on the phone he says that there is a server issues and people are working on it and would call me as soon its done. He leaves and in return takes the HAPPY Code 610, to make me more unhappy and frustrated, and soon thereafter I receive a message from 54325 saying my issue has been resolved and in case if not please contact [protected]. I call back the engineer who visted and tell him this, he just asks me to wait as he would call me as soon its done.

                                    As usual (like previous experience) I do not get any call backs and when I call back the above mentioned number he tells me to call a person Nagraj (Contact [protected]) he is polite in telling me the way outs however promise to visit me in an hour once he has worked on other complaints.

                                    I wait for nearly 6 hours before I call him again and he tells me to call customer service to reset the recording feature. This really makes him upset and I ask him to visit or get this done….he is very blunt in saying that I had not registered a complaint with him so I have to do it myself or call on the number and vent. WOW---What really irritates me is why do they just don’t do it themselves especially when I have already spoken to the Customer Service and they have given me a reference number.

                                    Fully irritated, I call up [protected], not even sure whats his name, he just says sending an engineer and puts the phone without any deadlines.

                                    Can Airtel please tell me why these gross inconsistencies and did I not pay fully (what was asked for) that I do not get proper prompt answers with some deadlines.

                                    I don’t even know if anyone is going to come and even if a YES (the probability is very low) when and how will this get resolved.

                                    I always thought Airtel was very good in service BUT NOW MY PERCEPTIONS are changing.

                                    The queries were never resolved, just by saying that there was some wrong information given to me the matter just does not close there.

                                    Also another LIE i would like to inform you which was told to me by the CC when I purchased---when asked if i would get all HD channels, which get added going forward free of cost...I was said yes...now you tell me to buy them ...

                                    Seriously people, just one month with Airtel and I am buggesd with the service response...no one has even bothered to speak to me and do something about this...Instead all jus say one thing...sorry for the misinformation...what is this

                                      Hello Team,
                                      I have activated GPRS 98 plans from 06 Oct to 06 Nov. On 7th Nov my GPRS is renewed with RS 18 plan without my proper consent.

                                      When i was going to activate Rs 98 plan then i came to know there is already Rs 18 activated on my mobile.
                                      As today is 9th Nov its been three days <i have not used the service but paying for this.

                                      I raised a service request in 198 and here is the complain detail ( CBDMO[protected]).

                                      Please have a look at it at the earliest and arrange for the refund.
                                      please deactivate my auto renewal GPRS plan 125/month I do not want it and am not able to deaactivate
