I am a burgundy customer with account at current residence city. I wanted to open a ppf account in my permanent residence city. I went to mehdipatnam branch in hyderabad. They told me ppf account process is not at all available at their branch. It can be done at only main branch in begumpet.
They refused to open an account for me.
While my relationship manager and customer care people confirmed that ppf account can be opened at any nearest local branch.
Being a burgundy customer, this treatment has made me reconsider my choice of banking with axis.
Need action to be taken against this local branch.

    Dear sir,
    My self sathyanarayana borrowed loan of 3 lakh (Account no-ppr[protected] in april -2015. I was unable to pay my emi for last 8 months due to loss of my job immediately 10 months back. Even though i am suffering with financial crisis, i have paid rs[protected]More than emi-rs[protected] last 2 months.
    Even after that axis bank executives harassing me & my family members to pay full pending amount.
    They have visited my home & collected my relatives mobile numbers of my relatives & harassing them regularly to pay total amount, which lead me & my family disturbing in family life (Up to suicide attempt by my family members), which informed to them also. And i have also told them that i will pay my emi amount (Rs[protected] monthly in future, which they are not agreeing.
    Even after that they are troubling me & my family through regular calls, saying that they will put me & my family in to jail.
    In between 2 time i have asked them loan customer agreement to check percentage of interest copy which they are not providing me.
    Please suggest what action can i take against then for mentally harassing my family & can i go with regular emi payment monthly. (I can provide proof for not having the job now)

    Instead their recovery officer called & harassed again on 4/6/19 my family members.

      I have send all required document include chq and id proofs but they give pendency of these docs, i confirm from customer care thay agree yes we received your docs but still not uodated from one week they are delaying in process.i also mark a mail to yogendra jaiswal about this metter but he is also lazy man no revert till now.

          Today (27/06/2019) my mother received a call from axis bank (Maharashtra) and asked for some details like name, address of her senior citizen axis bank account. As she is not well accustomed to such customer care calls (Or in many cases victim of fraudulent calls) she easily provided with the details.in the process the executive told her that he is activating the "one assist service" for 1399 inr and did not ask for any consent or anything. The service was activated immediately and debited it from her account. This is a case of extreme fraud showcased by axis bank to aged account holders who gets trapped in such phone calls and looses their hard earned money.

          I do hereby suggest axis bank to immediately refund the money and deactivate the one assists service.

            Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

            Dear sir

            A refund of 1345/- and 499/- rupees was successfully processed on 20th june to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my axisbank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called axis bank customer service but not get any help. My axis bank account no is [protected]

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Hello! Your a/c no. 034565 has been debited by rs. 118 on 25jun19. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

              I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
              Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

              I paid full amount in 2013, still it shows written of in my credit history, they are not removing it

              I'd a saving account in Axis bank and it is deducted unusual consolidated charges (Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2500) very frequently, almost every next month, apart from this bank officers are not in the position to provide the bifurcation.

                Some fund has been transferred to my axis saving/salary account from usa on june17, 2019. Its an inr transfer and it should have credited my account on june 19, 2019. But still i have not received the fund and axis bank customer care is very pathetic. I have emailed the confirmation receipt to axis forex department but no use. No one has contacted me so far, very veryfrustrated with axis bank service.

                    Sir, i have an Axis bank account having account number - [protected] named Sohan Priyatam. When i saw the statement of May-2019 i found there is a service charge has been deducted from my account i.e. Consolidated DP charges Rs. 856.16. I am a salaried person of Central Paramilitary Force (CAPF) and this account is my salary account. According to rule of this bank, there is no charges for CAPF personnel but they are deducted charges. Request to refund the deducted charges as early as possible please.

                    I've been charged 1699 for the ECPP membership from my credit card without my knowledge. Please cancel my membership and refund the amount. [protected] is my mobile number associated with my axis bank. I don't know my membership number. Please cancel my membership as soon as possible. Thank you
                    Without any proper explanation 350 amount is deducted monthly and tried contacting their customer support & I waited for around 15mins and nobody answered and they would cut 1rs for 1min. I realy want to know why consolidated charges are cut monthly without any prior notice or explaination.

                        I am very disappointed as that I opened my salary account in FIROZABAD axis bank and the representative said to me it is zero balance account but the bank charges Rs. 1500 approx many time in the name of consolidation charge. If my money will not return to me .i am thinking about close my relationship to such type of LOOTERA system.

                          First closure request: mar, 2018

                          About a year ago i submitted forms in home branch to close 3 account (Family accounts). At the date of submission, all the atm cards and cheuqe books were destroyed by them. 2 of the accounts got closed, but mine is still open.

                          After this, i have followed up with bank for 8-10 times, re-submitted closure form twice. Called customer care and asked them to submit it but yet it is still open.

                          All i want it to close the account completely.

                            There were several invalid and fraudulant transactions on my credit card ending with no. 7279 on the date 22 june 2019. My card was in my possession but several transactions relating messages were received on my mobile as well as on email. These transactions were not done by me and my card was safe in my custody, then how it happened. An enquiry about unauthorised transactions is required. The money which is lost or debited should be returned to me and compensation regarding these transactions for my mental and physical disturbance is also required.

                                My name is pankaj kumavat, which opened an account at axis bank on 15th june, in which indianidas google pay axis opened the bank's account, so far no money has come in it, i have roamed all the way around google pay petty axis bank.                                     I have installed the POS machine in my premises under the guideline issued by Hon'ble Prime minister for digital India and make the consumer habitual for the same.
                                    In the month of May-2019 i have utilised the machine thrice as detailed given below:-

He is absolutely not fit for banking services to deal with ladies customer.
                                    Now i am requesting you to kindly take action and revert the amount in my bank account with interest.

                                        I have an saving account in axis bank with account no [protected] & when I checked my balance Axis bank had deducted following amount stating Consolidated Charges + GST 18% on that for[protected],[protected],[protected].
                                        Detail's are as under.

                                        [protected]GST @18% on Charge : INR 236.70
                                        [protected]Consolidated Charges for A/c : INR 136.30
                                        [protected]GST @18% on Charge : INR 24.53

                                        I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                                        Worst services is provided by axis bank to customer. I am waiting more then 45mins but nobody answered from the customer service centre.

                                        During account opening they don't tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges.

                                        And every month i am charged with consolidate charges.
                                        I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

                                        Return it back instantly

                                        I just want to refund my money back in my account instantly & close my Axis bank account .
