I have a prepaid plan of daily 1.5gb of data on my mobile. But due to work from home policy 1.5gb is not sufficient and have recharged using ₹98/- and ₹251/- data packs which comes with data validity of existing prepaid base plan which is 365 days. But as soon as my daily limit completes my speed reduces to 64kbps even i have active data packs with 12gb and 50gb. They are never applied/available to use. Despite calling customer care executive with effort not less than 1hr always my issue never resolved. Kindly address this, as this is a serious fraud and cheating by making customers pay for additional data packs and never get benefits of the plans activated.

    I have recharged for rs398 3 gb per day 4g data plan with unlimited calls 4 days back but airtel is unable to provide 4g service and i am getting 3g network coverage only that too quite poor. Netework requested airtel nodal and senior escalation desk to refund the money in case they can not provide the service. I am ok with refund post adjustment on pro rata basis but they are denying the same and asking to wait for few months where in i have recharged with plan of 28 days. Can you pls look into it and help in getting my money back.

      Can someone guide how do i actually lodge a complaint. Am facing issue with my stb hd since 2months... Finally wanted to call engineer when its completely off. 05/08 i called of their visited last time he said he would visit and fix the issue failed to come. I called on customercare she took me through entire process on off etc etc book reading process not even bothered to listen what am i conveying her. I told her its not signal issue, issue is with stb. Than she said ur account is suspended... My tv is off since 05/08 n due date was 07/08 how do u expect me to recharge. First recharge and call.. Great difficulty i had to hold cable n stb and recharge than call her she says no not rcvd any pmt kindly recharge n call again... I recharged again assuming banker would refund for unsuccessful recharge... Unfortunately both pmts were deducted 1100/-. Again called her same answer not recharged.. After some time one more exe ans call says no problem it will be adjusted for 2 months... I do not understand my issue is not resolved nor my tv is active why should i pay them. Finally took my complaint one technician calls on 10/08 says he will visit at 10.00am untill 11am no response i left to office call received from technician due to rain he could not come hell come evening at 6.00pm i reached home early n called no response to call. Another technician calls next day and co nveys he'll visit next day 9.00am i requested waited till 10.30 am no response after i left to office technician reaches my home at 1.00pm and informs that he will cgeck dish connection n come back no come back. And call done to technician n again promised to come next day mrng by 9.00am after 30mins a get a call from another technician that he just got a request and he would visit next day and finally visited on 13/08 9.30am and said issue with stb need to be replaced i can opt for new connection or go for upgrade to xtream... When asked for stb issue why should i go for upgrade or new than came up with option of swap he'll get new stb w/o dish charges applicable 1500 + visiting charges again. After which i had to call on airtel cc no proper response everytime i call within 24 hours we will get back to u. On 14/08 called cc and asked to register for swap of hd she said out of stock for hd stb (699/-)... If required i can opt for hd new connection (1300 +vc 150) or upgrade to xtream (1999+vc 250). Stand alone hd stb out of stock but as a new connection available with 24 hrs... What is airtel trying to do?? Forcefully making customers by there new products?? Why do they not have control third party locally (Technicians) troubling us and wasting our time without no resolution but asking to pay just becos they visited... Now looking at their ads zero complaints... Feel like never ever airtel... Due to covid19 unable to reach any nearby stores... No right person answer call... I call on hyd number person from karnataka /tn responds atheir english i cant understand they cant understand telugu or hindi... No proper mail id or complaint portal... Fedup explaining same everytime on call to customercare... Can someone actually help me where do i get this standalone hd stb of airtel.

          Hi,

          I opted for airtel secure believing, i will only be in need to pay 10% of the charging amount for repair of the mobile, but now i got a mail stating that i need to pay an excess amount of inr 2500 to process the claim i need a clarification on the same.

          If i really have to pay the amount there is no use in the name of airtel secure, i would have gone to the service center by my own, it would be costing of the same as the amount you ask to pay, this is really disappointing me and i never expected this from airtel.

          In your youtube video it is still mentioned as 10% of the total repair cost, i was a happy customer with airtel but this this making me to move out of them

              deactivate airtel booster pack

              Hello sir/madam! Regarding airtel booster pack, i opted for it one time and then i opted out of it after a month, my current plan is rs.499/- but now even after i opted out of booster pack, i'm getting extra rs.200/- monthly bill charges. I even cross-checked my current plan, i don't have any booster pack selected. Kindly resolve the prevailing technical issues, else i'll have to switch to other service providers. I hope airtel will take...

              Prepaid recharged on 11 aug 2020 but not credited for rs 598. Amount debited from bank. I have message from my bank that money has been paid to ccaairtelin via net banking

                Iam not having the network for the past 8- 10 day's for the second time. I request u to fix the issue as soon as possible as iam having only one sim card and all my works are pending due to this and also request to compensate the lost data of these many days. Iam attaching the location name and number with this. Hoping that a fare solution will be taken soon or else i have to move further by porting.

