internet connection

The big fat free Store Subscription

Wrong deduction for SMS despite spl. SMS recharge by Rs.18/-

Debarred my no. without any cause

I have been submitted requested for mobile number portability alongwith proper documents since two weak but after having so much communications with airtel, finally they told me that call reduction facility is activated on my mobile. sudden stoppage of outgoing

I had a BSNL mobile post paid connection. suddenly i got a phone call from some airtel agent that they are offering 10% discount if i come to airtel through MNP. since i was not happy with BSNL service i decided to change to airtel. i submitted all papers to them. But suddenly on 13th oct 2011 (approx after 15 days) i found all my outgoing is suspended. I contacted 121, they told they can not do anything and to contact that airtel agent....

sim and they assured me to lock the sim within an hour of no outgoing and incoming at that time i had 200+ balance. because of good network and urgency in my job i had decided to continued with same no by purchasing duplicate sim at your customer outlet....

I have taken an Airtel SIM having the No.[protected]. I have been using the SIM more than a year. The validity period expired on 15.10.2011. While I made attempt to revalidate the SIM with charging fees of Rs.47/- through local dealers it is not being activated. Dealers enquiry to Customer Service and my enquiry through 198 has not evoked any response. The customer care office seems to be headed by irresponsible persons....

convert in prepaid plan

I am AZAD KHAN PATHAN. I want to convert in prepaid from my post paid No.- [protected]. but no responce from your airtel store . they says if you want convert in prepaid this number that is impossible. you can PORT other company after pay our dues but we cant prepaid because according our company rules we cant prepaid this number before 6 months using by you.

harassment for payment of some other number not related to me

People from Airtel Legal Department call on my number and ask to make the payment for a number, which I have no concern with. i am not an airtel customer. Inspite of repeated conversations saying that I am not or I have not used that number i have no concern with that person, the ladies from the said department talk very rudely and ask me why am I not paying that, you have to reminder that person for pay the bill. see one thing i am not working...

replacement of Wi fi ( 2 months old)
