billing errors, bad service

Beware of Airtel's wrong billing policies! I was warned about this, but have experienced it myself now.

1. There was incorrect billing from Airtel's side. An additional charge of 250 and a wrong late fee on Rs. 50.

2. I called them 5 different times and was promised on each occasion that they will get back within 24 hours.

3. No one has come back to me. I didn't pay their last bill,...

forgot barring password

i am unable to use the call barring feature. it was working fine before but i forgot the call barring password . i tried a few password and it got blocked. now i cant change the call barring password. it get error "Barring password blocked". i tried contacting Airtel customer case many times but as per them its a cellphone feature and suggested me to contact Nokia for the same . i explained them by sharing the manual of the Nokia...

not activated after address verification and deny to refund

CALL DIVERT NOT WORKING

I am an old customer of airtel and i am the firs retailer in my village and had most supported airtel than any retailer done here. unable to make/receive calls

I am having a prepaid airtel connection number [protected]since last 3-4 years. Now I am unable to make or receive any calls via this lifetime sim . I cannot even contact customer care through my phone. An early action in this context shall be appreciated....

Rectify my prepaid balance

Sir,
I am using Airtel conection [protected] from last about three years. I have never activated any service on my connection. I have not used my no becoz I was out of station & it was lost in May'09 I have ressued the same no through duplicate sim. But from last many days my prepaid balance deducting automatically Rs. 10/- per day for which I try to complaint on 121 many times but this service is also not working on my connection....

Misused my Number and ECS facility

Hi,

I had requested the airtel people to deactivate my connection, but they kept this number under custody for 3 months. After 3 months they called some person and activated the number again without my knowledge. Even they had never communicated to me that we are activating your number.

In the next month they debited Rs 219 from my account and now they are not refunding back that to my account.
