It was that i and my family went to MBD MALL CINEPOLIS to watch movie on 22 may 2022, i had to miss my movie bos I was waiting to pay for my fooding

I & many other miss there 2nd half as there were insufficient billing counter.

On inquiring I was told by one of billing personal that That IT IS COMMON HERE.

I wonder that we pay 3 times on the name of service, which we unavale...

Myself watched RRR Hindi version movie on 21/05/2022. 05.35 pm show @ Royal Meenakshi mall Bangalore.
My ticket number is L9
My complaint is about
Average movie watching experience.
Poor sound quality
Excess advertisement
Theatre surround sound ambience was not there.
Overall didn't enjoy the movie...

Hi my name is Vinay from Hyd . Today I visited cinepolise theatre near Attapur Hyd mantra mall to watch “sarkaru vari paata “ Telugu movie. Movie played 15 mins late due to technical issue....

So this is a regular issue for everyone who uses the cinepolis mobile app i guess.

I booked 3 tickets for RS 540 @ Cinepolis Forum Shanthinikethan Mall Bangalore. The payment has been done through Phonepe and the money got debited once i went back to mobile app i cannot see any payment confirmation and the screen has gone back to home page.

Today on 13/5/2022 i have booked 4 tickets of movie Runway 34 at cinepolis vadodara - inorbit mall of Rs 780 Rs through google pay. money has been deducted from account but not received tickets i called to Gpay and ccavenue they said transaction is successful- transaction no. is 1341253. check with cinepolis they will refund your money. kindly refund my money as soon as possible....

Hi, guys yesterday, i went to see Doctor strange in coimbatore Cinepolis (Fun Cinemas).

I've ordered 2 coke while booking the ticket itself, when I went to buy the coke, i got coke with no cooling and they've added ice cubes to it, we said we don't want any cubes, but they refused to take it as there was no cooling. So, we said ok fine we'll take it, but the cup was so damaged and they couldn't even give a proper cup, later...
