Hi team,
I am vipin kumar, just converted my pre-paid account to postpaid...
While taking the connection they said there was no activation fees.
But after getting my first bill, they charged 250rs in name of activation fees.
Either change update your website or stop charging extra fees from users.

    My sim suddenly de-activated, i got a duplicate sim for same number. But is past 24 hrs & the new sim is still not getting network. Kindly help

      Sir, i had done recharge to my Airtel number for RS. 149/- through SBI net banking. The amount is debited from my bank account, but I didn't get balance in my mobile. So kindly give me a solution to get that money back (or) to get recharge. Thanking you.

        I am writing to complain about the insulting behavior of the airtel company's customer center at Saket Mandap, Durga Kund, Varanasi, UP. The incident happened today (27/08/2020).The executives there, particular a specific person GAURAV does not know how to behave with customers. There were no executives to serve the customers. Only this ill-behaved executive GAURAV was present to serve the customers. I had to wait for a long time before I could get an opportunity to this ill-behaved executive. I went there as my SIM card stopped working after changing it into a new phone. When I told him the problem, and asked him to perform a check, he straightforward told that the SIM has stopped working. The SIM was registered on my father's name who is 75 yrs old. I told him that it will be difficult to bring him as we fear the epidemic due to his age. This rogue Gaurav said thats not my problem. He was behaving as if he is some king and we customers are some low level people. I do not know how Airtel employs such people. There is no shortage of well behaved people. I would advise airtel to hire some people who know how to behave with their customers.There is no dearth of well behaved skilled people in India. I have very bad after returning from there. I live in abroad, mobile company executives talk very politely with their customers. Customers are given lot of respect. And here it looks like customers are beggars. I will never again purchase another Airtel SIM due to this behavior.

          Airtel sim everything was working fine until 26.08.2020 2pm ist. All of a sudden all tower signal fell. And refused to connect after that. Have tested the airtel sim in other phones also, but still the same issue continues. There is validity till 18.09.2020. So i don't see the reason for this to be deactivated. Then what could be the problem. Sim fault or week signal in the area.

          Please help.

            I had esclated complaint to higher authorities of airtel.. After that team had visited airtel rf team [protected] they had checked and told us we don't have nearest site to expand and boost the network do we are planning new site on our location i[censored] interested to willing to give u r land then will send all details for planning team for network tower installation

            Second survey in that they told we sanctioned u r land and it is final all procedure they had taken photo from us of our land and after that no response from them

            New site sanctioned and approved on my land waiting for final procedure from airtel network team

            Many complaint daily we are sending mail to 121 department not any one is hearing and lisiting out complaint

            In airtel advertising campaign airtel is challenging okhala speed but after intimating of airtel network coverage problem and giving land also for network tower no response from airtel for this small issue i should not knocked the door of sunil bharti mittal sir and rakesh bharti mittal sir and gopal vittal sir

            Please if team is not interested to resolve me then tell me i will not disturbed u r department for further investigation i will esclate this issue to gopal vital sir and will tell them team is not helping me after intimating them many times so please arrange vigilance team of airtel for our network coverage issue

                I am using airtel Since 2 yrs And From the There is tower Range Of 2 only It Not Get Increase But Decrease Regulary and I started Complaining From 4 months But no one Is Solving my issue And I Visited To store Then The Said Use Thanks app to Conplain I already Complain 20 Times they said then We dont know what to do ...since I started Complaining They said There Will be New Tower will come In Month Of may then They said It will be In june 2020 Now Its Month of August..where Is that tower ? There Is more Suprior Network And Data Speed In slum areas ...And Why you are not Giving us a Tower? Are We Not you costumers?? solve my issue Otherwise I will switch to another Company And I was Planning to buy Your 1 Gbps Broadband But Now I will not Do that And. Tell others Not To buy Connection Or sim from Airtel ...worst Costumer Care

                    billing name misspelled

                    Hi,

                    I recently got a new broadband connection, discontinuing my old connection inorder to change my billing name. So that I could claim my internet expenses from my organization. Now, the name details in my new connection is misspelt.

                    And I have been following up with the person who created the account multiple times, not able to get a proper response him as well....

                    My airtel sim is not working in uae. It was working before. But it’s not working now. And showing no service. I have tried all options like restarting, putting it in airplane mode even i have put the sim in different mobiles no use. It didn’t work. It’s very urgent. Kindly have a look on it and please do the needful.

                        Money taken in September with promised installation on August 5th. Company now refusing to make connection on August 26th. Wish to file complaint for non-performance and deficiency in service as customer is suffering huge loses on a daily basis.

                            I haven’t used My airtel connection for 4 months and my account is deactivated however my bill is being generated, I cannot and will not pay inadmissible amount of 3083.29, I just need to pay you 1 month bill and I have requested for my broadband surrender many times already the connection has not been used for over 4 months, I hope you do the needful and respectful thing.

                              Airtel good Network is not for long, nor is it being cured, will we the people switch from Airtel or Airtel will take immediate action on this issue? We faced very bad network issues, we can't get a clear voice, also very very low internet speed, we are unable to open just Google, there is a very call drop problem.

                                  I being a student during this pandemic have to attend online classes and connect to all source and apps to my study materials with this horrible network I am not able to connect to my online classes, how am I suppose to get a degree with this horrible network it was fine till mid last year but suddenly it got so worst and has not got any better, I really need to connect to internet with fast connectivity for nothing else but for my studies, my family and my neighbours we cant talk with people on phone we have to get outside of house to talk with them standing in just certain positions and it's really annoying

                                      I got a problem with my sim yesterday (It suddenly started showing no signal). I tried to change it into a different phone and it worked fine. Other sims are also working fine in my mobile. So I got a new duplicate sim(with same number) today. It was fine for one min and I got a message stating "Please restart your handet" I did the same. But after restarting it is again showing No signal. Please state this problem ASAP.