                  Hi,

                  Yesterday i received the message from airtel that i port request is approved and by11.20 pm my number will be ported.

                  But at 11.20 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

                  My alternative number recieved the televarification code, but im not even able to call 59059 for activation!!!

                  I have my online exams on monday the 17th august 2020. Without my sim how am i supposed to write exam??? This is sooo frustrating that im wasting my due to this problem instead of studying!!!

                  Pls somehow help me out!

                    When i am taken recharge prepaid 400 rs balance, recharge unlimited pack service and internet)_after next day my balance done zero.
                    Automatic cutting my balance, and internet network getting only night not only in the day
                    If will start unused services, please stop all unused services, return my balance. Unlimited service
                    Please help me, sir.


                    Why are you cutting my balance. Why are you starting unused service without informing me?

                      I'm a consumer of airtel dth connection having customer id:[protected]-001.. We're facing the issue related to the service like basic channels that provides entertainment and news like star plus, z tv, etc. Are not working since past month.. Some channels are showing black screen and a crackling sound is heard while viewing some channels.

                        Airtel aap and airtel services are the worst i have ever experienced no internal network no proper voice calling network cant even get 2g network easily. Facing too much problem for the network i would suggest no one should use airtel now onwords. They are just creating fake publicity and marketing campaign which are promising fake services. Rest all this they even dare to xharge customers for late payment but they dont want to give customers the promised service which they are get paid in adv

                          I had register complaint about inconvenience of dth services provided to me.. There was signal problem from more than last 6 months & after complaint they only said they will resolve the problem but didn't work on it..
                          I am facing more problems & due to these problems i lost my recharge amount wasted.. I want my all problems solved & refund my amount or increase my recharge validity for at least 3-4 months asap..
                          I am continuously contacted them from last 4 days but they didn't talk me on call & gave me some nonsense reasons..
                          I want all problems solved within 24 hrs..

                              Hello sir,

                              I own a prepaid sim no, [protected] for the last 10 years (Around) and i remember to have furnished all relevant documents of my identity on procurement of this sim at the time of purchase when i was residing in assam, digboi while rendering my service.

                              In 2015, i got retired and shifted to my native place bareilly, uttar pradesh and then i port it into uttar pradesh circle by providing again the all relevant documents to my nearest airtel office.

                              Now the problem is that my sim got disabled for the last 20 days and when i visited the airtel office they couldn't tell me the valid reason for disabling my sim services. On insisting and enquired several times, they said there is some mismatch in the identity details, some details are matching with my id and some are present with other person names.

                              So, here i want to know when i handed over all genuine and correct documents of my identity to the airtel staff every time then how come this huge mistake happen and why now i am being suffered for the irresponsible behavior of the airtel staff.

                              After getting no valid response from the airtel office here, i am now writing you to inform the whole matter because as you know the sim was with me for last many years and i am a loyal customer of airtel even my family all have the airtel service only, for t. V airtel digital tv as well.

                              So, i would request you to kindly look into the issue and re-enable my sim services as soon as possible. As you know all my banking and pension things are linked with this sim so you can imagine what sort of inconvenience i am going through these many days.

                                Dear airtel,

                                I have raised a request to shift my existing broadband connection while relocating but, airtel is not available in my near home area. So, i payed the outstanding amount to get this connection disconnected on 12 mar-2020. But still, i am unable to get the connection disconnected because app /the airtel stores and customer care center always say there is a problem in updating the amount in airtel system and once cleared the connection will be disconnected properly. I have payed little penies more than my outstanding as on 13th mar-2020. Then no calls or visits to airtel store due to covid-19 lock down. After that i get a call from airtel or i call them, the airtel guys say they shall come back to me in 24-48 hours but still no go on it.
                                But in meantime, i get calls from some guys claiming themself as airtel recovery team, they use abuse language and ask me to pay the money now or else face the court case.
                                Today, gone again back to airtel and asked what is happening. They now say it is too late today anything on my bill case. They also say even though airtel is not able to keep up to the expectation saying finding a resolution, they now say sorry for that and i have to pay the amount even though they accept the delay is from airtel.

                                Dear airtel,

                                As relocation cannot be addressed at my new home, I was asked to unscribe or remove my landline/dsl from home.

                                When trying to do the same, I get a message saying I'm due to airtel. Paid 2300+ on 12-mar as per the due amount message and customer care informed to unsubscribe after 24 hrs as it takes time for systems to update.
                                Tried on 13-mar and I was to pay 1920/- again and I paid as well.
                                Today trying to unsubscribe, I get the same message but the amount is 2300+ again and customer care say I have paid cleared all dues from end but still the account is saying I am due.
                                This is irritating me. For 1899/- home package, in total around 4500+/- I paid and still looking to loot me more.

                                      I have recently recharged this connection with rs 588.00 on 9th august, 2020. However, my outgoing calls were barred even after that. I recharged again on 12th august, 2020 with the same amount and now my balance is reflecting rs 23.00.

                                      I'm confused and unable to understand the issue.
